提出了一种轻钢-钢纤维再生混凝土组合柱，为研究组合柱的轴心受压性能，设计了5组不同构造短柱试件进行轴压试验，包括1组型钢试件和4组组合柱试件。以截面构造、钢纤维掺入量和再生混凝土强度为变化参数，研究不同参数对组合柱破坏特征、荷载-位移曲线、承载力、刚度、延性的影响。结果表明：提出的轻钢-钢纤维再生混凝土组合柱构造可以改善轻钢柱的稳定性能，显著提高轻钢柱的承载能力；轻钢-钢纤维再生混凝土组合柱的承载能力随着钢纤维掺入量的增加而提高，钢纤维可约束再生混凝土裂缝开展，改善试件损伤和刚度退化；组合柱的承载能力随着再生混凝土强度的提高而提高，但延性相应降低。参考规范，建立了适用于轻钢-钢纤维再生混凝土组合短柱的受压承载力计算公式。

Clinically, drainage tubes and/or urinary catheters need to be indwelled in gynecological patients after surgery. When patients get out of bed, they often need to carry the drainage tube and/or bag by themselves or others, causing inconvenience and exposing their privacy. Therefore, the traditional pants for patients cannot meet the actual demand of patients with multiple drainage tubes who need to get out of bed. In order to solve this problem, this paper introduced a designed pair of pants for patients with gynecological indwelling drainage tube by optimizing the traditional ones. The pants not only can protect the privacy of patients, but also can fix the drainage tube and/or bag used by gynecological patients after surgery, facilitating patients' activities. In all, the pants help patients avoid the possible risks caused by multiple drainage tubes, and greatly improve the comfort of patients. They are worthy of popularization and application in the clinical nursing of gynecology. Known as a classic product of glucose metabolism, lactic acid has been regarded as a metabolic waste. However, it wasn't until the discovery of Warburg effect in tumors that researchers refocused on the role of lactic acid in cells. Being a kind of signaling molecule with multiple functions, lactic acid is a key metabolic product connecting glycolysis and oxidative phosphorylation, and it also has non-metabolic activity. Recent studies have shown that lactic acid can be used as a substrate to participate in a novel post-translational modification of proteins, known as protein lactylation. It can be involved in many kinds of diseases, and plays an important role in immune regulation and homeostasis maintenance. This paper briefly describes and summarizes the important role of lactylation modification in the developmental mechanisms of diseases such as tumors, inflammation, neuropsychiatric diseases, cardiocerebrovascular diseases, and so on. Potential knowledge can be extracted from the safety text of distant water fishing (DWF) vessels. However, the previous approaches have not yet been fully developed for the safety text of fishing vessels. Some challenges remained, such as the low accuracy of text classification, and insufficient depth of knowledge extraction. In this study, an analytical approach was proposed to combine text classification, knowledge mining, and co-occurrence network technology under the Cape Town Agreement(CTA) of 2012 . The text data on DWF vessel safety was also collected from the fishery management organizations, associations, and over 20 fishery enterprises from eight Chinese coastal provinces and cities, including Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Fujian. The DWF vessel safety corpus consisted of more than 5,000 valid questions and 100,000 characters. The analytical approach comprised three stages. Firstly, a hybrid deep learning model was developed using bidirectional encoder representations from transformers-text convolutional neural networks (BERT-TextCNN), according to the characteristics of DWF vessel safety text, such as diverse data types, sparse data features, and fuzzy boundaries. The character vectors were generated to extract the contextual semantic and deep syntactic information of the text using BERT during text representation. Multiple convolutional kernels of TextCNN were utilized to spatially model the generated character vectors and then to extract the local features for the accurate classification of safety theme. Secondly, term rrequency-inverse document frequency (TFIDF) was employed to extract the key safety knowledge of fishing vessels, considering the importance and prevalence of knowledge within each safety theme. Finally, a co-occurrence network was constructed to visualize the safety knowledge of fishing vessels, including distributional patterns and interconnections. The results show that the BERT-TextCNN model achieved an accuracy, macro average recall rate, and macro average F1 value of 98.20%, 98.02%, and 98.05%, respectively. The performance outperformed the other 17 comparative models, which utilized three text representations (BERT, Word2vec, and Character embedding) and six neural networks (TextCNN, Softmax, DPCNN, BiLSTM-Attention, RCNN, and Transformer). Meanwhile, the theme-based knowledge mining and analytical approach achieved clear rankings of DWF vessel compliance and safety management knowledge, as well as relationship networks crossing ten safety knowledge themes of fishing vessels, including provisions, structure, stability, electrical installations, fire protection, crew protections, life-saving equipment, emergency procedures, wireless communication, and shipborne navigation equipment. Intelligent safety knowledge services and decision-making tools were obtained to improve the compliance level and safety management efficiency in DWF. In order to study the microclimate around of garden tree species in summer, we chose 5 garden trees including Ficus macrocarpa, Khaya senegalensis, Dracontomelon duperreanum, Lagerstroemia speciosa, Terminlia catappa as the research object in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province. Through the observation and comparative analysis of air temperature and relative humidity, the differences in summer cooling and humidification of different garden tree species were obtained. And the discomfort index (DI) was introduced to evaluate the effects of different garden trees on human body’s comfortable degree. The results indicated that the cooling and humidification effects of different garden trees were significantly different. The order of cooling rate was Ficus macrocarpa > Dracontomelon duperreanum > Khaya senegalensis > Lagerstroemia speciosa > Terminlia catappa. The order of humidification rate was Ficus macrocarpa > Dracontomelon duperreanum ≈ Khaya senegalensis > Lagerstroemia speciosa > Terminlia catappa. The effect of reducing discomfort was also consistent with changes in cooling and humidification. Compared with lawn, trees could reduce people's discomfort in the hot summer. The research could provide certain reference and theoretical guidance for the application selection and landscape design of landscaping tree species in tropical and subtropical regions. 目的　探讨增强型体外反搏（EECP)对静息心率增快的老年高血压患者血压, 心率, 心脏自主神经功能及 左心室肥厚的影响. 方法　将 160 例老年原发性高血压伴静息心率增快患者随机分为 EECP 组和对照组，每组 80 例. 对照组给予富马酸比索洛尔口服治疗，EECP组在对照组基础上给予EECP治疗，均治疗12周. 比较两组治 疗前后的动态血压相关指标［日间收缩压（dSBP), 日间舒张压（dDBP), 夜间收缩压（nSBP), 夜间舒张压（nDBP), 24 h 收缩压（24 h mSBP), 24 h舒张压（24 h mDBP)］, 血压变异性相关指标［24 h收缩压变异系数（24 h SBPcv), 24 h舒张 压变异系数（24 h DBPcv), 日间收缩压变异系数（dSBPCV), 日间舒张压变异系数（dDBPcv), 夜间收缩压变异系数 （nSBPcv), 夜间舒张压变异系数（nDBPcv)］, 动态心率相关指标［日间心率（dHR), 夜间心率（nHR), 24 h心率（24 h HR)］, 心率变异性相关指标［全部窦性R-R间期的标准差（SDNN), 每5 min相邻R-R间期均值标准差（SDANN), 全 程相邻R-R间期差值均方根（rMSSD), 全部相邻的RR间期差值>50 ms的百分率（PNN50)］，以及左心室肥厚相关指 标［室间隔厚度（IVST), 左心室后壁厚度（LVPWT), 左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDd), 左心室质量指数（LVMI)］. 结果　与治疗前比较，两组治疗后24 h mSBP, 24 h mDBP, dSBP, dDBP, nSBP, nDBP, 24 h SBPcv, 24 h DBPcv, dSBPcv, dDBPcv, nSBPcv, dHR, nHR, 24 h HR 及 LVMI, IVST, LVPWT, LVEDd 均降低，SDNN, SDANN, rMSSD 及 PNN50 均升 高，且 EECP组变化更明显（P均<0. 05). Exploring the abundance information of nifH gene and the composition and diversity of nitrogen-fixing bacterial community in the rhizosphere soil of the desert sand-fixing plant may provide basic information for enriching the microbial resource pool in desert areas. Realtime quantitative PCR and high-throughput sequencing were applied to analyze the abundance of nifH gene and the community composition of nitrogen-fixing bacteria in the rhizosphere soil of 5 shrublands of Caragana spp. growing in the desert grassland of Ningxia. The method of isolation and culture were to screen nitrogen-fixing bacteria in the rhizosphere soil of Caragana spp. and to study their diversities. The results showed that the copy number of nifH gene in the 5 rhizosphere soil samples were significantly different, the highest in Luoshan（LS）and the lowest in Shapotou（SPT). A total of 7 phyla, 12 classes, 26 families and 30 genera of nitrogen-fixing bacteria were detected in the rhizosphere soil of Caragana spp. At the family and genus level, the community composition of nitrogen-fixing bacteria in Shapotou sample was quite different. Unclassified Proteobacteria and Phyllobacteriaceae accounted for 25.54% and 22.77%, respectively, Rhodospirillaceae accounted for 17.43%, and Mesorhizobium were dominant genus, with a relative abundance of 22.77% ；the other four soil samples were dominated by Rhodospirillaceae and Skermanella, with relative abundances of 23.71%-73.45% and 23.19%-71.14%, respectively, and it accounted for the highest proportion in Luoshan sample. The isolated nitrogen-fixing bacteria belong to 15 genera, in addition to the common nitrogen-fixing groups such as Pseudomonas, Rhizobium and Enterobacter, also including Leclercia, Chryseobacterium, Stenotrophomonas, etc., the diversity is abundant.
