目的 探讨CBL和情景模拟教学模式在儿外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果. 方法 选 取2020年9月至2021年3月该院儿外科第2年住培医师共95名作为研究对象,随机分配为对照组(31人), 采用传统教学法;CBL组(32人),采用案例进行教学;情景模拟组(32人),采用情景模拟教学方法. 教学结束 后采用理论考试和临床技能操作对3组住培医师的理论知识掌握和临床技能进行考核,并对教学效果进行评 价. 结果 CBL组和情景模拟组理论成绩和临床技能操作成绩比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均高 于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). CBL组和情景模拟组教学效果评价优于对照组,差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05);情景模拟组在学习兴趣提高和自信心评价方面均优于 CBL组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 CBL和情景模拟教学均能提高住培医师理论成绩和技能操作能力,情景模拟教学更有利于住培医师学 习兴趣提高和自信心的培养. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
