- Abstract
In order to further improve the adsorption performance of activated alumina, two kinds of adsorbents, rdtrate acidified activated alumina loaded lanthanum (LHAA) and loaded magnesium (MHAA), were prepared with the combination of nitrate acidification and chemical impregnation. The adsorption performance of LHAA and MHAA was studied, and the mechanism of fluoride removal was explored・ The results showed that the optimal removal rate of 20 mg/L fluoride water were 93% and 90% respectively, and the maximum adsorption capacities were 17. 64 mg/g and 10. 96 mg/g, respectively, when the adsorption time was 2 h, the dosage was 2 g/L, pH = 6, and the oscillation frequency was 180 r/min. The adsorption isotherms of fluoride ions by both of them conformed to the Langmuir isotherm model, and the adsorption kinetics fitting conformed to the pseudo second order kinetics. 21. 中国农田磷流失风险评价及其关键驱动因素.

- Abstract
Non-point source phosphorus (P) loss from farmland is one of the most serious causes of agricultural non-point source pollution. It is very necessary to identify the critical source areas and influence factors for the risk of P loss from farmland in a watershed, in order to prevent non-point source pollution. The objective of this study was to assess the risk of P loss from farmland in China from 2000 to 2020. P index model was also used. Among them, the soil available P content and fertilizer-P application rate were selected as the source factors. The soil-erosion modulus, annual runoff depth, and the normalized differential distance index between farmland and river network were used as the transport factors. Additionally, the GIS technology was then combined to identify the critical source areas of P loss from farmland. Random Forest (RF) was utilized to derive the critical influencing factors on the P loss from farmland in China. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was constructed to explore the relationship between the P index and influencing factors. The results show that: 1) The low, medium, high, and very high-risk areas of P loss from 2000 to 2020 accounted for 43.8%, 40.5%, 13.4%, and 2.4% of the total area of farmland, respectively. 2) The annual average percentage of the total area at high and very high risk of P loss from farmland in 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, and 2020 was ranked in the descending order: the Huaihe River Basin, Yangtze River Basin, Pearl River Basin, Southeast River Basin, Songhua and Liaohe River Basin, Southwest River Basin, Yellow River Basin, Continental River Basin, and Haihe River Basin. 3) The RF results showed that the available P content and normalized differential distance index were the critical influencing factors of the P index, whose importance eigenvalues were 129.53 and 65.12, respectively. The available P content was the critical influencing factor of the P loss from the farmland. 4) SEM images showed that the P index was extremely significantly positively correlated with the source and transport factor indexes. The P index of the 14 selected index factors amounted to 0.62, in which the contribution rates of the source factor and the migration factor to the P index were 0.77 and 0.19, respectively (P<0.001). In conclusion, the findings can provide scientific references for the evaluation of non-point source pollution in farmland. A reinforced concrete subsoil granary has been the promising type in agricultural production in recent years. Among them, a steel plate is used as the waterproof layer, which is connected to the reinforced concrete silo wall by welded bolts on the contact side of the steel plate and the reinforced concrete silo wall. The moisture-proof layer is taken as the aerated concrete blocks using epoxy structural adhesive. Specially, the aerated concrete block is bonded to the steel plate, thus forming a structural layer of epoxy structural adhesive bonding the steel plate and aerated concrete block. This study aims to evaluate the safety and reliability of this structural layer under the horizontal lateral pressure and friction of grain. The results are as follows: 1) Once the adhesive area was the same, there was the increase in the deformation, ultimate bearing capacity and bond strength at the interface of steel plate aerated concrete block under horizontal-vertical bidirectional loading, compared with the vertical unidirectional loading. The better bonding performance was then achieved under the horizontal lateral pressure that generated by the grain storage in the silo; 2) The damage pattern of vertical unidirectional loading was obtained, where the aerated concrete blocks were peeled off from the epoxy structural adhesive; In horizontal-vertical bidirectional loading, a penetrating crack was formed in the aerated concrete blocks, and then the whole block moved downward under the horizontal load, but without peeling off. A comparison was made on the damage patterns of vertical unidirectional loading and horizontal-vertical bidirectional loading. Therefore, it was beneficial to the stabilization of the interface, in the case of aerated concrete blocks under vertical loading while applied horizontal lateral pressure. 3) The bond strength was closely related to the friction force on the silo wall, when the adhesive area was A, 0.8A, 0.5A (A was the contact area between a single aerated concrete block and a steel plate). Once the adhesive area was 0.5A, the smallest height of grain storage was achieved under the vertical unidirectional loading, indicating the larger than the actual height. Therefore, the structural layer with the gluing area of 0.5A was fully met the requirements of the bearing capacity and bonding strength under grain storage loads in the design of underground granaries. 4) It was feasible to adopt the construction practice of epoxy structural adhesive bonding steel plates and aerated concrete blocks for underground granaries under the horizontal lateral pressure and vertical friction of grain. 5) The bearing capacity and bond strength were fully met the requirements, when the bonding area of epoxy structural adhesive exceeded 50% of the total area of aerated concrete block. Further consideration should be given to the influence of the epoxy structural adhesive thickness and application mode on the displacement, bearing capacity, bond strength and damage pattern of the structural layer. Objective: To explore the effect and mechanism of Shenfu Injection on heart failure rats based on the PI3K-AKT-mTOR signaling pathway. Methods: Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into a normal control group (n=20), a heart failure model group (n=20), and a Shenfu injection treatment group (n=20). The normal control group did not receive any treatment, while the other two groups were treated with abdominal aortic constriction to construct a heart failure model. The heart failure model group was given sodium chloride solution, and the Shenfu injection treatment group was given Shenfu injection. Compare the cardiac function, oxidative stress, inflammatory factors, and P13K Akt m TOR expression of rats in each group. Results: Compared to the normal control group, the levels of left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD) and left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD) in the Shenfu injection treatment group and heart failure model group increased sequentially, while the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) decreased sequentially (P<0.05). Compared to the normal control group, the level of serum malondialdehyde (MDA) in the Shenfu injection treatment group and the heart failure model group increased in turn, and the level of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) decreased in turn (P<0.05). Compared to the normal control group, the Shenfu Injection treatment group and the heart failure model group had serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-1 levels β (IL-1 β), Tumor Necrosis Factor-α (TNF-α) The levels increased sequentially (P<0.05). Compared to the normal control group, the expression of P13K-Akt-mTOR in the Shenfu Injection treatment group and heart failure model group decreased sequentially (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shenfu Injection can protect the cardiac function of heart failure rats, alleviate oxidative stress response, and inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors. Objective: To explore the efficacy of Cangfu Daotan Pill on phlegm dampness type polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and its influence on the phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI3K) /protein kinase B (AKT) signaling pathway in peripheral blood. Methods: 86patients with phlegm dampness type PCOS who were admitted to Cangzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Hebei Province from January 2022 to October 2022 were included. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group (n=43, treated with Diane-35) and experimental group (n=43, treated with Diane-35 combined with Cangfu Daotan Pill) . The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, sex hormone indicators, glucose and lipid metabolism indicators,PI3K/AKT signaling pathway related indicators changes and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed in two groups. Results:Compared with control group after treatment, experimental group had lower traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, triglyceride (TG), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), testosterone (T), luteinizing hormone (LH), fasting blood glucose (FBG), total cholesterol (TC), fasting insulin (FINS) levels and lower PI3K messenger ribonucleic acid (m RNA), AKT m RNA, and higher high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) (P<0.05) . There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05) . Conclusion: Cangfu Daotan Pill is used to treat patients with phlegm dampness type PCOS, which can effectively regulate sex hormones and glucose and lipid metabolism indicators, improve clinical symptoms, may be related to regulating the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway in peripheral blood. 27. 母B族链球菌定植致新生儿巨噬细胞相关细胞因子及免疫功能改变的研究.

- Abstract
Objective: To explore the study of mother group B streptococcus(GBS) colonization causing macrophage cytokine and cellular immune function alterations in newborns. Methods: Forty-three neonates with confirmed maternal GBS colonization admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from March 2020 to January 2022 were prospectively selected and set as the study group, while forty normal newborns at the same time period were control group. The levels of macrophage-related cytokines and T lymphocyte subsets, and NK cell levels were compared between two groups. The clinical manifestations that appeared in neonates after GBS colonization were analyzed. Results: The levels of CD3+ T, CD19+ T, CD3+ CD8+ T, CD4+ /CD8+ T, and NK cells were higher in study group than control group, and CD3+ CD4+ was lower than control group(P<0.05). The levels of IFN-γ, IL-13, IL-4, IL-10 were higher in the children of study group than control group(P<0.05). The levels of serum macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF), CXCL9, CXCL10 and CCL3 were higher in study group than control group(P<0.05). Levels of CD4+ /CD8+ T cells, NK cells, IFN-γ, IL-13, IL-4, IL-10, MIF, CXCL9, CXCL10 and CCL3 were proved to be positively correlated with neonatal GBS infection, and levels of CD3+ CD4+ T cells were negatively correlated with neonatal GBS infection(P<0.05). There were 4 cases of respiratory distress, 1 case of shock, 2 cases of sepsis, 1 case of meningitis and 2 cases of positive gastric fluid culture in study group of neonates. Prognosis and regression: all study groups were discharged cured. Conclusion: Macrophage-associated cytokines and T lymphocyte subpopulation levels are involved in the immune response process of neonatal GBS infection, and macrophage-associated cytokines and altered cellular immune function are associated with neonatal GBS infection. Castor bean root rot is a root disease caused by Fusarium solani, which seriously threatens the production of castor bean. Due to the lack of resistance genes, the breeding for root rot resistance in castor bean is seriously restricted. In order to mine resistant resources and establish resistant molecular markers, the phenotypic and molecular marker identification was performed on the disease resistance of 252 castor bean accessions in this study. The results were as follows: (1) Irrigating roots with the conidia suspension of 1×106 spores·mL-1 was an effective inoculation method. The 5-grade evaluation method based on the days of wilt after inoculation could be used as the criteria to evaluate the resistant level of accessions objectively. (2) According to the criteria, the resistance of 252 accessions were divided into five grades from high to low, among which Grade 1 was high resistance and Grade 2 was moderate resistance. The number of accessions with different grades from 1 to 5 were 105, 25, 33, 31 and 58, respectively, accounting for 42%, 10%, 13%, 12% and 23%, respectively. A total of 130 resistant accessions were identified, of which 105 were high resistance and 25 were moderate resistance. (3) The proportion of resistant accessions in wild accessions (66%) was much higher than that in cultivated accessions (35%) . Among wild accessions from South China, 69% were resistant accessions, and 60% were high resistance accessions. It is strongly suggested that the research and utilization of wild accessions, especially the wild accessions in South China, should be an important direction of resistance breeding in the future. (4) Eight SSR markers associated with the resistance were preliminarily established. Although different resistant accessions carried different markers or marker combinations, most of them carried three to four of the above markers, therefore, they can be used as resistant molecular markers for assisted selection. The results of this study provide an effective method and evaluation criteria for root rot resistance identification, screen out a number of resistance genetic resources urgently needed in breeding, and preliminarily establish the SSR markers available for assisted selection, which lay an important foundation for resistance breeding of castor bean root rot. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 5% minoxidil combined with finasteride in the treatment of androgenic alopecia (AGA), so as to provide evidence-based reference for clinical application of 5% minoxidil. METHODS: PubMed, the Cochrane Library, CNKI, VIP, CBM and Wanfang Data were retrieved for randomized controlled trials (RCT) on 5% minodil combined with finasteride in the treatment of AGA published before Jun. 1st, 2022. Literature was screened by title, abstract and full text in turn, and Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5. 4 statistical software. RESULTS: After screening, 7 RCT were included. Results of Meta-analysis showed that after 3, 6 and 12 months of treatment, the efficacy of AGA in the combined treatment group was better than that in the 5% minoxidil group or finasteride group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 01). The incidence of adverse drug reactions of topical 5% minoxidil was significantly higher than that of oral finasteride, the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 01). CONCLUSIONS: For patients with AGA, topical 5% minoxidil combined with oral finasteride is the most effective. However, local itching, increased dandruff or dermatitis may occur during medication, and attention should be paid to the occurrence of adverse reactions on the skin and its accessories. Adverse drug reactions such as sexual dysfunction may occur and should be given attention, patient’ s liver function should be promptly monitored during drug medication. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

BACKGROUND: As a derivative of natural biological material chitosan, carboxymethyl chitosan has a wide application prospect in tissue engineering due to its unique water-solubility, film-forming and sustained-release properties. OBJECTIVE: To review the advantages of carboxymethyl chitosan compared with chitosan and its application in oral tissue regeneration. METHODS: PubMed and CNKI were searched using the key words of “carboxymethyl chitosan AND Tissue engineering, carboxymethyl chitosan AND (dentistry OR stomatology)” for articles published from January 2006 to October 2021. Preliminary screening was conducted through reading and analysis to exclude duplicate articles and low-correlation articles. Eventually, 51 articles were included for result analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Carboxymethyl chitosan, as a non-toxic material with valuable biocompatibility and biodegradation, has made ideal progresses in bone tissue regeneration, tooth tissue regeneration and periodontal tissue regeneration. Carboxymethyl chitosan has better water solubility, membrane formation and ion binding properties than chitosan, which greatly expands its application in oral tissue engineering. Carboxymethyl chitosan has achieved the expected experimental results whether it is used alone to exert antibacterial effect and promote cell proliferation and differentiation, or used as a scaffold material, hydrogel, modified material and biological active ingredients and growth factors. Ni/AlCl3 Catalysts with different Ni loadings were prepared and evaluated, and modified with chlorine to increase their acid activity, to compare the yield of C5-C12 olefins to high quality lubricant base oils under different process conditions, and to determine the best production process conditions by comparing the physical and chemical properties of synthetic lubricants.The best results were obtained with a Ni mass fraction of 0.8% at 137 ℃, 40 min, 2.5 MPa and 1 h pretreatment with chlorine gas.The synthetic oil had a freezing point of -51.40 ℃, a flash point of 82.10 ℃, a bromine valence of 5.51%,a kinematic viscosity of 28.11 mm²/s at 40 ℃ and a yield of 89.54%. Objective: To observe the effects of cardiopulmonary exercise test(CPET) guided cardiac rehabilitation combined with mindfulness-based cognitive therapy(MBCT) on cardiopulmonary function, anxiety, depression and prognosis in elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods: 156 elderly patients with CHF who were treated in the Geriatric Department of the Fourth Medical Center of PLA General Hospital from August 2018 to May 2020 were selected. According to the two-color ball method, the patients were divided into control group(78 cases, receiving CPET guided cardiac rehabilitation intervention on the basis of routine treatment) and observation group(78 cases, combined with MBCT intervention on the basis of control group). The changes of cardiopulmonary function, anxiety and depression and prognosis of patients in both groups were observed. Results: The carbon dioxide ventilation equivalent slope(VE/VCO2slop), left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD) in two groups after intervention decreased. Peak oxygen consumption(peak VO2), anaerobic threshold oxygen consumption(VO2AT), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) after intervention increased(P<0.05). VE/VCO2slop, LVEDD in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group, and peakVO2, VO2AT, LVEF were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of 17 items of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) in the two groups after intervention decreased(P<0.05). The scores of HAMD-17 and HAMA in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The rehospitalization rate within one year and mortality within one year in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: CPET guided cardiac rehabilitation combined with MBCT in the treatment of elderly patients with CHF can promote the recovery of cardiopulmonary function, improve anxiety and depression, and reduce the rehospitalization rate within one year and mortality within one year.
