燃气轮机装机容量日益增加，推动了电-气综合能源系统的联合调度研究。为了减少碳排放和加快求解速度，本文提出了一种计及时段粒化的电-气综合能源系统低碳经济调度策略。首先，考虑碳交易机制，建立了电-气综合能源系统低碳调度模型；其次，提出了一种计及时段粒化的快速求解策略，该策略利用改进的k-means聚类方法把调度周期的96个时段粒化，从而加快模型的求解速度；最后，采用电力39节点和天然气20节点的电-气综合能源系统进行算例仿真，仿真结果验证了构建模型与所提出策略的可行性和有效性。

In order to facilitate the efficient utilization of water resources and the high-quality development of economy and society in the national central cities of the Yellow River Basin, this paper analyzed the water resources utilization efficiency, annual changes and influencing factors of Zhengzhou and Xi’an, the national central cities of the Yellow River basin, in terms of water resources utilization, social economy and ecological environment, based on the super efficiency SBM model, DEA Malmquist index and Tobit regression model. The results show that: a) In 2005-2020, Zhengzhou and Xi’an have moderate water resources utilization efficiency. In terms of water resources utilization and socio-economic sub-systems, the efficiency of water resources utilization of Zhengzhou is higher than that of Xi’an; In terms of ecological environment, the water resources utilization efficiency of Xi’an is higher than that of Zhengzhou; The comprehensive water resources utilization efficiency of Zhengzhou is higher than that of Xi’an. b) The total factor productivity of water resources utilization in Zhengzhou City is in an overall rising state in three sub-systems, Xi’an City is in an overall rising state in social and economic sub-systems of water resources utilization, and is in a declining state in water resources utilization and ecological environment. c) Economic development level is positively correlated with water resources utilization efficiency. The correlation between industrial structure, scientific and technological innovation level and water resources utilization efficiency is not significant. Patients with thymoma without preoperative myasthenia gravis may develop symptoms of myasthenia gravis after tumor resection. A comprehensive understanding toward this rare clinical phenomenon is lacking. Recent studies indicate that post-operatively new onset myasthenia gravis (ponoMG) is the result of multiple mechanisms and their interactions, which may be related to the thymoma-mediated production, release and long-term presence of abnormal T cells and autoimmune antibodies in the periphery, as well as the presence of ectopic thymus and late recurrence of thymoma. Preoperative antibody titer is the main predictor. The treatment strategy is based on anticholinesterase drugs and hormonal therapy.
