- Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To perform rapid selection and evaluation of new oral small-molecule anti-COVID-19 drugs based on Rapid Guidelines for Drug Evaluation and Selection in Chinese Medical Institutions (Second Edition) (hereinafter referred to as “ the guidelines”), so as to provide reference for the rational introduction of drugs by medical institutions. METHODS: By referring to drug instructions, disease diagnosis and treatment guidelines, and through retrieving literature from databases such as CNKI, Wanfang Data and PubMed, a percentile evaluation system based on guidelines was developed to evaluate the hygiene technology of Nematovir/ Litonavir tablets, Monovir capsules, and Azvudine tablets from five aspects: pharmaceutical characteristics, efficacy, safety, economy, and other attributes. According to the score results, the introduction level of various drugs was recommended. RESULTS: After quantitative evaluation, the final scores of Azvudine tablets, Nematoveir/ Litonavir tablets, and Monovir capsules were respectively 75. 00, 71. 78 and 73. 36 points. All three were first-line drugs for early treatment of mild and mediumCOVID-19 patients. Azulfidine tablets were more widely available and cheaper, but had a slightly higher incidence of adverse drug reactions such as diarrhea and dizziness. Nematrevir/ Ritonavir tablets and Monovir capsules were restricted to adults with risk factors for developing a heavy form of the disease, and Nematrevir/ Ritonavir tablets were more efficacious than Monovir capsules, but had more adverse drug interactions and were expensive. Monoravir capsules did not require dose adjustment when used in patients with abnormal hepatic or renal function, with no adverse drug interactions, and had the lowest incidence of mild to moderate adverse drug reactions. The total score of the three drugs was >70 points, which belonged to the category of strong recommendation. Medical institutions could choose 1 to 2 types of introduction according to the characteristics of the medication population. CONCLUSIONS: This health technology assessment can provide practical experience for medical institutions to carry out drug selection and evaluation, as well as evidence-based evidence for rational clinical use of anti-COVID-19 drugs. Accurate prediction of drilling fluid rheological parameters is of great importance to the accurate computation of high temperature high pressure (HTHP) hydraulic parameters and borehole pressure, and to maintain the safety of drilling operation. Based on the database of drilling fluid rheological parameters obtained in laboratory experiments, nine flow models were evaluated for their adaptability to different drilling fluid systems in a wide temperature and pressure range. Among these models, the HerschelBulkley model (medium and low temperature, low pressure) and the four-parameter flow model were selected for evaluating their adaptability to oil based drilling fluids, the hyperbolic flow model was selected for evaluating its adaptability in a wide temperature and pressure range to water based drilling fluids. The selected flow models are the bases for accurately predicting the borehole pressures in HTHP wells. Based on the experiment data development and multivariate nonlinear fitting, a new model was established for predicting the rheological parameters of different drilling fluid systems with different flow models in a wide temperature and pressure range. This new model was then verified with borehole pressure data obtained from an HTHP well. The verification results show that the error existed for using the hyperbolic flow model as the basis to calculate the bottom hole pressure is 1.31%, indicating that the new model has satisfied the needs for accurate computation of borehole pressures in deep and ultra-deep HTHP wells. In order to explore the reservoir increasing position of Putaohua oil layer of Yaojia Formation of Upper Cretaceous in Pubei area of Songliao Basin, a rolling potential tapping study was carried out on the reservoir of Sa-0 oil reservoir above this oil layer. Using the logging lithology identification technology, based on the study of rock electrical characteristics, combined with the thin interbed reservoir prediction technology based on highresolution 3-dimensional seismic, the targeted reservoir identification chart and identification standard are established to clarify the reservoir distribution characteristics and implement the reserve replacement layer. Deep lake deposits are developed in Sa-0 oil reservoir. Locally developed gravity channel sandy deposits are under the background of lacustrine mudstone, with reservoir capacity and oil-bearing display. The corresponding reservoir identification criteria are: shale content≤30%, porosity≥8%, permeability≥0. 1 mD, acoustic time difference ≥70 μs/ ft, deep lateral resistivity≥34. 9e -0.016 5DT and ≥8 970 919 200e-0.3DT . On the plane, the gravity flow channel is distributed in strips, with the characteristics of small distribution area, but relatively huge thickness. The physical property analysis of sidewall coring shows that the effective porosity is about 17. 8%. The effective permeability is about 2. 23 mD. The reservoir physical property is good. The oil and gas display level is a main oil spot, with Class Ⅰ good reservoir and Class Ⅱ medium reservoir. It is comprehensively considered that the gravity flow channel reservoir of Sa-0 oil reservoir can form a reservoir with industrial value. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Concentrations of the organic contaminants in sewage sludge dewatering of several Chinese cities were analyzed,and pointed out the concentration of PAHs was 1.156—34.940mg/kg,PCBs content was 0—115.730mg/kg;PCDD/Fs concentration was 9.530—22.900ngTEQ · g-1dm,NP concentration was 177 mg/kg.This paper demonstrated that the organic contaminants in sludge can be degraded with the aerobic biological treatment technology,and the environment risk of the organic contaminants in sewage sludge can be reduced to realize the safety and environmental protection of land use.Meanwhile,by optimizing sludge biological aerobic fermentation control conditions: C/N in the range of 25 ∶ 1 to 40 ∶ 1,a temperature of 30 to 55℃,the oxygen concentration is 5%—15%,forced ventilation control in 1.5—2.0m3 · min-1 · t-1(dried mud),pH6—9,mixing water rate is 50%—65%,the environmental risk of sewage sludge land application can significantly be reduced.The resource utilization of the sludge to bring about two pollution problems can also be avoided.

In order to evaluate the seismic behavior and performance of the overall assembled subway station and promote the application of the prefabricated assembly technology in underground structures, the full-scale prefabricated beam-column-slab interior joint (PMJ-1) from the cross section of station and the full-scale cast-in-place concrete beam-column-slab interior joint (CMJ-1) were designed and fabricated. The important indexes were studied under low-cycle repeated loading, such as failure mode, hysteretic characteristic, bearing capacity, deformation capacity, energy dissipation capacity and stiffness degeneration etc. The results show that the distributions of cracks are slightly different. The distribution of cracks of the cast-in-place concrete joint is homogeneous, but the distribution of cracks of the precast concrete joint is localized. For the precast concrete joint, the main regions of cracks were distributed along the plastic zone of the layered slab and the connection, especially the superimposed surface between precast part and cast-in-place part of the layered slab. The bearing capacity, initial stiffness and energy dissipation capacity of beam-column-slab joints are approximately the same for the two tested joints, but the displacement ductility coefficient of PMJ-1 is about 1.6 times of that of CMJ-1. Based on the connection type and the details of PMJ-1, the grouting sleeves and connecting parts of prefabricated member are simplified in the finite element model. The numerical analysis results agree well with the experimental results. The seismic performance of the prefabricated assembled joints is not weaker than that of the cast-in-place joints. Both the experimental results and the numerical analysis lay the foundation for the application of the prefabricated assembled structures in underground structures. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to study the mechanical properties and to improve the connecting reliability of grouted sleeve splicing for rebars under seismic action, grouted sleeve splices were prepared for steel bars with a diameter of 25mm and 28mm, respectively. High stress repeated tension-compression loading tests were conducted to investigate the important indexes, including the failure mode, connection performance, damage distribution of the cementitious grout and strain variation of hoop-confinement. The test results show that the failure mode is fracture of the steel bar with an embedded length of eight times the bar diameter. However, severe damage occurs at the end of the cementitious grout, with the damage depth of about 8% of the total length of the sleeve. The yield displacement of grouted sleeve splices is smaller than that of the same type of steel. The effect of high stress repeated tension-compression loading on the connection performance is not obvious. The indexes of yield ratio, strength ratio, ductility ratio, and capacity ratio were used to evaluate the connection performance of splices. The results show that the yield ratio of splices is greater than one and the ductility ratios of grouted sleeve splices are all over four. However, the capacity ratio of splices of 25mm steel bars is only 51% of that of the 28mm bars, which may be optimized to reduce its effect on the seismic performance of structural members.
