【Objective】To instigate the effects of several probiotics on the weight gain, intestinal enzyme activity and serum immune index of Liuzhou Ma chicken, the probiotic effects of several probiotics were compared.【Method】2000 5-day-old Liuzhou Ma chickens were divided into 8 groups, one group was the control that no probiotics were added to the drinking water, and the other seven groups were the experimental groups with different probiotics. In a certain period of time, randomly grab the chicks of 20 or more and weigh them to calculate the body weight gain; At the end of the trial period, 10 Liuzhou Ma chickens were individually bled in each group, and serum was collected for the detection of immunoglobulin content; After the anatomy was performed, the contents of the duodenum, jejunum, ileum and cecum were taken, and lipase activity, amylase activity and protease activity were detected.【Result】The results showed that the probiotics test groups had a good promoting effect on the body weight gain of Liuzhou Ma chicken. Among them, the F1 group and the Kb group had extremely significant differences in weight gain(P<0.01); The results of intestinal enzyme activity tests showed that there were significant differences in lipase, amylase and protease activity between different probiotics(P<0.05); Probiotics can increase serum immunoglobulin A, G, M content(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Probiotics can increase body weight gain, intestinal enzyme activity and immune index of Liuzhou Ma chicken. This study provides data support for the practical application of probiotics. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
