Improving the accuracy and refinement level of urban flood management is the key to solving the urban flooding. The purpose of this paper is to quantitatively assess the role of rainfall resolution in detecting rainfall variability and performing rainfall frequency analyses (RFA). A total of 16 rainfall products with a variety of space-time resolutions were used to obtain RFA results in Shanghai, China. Results are based on diagnostic indicators of rainfall variability and the stochastic storm transposition method. The results indicate that storm magnitudes are underestimated when coarse space-time resolutions are used. Furthermore, the use of low-resolution data results in a lagged estimation of storm occurrence and an under- and overestimation of rainfall variations. Depending on the return period, the rainfall resolution has a significant impact on the RFA outputs: coarser data resolution and longer return periods tend to underestimate the intensity-duration-frequency curves. It is also evident that temporal resolution has a greater impact than spatial resolution, as it accounts for five times as much of the effect. These results emphasize the importance of high-resolution rainfall data for the analysis of extreme rainfall intensities, particularly in relation to urban flooding. For flood control design purposes in urban areas, we recommend using rainfall data with a resolution of 12 h and 0. 05° or finer. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Urban flooding is becoming more severe due to increases in extreme rainfall amounts and impervious land cover. Design storms are critical for developing infrastructure and land use solutions to these flood challenges. In this study, we examine urban design storms using Stochastic Storm Transposition (SST). SST is a technique that uses probabilistic resampling from a" storm catalog" of observed rainfall events selected from a pre-defined regional "transposition domain". Resampled storms are then spatially transposed to estimate distributions of extreme rainfall intensity, duration, and frequency (IDF). This study presents an SST-based rainfall analysis for Shanghai, China. Results show that there is spatial heterogeneity in rainfall across study's transposition domain which must be accounted for during the transposition step of SST. SST can reproduce reasonable IDF estimates and provide design storms with realistic spatiotemporal rainfall structures. Large variations in spatio-temporal structure of these SST-based design storms under different return periods call into question the conventional hydrologic engineering assumption of design storm rainfall that is spatially-uniform and temporally idealized. [Objective] The present paper aimed to explore the relationship between the general chemical composition and aroma precursors and sensory quality of tobacco strips during aging, and to provide theoretical support for experts in cigarette blending and warehouse managers to quickly grasp the sensory quality. [Method] Tobacco strips produced by areas like Hunan, Guizhou , Fujian, Yunnan, Henan, Brazil were collected in 2014. The main chemical components and sensory quality of samples were detected. The prediction model of total score of sensory quality of alcoholization leaves was constructed by correlation analysis, principal component analysis and regression analysis. [Result] The prediction model was constructed based on six chemical components including absorbance value, pH value, chlorogenic acid, rutin, total alkaloids and total sugar content. The error between simulated and actual value was in the range of 0.04 -4.61 points, the error was 0. 05 % -6.94 % ,and average error was 2.40 % . The prediction model was applied to the upper tobacco leaves than that of middle ones. In order to study the mechanical characteristic and shear strength of steel reinforced ultra high strength concrete (SRUHSC) frame joint at the joint core, twelve specimens were tested under low cycle reversed loading. The shear failure pattern，mechanical characteristic at every loading stage，strain development of stirrup and steel web，and the influences of the test axial compression ratio, volumetric stirrup ratio and encased-steel shape on the shear strength, were analyzed. The four-side-reinforced shear wall model was adopted to describe the shear mechanism at the joint core. Based on the model，calculation methods on shear strength were presented，and the calculated results were compared with the experimental ones. Analysis results indicate that the ultra-high strength concrete carries most of the external load and the share reaches more than 85% at the cracking stage, but the stirrup and steel web bear the less. After specimen yields，the load that the ultra-high strength concrete bears decreases，while the load that stirrup and steel web bear increases obviously. At the same time，the strain of stirrup and steel web become larger. The relations of load and strain change from nearly linear proportional to nonlinear, and the larger residual strain appears. The shear strength of the joint core increases when the axial compression ratio or volumetric stirrup ratio increases. But the encased steel shapes have no influence on the shear strength. The ratios between the calculated values and test ones range from 0. 94 to 1. 02，and the precision of calculation method is better. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的　探讨醛固酮拮抗剂螺内酯对冠心病心肌梗死患者疗效及心室重构的影响。方法　选取冠心病 心肌梗死患者64例，根据治疗方法不同，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各32例。两组均行常规治 疗，观察组加用螺内酯治疗，螺内酯20ｍｇ，口服，每天1次，连用6个月，对比两组疗效及治疗前后心室重构各项指 标，包括左室收缩末期内径(ＬＶＥＳＤ)、左室舒张末期内径(ＬＶＥＤＤ)、左心室舒张末容积(ＬＶＥＤＶ)、左室收缩末容积 (ＬＶＥＳＶ)。结果　观察组总有效率90.62％，对照组总有效率75.00％，两组比较，Ｐ<0.05。治疗24周后，观察组 ＬＶＥＤＤ、ＬＶＥＳＤ、ＬＶＥＤＶ、ＬＶＥＳＶ低于治疗前及治疗4、12周(Ｐ均<0.05)，且观察组治疗24周后ＬＶＥＤＤ、ＬＶＥＳＤ、 ＬＶＥＤＶ、ＬＶＥＳＶ低于对照组(Ｐ均<0.05)。结论　冠心病心肌梗死患者应用醛固酮拮抗剂螺内酯可以提高临床 疗效，逆转心室重构。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

For studying the temporal and spatial response characteristics of reconstructed soil moisture under different particle size coal gangue temperature field, construct the experimental field by filling coal gangue with different particle size distribution and the same equal overburden thickness, the hierarchical embedded high precision temperature and moisture sensor, a soil moisture monitoring station, the dynamic monitoring of soil moisture and temperature gradient reconstruction.The experimental results show that The temperature of coal gangue and filling interface is generally lower than the soil temperature of 15 cm( H1 layer) and 25 cm( H2 layer), and higher than the soil temperature at 35 cm( H3 layer).That indicates the surface heat conduction acts on soil layers H1 and H2, but the temperature field caused by weathering of coal gangue exists on the filling interface Change the succession phenomenon; the soil moisture of reclaimed land degrades with the increase of soil depth, the land reclamation reconstruction of soil moisture for the overall distribution trend is medium particle>fine particle >coarse particle, medium particle and fine particle of reclaimed land soil moisture average difference value is 3.7%; the correlation between the soil temperature in H3 layer and the temperature of gangue layer is the highest.; the correlation coefficient between soil water content and coal gangue temperature is H3>H2>H1; the average correlation coefficient of coarse particle of the reclaimed land was 0.716, the average correlation coefficient in the medium particle reclaimed land is 0. 668, the average correlation coefficient of fine particle of reclaimed land is 0.626; the research results can provide work to provide basic data for coal gangue filling reclamation.
