The cultivation of comprehensive talents in the field of modern engineering requires interdisciplinary integration. Using interdisciplinary integration as the starting point, reform and practice of experimental teaching was conducted in the inorganic and analytical chemistry experiment course. Using the tap water and domestic sewage in the campus as the object of this study, the chemical oxygen demand was measured using the potassium permanganate method. The experimental aims were to improve the interdisciplinary thinking, data calculation, and practical problem-solving abilities of the students and to enhance their awareness of environmental protection, which is desirable for students majoring in chemistry, environmental engineering, and resource cycle science and engineering. Based on the quantum chemical calculation software Gaussian 16, a computational chemistry design was carried out for the classical physical chemistry experiment "Determination of electromotive force". The solvation free energy of Cu2+ and Zn2+ was calculated by density functional theory, and then the standard molar Gibbs free energy change of the cell reaction was computed through the thermodynamic cycle. The standard electromotive force of the Cu-Zn glavanic battery was further derived. The experiment aims to deepen students' understanding of the basic physical chemistry concept, such as standard molar Gibbs free energy, electrode potential and Nernst equation, to give full play to students' subjective initiative, and to cultivate students' abilities of experiment designing, practice and scientific thinking. In order to make better use of Cordyceps militaris resources, the cytotoxicity and antioxidant capacity of fresh Cordyceps militaris and dry Cordyceps militaris aqueous extracts were evaluated. Six groups of mice were intraperitoneally injected with 200 mg/kg fresh Cordyceps militaris aqueous extract, 200 mg/kg dry Cordyceps mili- taris aqueous extract, 10 mL/kg sterile water, 4 mg/kg mitomycin C, 200 mg/kg fresh Cordyceps militaris aqueous extract + 4 mg/kg mitomycin C and 200 mg/kg dry Cordyceps militaris aqueous extract + 4 mg/kg mitomycin C, respectively. The ratio of polychromatic erythrocytes to mature erythrocytes in the bone marrow of mice in the experimental groups were determined to evaluate the cytotoxicity of fresh and dry Cordyceps militaris. According to the body mass, the mice in the negative control group were fed with normal saline, and the mice in the model control group were intraperitoneally injected with 80 mg/kg cyclophosphamide and then fed with normal saline. The mice in the experimental groups were intraperitoneally injected with 80 mg/kg cyclophosphamide and then fed with 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg fresh and dry Cordyceps militaris aqueous extract. The contents of superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase and malondialdehyde in the heart, liver and kidney tissues of the mice in the control group and the experimental groups were measured to evaluate the antioxidant capacity of fresh and dry Cordyceps militaris. The results showed that the aqueous extracts of fresh and dry Cordyceps militaris had no genotoxicity to cells, and had anti-cytotoxicity and antioxidant capacity. The antioxidant capacity of fresh Cordyceps militaris is stronger than that of dry Cordyceps militaris, which is more suitable as a functional food resource. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

BACKGROUND: Heart valve disease is common among cardiac surgical disorders, and prosthetic heart valve replacement surgery is the standard treatment for symptomatic valve disease. Bioprosthetic valves, an essential component of prosthetic heart valves, have made some breakthroughs in materials and therapies, but still have some drawbacks. OBJECTIVE: To summarize some existing related researches on bioprosthetic valves and prospect the future. METHODS: The first author searched the relevant literature from January 2012 to March 2022 by computer on CNKI and PubMed databases in March 2022, using “bioprosthetic valves, biomaterials, decellularization, cross-linking agents, endothelialization, TAVR” as the Chinese and English search terms. Finally, 79 articles were included for review. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Bioprosthetic valves have superior biocompatibility and hemodynamic properties, less thrombosis, and no lifelong anticoagulation for patients, but bioprosthetic valves are prone to calcification, leading to structural valve degradation and making them less durable. (2) Bovine and porcine are the primary biomaterials for traditional xenogeneic valves, and new materials are now mainly derived from transgenic pigs and fish bladders. (3) Decellularization techniques can reduce the immunogenicity of biologic valves, while decellularization combination methods can improve decellularization efficiency while protecting the extracellular matrix. (4) Chemical cross-linking agents are cytotoxic leading to calcification. Alternative fixatives or modified cross-linking methods can reduce adverse reactions; natural cross-linking agents are human-compatible and alleviate calcification. (5) Biological valve endothelialization has anticoagulant and anti-inflammatory effects, and a variety of coating techniques can facilitate the progression of endothelialization. bjective To investigate the expression of MAD2L1 in lung adenocarcinoma and its effect on the prognosis and immune microenvironment of patients. Methods The difference of MAD2L1 expression in lung adenocarcinoma tissue and normal lung tissue was analyzed by TCGA and GEO database. Survival analysis was carried out to evaluate the prognostic significance of MAD2L1 gene expression in lung adenocarcinoma patients. StarBase database was used to construct miRNA-MAD2L1 regulatory network of lung adenocarcinoma. The relation between the expression of MAD2L1 and immune cell infiltration in lung adenocarcinoma was analyzed by TIMER database. Results The expression of MAD2L1 was upregulated in lung adenocarcinoma, and the high expression of MAD2L1 was significantly correlated with pathological stage and lymph node metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma. The patients with high expression of MAD2L1 had a poor prognosis. miR-101-3p/MAD2L1 axis was identified as the most potential upstream regulation pathway of MAD2L1 in lung adenocarcinoma. The expression level of MAD2L1 was significantly correlated with tumor immune cell infiltration and immune checkpoint expression. Conclusion MAD2L1 is highly expressed in lung adenocarcinoma, which is related to poor prognosis and tumor immune infiltration. OBJECTIVE: To explore the clinical efficacy of human hepatitis B immunoglobulin combined with tenofovir in the treatment of patients with pregnancy complicated with chronic hepatitis B. METHODS: Totally 90 patients with pregnancy complicated with chronic hepatitis B admitted into Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital from Apr. 2017 to Apr. 2020 were extracted to be divided into the tenofovir group and the combination group via the random number table, with 45 cases in each group. The tenofovir group was treated with tenofovir, while the combination group received human hepatitis B immunoglobulin combined with tenofovir. The levels of hepatitis B virus (HBV)DNA and T lymphocyte subsets were detected in two groups. The levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The normalization rate of ALT, negative rate of HBV DNA, positive rate of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg), positive rate of hepatitis B surface antibody( HBsAb) and success rate of blockade of mother-to-child transmission were compared between two groups. The levels of immunoglobulin ( Ig) A, IgM and IgG in neonates were determined by immunoturbidimetric method. RESULTS: After treatment, compared with the tenofovir group, the levels of HBV DNA, ALT and AST in the combination group were significantly lower, and the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ). After treatment, compared with the tenofovir group, the levels of CD8 + in the combination group were significantly lower, while the levels of CD4 + and CD3 + were significantly higher, with statistically significant difference ( P < 0. 05). Compared with the tenofovir group, the normalization rate of ALT, negative rate of HBV DNA and success rate of blockade of mother-to-child transmission in the combination group were significantly higher, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). Compared with the tenofovir group, the positive rate of HBsAg, positive rate of HBsAb of neonates in the combination group were significantly lower, and the levels of IgA, IgM and IgG were significantly lower, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: Human hepatitis B immunoglobulin combined with tenofovir in the treatment of pregnant patients with chronic hepatitis B can regulate the level of HBV DNA, improve the liver function and immune function of patients, promote the normalization rate of ALT and negative rate of HBV DNA, decrease the positive rate of HBsAg and positive rate of HBsA, and improve the neonatal immune function, with significant effect of blockade of mother-to-child transmission [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
