【目的】探索一种利用随机引物聚合酶链反应指纹法技术进行变形链球菌基因分型的方法。【方法】利用变形链 球菌不同血清型标准株和通用引物5′-TGCCGAGCTG-3′, 研究了在不同条件下进行聚合酶链反应的结果, 寻找满意的聚合酶 链反应条件。【结果】找到了较为满意的聚合酶链反应条件:94 ℃ 30 s , 36 ℃ 30 s, 72 ℃ 1 min, 反应进行45 个循环。【结论】 随机引物聚合酶链反应指纹法技术在一定的控制条件下可用于变形链球菌的鉴定和分型。

【目的】描述广东省老年人失牙、指征失牙(有拔牙指征的牙齿)、义齿修复情况和咬牙合牙对, 并分析影响失牙的因 素。【方法】通过多阶段整群抽样抽取65 ～ 74 岁老年人1 515 人, 经培训人员进行问卷调查并按世界卫生组织标准进行临床 检查。【结果】平均失牙数11.9 颗, 指征失牙数2.5 颗, 农村老人有较多指征失牙。协方差分析结果表明失牙与社会经济因 素和性别有关。无牙老年人占4 %。有义齿老年人只有47 %。仅有49 %老年人有8 对以上咬牙合牙对。【结论】广东省老年人 中约一半牙列功能低于可接受水平, 需努力保存他们的自然牙齿。

目的　观察自拟养血祛邪汤口服辅助治疗血虚型慢性湿疹的临床效果及安全性。方法　选择血虚型慢 性湿疹患者80例，采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组口服氯雷他定片，1片/次，1次/天； 糠酸莫米松乳膏均匀涂于皮损处，2次/天；观察组在此基础上口服自拟养血祛邪汤，1剂/天；两组均治疗4周。比较 两组治疗前后的湿疹面积及严重程度指数（EASI）评分（包括红斑、丘疹、渗出、苔藓化及皮损面积）、中医症状积分（包 括瘙痒、皮肤干燥、皮损色暗）、皮肤病生活质量指数（DLQI）评分及血清白细胞介素4（IL-4）、白细胞介素10（IL-10）水 平。评价两组的临床疗效，比较两组不良反应发生率及复发率。结果　与同组治疗前比较，两组治疗后EASI评分中 红斑、丘疹、渗出、苔藓化、皮损面积评分及中医症状积分中瘙痒、皮肤干燥、皮损色暗评分均降低，且观察组治疗后降 低更明显（P均<0. 05）。与同组治疗前比较，两组治疗后血清IL-4、IL-10水平及DLQI评分均降低，且观察组治疗后 降低更明显（P均<0. 05）。观察组显效20例、有效18例、无效2例，总有效率为95. 00%；对照组分别为10、21、9 例及 77. 50%；观察组总有效率高于对照组（P<0. 05）。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0. 05），观 察组复发率低于对照组（P<0. 05）。结论　自拟养血祛邪汤口服辅助治疗血虚型慢性湿疹的临床效果较好且安全性 较高。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy of Runfei Gushen decoction combined with Pirfenidone tablets and Prednisone acetate tablets in the treatment of progressive pulmonary fibrosis (Qi and Yin Deficiency of Lung and Kidney Syndrome). METHODS: A total of 120 patients with progressive pulmonary fibrosis (Qi and Yin Deficiency of Lung and Kidney Syndrome) admitted into the hospital from Feb. 2021 to Jun. 2023 were selected to be divided into observation group (n = 60) and control group (n = 60) via random number table method. The control group was given Pirfenidone tablets and Prednisone acetate tablets, while the observation group was given Runfei Gushen decoction based on the control group, both groups were treated for 12 weeks. The imaging scores of high-resolution CT (HRCT), exercise tolerance (6MWD), quality of life [ St George’ s Respiratory Questionnaire ( SGRQ) score], pulmonary function [forced expiratory volume in first 1s (FEV1 ), force vital capacity (FVC) and maximal expiratory flow (MEF)] and fibrosis indicators [ serum Krebs Von den lungen-6 (KL-6)] levels were compared between two groups before and after treatment; the clinical efficacy and medication safety were evaluated. RESULTS: The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 00% (57 / 60), higher than 81. 67% (49 / 60) of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P< 0. 05). After treatment, the HRCT imaging scores, SGRQ scores and serum KL-6 levels of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, the 6MWD, FEV1, FVC and MEF of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment; the HRCT imaging score, SGRQ score and serum KL-6 level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the 6MWD, FEV1, FVC and MEF of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0. 05). The total incidences of adverse drug reactions of the control group and the observation group were respectively 8. 33% (5 / 60) and 10. 00% ( 6 / 60), the difference was not statistically significant ( P > 0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: The combination of Runfei Gushen decoction with Pirfenidone tablets and Prednisone acetate tablets can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary fibrosis degree in patients with progressive pulmonary fibrosis ( Qi and Yin Deficiency of Lung and Kidney Syndrome), improve the exercise tolerance and quality of life, promote pulmonary function and clinical efficacy, with good safety. Cell wall not only supports and protects plant cells, but also serves as the first barrier for plants to resist environmental stresses. As one of the major abiotic stresses that restrict agricultural production, salt stress can cause the alteration of cell wall composition and structure, and these changes can be perceived by cell wall integrity sensors, such as CrRLK1Ls, LRXs, and WAKs, to activate intracellular salt stress responses. In the cell interior, salt stress-induced influx of Ca2+ and activation of phytohormone signaling promote the expressions of genes that are associated with cell wall biosynthesis and modification, which in turn facilitate the maintenance of cell wall integrity and improve the adaptation of plants to high salinity. In this review, the main components of primary cell wall polysaccharides and their cross-linking with each other are summarized. The impact of salt stress on cell wall polysaccharides, and the molecular mechanisms by which plants perceive and maintain cell wall integrity under salt stress, are also elucidated. The odor and microbial aerosol gas produced in the pretreatment area, biochemical treatment area and sludge treatment area of the municipal wastewater treatment plant were treated by high-efficiency atomizing spray technology, integrated high-efficiency deodorization technology, high-efficiency atomizing spray technology and integrated high-efficiency deodorization technology. During the model training, training corpora usually contains a lot of external problem-specific information that cannot be used by the model directly. Due to the flexibility and simplicity of its framework, Posterior regularization has been widely applied in the fields of natural language processing and sample selection of classification tasks. The aim of the posteriori regularization framework is to limit the capacity of the model posteriori on unmarked data, thus guiding the model to learn and achieve the desired performance. Firstly, this paper systematically described the problem of PR. Then it introduced the three general frameworks of PR, pointed the motivation of every PR and the specific form of every PR model, and the advantages of every PR model, the problems that every PR model could solve and the typical application scenarios that PR could be used. This paper aimed to summarize the current multimodal deep learning, found common problems in the implementation of multimodal deep learning under different multimodal and learning objectives, as well as made common problems classify and described methods for solving various problems at the early development of multimodal deep learning . Specifically, this paper summarized the current multimodal deep learning that studied on natural language, visual, auditory, and considered the re search direction such as language translation, event detection, information description, emotion recognition, voice recognition and synthesis,and multimedia retrieval and so on, which further concluded that there were four types of common problems :multimodal r epresentation, multimodal interpretation, multimodal fusion and multimodal alignment. Meanwhile, this paper sub-categorized and discussed each common multimodal learning problem, and listed the neural network models generated for solving the problems. As the two major economies in the world, the US and EU coordination on economic sanctions has important implications on the target country and even on the third party. From the data of sanctions between 1993 and 2018, the general level of US-EU coordination on economic sanctions has been on the rise, which was also fluctuating to the US Presidential terms. With the emergence of the targeted sanction concept, EU rising willingness and capability on sanctions, and US lobbying and pressure, the US and EU have stepped up coordination on economic sanctions. But the coordination is also constrained by the two sides' diverging understandings about sanctions, differences in political systems and conflict of material interests. With the impact of the US foreign policy adjustments, Brexit and the Iran nuclear issue, the future of US-EU coordination on economic sanctions still hangs in the balance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Aiming at the problem of privacy protection of clustering analysis in big data environment, based on the MapReduce computing framework, this paper proposed a parallel K-means algorithm that supported differential privacy protection and outlier elimination. The algorithm parallelly calculated the Euclidean distance matrix and nearest neighbor hypersphere radius between points in data set to derive the decision threshold of outliers, and then completed the initial cluster center selection and parallel clustering process under differential privacy protection. The theoretical analysis proves that the proposed algorithm satisfies ε-differential privacy, and the experimental results show that, compared with other algorithms, this algorithm performs better and has a good balance between the validity of privacy protection, the availability of clustering result and the efficiency of implementation.
