针对综合能源系统非计划停电下如何减少负荷损失、提高能源利用效率的问题开展了研究，提出一种考虑负荷重要性与源-荷互补性的负荷恢复策略。首先，根据负荷特性构建负荷重要性评价指标，得出负荷的重要程度；然后，考虑源-荷互补特性，提出源-荷互补性评价指标；最后，利用熵权法综合考虑负荷重要性与源-荷互补性构建基于综合指标的负荷恢复策略模型。仿真结果表明，按照综合指标大小依次恢复负荷，能够最大限度减少负荷损失，有效提升综合能源系统孤网下有限能源的利用率，同时储能的配置容量也可大大降低，验证了所建负荷恢复策略模型的有效性。

Jiangxi Province is a major province of rice breeding and planting in China. With the rapid improvement of rice breeding level, local varieties were constantly replaced by new varieties, resulted in the loss of a large number of excellent genes and the significant reduction of genetic diversity, and the genetic basis was increasingly narrow. The genetic diversity of 256 new rice varieties in Jiangxi Province was analyzed using the DUS test guide characteristics, aiming to understand the genetic diversity of new rice varieties in Jiangxi Province and provided some references for rice germplasm identification, breeding utilization and new variety testing in Jiangxi Province. The coefficient of variation of the 10 quantitative characteristics ranged from 8. 59% to 21. 83%, the Shannon-Wiener genetic diversity index of the 52 tested characteristics ranged from 0. 03 to 2. 10, with an average of 1. 05, and the cluster analysis showed that the material similarity coefficient ranged from 0. 77 to 0. 95. In recent years, the diversity of varieties selected and bred in Jiangxi Province was relatively narrow, and the development of special rice varieties was also insufficient, such as glutinous rice, colored rice and fragrant rice. To solve the problems of low convergence accuracy and easy to fall into local optimum in the optimization process of the original artificial bee colony algorithm, this paper proposed an enhanced artificial bee colony algorithm with strong and weak ties theory (SWT-ABC). Firstly, it defined the strong and weak ties model in a matrix multi-groups structure and stipulated that the strong ties individuals randomly guided the search process from three directions to improve the convergence speed and accuracy. In order to enhance the ability to jump out of the local optimum, SWT-ABC adopted the interaction of weak ties individuals among subgroups to enhance the population diversity. Finally the algorithm added the reverse learning mechanism of scout bees and determined appropriate upper limit of honey source to improve the utilization efficiency of the evaluation times. Through the numerical experiment of benchmark functions and comparisons with 12 improved intelligent optimization algorithms, it shows that the SWT-ABC has high convergence accuracy and good robustness, and also gets good performance in solving high-dimensional optimization problems. Objective During the last 20 years (2001 - 2020), mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have emerged as a potential treatment for many diseases. However, there is no bibliometric analysis on the progress and future perspectives of MSCs in the treatment of osteoporosis. The purpose of this review is to analyze the research progress and hot spots of MSCs in osteoporosis treatment in the past 20 years using bibliometric analysis and to predict possible future research trend . Methods All literature on MSCs and osteoporosis from 2001 to 2020 was searched from tbe Web of Science core collection (WOSCC) . Data were analyzed using Excel, YOSviewer, and CiteSpace software. The analysis included publication trends, regional distribution, authors and institutions, keyword analysis, and hot research trend. Results Over the past 20 years, 2451 publications on MSCs for osteoporosis were published. The United States (607 articles) and China (1154 articles) were the most published and cited countries. Most of the research institutions that published literature were from China. The top-five research area focused on tissue engineering, osteoblasts, aging, MSCs, and nuclear fibrillar protein A. The hot spots of research included in vitro experiments, progenitor cells, and drug therapy at the beginning, and in mouse models, miRNAs, scaffolds, bone marrow-derived MSCs, long non-coding RNAs, extracellular vesicles, and exosomes at present. Conclusion Future research on MSCs for osteoporosis may continue to grow at a high rate. In July 2019, one male adult Rana specimen of Anura family(Ranidae)was collected in the Gulinqing Provincial Nature Reserve(22°45'16. 36" N, 103°57'43. 17" E; als 1,160 m), located in Maguan County, Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. Specimen's snout-vent length(SVL) is 38. 3 mm. It has smooth skin, brown dorsum with "Λ" shaped tubercle series on its shoulder, anterior do sum with small tubercles, light yellow venter with dark cloudy spots, finger tips slightly expanding without groove, and slim legs. The tibias reach over half of its body length; tarsal fold present small tubercles, toes tips form suction with lateroventral groove; feet are full-webbing, fore/hindlimbs dorsum have dark brown transverse bands. The morphological characteristics of our Rana specimen show great similarity with Rana johnsi(Smith, 1921) from Lam Tung Province, Vietnam, but only a slight difference in body size. Phylogeny analysis by 168 rRNA fragment revealed that our specimen formed in a single lineage with R. johnsi from Lam Dong Province, Vietnam (p-distance, 0. 8%). It is confirmed that this specimen is a newly recorded species of Amphibia in Yunnan Province. Potato is one of the dominant crops in the rain-fed agriculture area of the Loess Plateau in the northwest. To inhibit evaporation and retain soil moisture, the potato planting normally adopts drought resisting and water-saving technology with plastic film mulching in this area. Potato film mulching cultivation is divided into two kinds according to the operating procedure. One is the first sowing then mulching film, and covered with a layer of 3-5 cm soil on the film, relying on the soil mass and buds naturally move upward so that seedlings automatically rupture of film and natural emergence. The advantages of this approach are to solve the problem of artificial seedlings. But the disadvantage is that the film warming effect is weakened after the film is covered with soil, and it cannot be planted when the spring drought is serious. The other approach is the first mulching film then sowing, and this approach can be ridged and mulched in the autumn of previous year or in the spring of that year. It has the advantages of storing autumn moisture, resisting spring drought, raising ground temperature, etc. which can effectively solve the problem of sowing due to serious spring drought. Therefore, this approach is mostly used in this area. At present, due to the lack of matching hill-drop planter, the approach needs manual sowing, poor quality control, and labor-intensive operation, which urgently needs to be mechanized. After decades of development, China's mechanized mulching film planting technology has made great progress. The mechanism of roller wheel, vertical insertion, rotary type has been developed, and the sowing on film of corn, peanut, cotton and other crops has been realized. However, the depth of potato planting is much higher than these crops, which requires the hill-drop mechanism has a large vertical displacement and small horizontal displacement in the hill-drop process, as such to avoid tearing and picking film. Therefore, a potato hill-drop planter was designed for the potato cultivation mode with two drills sowing on ridges in the rain-fed agriculture area of the Loess Plateau in the northwest. The key components of the potato prototype was analyzed and designed, the kinematic model of the hill-drop mechanism with double crank multi-rod was established, the structure and working parameters of the hill-drop mechanism with double crank multi-rod, covering soil device and lifting soil device were determined. The scheme of transmission system was established and the working mechanism of core components was analyzed. Field experiments showed that the qualified rate of sowing depth under the film, the rate of hole dislocation, the qualified rate of hole spacing, the qualified rate of covering soil on hole and mechanical damage degree of plastic film day lighting surface were 92%, 5%, 88%, 93% and 52.1 mm/m2, respectively. Field performance experiment indexes had reached the requirements of the national and industry standards.
