- Abstract
The acquisition speed and efficiency of military communication signal are limited as a result of using long-periodic pseudo noise code. A fast acquisition algorithm with double block zero padding (DBZP) truncation correlation for the long code signal is proposed. In the proposed algorithm, the spec¬tral asymmetry of complex sequences is applied to the truncation pretreatment, and the block correlations are executed using DBZP and the circular shifting for less computational complexity and increased acqui¬sition speed. The energy compensation technique is adopted to improve environment adaptability, which makes the algorithm effectively process two-dimensional fast acquisition. The simulated results show that the proposed algorithm has better performance in acquisition speed and environment adaptability compared to the traditional acquisition algorithms in time domain. 10. 一种新的自编码跳码扩谱体制.

- Abstract
In order to improve the anti-interception, anti-coherent interference performance and feasibility of self-encoded code-hopping system, a new kind of communication technology combining G function and self-encoded code-hopping technology is proposed, which is called differential self-encoded code-hopping system. This technology is used to solve the synchronization problem of self-encoded code-hopping system. The novel system adopts G function to generate control words of pseudo-random sequence which own good uniformity and randomicity. Simulated results show that differential self-encoded code-hopping system has better performance on anti-coherent interception, anti-interference and bit error rates. - Abstract
In view of SOAP flooding attack threats to networks and services with the inherent protocol security vulnerability, especially the limitations of grey evaluation technology, the fuzzy evaluation method is studied according to the efficiency evaluations for the demand on network system security and reliability. Therefore, a fuzzy efficiency evaluation model for SOAP flooding attack is proposed, the focus of which is on attack evaluation matrix description, membership degree matrix selection, weight configuration and comprehensive evaluation. Moreover, the evaluation example with the SOAP flooding attack samples is presented on the basis of the proposed attack efficiency evaluation model. The results show that the fuzzy efficiency evaluation method for SOAP flooding attack has better adaptability than grey evaluation, and can draw the certain evaluation conclusions, as well as supply the scientific and sensible discrimination of attack efficiency. - Abstract
The common fault types of wind turbines and wind farms and fault analysis theory are summed up, and in light of the dispersion of the wind turbines’ fault diagnosis system, the future development direction of wind turbines’ fault diagnosis technology was put forward. That is to integrate monitoring and management system in which the existing single wind farms distribute sparsely and establish a unified complete real-time and history database through heterogeneous data collection, storage and management technology. Based on the complete management database of wind farms, on-line monitoring system for wind turbines’ key subsystem is developed, and then integrated and optimized. It is to achieve fault prediction of wind farm intelligent expert with self-learning ability based on data fusion method. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
