【Objective】Purple leaf mustard is a new variety of mustard with high anthocyanin bred by crossing green leaf Shuidong mustard (A national product of geographical indication in China), and its fertilization technology needs to be further studied. Replacing part of chemical fertilizer by organic fertilizer is considered to be a more effective fertilization measure for soil improvement and increase of crop yield and quality. It is of great significance to provide guidance for the scientific production of mustard by studying the effects of different fertilization treatments on soil properties, yield and quality of mustard. 【Method】In the study, the Ganoderma lucidum residue compost was used as the tested organic fertilizer, the green leaf Shuidong mustard and purple leaf mustard were used as the tested crops for pot experiment. Taking the single application of chemical fertilizer (conventional application of compound fertilizer only) as control (CK), under the condition of 3/4 reduction of chemical fertilizer, three treatments of low (7.90 g), medium (15.80 g) and high (31.60 g) mushroom residue compost were set: T1, T2 and T3, the indexes of soil pH value, physical clay (PC, <0.01 mm), OM, AN, AP, AK, PH, FW, RL, Chl, Ant, SS and Vc contents of mustard after harvest were measured, and the differences of soil properties and yield and quality of mustard under different treatments were analyzed. 【Result】The results showed that, with the increase of the amount of G. lucidum residue compost, except for soil pH value and PC content, the other 11 indexes showed an increasing trend. The soil OM, RL, SS and Vc content of T1, T2 and T3 were higher than those of CK, while the AN content was lower than that of CK; the contents of soil AP, AK, FW, Chl and Ant of mustard of T3 were higher than those of CK, and the PH of T3 and CK were equivalent, but higher than that of T2 and T1. Compared with CK, the soil OM, AP and AK contents of green leaf Shuidong mustard and purple leaf mustard under T3 increased by 13.24%/14.28%, 6.74%/6.06% and 6.43%/6.04%, AN content decreased by 0.81%/1.45%, respectively; FW, RL, the contents of Chl, SS and Vc of two kinds of mustards increased by 0.33%/6.64%, 34.65%/43.29%, 11.03%/6.53%, 53.36%/44.45% and 16.66%/15.44%, respectively. Under the same treatment, the PH, RL, FW, Chl, Ant, SS, and Vc content of purple leaf mustard were significantly higher than those of green leaf Shuidong mustard.【Conclusion】It shows that the G. lucidum residue compost replacing part of chemical fertilizer can improve the soil and the production and quality of mustard, with T3 showing the best fertilizer effect. [Objective] The present paper aimed to improve the efficiency of mycorrhizal synthesis between Lactarius deliciosus-Pinus spp. and to screen potential mycorrhizal helper bacteria (MHB) from the soil at the stipe base of Lactarius sp.. [Method] Bacterial strains were isolated from the soil at the stipe base of Lactarius sp.. Extracellular metabolites of the purified bacteria were obtained from the centrifuged liquid culture. L. deliciosus was inoculated on the PDA with different concentrations of extracellular metabolites and the ordinary PDA. The diameter and density of the mycelium after 30 days of inoculation at 25 °C were detected. Additionally, the potential MHB was identified based on morphological characteristics and 16S rDNA sequences. [Result] Three strains, L1, 12 and 13, were proved to be potential MΗΒ. When extracellular metabolites of L1, L2 and 13 were added at 2.5%, they could promote the mycelium growth significantly (the colony diameter increased by 33.6%, 55.6% and 75.4%, respectively). When the extracellular metabolites of three strains were mixed in different combinations, at a mixture addition of 5.0%, the combinations L1-13 and L1-12-13 increased the mycelial diameter by 36.9% and 42. 5%, respectively. The extracellular metabolites of 13 increased the mycelium density of L. deliciosus when it was added at 2.5%, 5.0% and 7.5%, and the best effect was observed at 7.5%. The combinations of L1-13 and L1-12-13 also improved the mycelium density. Based on morphological characteristic and analysis of 16S rDNA gene sequences, L1, L2 and L3 were identified as Bacillus altitudinsis, B. cereus and B. zanthoxyli, respectively. [Objective] Explore the effect of drought stress on the germination of different Panicum miliaceum L. varieties, to clarify the drought resistance evaluation index of Panicum miliaceum L. during germination stage and the drought resistance ability of different varieties. [Methods] Twenty registered Panicum miliaceum L. varieties with large planting areas in the main producing areas were used as experimental materials. 20% PEG-6000 solution was used to simulate drought stress. Eight germination traits including germination potential, germination rate, embryo length, coleoptile length, lateral root number radicle length, germination index and sprout index were measured. The drought resistance of Panicum miliaceum L. at germination stage was evaluated by correlation analysis and membership function analysis. (Results) Under drought stress, the germination potential, germination rate, embryo length, coleoptile length, lateral root number, radicle length, germination index and sprout index of the 20 Panicum miliaceum L. varieties were all inhibited. Among them, the germination potential, germination rate, germination index and sprout index of Longmei No. 15 were inhibited most, with reduction rates of 59.05%, 43.05%,68.68%, and 65.99%, respectively. Longmei No. 7 were less inhibited, with reduction rates of 20.41%, 11.49%, 40.51%, and 36.78%, respectively. The membership function value comprehensive evaluation results showed that the drought resistance ability of Longmei No. was stronger at 0.868, while Longmei No. 15 was weaker at 0.093. Correlation analysis showed that, relative germination index, relative germination potential, relative embryo length, relative coleoptile length, relative radicle length, and relative lateral root number were significantly correlated with the membership function comprehensive evaluation value (D value). [Conclusion] Longmei No. 7 was screened as strong drought resistance variety while Longmei No. 15 was the weak drought resistance variety. AIM: To observe the effects of chronic stress （CS） on corticotropin-releasing factor（ CRF） and its receptor CRFR1 in the hippocampal dentate gyrus （DG） of Alzheimer disease （AD） model rats, and to explore the role of CRFR1 in the spatial learning and memory impairment of AD-like rats under CS conditions. METHODS: Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control （CON）, AD, and AD+CS groups （n=7 per group）. The AD model was generated via a single intracerebroventricular injection of streptozotocin combined with a daily intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose for 6 consecutive weeks. The rats in AD+CS group were randomly given one of seven different stressors daily in the last 4 weeks. The spatial learning and memory abilities of the animals were evaluated using Morris water maze test. The expression level of Aβ1-42 in the hippocampus was measured by immunohistochemistry. The level of CRF in the DG was measured by ELISA. The expression of CRFR1 in the DG was determined by Western blot. The role of CRFR1 in spatial learning and memory of AD rats under CS was examined via microinjection of its antagonist （R121919） into the DG. RESULTS: Compared with CON rats, AD model animals displayed impaired spatial learning and memory capacity, as well as increased expression of Aβ1-42 in the hippocampus. However, these effects were significantly attenuated by exposure to CS. Additionally, compared with CON group, the levels of CRF and CRFR1 in the DG were significantly lower in AD group （P<0. 05）, but these changes were significantly mitigated in AD+CS group （P<0. 05）. Meanwhile, the microinjection of R121919 into the DG significantly impaired the spatial learning and memory abilities of AD+CS rats （P<0. 05）. Objective To summarize the key points of perioperative nursing care of continuous vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) assisted perforator flap in the repair of orbital exenteration. Methods From September 2016 to December 2020, 32 patients repaired by perforator flap after orbital exenteration were selected. All patients were divided into 2 groups according to the treatment method, 16 cases in each group. In the conventional treatment group, routine perioperative nursing care was performed. In the VSD group, psychological counseling was given before operation and strengthened after operation. In order to prevent vascular crisis, the negative pressure under VSD membrane and the color of flap was observed intensively. The wound secretion was cleaned immediately to keep the negative pressure. Results In the conventional treatment group, 4 cases showed positive results of bacterial culture around incision at 3 days after operation; flap bruise and black occurred within 3 days after operation; the orbital CT results showed that 2 cases of flaps did not tightly fitted to the orbital cavity at 3 days after operation; all wounds healed by second intention at 1 month after operation. In the VSD group, the results of bacterial culture around incision were all negative at 3 days after operation; the orbital CT results showed that the flap tightly fitted to the orbital cavity at 3 days after operation; the pressure package was removed at 2 weeks after operation. The flap in 1 patient developed vascular crisis at 2 days after operation and survived after symptomatic treatment. No other complications occurred. At 6 months after operation, all flaps had good fusion with surrounding skin. Conclusion By strengthening perioperative observation of VSD combined with perforator flap in the repair of tissue defects after orbital exenteration and continuous negative pressure suction, the occurrence of complications reduced and the quality of transplanted tissue improved. As tobacco bacterial wilt is a bacterial disease that is increasingly harmful to tobacco plants′ growth, it is of great significance to explore the changes in the soil microbial community structure and its biological regulation mechanism after tobacco plant suffers from bacterial wilt. Field experiments were conducted to investigate the differences of bacterial community structure among four treatments： ZCTR（conventional fertilization, rhizosphere soil of healthy tobacco plants）, ZCSW（application of 1.2 t·hm-2 biochar, rhizosphere soil of healthy tobacco plants）, QKTR（conventional fertilization, rhizosphere soil of bacterial wilt tobacco plants）, and QKSW（application of 1.2 t·hm-2 biochar, rhizosphere soil of bacterial wilt tobacco plants）. After the biochar application, the bacteria′s α diversity increased, albeit without a significant difference. The bacterial community richness and structure changed. Under the same fertilization conditions, the bacterial α diversity and community abundance of bacterial wilt tobacco plants in the rhizosphere soil were less than those of healthy soil. The bacterial α diversity and community richness of the rhizosphere soil of diseased tobacco plants without biochar were higher than that of healthy tobacco plants, the abundance of Gemmatimonadetes and Acidobacteria increased by 0.26 and 1.27 percent points, while the abundance of Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria decreased by 1.08 and 0.14 percent points. Compared with no biochar treatment, the plant height, leaf length, leaf width and stem girth of the biochar application treatment increased by 11.83%, 16.88%, 6.70% and 10.80%, respectively, and the disease index decreased. The incidence rate of the bacterial wilt was reduced by 9.1 percent points with the biochar application treatment compared with the no biochar treatment. Studies have shown that biochar application can alleviate the decline in bacterial abundance caused by bacterial wilt, reduce the relative abundance of pathogenic bacteria, and drive the increase in the relative abundance of functional growth-promoting bacteria（Gemmatimonadetes）. This reduces the incidence of bacterial wilt and preliminarily clarifies the biochar′s mechanism on the micro-ecological regulation of bacterial wilt in tobacco-growing soil. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To investigate the prediction value of serum pentraxin 3 (PTX3) combined with CHA2DS2- VASc score for cerebral infarction in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) and atrial fibrillation. Methods A total of 198 OSAHS patients with atrial fibrillation were selected. According to whether cerebral infarction occurred during the follow-up period, patients were divided into the cerebral infarction group (36 cases) and the non-cerebral infarction group (162 cases). The indexes were compared between the cerebral infarction group and the noncerebral infarction group. The correlation between serum PTX3 and other indexes in OSAHS patients with atrial fibrillation were analyzed. The risk factors of cerebral infarction in OSAHS patients with atrial fibrillation were analyzed. The predictive value of PTX3 combined with CHA2DS2-VASc score for cerebral infarction in patients with OSAHS complicated with atrial fibrillation was analyzed. Results The systolic blood pressure, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), left atrial diameter (LAD), apnea hypopnea index (AHI), CHA2DS2- VASc score and PTX3 were significantly higher in the cerebral infarction group than those in the non-cerebral infarction (P＜0.05). Serum PTX3 levels were positively correlated with LDL-C, LAD, AHI and CHA2DS2-VASc scores in patients with OSAHS and atrial fibrillation (P＜0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the increased LAD, AHI, CHA2DS2-VASc score and PTX3 were risk factors for cerebral infarction in patients with OSAHS and atrial fibrillation (P＜0.05). The areas under the curve of PTX3 and CHA2DS2-VASc scores in predicting cerebral infarction in patients with OSAHS complicated with atrial fibrillation were 0.785 (0.695-0.875) and 0.794 (0.698-0.890), respectively. The combined analysis of PTX3 and CHA2DS2-VASc scores showed that the sensitivity and Youden index were significantly improved. Conclusion Serum PTX3 combined with CHA2DS2-VASc score has a higher predictive value for cerebral infarction in patients with OSAHS and atrial fibrillation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Heavy metal pollution has become the focus of environmental biology and crop quality and safety. In order to obtain the cadmium content of tobacco leaves quickly and accurately, four cadmium pollution levels were simulated. The spectral reflectance of tobacco leaves in each treatment was obtained using an American ASD spectrometer, and the cadmium content of tobacco leaves in different periods was measured. The sensitive bands with the best correlation with the cadmium content were selected, and the spectral parameters were used as input factors to establish a back propagation（BP）neural network model of the cadmium content in tobacco leaves. The results showed that as the cadmium content increased, the reflectance in the visible light and near-infrared range（400~910 nm）first decreased and then increased. In the wavelength range of 930~1 000 nm, the leaf reflectivity was positively correlated with the cadmium content in the tobacco leaf. The reflectance in the 1 000~2 500 nm broadband range first increased and then decreased. The selected spectral indexes ratio vegetation index（RVI）and normalized difference vegetation index（NDVI）were RVI（520, 710）and NDVI（530, 710）, respectively. The R² of the BP neural network model was 0.681 and the root mean square error（RMSE）was 8.001, the model was tested, and the test results showed that the R2 was 0.801 and the RMSE was 4.430. The results showed that the BP neural network model could provide a good prediction of the cadmium content in tobacco leaves. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

[Objective] Through the study of narrow leaf trait, the rice plant shape was closer to the ideal plant shape to obtain higher yield. [Methods] In this study, the narrow leaf mutant was derived from the Photoperiod-thermo Sensitive Genie Male Sterile Shen08S by electron beam irradiation, after multi-generation self-crossing, the narrow leaf trait could be inherited stably, named FzlS, the phenotype identification, cytological observation, genetic analysis and gene mapping were carried out. [Results] Compared with the wild-type Shen08S, the mutant flag leaves and second leaves became narrower and shorter, plant height became shorter, the panicle length became shorter, thousand seed weight decrease, and the grain length, grain width had no significant change. Cytological observations showed that the narrowing of leaves was mainly caused by the decrease in the number of large and small vascular bundles. Genetic analysis showed that the mutant trait was controlled by a single recessive genes. Mutmap sequencing was used to locate the mutated genes, indicating that the mutated genes was located in chromosome 8, approximately region was 4.9 - 5.3 Mb. [ Conclusion] The results of this study laid a good foundation for cloning and functional analysis of narrow-leaf genes and also provided the genetic resources and breeding materials for rice plant-shape improvement. The topology dynamic is one of the important characteristics of vehicular Ad hoc networks ( VANET). The study of the temporal topology of VANET plays a significant role in network protocol development and management. This paper studied the temporal characteristics of topology for VANET based on complex network theory. It built the temporal model of VANET as (τ, δ) reachability graph model. This model not only described the information transmission time, but also could capture the store-and-forward mechanism in VANET. It studied the characteristics of temporal topology of VANET by simulation experiment. It analyzed the relations of the information transmission time τ and the maximum tolerated delay time δ to the out-degrees, asymmetry and reachability ratio of packets. The results show that compared to the instantaneous and the static network model, the temporal network model can capture the information transmission process in VANET better, and the decrease of transmission time τ or the increase of maximum tolerated delay time δ contributes to the improvement of temporal connectivity in VANET, thus raising the transmission efficiency of VANET topology control and protocol development with new guidance.
