Objective To investigate the overall rehabilitation nursing needs of hospitalized patients in a certain general hospital, and to provide references for establishment of rehabilitation nursing plan. Methods A convenient sampling method was used to investigate hospitalized patients in a certain general hospital in Wuhan by using the self-designed "Resident Care Needs Survey Questionnaire for Inpatients in General Hospitals". Results A total of 280 questionnaires were issued and 264 were returned (response rate of 94. 29%). The overall score was (54.45±14.22) points, indicating a medium level of demand among inpatients. Age, education, and place of residence were influential factors of overall rehabilitation care needs among hospitalized patients(P＜0. 05). Conclusion The results showed a medium level of rehabilitation nursing demand among hospitalized patients. More attentions should be paid to rehabilitation nursing needs of patients with older age, low education level and living in rural areas. (目的 了解综合医院住院患者的整体康复护理需求, 为综合医院制订康复护理计划提供参考和依据。方法 采用方便抽样的方法, 运用自行设计的“综合医院住院患者康复护理需求调查表”对武汉市某三甲综合医院的住院患者进行调查, 并进行统计分析。结果 共发放问卷280份, 有效问卷264(94. 29%)份。综合医院住院患者整体康复护理需求的得分为(54. 45±14. 22)分, 需求程度处于中等水平。年龄、文化程度、居住地是住院患者整体康复护理需求的影响因素(P＜0. 05)。结论 综合医院住院患者整体康复护理需求程度处于中等水平, 应该更加关注高龄、文化程度低和住在偏远地区的住院患者的整体康复护理需求。)

Objective To understand the current awareness of hemodialysis access-related knowledge in maintenance hemodialysis patients, summarize the existing problems and health needs, and provide opinions and suggestions for the development of health education plan. Methods The phenomenological research method of qualitative research was used to interview 15 maintenance hemodialysis patients, and the data were analyzed to refine the theme. Results After in-depth analysis, four themes were obtained: Insufficient knowledge of hemodialysis access; One-sided understanding of hemodialysis access protection; Dialysis patients have many doubts about diet knowledge, blood pressure control and thrombosis; Various sources of health education information. Conclusion Maintenance hemodialysis patients have a poor knowledge of hemodialysis access, and their awareness of protecting access is not strong. Medical staff should optimize the form of health education to meet the health needs of patients and improve the attention of patients to hemodialysis access. (目的 了解目前维持性血液透析患者血液透析血管通路(血透通路)相关知识的知晓情况, 总结其存在的问题以及健康需求, 为制定健康教育计划提供意见和建议。方法 采用质性研究中的现象学研究法, 深入访谈15名维持性血液透析患者, 并对资料进行分析, 提炼主题。结果 经过深入分析, 提炼出4个主题: 血透通路相关知识掌握不足; 对血透通路的保护认识片面; 透析患者对饮食知识、血压控制以及血栓形成方面存在许多疑惑; 健康教育信息来源多样。结论 维持性血液透析患者对血透通路相关知识的掌握程度较差, 保护通路的意识不强。医护人员应创新健康教育形式, 满足患者的健康需求, 提高患者对血透通路的重视程度。)

Objective To investigate the health cognition of urban and rural residents in Chongqing,and analyze their health needs,so as to provide reference and suggestions for improving the overall level of residents′health literacy.Methods Stratified random sampling method was used to select a total of 1 200 residents in the urban and rural areas of the region,and Health awareness questionnaire of Chongqing residents was used to investigate and analyze.A total of 1 200 questionnaires were sent out,and 1 095 valid questionnaires were recovered.The effective recovery rate was 91.25%.Results The overall health cognition level of the adult residents in Chongqing was 26.58%（291/1 095）,and that of the urban residents[31.35%（174/555）]was higher than that of rural residents[21.74%（117/540）].The level of health cognition of college degree or above and 20-40 years old was higher,and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The cognitive level of healthy lifestyle was the highest among the five dimensions of health cognition level[47.02%（509/1 095）],52.13%（289/555）in the urban areas and 44.75%（220/540）in the rural areas,followed by common health knowledge[45.94%（503/1 095）],52.85%（293/555）in the urban areas and 39.01%（210/540）in the rural areas,the third was operation and disposal skills[28.31%（310/1 095）],32.72%（182/555）in the urban areas and 23.79%（128/540）in the rural areas.The lower levels of cognition were the population related diseases[22.00%（241/1 095）]and basic disease knowledge [14.06%（154/1 095）].Among them,25.57%（141/555）and 18.55%（103/555）were in the urban areas,and 18.47%（100/540）and 9.38%（51/540）in the rural areas.The differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion The health cognition level of residents in Chongqing has been improved,but there is an imbalance between the urban and rural areas.The urban areas is higher than that in the rural areas.Health promotion strategies should be formulated and carried out according to the health cognition level of different groups,and focused on strengthening residents′knowledge level cognition of chronic disease knowledge theory and prevention.
