Based on the different causes and extents of floating damage, the deformation and damage of the structure of the basement exhibit corresponding typical characteristics. To make such judgments, a series of tasks should be completed. The main failure modes of column components are bending and shearing cracks. Beam and slab components are mainly subjected to tensile cracking and bending cracking, and may also undergo shear failure. Basement Slab may experience punching shear failure and bending cracks stemming from inadequate loadbearing capacity, cracking along weak planes due to construction quality issues, and shear failure at supports caused by buoyancy forces arising from regional uplift. 为全面了解小熊猫母兽在育幼期的行为变化，2019年6—8月，在中国大熊猫保护研究中心核桃坪基地使用高清晰摄像头对在不同圈舍的3只成年雌性小熊猫的行为进行全天24 h监测，采用瞬时扫描法和全事件取样法记录行为，然后分析研究母兽各种行为对幼仔成活的影响。结果表明：（1）小熊猫育幼早期，育幼成功的母兽“汤圆”休息时间最短为（3166±2209）%，育幼（包括舔仔、抱抚仔、叼仔、哺乳行为）时间最长（4355±2317）%；“黄毛”休息时间（4546±699）%，育幼时间（3133±1286）%；“小乔”休息时间最长（5105±1531）%，育幼最短（2498±806）%；“汤圆”“黄毛”“小乔”的活动时间分别为（2479±705）%、（2321±1828）%、（2397±1191）%。非参数MannWhitney U检验表明，育幼成功的“汤圆”与育幼失败的“黄毛”在叼仔行为时间（008% vs.091%）上有显著差异（P

Silver-based electrical contact material is core component to ensure low-voltage apparatus efficient and safe operation. The performance specifications directly affect the safety and reliability of electrical equipment. On account of environment protection, traditional silver cadmium oxide electrical contact material containing cadmium, a heavy metal toxic element, is being phased out of existence. With the updating and upgrading of low voltage electrical equipment, higher performance requirements are proposed for silver-based electrical contact materials. In this paper, the failure mechanism of silver based electrical contact materials and the classification of common silver based electrical contact materials are discussed. At the same time, the existing problems, composition design and process optimization of various silver based electrical contact materials are comprehensively summarized. In combination with the research and development needs of various low-voltage apparatus efficients, suggestions for the development of silver based electrical contact materials in the future are given, which provides reference for the research and development of silver based electrical contact materials. 在长期进化过程中,大熊猫形成了以肛周腺分泌物和尿液为主要标记物的嗅味通讯方式。在建立领域、繁殖育幼等活动中,嗅味标记传达标记者的身份信息,调整标记者和接受者的行为,是大熊猫这种独居动物个体之间交流的重要手段。大熊猫化学通讯研究主要在圈养种群中开展,有效改进了大熊猫饲养管理技术,在促进圈养大熊猫正常发情和母性行为表达方面以及人工育幼工作方面都起到了积极作用。野生大熊猫化学通讯研究较少,但对嗅味树和嗅味站的调查指出了大熊猫野生种群的重点保护区域,对保护区的规划和管理具有指导意义。总的来说,对大熊猫化学通讯的了解有助于保护工作的开展,但目前这一领域还需要更深入的研究工作。本文最后将气味丰容和嗅味对大熊猫发育的影响作为新的研究方向进行了简要探讨。

Geothermal energy is the focus of clean energy exploration, development and utilization. The Tongren Basin in Qinghai Province was selected for geothermal geophysical exploration practice. Firstly, based on the 1∶ 50 000 high-precision magnetic survey data, combined with regional geological data, the range of fault structures and hidden rock masses was divided, and the geothermal anomaly target area was delineated. Through the combination of geophysical methods, mainly using micro motion detection method and supplementing controllable source audio magnetotelluric method in areas with low electromagnetic interference, it has been basically determined that the geothermal exploration type in Tongren Basin is type Ⅱ-3, which has both layered and banded thermal storage characteristics, mutual generation relationship, and relatively complex geological and structural conditions. OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with Xianling Gubao capsules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. METHODS: A total of 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted into the outpatient department or ward of Qinhuangdao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Oct. 2020 to Sept. 2021 were extracted to be divided into the control group and the observation group via the random number table, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional treatment, the control group received oral Glucosamine hydrochloride tablets, while the observation group was treated with oral Xianling Gubao capsules on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. The inflammatory factors [hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-1 (IL-1), interleukin-6 (IL-6)] of two groups were detected. The clinical efficacy, joint pain [visual analog scale (VAS)] and joint function (Lysholm knee function scale) and quality of life [quality of life questionnaire (SF-36)] of two groups were evaluated. RESULTS: The total effective rate in the observation group was 90. 00% (36/40), significantly higher than 67. 50% (27/40) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). After 1 month and 2 months of treatment, the levels of serum hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0. 05). After 1 month and 2 months of treatment, the SF-36 score and Lysholm knee function score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the VAS score was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0. 05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group and control group were respectively 7. 50% (3/40) and 10. 00% (4/40), with no significant difference ( P > 0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with Xianling Gubao capsules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is significant, which can significantly reduce the inflammation and joint pain symptoms, significantly improve the quality of life of patients, with higher safety. In order to reduce the deadheading time and realize the equality of working time among crews in transit vehicle scheduling, this paper proposed a super time-space network based transit vehicle scheduling model and designed a modified harmony search algorithm for solving it. Firstly, this paper transformed the depot, trip, connector, pulling out arc, pulling in arc and deadheading trip into the nodes and arcs of a super time-space network. Secondly, this paper formulated a corresponding model of transit vehicle scheduling based on the constructed time-space network. Thirdly, this paper designed a mixed creation operator that made use of the information from harmony memory and the field of feasible solution. Fourthly, by searching the connectors in a circle, this paper built up an assignment network with local network elements and then realized the refinement of pitch by solving the above assignment problem. At last, based on the above operators, this paper presented a modified harmony search algorithm for the scheduling model. This research discovers the following: reducing deadheading trips and realizing the equality of working time are a pair of conflicted objectives, and optimizing them at same time needs a trade-off in view of the real life requirement. In order to reduce the number and total distance of changing parking spaces in a parking lot or a given parking area through autonomous valet parking (AVP), in doing so to lower the related cost and the potential accident risk, this paper formula ted a vehicle-slot matching optimization model which satisfied the shared parking requirement. In view of the feature of autonomous vehicle freely translocating during parking, this paper defined the match, match slice and match map corresponding to decision variable and feasible solution by subdividing the shared parking demand and supply in time. By conception replacement, the paper changed the searching effective neighbor of match map into the classic assignment problem and solved it with Hungarian algorithm. In view of the NP-hard feature of the matching model, this paper proposed a designed tabu searching algorithm. Numerical analysis not only verified the rationality of this model and the effectiveness of the algorithm, also proved that the model and algorithm could deal with the shared parking of conventional vehicles. In view of the preferences of different user groups for various travel indices of public transit, this paper formulated a corresponding variational inequality model ( VIM) of transit assignment that combined multiple transit modes. Firstly, this paper made use of the conception of supernetwork to describe the transit behaviors in transfer zones, upload zones and download zones in a virtual network. Secondly,it presented a transit assignment VIM based on the user equilibrium principle. It proved mono- tone of the feature mapping of VIM to guarantee the feasibility of the following algorithm. To solve the above VIM, this paper proposed a modified projected gradient method based on gradually generating the effective paths and proved the effectiveness of the new algorithm theoretically. At last, the numerical experiment verified the efficiency of the new model and the algorithm.
