Objective To evaluate the Health Education Accurately Linking System (HEALS) combined with case-based leaning (CBL)I n nursing teaching ward round in the encephalopathy clinic. Methods Totally 19 registered nurses were recruited. The routing management had been adopted in nursing teaching ward round between January and December. 2021. A modified model based on the HEALS combined with CBL was adopted in the in nursing teaching ward round between January and December. 2021. Practical skills of nurses and their evaluation on nursing teaching ward round were measured. Results Nurses had achieved a higher score of practical skills assessment after implementation of HEALS combined with CBL model (P＜0. 05). The evaluation of enhancing interest, problem solving skills and independent learning in nursing ward rounds based on HEALS combined with CBL was superior to that in routine nursing ward rounts (P＜0. 05). Conclusion The HEALS combined with CBL model has obvious advantages in nursing teaching ward rounds, which can better meet the needs of clinical nursing teaching, effectively cultivate clinical practice and thinking ability, and is conducive to teaching management. (目的 分析健康教育精准连接系统(HEALS)助手联合基于案例学习(CBL)模式在脑病科护理教学查房中的应用效果。方法 选择脑病科19名注册护士作为研究对象。2021年1月—12月实施常规护理查房; 2022年1月—12月护理查房中采用HEALS助手联合CBL模式。比较实施前和实施后护士技能操作成绩, 对比两种模式下护士对护理教学查房效果的评价。结果 实施HEALS助手联合CBL模式后, 护士各项技能操作成绩高于实施前, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。在提升兴趣、问题解决能力、自主学习能力方面, 护士对HEALS助手联合CBL模式下护理教学查房的评价优于常规护理查房, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 在脑病科护理教学查房中, 应用基于HEALS助手联合CBL模式优势明显, 能更好地满足临床护理教学需求, 有效培养护士临床实践和思维能力, 利于教学管理。)

This paper summarized the postoperative nursing management of a child with spastic cerebral palsy. The child received selective posterior rhizotomy followed by preoperative examination and preparation. In addition to the interventions on postoperative pain, constipation and infection, a rehabilitation exercise program was carried out to improve the comprehensive recovery of the child after surgery. Objective To observe the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)nursing intervention on vertigo in patients with acute stroke Methods Totally 80 acute stroke patients with vertigo were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. All patients received routine medication treatment and rehabilitation care. The routine TCM nursing interventions such as acupoint application and auricular point pressing therapy were conducted to relieve the symptom of vertigo among patients in both two groups, and an additional TCM intervention of massage therapy was carried out in the observation group. The intervention effect was evaluated at two weeks after intervention, and patient’s treatment compliance and satisfaction with TCM interventions were investigated. Objective To investigate the effect of Shenfu injection in treating patients with acute internal watershed cerebral infarction. Methods Totally 154 patients with AIWCI admitted to the Department of Encephalopathy of Dongzhimen Hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were divided into the experimental group (n=96)and the control group(n=58). All cases received a comprehensive treatment including anti-platelet aggregation, lowering blood lipid, regulating blood pressure, replenishing blood volume, improving microcirculation and protecting brain cells. Patients in the experimental group were additionally given Shenfu injection for 14 days as a course of treatment. Before and after treatment, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) was used to score the neurological impairment, and transcranial doppler (TCD) was used to measure the blood flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery at the affected side. Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) ointment rubbing on in the treatment of hypermyotonia after cerebral infarction. Methods Totally 92 patients with hypermyotonia after cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into control group (n = 46) and treatment group (n = 46). Both groups were treated with basic medical treatment, acupuncture and moxibustion, physiotherapy, rehabilitation and other routine treatment for cerebral infarction, and the treatment group was treated with TCM ointment rubbing in addition to the comprehensive treatment. The two groups were treated for 2 months, and the modified Ashworth Scale of Muscle Spasticity (MMAS), NIHSS, Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) and Barthel Activity of Daily Living Scale (BI) were compared before and after treatment and between the two groups. Results The score of NIHSS decreased in both treatment group and control group after intervention (P＜0. 05), and score of NIHSS in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 05). Patients in the treatment group had a lower degree of MMAS compared with those in the control group after intervention(P＜0. 05). The scores of FMA and BI increased in both treatment group and control group after intervention (P＜0. 05), and scores of FMA and BI in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion TCM ointment rubbing is potentially effective to relieve the hypermyotonia of patients with cerebral infarction, improve limb function, and improve the activity of daily living. (目的 观察中药膏摩治疗脑梗死后肌张力增高的效果。方法 选取92例脑梗死后肌张力增高患者为研究对象, 随机分成对照组46例和治疗组46例。2组均采用内科基础治疗、针灸、理疗、康复等脑梗死常规治疗, 治疗组在此基础上加用中药膏摩进行治疗。2组均治疗2个月, 比较2组治疗前和治疗后改良Ashworth痉挛评定量表(MMAS)、美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能(FMA)评分、Barthel日常生活能力指数(BI)。结果 与治疗前相比, 治疗后2组NIHSS评分下降, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05), 且治疗组较对照组下降更明显, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。治疗后, 治疗组MMAS评分等级较对照度低, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。治疗后, 2组FMA评分和BI较治疗前升高, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05), 且治疗组比对照组升高更明显, 差异具有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 中药膏摩治疗脑梗死后肌张力增高, 能够显著缓解患者的肌张力, 改善肢体功能, 提高生活能力。)

Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) ointment and rubbing technique on motor function in patients with hemiplegia in recovery stage of stroke. Methods Totally 60 patients with hemiplegia in recovery stage of stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group received TCM ointment and rubbing technique on the basis of routine treatment and care; while the control group only received routine treatment and care. After 2 weeks of intervention, the motor function and living ability were assessed and compared between two groups. Results After 2 weeks of intervention, the scores of motor function evaluation scale (MAS) and Barther Index (ADL) increased in both two groups, and scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control groups , with a significant differnce (P＜0. 05) . Conclusion TCM ointment and rubbing technique can promote the recovery of motor function and quality of life in patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing in prevention of pulmonary infection in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Objective To investigate the effect of targeted nursing interventions for urine leakage after indwelling catheter placement in patients with cerebrovascular disease. Methods Totally 60 cerebrovascular disease patients with urine leakage after placement of indwelling catheter were divided into the observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and observation group was given targeted nursing interventions in addition to routine management. The intervention efficacy and patients' satisfaction were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (96. 67% vs. 73. 33%, P＜0. 05). Satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was higher than that of patients in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention according to the causes of urine leakage was effective to leakage control and prevention of urinary tract infection in cerebrovascular disease patients with indwelling catheters . Objective To explore the training mode of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) international students by discussion-based teaching associated with standardized clinical pathway and standardized patients program. Methods This study recruited 60 MBBS international students from 2016 to 2018 and they were randomly divided them into two groups: study group and control group， 30 for each group． Standardized clinical pathway was adopted in medical history-taking and problem-based case discussion mode and diagnosis and examination in English on standardized patients in study group was used while traditional ward round mode was applied in the control group. Effects of teaching were assessed and three capacity modules， medical history-taking， physical examination and case discussion， were evaluated． Results Students had positive responses to the discussion-based teaching associated with standardized clinical pathway and standardized patients program. There were significant differences in three modules between the two groups(P<0.05) . Conclusions Discussion-based teaching associated with standardized clinical pathway and standardized patients program helps to arouse the students' interest， improve self-study ability and cultivate the clinical reasoning ability and is feasible in clinical training and worth promoting. Objective To observe the efficacy of short-term，long-term octreotide and bromocriptine in the sequential treatment of growth hormone pituitary adenoma invading the cavernous sinus. Methods Sixteen patients with growth hormone pituitary adenoma invading the cavernous sinus were randomly divided into two groups，8 in each. Patients in the observation group were given subcutaneous injection of short-term octreotide 100 jxg each time，3 times/d for 1 week. Then， the long-term octreotide was deep injected into the buttock muscle，20 mg each time，once every 28 days，for 3 times，followed by oral sniffing 7. 5 mg /d ，for 3 months. The patients in the control group were deep injected with long-term octreotide，20 mg each time， once every 28 days， for 6 months. The clinical symptom scores， serum GH valleys， serum IGF-1 and tumor volume before and after treatment were observed and compared between these two groups. Statistics on gastrointestinal adverse reactions and total treatment costs between the two groups was conducted. Results No significant difference was found in the clinical symptoms score， serum GH valleys， serum IG F-1，tumor volume between the two groups before and after treatment (all P > 0 .05). The incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the observation (2 cases) was lower than that (5 cases) in the control group (25 % vs 62. 5%)， P < 0. 05. The total cost of the observation group was (33 000 ± 2 000) yuan，which was lower than that of the control group [ (55 000 ± 9 000) yuan]，P < 0. 05. C onclusions The efficacy of short-term，long-term octreotide and bromocriptine in the sequential treatment of growth hormone pituitary adenoma invading the cavernous sinus is the same as the only use of long-term octreotide，but short-term，long-term octreotide and bromocriptine can decrease the gastrointestinal adverse reaction and total cost of the treatment.
