为研究矩形管翼缘开孔波纹腹板钢梁的抗剪性能，设计完成了四个试件的受剪试验。通过分析试件的破坏模态、荷载-位移曲线和关键区域的应变发展规律，研究了试件的抗剪性能、极限承载力及波纹腹板在开孔后分担的剪力比例。利用ABAQUS进行了数值模拟，将模拟结果与试验结果进行对比，验证了有限元模型的正确性。研究了腹板几何初始缺陷和开孔偏移对抗剪承载力的影响。结果表明矩形管翼缘开孔波纹腹板梁具有较好的延性性能；其抗剪承载力会随着开孔孔径的增大而降低，腹板波纹越密集，抗剪承载力越高；开孔横向偏移对抗剪承载力影响不明显；推荐了该梁的波纹腹板剪力分配比例近似计算公式；腹板的几何初始缺陷对抗剪承载力影响可忽略不计。

Objective To investigate the application value of intellectualized double-check system combined with fine management in management of hazardous chemicals in the operating room. Methods The management information of 4163 products of hazardous chemicals in the operating room were analyzed. According the sequence of time, a routine management mode was adopted in the management of 2013 products of hazardous chemicals (as control group), between July and September2021 and intellectualized double-check system combined with fine management was conducted in management of 2150 products of hazardous chemicals (as study group )between September and December 2021. The rates of correct total count, accurate inbound and outbound, timely procurement and accurate registration were measured and compared between two groups. Results The rates of correct total count, accurate inbound and outbound, timely procurement and accurate registration in the study group were higher than those in the control group, respective (P＜0. 01). Objective To investigate different doses of the analgesic effects of dezocine comparing with sufentanil after laryngectomy. Methods A total of 129 patients who underwent elective partial laryngectomy from Feb 2022 to Jan 2023 were randomly assigned to dezocine 0.5 mg/kg group(group D1), dezocine 0.6 mg/kg group(group D2) and sufentanil 2 μg/kg group (group S). Twenty-four hours amount of drugs, the visual analogue scale(visual analogue scale, VAS)and 48 h total pressing times of PCA (patient-controlled intravenous analgesia, PCIA) were compared among the three groups at 6,12, 24 and 48 h after operation,and the postoperative adverse reactions (nausea,vomiting,dizziness,urinary retention and respiratory depression)were recorded. Results There was no significant difference in 24 h amount of drugs among the three groups. The VAS score of group D1 was higher than that of group S at 6 h postoperatively (P＜0.05), but did not differ significantly among the three groups at 12,24 and 48 h. There was no significant differences in the number of compressions and postoperative adverse reactions among the three groups. Conclusion Compared with sufentanil, 0.6 mg/kg dezocine can provide the same degree of analgesic effect. However, no advantage was found to reduce adverse reactions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of intestinal infectious diseases in Shijiazhuang from 2004 to 2022, and to provide scientific basis for refining prevention and control measures. Methods Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the incidence of intestinal infectious diseases in Shijiazhuang from 2004 to 2022. Results A total of eight intestinal infectious diseases were reported in Shijiazhuang from 2004 to 2022, with an average annual reported incidence of 225.86/100 000. The incidence of acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis increased (t=4.687, P < 0.001), while the incidence of hepatitis A, unclassified hepatitis, dysentery, typhoid and paratyphoid fever, and hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) decreased (P < 0.05). Dysentery and HFMD had obvious seasonal characteristics, and the M values of concentration were 0.50 and 0.54, respectively. The high incidence areas of hepatitis A shifted from rural areas to urban areas, and that of unclassified hepatitis and other infectious diarrhea from urban areas to rural areas. The average incidence rate of eight intestinal infectious diseases in males was higher than that in females (P < 0.05). In occupational ratio, farmers were the highest in of acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis, hepatitis A, typhoid and paratyphoid fever, hepatitis E, unclassified hepatitis, and other infectious diarrhea with the composition of 81.82%, 55.80%, 46.97%, 46.37%, 45.26% and 45.23%, respectively. The constituent ratios over 50 years old in 2004-2009, 2010-2015, and 2016-2022 were 27.90%, 40.77%, and 61.14% for hepatitis A, and 17.20%, 25.95%, and 52.34% for acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis, respectively. Conclusion The effect of prevention and control of intestinal infectious diseases in Shijiazhuang from 2004 to 2022 was remarkable and the epidemic characteristics of some intestinal infectious diseases had changed. We should strengthen the measures of prevention and control in rural areas as well as children and the elderly and adjust prevention and control strategies according to the characteristics of intestinal infectious diseases in new era. In order to find out the optimum harvest time of Polygala fallax, the study analyzed the root morphology, biomass, medicinal components, nutritional components and mineral elements of P. fallax roots during the 1-5 cultivating years by national standards and other methods. The results were as follows:(1)The morphology and biomass of P. fallax roots increased slowly during the first two cultivating years, and increased rapidly during the 2-3 cultivating years, however the parameters tended to be flat during the 3-5 cultivating years.(2)The contents of different medicinal ingredients varied significantly within the cultivating years, crude polysaccharides reached to the peak in the first year, total saponins reached to the peak in the second year, and total flavonoids reached to the peak in the fourth year.(3)The mineral elements showed various behavior among cultivating years, the contents of Ca, Mg, Mn and Cu accumulated to the maximum in the third year, the content of Fe decreased with increasing cultivating years, and the content of Pb increased with increasing cultivating years.(4)Crude protein content increased first and then decreased, and the same change trends were observed in the contents of total ash and crude fat, both of which decreased as cultivating years increasing.(5)P. fallax reached a high yield in the third cultivating year, and most of the quality indicators in the roots of 4-5 year at the lowest value, and the third year was the ideal harvest period for P. fallax, which provided technical guidance for high-yield and good quality of P. fallax. Objective To explore the predictive value of the expression of CD44v6 and EGFR on the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) in stageⅡ-Ⅲ cervical cancer. Methods A total of 53 patients with stageⅡ-Ⅲ cervical cancer diagnosed by pathology were selected. All patients received two cycles of paclitaxel+platinum NACT. The pathological tissue samples of cervical tumors before NACT treatment were collected. The expression of CD44v6 and EGFR were detected by the immunohistochemical SP method, and we analyzed their predictive value of NACT in stageⅡ-Ⅲ cervical cancer. Results Among the 53 patients, 38 were in the NACT effective group (CR+PR), and 15 were in the NACT ineffective group (SD+PD). The expression of CD44v6 in the ineffective group was significantly higher than that in the effective group (P<0.05). The expression of CD44v6 was significantly different in patients with CR, PR, and SD (P<0.05). The AUC of CD44v6 to NACT effect on stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ cervical cancer was 0.74 (P<0.05). The patients in the high expression group of CD44v6 had worse efficacy in NACT than those in the low expression group of CD44v6 (P<0.05). Pearson test showed that CD44v6 and EGFR expression were correlated (R=0.34, P<0.05). Conclusion High expression of CD44v6 may reduce the efficacy of NACT in stageⅡ-Ⅲ cervical cancer, suggesting that the expression of CD44v6 has a certain predictive value and clinical significance in the efficacy of paclitaxel+platinum NACT on cervical cancer. Objective To explore the value of MIU features in predicting the pathological grade of rectal neuroemlocrine tumors mid to develop a predicting model. Methods A retrospective m1alysis was performed on 30 cases of rectal neuroendocrine tumors confirmed by surgery and pathology between 2013 and 2019. All of them unckrwent plain rectal MIU, DWI and dynamic contrast-enhanced MIU. The clinical foatures and MRI characteristics ( ie. tumor location, maximum tumor diameter, boundary, growth pattern, enlumcement of three-staged lesions, and the lymph node metastasis) were analyzed hy statistical methods to evaluate the difference between different tumor pathologic grades ( Gl, G2 and G3). Charecteristics with statistics significance were amJyzed by collinearity diagnostics, and stepwise regression method was used to sclect imlepemlent predictors. Ordinal logistic regression analysis was then conducted to develop the predicting model. Results Maximum tumor diameter, tumor boundary, growth pattern, mr-T, mr-N, EMVI, MRF, T2WI sigma intensity, tumor enhancement degree in venous phase and distant metastasis were closely correlated with the pathology grade of rectal neuroemlocrine tumors ( P<0.001, 0. 001, 0. 001, <0.001, 0.001, 0.004, 0.024, 0.015, 0.001, and <0.001, respectiviey). The mr-T and tumor enlumcement degree in venous phase were identified as the independent predictors to construct the prediction model. The model got ideal performance in predicting the grades, with the areas under the receiver operating dumwteristic (ROC) curves (AUCs) of 0.945, 0.624 and 0.896, the sensitivities were 75.0%·, 85.7%·, mid 90. 9%· mid corresponding specificities were 88. 9%·, 52. 6%· mid 93. 3%· for GI, G2 and G3 1u·t;J ncuroemlrx-rine tumors, respectively. Objective To explore the diagnostic accuracy improved by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) biomarkers for lymph node metastasis in T1-2 stage rectal cancer before treatment. Methods Medical records of 327 patients with T1-2 rectal cancer who underwent pretreatment MRI and rectal tumor resection between January 2015 and November 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Fifty-seven cases were divided into the lymph node metastasis group (N+ group) while other 270 cases in the non-lymph node metastasis group (N-group) according to the pathologic diagnosis. Two radiologist evaluated the tumor characteristics of MRI images. The relationship of the clinical and imaging characteristics of lymph node metastasis was assessed by using univariate analysis and multivariable logistic regression analysis. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic abilities for the differentiation of N- from N+ tumors. Results Among the 327 patients, MR-N evaluation was positive in 67 cases, which was statistically different from the pathological diagnosis (P< 0.001). The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of MRI for lymph node metastasis were 45. 6%, 84. 8% and 78. 0%, respectively. Multivariate regression analysis showed that tumor morphology (P= 0.002), including mucus or not (P<0.001), and MR-N evaluation (P< 0.001) were independent influencing factors for stage T1-2 rectal cancer with lymph node metastasis. The area under the ROC curve of rectal cancer with lymph node metastasis analyzed by the logistic regression model was 0.786 (95%CI: 0.720~ 0.852). Conclusions Tumor morphology, including mucus or not, and MR-N evaluation can serve as independent biomarkers for differentiation of N- and N+ tumors. The model combined with these biomarkers facilitates to improve the diagnostic accuracy of lymph node metastasis in T1-2 rectal cancers by using MRI. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective　To establish a LC-MS method of cisatracurium assay in human plasma for clinical therapeutic drug monitoring. Method　Propafenone Hydrochloride was used as the internal standard. The plasma samples were treated with 2% formic acid aqueous solution and acetonitrile containing the internal standard to precipitate protein. Agilent SB-C18 column was used for gradient elution with the mobile phase of 0.1% formic acid-water and 0.1% formic acid-acetonitrile solution at 35 ℃ and 0.3 ml/min flow rate. The degradation products of cisatracurium m/z 464.6-358.4 and propafenone hydrochloride m/z 342.2-116.2 were identified by ESI positive-ion detection. Results　There was a linear rage of cisatracurium in 2-500 ng/ml (r=0.996 5) with a detection limit of 2 ng/ml. The intra-day coefficients of variation (CVs) were less than 16.00%, and the inter-day CVs were less than 6.00%. The mean recoveries were in the range of 97.63%-111.93%. The plasma samples were stable for 4 hours at room temperature, 14 days at -80 ℃ and 24 hours after pretreated. Conclusion　This method was simple, accurate, fast and repeatable for the cisatracurium assay in human plasma. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
