Extra-nodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type (ENKTCL-NT) as an aggressive hematologic malignancy is the third most common malignancy of the nasal cavity and sinuses. The most common initial symptoms are similar to those of otolaryngological diseases, so patients often have their first diagnosis in the ear, nose and throat department and are easily misdiagnosed. ENKTCL-NT is sensitive to radiation therapy, and the combination of chemotherapy and radiation therapy can improve the survival of patients. Regular condition assessment and fault diagnosis of the fans in the tunnel can ensure the safe operation of the tunnel. It is difficult to obtain the health status of tunnel fans by traditional manual methods, which leads to the failure to effectively ensure the quality of tunnel ventilation and brings hidden dangers to the safe operation of tunnels. Aiming at the problem, a health status diagnosis algorithm based on convolutional neural network (CNN) was proposed. Firstly, according to the idea of Kalman data fusion, a filtering method for fan bearing vibration signal was proposed. The continuous wavelet transform method was used to transform the filtered fan bearing vibration signal into time-frequency image. Then, the fault diagnosis model of tunnel fan bearing was constructed, the time-frequency image was taken as the input of the diagnosis model, and the evaluation index was selected to evaluate the diagnosis results of the model. Finally, the experimental verification was carried out by using the experimental data of the tunnel fan bearing. The research results show that the accuracy, recall, and F-measure of the diagnostic model are respectively 99.3 %, 99.2 %, and 99.2 %, and the diagnostic speed is only 0.04 s. The accuracy and diagnostic speed are significantly better than support vector machine (SVM), K-nearest neighbor (KNN) and other diagnostic models. Objective：The current study aims to explore the effect of bergapten (BP) on the osteogenic differentiation of human dental pulp stem cells (hDPSCs) . Methods：Specific antigens of hDPSCs were identified by flow cytometry analysis. The cytotoxicity and biosafety of BP was detected by CCK ⁃ 8. The hDPSCs were randomly divided into the control and BP groups. Different concentrations of BP (7.5 μmol/L, 15.0 μmol/L and 30.0 μmol/L) were added to complete medium in the BP groups, while an equal volume of DMSO was added to the complete medium in the control group. The morphology of hDPSCs in the BP and control groups was observed by fluorescent stain. The BCIP/NBT staining and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) quantitative detection were used to detect the effect of BP at the early stage of osteogenic differentiation of hDPSCs. The alizarin red S (ARS) staining and semi⁃quantitative analysis was used to assess the degree of extracellular matrix mineralization at the late stage of osteogenic differentiation. Expressions of osteogenic⁃related genes such as Runt⁃related transcription factor 2 (RUNX2), osteocalcin (OCN), osteopontin (OPN), and ALP were detected by quantitative real ⁃time PCR (qRT ⁃ PCR) . Expressions of osteogenic ⁃ related proteins were detected using Western blot. Results：BP of 7.5 μmol/L, 15.0 μmol/L and 30.0 μmol/L showed better biosafety (P < 0.01) . The ALP activities in the BP groups were higher than that in the control group, and the 15.0 μmol/L BP was the best (P < 0.01) . The degrees of extracellular matrix mineralization of the BP groups were higher than that of the control group, and the number of calcium nodules in the 15.0 μmol/L BP treatment group was more and deeper. The expressions of osteogenic⁃related genes and proteins were significantly increased in the BP groups and the 15.0 μmol/L BP treatment was the best (P < 0.01) . Conclusion：BP shows good biosafety and can promote the osteogenesis differentiation of hDPSCs with better effect at the 15.0 μmol/L concentration in vitro. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

[Objective] The characteristics and sources of heavy metal pollution in paddy soil in karst high background value area were analyzed based on small space scale, providing basic data for comprehensive prevention and control of heavy metal pollution in paddy soil and safe utilization of paddy soil. [Method] With 129 paddy soil samples（0-20 cm soil layer） from a rice planting area in Debao county, Guangxi as the research object, the pH and the contents of heavy metals Cd, Pb, Cr and As were determined.The pollution characteristics of paddy soil were evaluated by using geographic information system software（ArcGIS） combined with single pollution index method, Nemero comprehensive pollution index method, geological cumulative index method and potential ecological hazard index method.The sources of heavy metals in paddy soil in the study area were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis and principal component analysis. [Result] The average pH of paddy soil in the study area was 7.46,and the average contents of Cd, As, Pb and Cr were 1.87,11.65,24.57 and 121.45 mg/kg respectively.The average value of single pollution indexes of Cd, As, Cr and Pb was 2.86＞0.56＞0.39＞0.15.The comprehensive pollution index of 69.00% points was at medium pollution level, and the comprehensive pollution index of 31.00% points was at light pollution level.The evaluation result of geological cumulative index showed that the influence degree of the four heavy metal elements by human activities was in the order of Cd＞Cr＞Pb＞As.The comprehensive potential ecological risk index of the four heavy metals was at a slight ecological risk level.The main potential ecological risk source of paddy soil was Cd, which contributed 92.89% to the comprehensive potential ecological hazards.The spatial distribution of Cd, As and Cr element content was mainly characterized by high in the northwest and low in the southeast.The distribution of Pb content was the highest in the southeast, followed by the west and low in the middle.The slight enrichment of Cr and As may be related to the discharge of sewage and coal in residential areas, the Pb content may be affected by transportation, and the Cd pollution may be affected by agricultural activities, atmospheric sedimentation and residents’ living activities. [Conclusion] A paddy soil（129 sites） in Debao county, Guangxi was seriously polluted by heavy metal Cd.Although As, Pb and Cr have accumulated to varying degrees, they were at a non-pollution level.The ecological hazard risk was shown as slight ecological hazard, which was related to agricultural activities, atmospheric sedimentation, domestic sewage and coal burning emissions.The contribution rate of Cd to the comprehensive potential ecological hazard was 92.89%.Therefore, in the treatment and remediation of heavy metal pollution in paddy soil, attention should be paid to the pollution of soil Cd. Early weaning technology can reduce the feeding cost by improving annual productivity of sows and feed utilization rate, and thus improve economic benefits of pig breeding, which is of great significance for pig breeding. However, early weaning technology also causes problems such as weaning stress and increased diarrhea rate, thus increases the morbidity and mortality of piglets.
