分布式自治并非一个新的概念,自然界中的自组织现象、互联网上的动态网民群体组织以及分布式人工智能等均可视作其早期表现形式。近年来,区块链技术的快速发展催生了去中心化自治组织(DAO),它是一种将组织的管理和运营规则以智能合约的形式编码在区块链上,从而在没有集中控制或第三方干预的情况下自主运行的组织形式。因此,DAO有望成为应对不确定、多样、复杂环境的一种新型有效组织。然而,DAO正处于起步阶段,理论研究尚处于空白,且难以实现大规模应用。本文首先对 DAO 的概念及特征做出清晰界定;接着首次系统地提出DAO五层分析框架,并以此为基础对典型的DAO应用案例——Aragon做了详尽分析;之后讨论DAO目前所面临的问题和下一步可能的研究方向,以期为未来研究提供有益的参考与借鉴。

The end of the Tang Dynasty, the Song Dynasty and Liao Jin period are the popular periods of tea culture, when tea was favored by emperors, nobles and commoners and the tea-fighting culture was widely spread. The tea ewers, as a kind of liquid utensils, can be classified into two types, the teapots and wine pots. The pots in the Tang and Song dynasties had different names according to their different usage. The container used for drinking was called zhuzi or jiuzhu (wine bottle), and the pots for tea were called tea bottles, chazhu, soup pots or ying. However, the tea bottles, as the pots for tea making, were often mixed up with jiuzhu. It is the first step to distinguish them in studying tea bottles. There are a large number of murals with tea themes in the tombs of the Tang, Song Dynasties and Liao and Jin Periods. Tea sets from the Song and Jin dynasties have been unearthed many times in recent archaeological excavations. These pots could be considered as the standard teapots. Based on them, this paper attempts to summarize the stylistic characteristics of tea bottles. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The skin, being a highly intricate organ within the human body, has long posed a challenging and significant aspect in both clinical and research domains when constructing a bionic skin model. 3D bioprinting technology has effectively addressed this issue by facilitating the creation of skin constructs. This innovative technique allows for the rapid and dependable production of bionic skin substitutes, as it enables the customization of skin shapes and the precise distribution of cells and other materials to meet the specific demands of clinical and industrial applications. Furthermore, this technology exhibits exceptional performance, adaptability, superior resolution, reproducibility, and high throughput, rendering it suitable for diverse applications such as drug screening, cosmetic testing, and skin grafts. Consequently, it holds the potential to serve as a viable skin substitute for a larger population of individuals afflicted with burns or diabetes. The integration of 3D bioprinting technology with stem cells has provided researchers and medical professionals with increased opportunities to address skin diseases. Pluripotent stem cells are particularly promising due to their ethical acceptability and ability to be genetically customized to meet individual patient’s needs. This customization enables the development of cell carriers with predetermined structures, which can incorporate biomimetic hierarchies, including blood vessel networks, hair follicles, and sweat glands. These advancements aim to enhance tissue functionality and improve the aesthetic outcomes of implantation procedures. This article summarizes the current research progress in skin construction using 3D bioprinting technology. It specifically highlights the distinctive features of skin construction achieved through various 3D bioprinting techniques. Additionally, it analyzes the specific requirements for skin construction that includes appendages, aiming to offer valuable insights for the development of in vitro physiological or pathological models, regenerative medicine, and clinical research within this domain. - Abstract
Objective To study the effects of different types of fluid resuscitation on mesenteric microcirculation and inflammatory factors in rabbits with hemorrhagic shock. Methods The model of hemorrhagic shock rabbits was established by reducing the basic mean arterial pressure by 40% through draining the blood from the common carotid artery. Animals were randomly divided into control group,saline group,lactate Ringer group, acetic acid Ringer group, hydroxyethyl starch group and succinyl gelatin group with 8 animals in each group. Mesenteric microcirculation was monitored with microcirculation monitor. Mean arterial pressure( MAP), heart rate(HR),microvascular perfusion ratio(PPV) and microvascular blood flow index(MFI) were recorded before bleeding(T0),at hemorrhagic shock(T1),at the beginning of fluid resuscitation(T2),at the completion of fluid resuscitation(T3),and at the end of the experiment(T4) . The contents of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-1(IL-1) and lactic acid(Lac) were measured at T0,T2 and T4. Results Compared with hydroxyethyl starch group,there were statistically significant differences in T3 MAP(P < 0.05),except for succinyl gelatin group, hydroxyethyl starch group had higher MAP at T4 than other groups,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The differences in MAP between experimental control group and other groups were statistically significant at T4 (P < 0.05) . PPV and MFI of hydroxyethyl starch group and succinyl gelatin group were higher than those of normal saline group,lactic acid Ringer group and acetic acid Ringer group at T4(P < 0.05),and the lactic acid value of hydroxyethyl starch group at T4 was the lowest,compared with lactic acid Ringer group and normal saline group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). There were statistical significances between all groups and experimental control group at T4 (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in TNF-αand IL-1 in T0, T2 and T4 among all groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Hydroxyethyl starch solution and succinyl gelatin solution can improve the microcirculation of rabbits with hemorrhagic shock, but can not improve the level of inflammatory factors. The rise of artificial intelligence for science (AI4S) has made it particularly important and urgent to ensure the openness, fairness, impartiality, diversity, and sustainability of scientific systems. This is significant to the discourse power and leadership of countries in global innovation and industrial revolution, and also affects the security, stability, and sustainable development of a community with a shared future for mankind. To address these challenges, AI4S needs to adopt new scientific organizational and operational methods. Decentralized science (DeSci) has emerged to vitalize AI4S and provide strong support, effectively addressing issues such as information silos, biases, unfair distribution, and monopolies in existing research systems, and promoting multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, and transdisciplinary cooperation in science. This study defines the basic concepts, characteristics, and framework of DeSci, analyzes its current research and application status, and explores the implications and significance of DeSci for the further development of the scientific systems.
