With the large number of offshore wind farms put into operation in China, the adoption of reasonable and effective foundation scour protection measures has an important impact on the safety and stability of wind turbine structure. The in-situ sludge solidification protection scheme and construction technology for scour protection of monopile foundation were studied and proposed based on an offshore wind farm with silt sediment. The laboratory tests of silt with different moisture content and different amount of curing agent were carried out. And the in-situ sludge solidification field trials for scour protection were completed by using two schemes of "curing before pile driving" and "pile driving before curing". The strength test of solidified soil samples taken on site and the scanning test of the scour protection effect around the foundation show that the implementation of in-situ sludge solidification for monopile foundation scour protection of offshore wind turbines is effective. In the face of sparse data, high data dimensions and multi view clustering tasks, the traditional maximum entropy clustering algorithm will cause clustering failure because the class center tends to be consistent. In order to solve this problem, based on the traditional maximum entropy clustering algorithm, this paper introduced the class center punishment mechanism, integrated the weight matrix to achieve multi perspective division and integration, and constructed a multi view maximum entropy clustering algorithm with class center maximum. The algorithm reflected the importance of a certain perspective by adjusting the weight on each perspective, and solved the problem that the class center on each perspective tends to be consistent due to the scarcity of data and high data dimension in the multi perspective clustering task. Through a large number of experiments, it further proves that the clustering effect of this algorithm is significantly better than the traditional clustering algorithm when dealing with high-dimensional, sparse data, interference data participating and multi view data sets. 针对光时域反射仪（OTDR）测量长距离光缆线路的动态范围受限问题,提出了一种基于双向OTDR测试的长距离光缆线路性能的测试方法,并构建了测试系统。该系统配置两台监测站,从长距离光缆线路两端分别测试,并将得到的测试曲线在监测中心进行拟合,拟合后的测试曲线能够反映该段光缆线路的性能状况。

Objective To screen nucleic acid aptamers that can specifically recognize castration-resistant prostate cancer （CRPC） cells by Cell-SELEX.Methods For Cell-SELEX selection， CRPC cell lines C4-2 were used as positive control cells， while androgen-dependent prostate cancer cell lines LNCap were used as negative control cells. The 5’end of the upstream primers was labeled with FITC， and the 5’end of the downstream primers was labeled with biotin. Single-stranded DNA （ssDNA） collected from each round of screening was used as template for PCR amplification and purification. The biotin-streptavidin magnetic bead separation was used to isolate PCR product for the next round of screening. The process of Cell-SELEX was analyzed by flow cytometry. ssDNA products of the last round were collected for PCR amplification， purification， cloning and DNA sequencing. The secondary structure of selected DNA aptamers was predicted. Dissociation constants of the two aptamers were calculated. Flow cytometry and confocal microscopy were used to evaluate selective binding of aptamers to CRPC cells and tissues. Results The binding rate of DNA products to CRPC cells gradually increased with the increase of selection cycles， reaching the highest in the last round. DNA structure prediction analysis showed that the secondary structure of aptamers CRPC-1 and CRPC-2 was mainly stem-loop structure. Flow cytometry analysis and confocal images showed that both CRPC-1 and CRPC-2 could specifically target C4-2 cells. In addition， immunohistofluorescence assay showed that CRPC-1 could specifically target CRPC tissues. Conclusion Cell-SELEX can be used to screen aptamers that specifically target CRPC cells and tissues， which provides experimental basis for early screening and targeted diagnosis of CRPC. In this paper, the formation of wind wave, swell and mixed wave in open seas were summarized, and the reason why mixed wave often appears in the form of bimodal spectrum in open sea area was discussed. The bimodal spectrum was represented by the summation of low frequency swell and high frequency wind wave. Combined with the motion response data of a pile driving vessel, the heave motion response of a pile driving vessel excited by the single low frequency swell, single high frequency wind wave, and mixed wave was investigated. The calculation results reveal that the low frequency swell which is not prominent in the bimodal spectrum mixed wave is the main source of exciting the pile driving vessel to move violently. Abstract：The extra costs, value of ecological compensation services and environmental costs were taken into account, which was to study the ecological compensation standard index system and assessment method for soil bed in the central community of Paifang Township, Fei⁃ dong County as a case. The results showed that：Theoretically, the ecological compensation standard for the treatment of rural domestic sew⁃ age in Feidong County was 1.232 4×106 yuan·hm-2·a-1, and the extra costs, value of ecological compensation services and environmental costs were 5.889×105, 6.811×105，-3.76×104 yuan·hm-2·a-1 respectively. During the operation of the soil bed system, farmers could obtain a return of 5.45×104 yuan·hm-2·a-1，and need not extra compensation. The 5.889×105 yuan·hm-2·a-1 of extra costs would be undertaken by the government of water source conservation district, which should gain the compensation of 3.76×104 yuan·hm-2·a-1 of the environmental costs from the government of downstream region; The soil bed technology made up 50.84% compensation share to eliminate the waste with the 47.78% extra costs compensation, which contributed to the increment of ecological environment service value and environment improve⁃ ment at the same time. According to the ecological compensation calculation, although the extra construction investment of the rural domes⁃ tic sewage treatment plant was relatively high, the value of ecological service for eliminating the waste water was far greater than the extra costs. Therefore, it can play a good ecological demonstration role in the water conservation area, especially in the basin protection area. Objective To explore the effect of operation timing of craniofacial skin laceration on wound healing and patients' satisfaction. Methods From August 2019 to August 2020, 819 patients with craniofacial trauma under went debridement and suture according the principles of plastic surgery. The time from injury to surgery, the grade of wound healing and patients' satisfaction were recorded. Results There were 258 patients underwent surgery within 6 hours, 356 patients underwent surgery during 6 to 12 hours after injury, 169 patients underwent surgery during 12 to 48 hours after injury and 36 patients underwent surgery at more than 48 hours after injury. There was no significant difference in the grade of wound healing at different time points (P>0.05). The satisfaction of patients waiting for more than 48 hours was lower than that of within 12 hours (P<0.05).Conclusion The craniofacial tissue has rich blood supply and strong healing ability. For patients who have been injured for more than 12 hours or even more than 48 hours can also achieve satisfactory results after complete debridement and suture in stage I. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的探讨丝裂霉素缓释粒子治疗裸鼠胰腺癌皮下移植瘤的效果及安全性。方法选择BALB/c裸鼠24只,于右前肢近腋窝处接种人胰腺癌SW1990细胞制备胰腺癌皮下移植瘤模型。常规饲养1周,随机分为粒子组、针剂组、基质组、对照组,每组6只。粒子组瘤体内注入丝裂霉素缓释粒子1粒,针剂组瘤体内注入注射用丝裂霉素0.1 mL,基质组瘤体内注入不含丝裂霉素的缓释粒子1粒,对照组瘤体内注入生理盐水0.1 mL。分别于治疗前及治疗3、6、9、12、14天测量各组瘤体长径、宽径和厚度,计算瘤体体积。采用高效液相色谱法检测粒子组、针剂组瘤体内丝裂霉素浓度。治疗后观察粒子组与针剂组体质量、精神状态以及瘤体局部变化。结果粒子组、针剂组治疗6天开始瘤体体积明显低于基质组、对照组,随着治疗时间延长,粒子组从治疗9天开始瘤体体积明显低于针剂组(P均<0.05)。粒子组瘤体内丝裂霉素浓度明显高于针剂组(P<0.05)。粒子组治疗后出现的胃肠道等并发症持续时间短于针剂组。结论丝裂霉素缓释粒子能够持续抑制裸鼠胰腺癌皮下移植瘤生长,还能减轻全身毒副作用。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
