本稿はコーディネーター職にある日本語教師のキャリア形成の径路と、その継続や選択に影響する要因を探ることを目的として行った、インタビュー調査の結果について報告する。本稿の調査対象者は、日本の大学及び日本語学校の専任または常勤教員 ５ 名である。その ５ 名に対して、半構造化インタビューを １ 名につき ２ 〜 ３ 回行い、その結果をTEA（複線径路等至性アプローチ）の手法を用いて分析した。結果として、大学時代における原体験、大学院への進学、日本語教育に従事していた国からの帰国等が共通した径路として見出せた。また、キャリアの継続・選択に影響を与える要因はキャリア形成の時期によって異なっていることがわかった。This paper reports on the results of interview surveys conducted with Japanese language teachers in coordinator positions to explore their career development and the factors that influence their continuity and choices. The subjects of the survey for this paper are five full-time faculty members at Japanese universities and a Japanese language school. The authors conducted two to three semi-structured interviews with each of these five individuals, and the results were analyzed using the TEA （Trajectory Equifinality Approach）. As a result, the authors found common paths to be the formative experience in university, entering graduate school, and returning from a country where they were involved in Japanese language education. In addition, it was found that, depending on the stage of career development, the factors influencing career continuity and choice differ.

背景：日本では看護系大学が急増し、教員数は横ばいであるため、看護系大学教員が不足している。現在、助手、助教などの困難感に関する報告は多いが、経験年数が 10 年以上で職位が高い大学教員に関する報告は少ない。目的：10 年以上看護教育に携わる看護系大学教員のキャリア形成に影響を及ぼす要因を明らかにすることが目的である。方法：対象者は 10 名の大学教員で教授、准教授である。半構造化面接を行い、分析方法は修正版グランデッドセオリーアプローチを用いた。結果：10 年以上看護教育に携わる看護系大学教員がこれまでを振り返った結果、キャリア形成に影響を及ぼす要因は【対人的な仕事への関心】【看護系大学教員であるための必要条件】【様々な困難もすべてが試練】【自分流のストレスコーピング】【組織へのコミットメント】【学生のためというやりがい】【大学教育の達人目指して自己研鑽】の 7 カテゴリーと 25 概念で構成された。 対人的な仕事への関心から始まり、学位取得が基盤となり、教育や研究における研鑽を積んでいた。若手教員の誰もが経験する困難な状況も乗り越え、ストレスコーピングができ、看護教育者としてのキャリアを中断することはなかった。「学生のため」というやりがいもキャリア形成に大きく影響し、士気を高めていた。組織との関係性において、帰属感から研究を通して社会貢献を行い、後輩育成と共に自己研鑽を継続させることとなる。

女性活躍が叫ばれる現在，消防組織でも女性が増加している。消防組織では365 日災害に対応するため，職員の約8 割が交替制勤務を行っており，女性職員の約半数も交替制勤務に従事し災害対応をしている。女性消防吏員も交替制勤務に従事する機会が増えた中，消防士の初期キャリア期，つまり一人前の消防士としての知識や技術を習得する時期は，結婚や出産といったライフイベントの時期と重なる。本稿ではライフイベントを控えた女性消防吏員たちが，市民の命を守るための職責や働き方，家庭や育児との両立に対してどのような不安を感じているのかを明らかにした。また，不安に対して影響を与える要因を探索した結果，女性消防吏員の不安の軽減には，個々の価値観や背景を尊重し理解する職場風土を醸成することが重要であることがわかった。

就職間近で、実習がすべて終了した学生を対象に「実習」が学生自身の理想の保育や保育者像にどのような影響を与えたのか調査も含めて検討した結果、授業での振り返りや友人間の語り合い、教職員の助言等様々な要因が祖以後に重なり合って、学生の肯定感や意欲を押し上げていることが推察できた。学生が4年間の「実習」は、保育職として働くことへの強い意志を持ち続けるために「保育職のキャリア形成」のきっかけづくりとなること、保育職として働くことへの不安を解消し、リアリティ・ショックを緩和することができることが予測できた。また、保育現場で実際に保育者や子どもと触れ合いは、近い将来就職すると考えられる保育の現場での「就職体験(インターンシップ)」であり、学生にとって非常に重要な保育職のキャリア形成のはじまりであることが確認できた。

将来なりたい像や、キャリア形成を考える際、自分自身の特徴や価値観の理解を深めるために自己分析を行うことが一般的である。個人で行う紙面回答による自己分析に加えて、物を用いた対話型ワークショップを通して自己分析を行った場合、どのような効果が得られるだろうか。他者との対話や相互コミュニケーションによって、多角的な自己分析が可能となるか否か、レゴブロックを使用したワークショップを用いて検証した。

本稿は，「製造業」，「卸売業，小売業」，「医療，福祉」という女性労働者の多い産業において，女性管理職がどのようなキャリアを歩み，どういった背景で管理職に就いたのかを課長相当職以上の正規女性43名に聞き取りし，結果を考察したものである。 まず，キャリア形成では，４つのパターン「①総合職，技術職として入社し，管理職に昇進」，「②一般職として入社し，コース転換制度を利用し，総合職に変更後，管理職に昇進」，「③入社した企業を退職後，複数の事業所を経て現在の企業で管理職に昇進」，「④入社した企業を退職後，起業」に分類した結果，③のパターンがもっとも多かった。 つぎに，女性管理職自身が，管理職に昇進したと考える要因について，テキストマイニングにより分析した結果，「仕事の評価」，「上司の役割・重要性」，「女性活躍推進事業の始動」，「会社への貢献」という４つのクラスターが中心であった。なかでも，「女性活躍推進」に関連することは，他のクラスターすべてと関連づけられた。結論として，女性管理職は，あくまで，仕事に対する評価が先にあり，女性活躍が先にあって，管理職に昇進したわけでないことが示唆された。

大学在学時から社会人になるまでの意識変化を追跡した「大学生パネル調査」をもとに，卒業生の大学在学時における学習状況が，社会意識に与える影響について分析を行った。2000年代以降の日本社会は，個々人が人生のリスクに向き合うことを求められるとともに，「自己責任」が強く問われるようになったとされる。本稿では，大学時代の生活・学習要因，大学在学中の学習状況，卒業後の社会意識の3点に着目して分析を行った。第1に大学時代に消極的な姿勢で授業を受講してきた回答者は，自分自身を肯定的に捉えることに苦手な傾向にあり，日常生活や仕事に不安を抱えている一方，社会格差を認識しリスクを伴う事象に対し本人の結果責任を問う傾向が表れた。第2に大学時代の授業において実践的な知識を積極的に習得してきた回答者ほど，自分自身を肯定的に捉え，社会において能力を発揮しやすいことが判明した。

近年、日本語教師のキャリア形成について徐々に研究が進められてきてはいるが、職務以外の人生も含めて総体的に、かつ、長い期間を対象に見た研究はあまりなく、そのような意味において、日本語教師のキャリア形成の実態は未だ詳しくは分かっていないと言える。本稿では、28年の日本語教師歴を持ち、現在国内の大学において日本語教育プログラムの管理・運営を担う協力者A、 1 名を対象とし、複線経路等至性アプローチを用いて①日本語教師としてのキャリア形成のプロセス、②キャリアの選択に影響する要因を明らかにした。結果として、「経済的な基盤を確保しつつ、海外に関われる日本語教師という仕事をキャリアアップしながら続けたい」という信念・価値観のもと、キャリアの選択を重ね、現在の働き方に至っていることが明らかになった。また、その選択にあたっては、自分では変えることが難しい、あるいは意図して得ることができない「外的要因」と、協力者A自身の内面に関わる「内的要因」が影響していることがわかった。In recent years, research on the career development of Japanese language teachers has been gradually conducted. However, few studies have explored the career development of Japanese language teachers holistically and over a long period while also including their lives outside of work. In this paper, we elucidated the career development process of a Japanese language teacher and its influencing factors using the Trajectory Equifinality Approach. The teacher, designated Participant A, has been teaching Japanese for 28 years and is currently in charge of the administration and management of a Japanese language education program at a university in Japan. The results of theanalysis indicated that Participant A had made several career choices based on her beliefs and values of “I want to continue my work as a Japanese language teacher, which allows me to build relationships with other countries while improving my career and ensuring financial stability”; these choices have led her to her current working style. In addition, we found that Participant A’s choices were also influenced by “external factors” that are difficult to change or cannot be acquired intentionally, as well as by “internal factors” that are related to her own intrinsic characteristics.

本研究は，ジェンダーの観点から，東南アジア島嶼部の２カ国（マレーシアとインドネシア）における女性の高学歴化の現状と課題について明らかにすることを目的とする。この目的のもとで，①女性の高学歴化の現状を統計的に整理し，②女性の高学歴化の背景と要因について記述した後に，③２カ国間並置により，女性の高学歴化に見られる共通点と相違点を説明する。本研究では，文献調査と各種統計データの分析によって比較した結果，女性の高学歴化は見られるものの，大学卒業後の女性の活躍につながるとは限らないという課題が共通して見られた。一方，両国の中等教育および高等教育の構造には，学術コースと職業技術コースの割合において相違点が見られた。結論部で，これらの共通点と相違点を素地として，東南アジアの教育とジェンダーの諸相を明らかにし，各国の文脈による/における解釈と評価を行っていく上での素地となる論点と課題を示すこととする。

本稿では，「ゆとり教育」が現在の大卒若年労働者のキャリア形成に与える影響について検証している。WEB調査から得られた3094名のデータを分析した結果，「ゆとり教育」を熱心に受け，それが今の仕事や生活に役立っていると認識しているほど，現職で力を発揮し，頻繁な転職は抑制されている。しかし「ゆとり世代」の人々は，退職には抵抗がなかった。また，「ゆとり教育」は，社会人になってからの学び活動を促進する効果を持つ。よりレベルの高い学び活動に関しては，「ゆとり世代」の人々にのみ「ゆとり教育」の効果が見られた。さらに，「ゆとり教育」の効果をコントロールしても，「ゆとり世代」は高い有能感を示していた。「ゆとり教育」に適応できた者は，日本型の企業組織にもなじみ，かつ柔軟なキャリア形成も可能であるが，適応できなかった者は，組織人としても未熟であり，柔軟なキャリア形成にも難があるという二極化が見られた。ゆえに，「ゆとり世代」を一括りにすることには問題があり，「ゆとり教育」の功罪が明らかになった。, This study examines the influence of yutori education ("pressure-free" education) on the career development of young, college-educated workers. Data gathered from 3094 respondents to an online survey revealed that students who had eagerly engaged with yutori education and considered it useful to their current lives and careers exhibited greater strength in their current positions and did not experience frequent changes in occupation. However, people from the yutori generation did not appear reluctant to retire. Moreover, yutori education had a positive effect on promoting learning activities after entry into the workforce. Workers with yutori education experience were drawn to higher-level learning activities and displayed a high sense of competence in their professional roles. Polarization was noted between those who were able to adapt to yutori education and those who could not adapt. Workers who could adapt fit in well within Japanesestyle business organizations and had opportunities for more flexible career development. Those who were unable to adapt were unskilled as organization employees and encountered difficulties in flexible career development. The purpose of this research is to explore the priorities of third-year university students who belong to the teacher training course and have completed educational training in special activities. As a result of the research, it was suggested that when dealing with the contents of class activities and homeroom activities in special activities, the importance and priority differ depending on the type of school. In other words, especially for students who have written a learning guidance plan for elementary school, the item of ""career formation and self-actualization of each indivisual"" may not be a high priority in special activities. Regarding career formation, students may think that it is still early in elementary school due to timing issues. On the other hand, for students who have written a high school learning guidance plan, it is time for them to think about a future course that is realistic and how to live their own lives, so there is more awareness of the need for special activities.

調査報告, 本研究は，文部科学省が推進するスーパーグローバルハイスクール事業のアソシエイト校として活動をしている私立高等学校のグローバル教育に着目し，その探究学習の教育効果と学生のキャリア形成への影響を測定する方法の開発を行った．スーパーグローバルハイスクール事業は，急速にグローバル化が加速する現状を踏まえて，社会課題に対する関心と深い教養，コミュニケーション能力，問題解決力等の国際的素養を身に付け，将来に国際的に活躍できるグローバル・リーダーを高等学校段階から育成する目的で実施されている事業である．本研究の目的は，教育プログラムによる教育効果や学習者の変容を効率的に把握し，多忙な教育プログラム実施者の教育プログラム改善に資する事例を提示することである．グローバル教育は，グローバルな社会課題を発見・解決し，様々な国際舞台で活躍できる人材育成を目的としているため，本研究では，短期的な参加学生の変化の把握というよりも，参加学生の長期的なキャリア形成の観測を目的として開発している．本研究の手法は，高等学校のみならず，大学における様々なグローバル教育プログラムの場面における活用の可能性を有している．, This study focuses on global education in a private high school designated as an associate school of the Super Global High School (SGH) Program promoted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan. To evaluate educational outcome for global education programs, we developed an assessment method for evaluating global educational outcomes and their impact on the career development of participating students. As the pace of globalization is rapidly accelerating, the SGH Program has been implemented with the aim of fostering global leaders at the high school level who will be able to play an active role in the international community in the future by acquiring an interest in social issues, an in-depth education, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and other forms of international knowledge. The purpose of this study is to present assessment method for evaluating participating students’ transformation caused by global education programs. We hope our assessment method that will help busy global education program organizers to improve their global education programs effectively. Since global education aims to encourage participating students to discover and solve global social problems and play an active role in a variety of international arenas, rather than evaluating shortterm changes in participating students, we developed an observation scheme for their long-term career development. The methodology of this study could be expected to be used in various global education programs in not only high schools, but also universities.

本研究は、目白大学子ども学科の卒業生の実態を把握し、現在保育福祉職を目指している在学生に対する「就職前の期待と現実とのギャップから生まれるリアリティショック（RS）への対応」への有効な支援策検討資料を作成することを目的とし、本学科の卒業生全員を対象に質問調査を実施した。現在保育・福祉職に勤務している者としていない者では、どちらも仕事にやりがいを感じていた。保育福祉職を選んだ理由として、現在勤務していない者の方が「自分に向いてる」と回答する割合が高く、そう考えて仕事を目指した者の方が現実とのギャップを感じ保育福祉職を離れてしまっていることが示唆された。また、現在勤務している者は退職の理由として「職場の方針に疑問を感じた」「継続できないような職場の雰囲気」と回答する割合が高かった。保育福祉職にやりがいを感じていれば、外的要因（職場の雰囲気など）で離職しても再度保育福祉職に勤務する可能性があるが、内的要因（RSなど）で離職した場合その可能性が低いことが示唆された。

本研究の目的は、教職大学院におけるスクールリーダー教育の効果性を検証することにある。本論では、スクールリーダー教育（福岡教育大学・教育学研究科・教職実践専攻・学校運営リーダーコース、以下「学校運営LC」と略記）の修了生を対象として、修了生のキャリア形成の中で、ミドルリーダーからトップのマネジメント層へと職位上昇していく過程で、教職大学院プログラムで獲得した知識・技術性がどのような効果性を有しているのかを明らかにした。今回は修了生に対する資質・能力の獲得を、マネジメント層におけるキャリア形成に着目して行った。そのため、修了後に職位上昇した修了生を研究対象とし、修了生に対するインタビュー調査を通じて、そこから導き出される教職大学院のプログラムの成果と課題を分析している。

高等学校保育コースの卒業生を対象とした「高校時代の学習に対する思いや高校卒業後の進路及び現在の就業等」の追跡調査を行った。対象者は研究実践校の卒業生（2016年3月卒業，2017年3月卒業）の計40名で，回答率は42.5%であった。分析の結果，高校卒業後に保育を専門とする大学等に進学した対象者は，保育士養成施設の養成卒業生全般と比較して同程度或いは高い割合で保育専門職・福祉専門職に就職していることが明らかとなった。また，高校在学中に取得した保育技術検定に関して，保育の学習に対する取り組み，家庭や地域で営まれる保育，保育技術の定着（進学先での学修），進路決定の各場面で「役立ち感」を覚えており，進学や就職の場面では異なること，〈家庭看護技術〉〈言語表現技術〉の2種目に関しては具体的な記述が少ないこと等から，生徒がより主体的に学習に取り組める学習内容や教材の開発，検定内容自体の見直し等の改善が必要という結論に至った。

This study aims to examine influential factors for the career development of male nurses through the preceding study analyses. We conducted AND Search with “Male nurse” and “Career” by utilizing ICHUSHI (Bibliographic database) and CiNii (Citation Information by National institute of informatics) available on the Web, then targeted 22 papers in line with the study purpose. We also classified the targeted papers into 7 categories and 23 sub-categories after conducting qualitative/ inductive content analysis in terms of influential factors for the career development of male nurses. 3 categories indicate “Gender awareness”, “Family background” and “Relationship-building between nurses” as a distinctive category of male nurse. Particularly “Gender awareness” and “Family background” is influenced by social awareness of masculinity in the nursing profession. We also found that “Relationship-building between nurses” is a factor of male nurses relevant to a human relationship with female nurses or a majority group. Furthermore, “Factor for identity formation”, “Factor for continuous employment”, “With/without a desire for a strong rise intention”, and “Existence of role model” can be influential factors for the career development of nurses regardless of gender. In addition, “With/without a desire for a strong rise intention” was extracted as a unique research viewpoint. While this is possibly an influential factor for the career development of nurses regardless of gender, we considered that it would influence the consciousness such as advance to graduate school, promotion to specialized nurse or manager, and career advancement.

In order to research on effects of Peer Leadership activities at higher education, this study interviewed the 5 graduates which experienced peer-leaders at a university. The results of these investigations showed that they regarded the Peer Leadership experiences as the significance for their career. Some of them used the specific knowledge and skills of the experiences in their work environments, another who was a teacher at elementary school,applied the views of leadership learned by peer-leader’s lessons to his classroom. And they had kept their friendships among ex-peer-leaders, but they didn’t tell a lot about their juniors who were supported by them at a university. In addition, they might develop their career resilience by support activities at a university, because all of them told that they were supported by those around one in their work environments, and they empirically understood those supports might help them to develop their career.

本稿では、大学でなされる就職支援活動に関し、学生のキャリア形成に関する理論を構築する。そして、それに基づいて教材を開発する。そこでは、人間の成長を樹木の生長に見立ててキャリア形成の規範モデルを作成する。理論の構築のために、樹木生長の公理を定める。その公理は、存在、順序、均衡、可視、可測、相互作用、揺動の7つである。本稿では、これらの説明を行うとともに、“人間”に対応させてその意味を解釈する。 キャリア形成の教材開発を行うにあたっては、主に、均衡、可視、相互作用の公理を用いる。そこでは、キャリア形成を近未来と遠未来に分けて、それぞれ学生が行うキャリア形成課題を作成する。 近未来に向けた作業として、各学生は、簡単な日記を作る。その際、「行い」と「思い」という枠組を参照しつつ作文する。それをもとにして当該学生自身のキャリア形成の素材を求める。一方、遠未来に向けた作業として、長期の職業的目標を構想している場合は、その内容と職業的信念を記述するという方法を採る。 本稿では、樹木生長の公理に見立てたキャリア形成論理を樹木理論と呼ぶ。その樹木理論を説明するとともに、その論理下で組み立てた教材によるキャリア形成の実践例を報告する。

本研究の目的は、一概にプロともアマチュアとも分類できない「第３のアスリート」のキャリア形成の実態を明らかにすることにあった。そのための方法として、本研究ではトライアスロンのエリートカテゴリーで活動していた元選手へのインタビューを実施した。研究の進展に伴って、第３のアスリートのキャリア上のターニングポイントにおける、言葉ではその理由を説明しきれない選択について考察することの重要性が示された。

本稿では，仕事も生活も含めた生涯にわたるキャリア形成を展望していくための看護専門学校の基礎教育の課題を検討した。看護専門学校の基礎教育を修了し，入職直前の学生を対象に，キャリア展望やレディネスの実態を捉える質問紙調査およびインタビュー調査を実施した結果，全体的に性別を意識して進路決定している者が多い傾向にあった。また，仕事と同時に生活も重視し，経済的な安定も含めたワーク・ライフ・バランスに高い価値を置くが，将来設計の計画性は不足していた。そして，古典的性別役割志向と家事・育児優先志向は，これら2つに対して抑制的に作用しており，性別役割意識が強いほどキャリアの選択・決定やその後の人生設計に困難を及ぼす可能性がうかがえた。以上から，看護専門学校の基礎教育では，生涯にわたるキャリアという視点で自己の人生を主体的に考えることが可能となるような「抵抗」の支援と充実が重要である。

研究成果の概要 (和文) : 本研究は、パラリンピアンにおけるキャリア構築の実態と、問題解決にむけた必要とされる支援の解明を目的とした。実態調査は社会認知的進路理論(SCCT)に基づき実施し、パラリンピアンのキャリア選択阻害要因を顕在化することで、キャリアアップ及び競技力向上へ貢献することを目的とした。パラリンピアンのキャリア選択の過程を明らかにすることで問題を発見することを目標としてパラリンピアンのキャリア実態調査を行い、多くのパラリンピアンが抱えているキャリア選択時のポジティブ因子・ネガティブ因子を調査し、それらの因子がどのようにキャリア選択に影響を与えるかを検討することを目的とした。, 研究成果の概要 (英文) : By clarifying the social/psychological and organizational/environmental factors that narrow career options, this study aims to validate the evidence of various career supports that can cope with those factors in order to broaden the possibilities of career selection for both Paralympians after retirement and for those who are still active athletes. Actual condition survey was conducted to aim for the improvement of career development and athletic ability by making apparent the obstructive factors that stand above the career selection for Paralympians. The purpose of disclosing the process of Paralympian’s career selection was to discover the issues surrounding them, identify both the positive and negative factors that many Paralympians experience during career selection, and investigate how those factors influence Paralympians when selecting their athletic careers.

紀要論文, This study considers two aspects: Firstly, what kind of childcare the practitioners of early childhood care and education created in the post-war chaos，and Secondly, how they built a career. This was clarified by investigating the stories of two women who became childcare practitioners during the post-war growth period and then became leaders. Both became childcare practitioners by chance but continued to study at the place where they were placed in the wake of the post-war reconstruction of education. The two women stood out because they consistently “insisted on their own thoughts” and therefore, their coworkers worked around them. The common characteristic of these two women is that they stuck to their beliefs. They were greatly influenced by teachers who resisted the oppression of Christianity during the war. This attitude, acquired when they were in high school, became the foundation of their lives and eventually led to the creation of childcare.

本稿は，中国の大学日本語専攻者のキャリア形成に寄与する教育実践についての報告である。実践は，「日本語専攻者である自己を再構成する」というキャリア形成の理念のもとに，対話を通じて「日本語専攻者である私と/の〇〇」というレポートを執筆するものであった。そこで，受講生である費さん（仮名）のレポートにおいて観察された自己と日本語専攻との関係についての記述の変化を捉えるべく，レポートの改稿プロセスとその要因について分析した。分析・考察の結果，日本語専攻者のキャリア形成において，モデル・ストーリーから解放され，自分なりのキャリア・ストーリーを形成させることの重要性が示唆された。以上の考察を踏まえ，学習者に現在の自分と未来の自分との間に一貫性のあるストーリーを創出させる教室活動をデザインすることが，キャリア形成に寄与する言語教育であることを主張した。

助産師が自信をもって離島で活動できるようになるために必要な能力と取り組みを明らかにすることを目的とした。A 助産師養成機関の卒業生508名を対象に横断的質問紙調査法を用いて行った。回収された178名中173名を分析対象とした（有効回答率34.1％）。結果，離島の産科医療施設で働く自信がある助産師は8.1％であった。離島で働く自信と最も関連が認められたのは，妊娠期と分娩期のケアの自信であった。妊娠期のケアの自信は様々な医療レベルでの経験を積むことで高まるが，分娩期のケアの自信を高めるためには1）新生児蘇生法が実施できる 2）正常範囲を超える出血への処置を行う能力 3）異常状態と他施設搬送の必要性を判断する能力を向上させる必要があった。以上より，離島で活動できるためには，異なる医療レベルでの経験を組み込んだキャリア形成と前述の３つの能力を向上させる教育的な取り組みが必要であることが示唆された。, PURPOSE: B prefecture is located in southern Japan and includes 28 remote islands that suffer from a shortage of doctors and midwives. This study was conducted to elucidate midwives’ confidence to provide care on remote islands and the areas in which they lack competence.METHODS: This study involved a cross-sectional questionnaire survey. Subjects were 508 graduates of midwifery training institution A. The survey period was from October to December, 2014 and the survey consisted of a questionnaire created by the researchers that was distributed by mail. The survey form was composed of the question about confidence to work at the solitary island. This study was approved by Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine, Kagoshima University (no.170366(374)E-M2).RESULTS: There was an answer from 173 midwives (34.5%). Three midwives who were working at the solitary island were included. (1.7%). Only 8.1% of midwives had the confidence to work at maternity clinics on remote islands. Confidence to provide midwifery care on remote islands was lowest (1.8%) during the intrapartum period. Respondents selected “ability to can the resuscitation method of the newborn”, “treatment ability of hemorrhage that exceeds reference range” and “ability to judge abnormal state and necessity of transportation to another facilities” as competencies related to intrapartum care in which they lacked confidence.CONCLUSION: Midwives were very uneasy with working on remote islands due to the weight of responsibility that is felt. To increase the number of midwives on remote islands, we found that a systematic career path and the ability to respond to intrapartum abnormalities were necessary.

背景:政策医療を担う国立系病院(国立高度専門医療研究センター病院、国立病院機構等)ではチーム医療における専門的看護実践が求められるが、専門看護師(Certified Nurse Specialist、CNS)のキャリア形成については明らかになっていない。目的:国立系病院に勤務する専門看護師のキャリア形成に関する意向を明らかにすることを目的とした。方法:国立系病院164施設のCNSを対象にWEB調査とフォーカスグループインタビュー(FGI調査)を行った。前者は量的に、後者は質的記述的に解析した。両調査は研究者所属施設倫理審査委員会の承認を得た。結果および考察:WEB調査結果(40名[回答率65%])では、6割以上が転勤のないキャリア形成を、7割以上が博士課程進学を希望していた。FGI調査結果(10名)では、管理者ではなくスペシャリストとしてのラダーを希望し、CNS役割と職位との関係に多様な見解を示し、研究能力向上および看護の質改善のために博士課程進学を希望していた。結論:今後は、政策医療におけるチーム医療向上に資するCNSのためのキャリア形成支援および博士課程における高度実践教育のあり方を検討する必要がある。(著者抄録)

本研究では，大卒女子のファーストキャリアにおける早期離職者と継続在職者の心理的プロセスの異同を検討することを目的とした。就活から就業に関する質問項目を作成し，半構造化インタビューを実施した。そして，各調査協力者の発話を計量テキスト分析による共起ネットワークを用いて，中心性の高い語を抽出し，検討した。この研究から以下のことが示唆された。１．今回の研究では，離職者２名とも退職のきっかけは「不適応による退職」だった。しかし，現在は両者とも次の就職に向けて，それぞれ行動を起こしていることが分かった。つまり，これらの退職は単なる「不適応による退職」ではない。その挫折を通しての「新たらしいキャリア形成に向かっての退職」であったといえるだろう。２．実際に就業経験のある者や就業中の者の継続要因について，特に，在職者の発話内でメンターと呼べる者の存在が明らかとなった。そして，そのメンターの存在は，各調査協力者たちにとっての心の支えや，仕事に対するモチベーションに影響していたことが伺えた。つまり，そういったメンターの存在は，就業継続の要因の一つと考えられる。そのため，各企業はメンターシステムを構築することが，今後，若者の早期離職を防ぐための効果的な戦略となるのではないかと筆者は考える。

目的:国立高度専門医療研究センター(NC)および国立病院機構(NHO)における特定行為研修修了者の活動を明らかにし、キャリア形成のための支援のあり方を検討した。方法:NCおよびNHOに勤務する特定行為研修を修了した看護師を対象としたグループインタビューを実施し、質的記述的に分析した。結果:対象者の活動は卒後教育背景によって大きく2種に分類され、共通点や相違点が見出された。インタビューから生成された6テーマのうち、修士課程を修了しすべての特定行為研修を修了した看護師に特化したテーマは「日々の経験を活かして役割を模索する」「看護師とは異なる立ち位置で診療を補助する」であった。一方、認定看護師として専門領域の特定行為研修を修了した看護師看護師に特化したテーマは「チームの一員として看護を実践する」であった。共通するテーマは「医師の指導や医師との連携で自分のアセスメントを向上させる」「特定行為を単独で実施する」「高度実践看護師として看護師ケアを行う」であった。(著者抄録)

本論は、本学グローバル・コミュニケーション学部の2018年度日本語教員養成課程修了生へのインタビュー調査を通し、修了生達が日本語教員養成課程で何を学んだのか、就職後にその学びをどのように生かしているのかを明らかにしたものである。その結果、養成課程で身につけた日本語に対する分析能力や教室活動に関わる知識や技能が、日本語教育機関だけでなく児童養護施設等に就職しても生かされていることが確認できた。一方、日本語学校に非常勤教員として就職した修了生からは、給与面等の待遇の厳しさから、養成課程を修了しても、日本語教員としての仕事を続けることが困難な状況をうかがい知ることもできた。 以上のことから、日本語教員養成課程担当教員は、日本語教育現場の実情を正確に把握し伝えていく必要があり、なおかつ、日本語に対する分析能力や日本語を教える技能が、日本語教員にならなくても生かされる力であることを学生達に意識させ、養成課程での学びを広い視野で捉えるよう導いていく必要があることがわかった。

現代ビジネス学会設立15周年事業として、2018年10月27日土曜日、国際会議場を会場に開催された講演会・シンポジウム「これからの女性のキャリアと社会参画-誰もが生き生きと輝ける社会を目指して」の報告書である。

This study examined the effect of elementary, junior high, and senior high school experience activities on the students’ self- and work-understanding, to clarify the usefulness of such experiences for the students’ career development. Eighty-four university students completed a survey to measure career development indices (basic/general purpose ability, vocational identity, career resilience); experience activities in elementary, junior high, and senior high schools; and the degree of self- and work-understanding through the activities. The results showed that the degree of self- and work-understanding through the activities were generally high, which indicates that these activities succeeded as exploratory experiences. The workplace experience, which 90 % of students had experienced during junior high school, and open campus/trial lessons, which 70% of students had attended during senior high school, promoted self- and work-understanding, and these experiences were useful for students’ career choices. The results also showed that experience activities in elementary school had a positive effect on self- and work-understanding, which promoted their career development.

わが国における超少子高齢社会を背景に、高年齢者雇用安定法をはじめとする労働・社会保険関係諸法令の改正が相次ぎ、高齢者を取り巻く法制度や環境は整備されつつあると言えよう。他方、実際上雇用の現場では、加齢に伴う個人差が顕著になり、企業の高齢者に対するキャリア形成の方針と労働者の価値観とのギャップも生じており、コンプライアンスの観点からも対応に苦慮するケースが問題となっている。本稿は、高齢者のキャリア形成においてインクルージョン適否ケースから、メジャーズ雇用促進の課題と展望について検討することを目的とする。なお、加齢に伴い身体的または経済的な問題も生じ得ることから、社会保障の分野についても検討する必要があるため、人生100年時代における生涯現役社会の実現に向けた取組みと実態等を踏まえ、メジャーズ雇用・就業促進における社会保障のあり方について考えるきっかけとする。, 本論文は「九州地区国立大学教育系・文系研究論文集」Vol.9, No.1(2022年/10月）に査読を経て受理された。
