Ⅲ大学以外の授業実践研究

トリデンテンはY字芳香族化合物におけるアヌレンに相当する物質として，筆者によって提案された． この解説では，ヒュッケルの4N+2則に相当するトリデンテンの魔法数に関する議論と，立体選択的な包摂作用を実現するイオン流体を構成することが期待できるタイフーントリデンテンとサイクロントリデンテンの議論を，既発表の論文に最新の情報を加え，改訂・再構成して紹介する。, As substances corresponding to annulenes in Y-aromatic compounds, tridentenes were proposed by the authors. In this description, by revision of existing papers, a discussion on the magic number of tridentenes, which corresponds to Hückel’s 4N+2 rule, and arguments regarding typhoon tridentene and cyclone tridentene, which are expected to have stereoselective inclusion forming ability, are presented.

2- トリデンテンと3- トリデンテンを構成する3 本の直鎖π電子共役系を渦巻状に配置した系を、半経験的分子軌道法を用いて研究した。2- トリデンテンは中性の場合でも分子全体のπ電子共役系が閉殻を形成するイオンの場合でも、どちらも平面構造に最適化された。3- トリデンテンの中性系の最適化構造は得る事ができなかったが、ジアニオンは平面構造に収束し、ジカチオンは浅い椀状の構造に収束した。この結果から、3- トリデンテンのジカチオンの2 つの対掌体が、立体選択的に対イオンとイオン結合する可能性が示唆された。, A system with three linear π-conjugated systems comprising 2-tridentene and 3-tridentene arranged in a spiral configuration has been studied using a semi-empirical molecular orbital method. For 2-tridentene, the neutral and ionic states characterized using closed shell π-conjugated systems in the molecule were optimized through a planer structure. For 3-tridentene, an optimized structure could not be obtained for the neutral system

[要約] イオンからなる物質は，高校でも学習するとおり，結合が強く融点が高いことが知られている。近年,イオンからなる物質であるが常温で液体状態をとるイオン液体が着目され,高校教科書にも参考として取り上げられるようになった。本研究では，新規な物質であるイオン液体について特徴を説明し，先行研究の結果を利用して，その性質について視覚的に理解する実験教材について検討した。作成した教材を５名の高校生に対して実施した結果，新規物質であるイオン液体の性質や示す現象の面白さについては伝わったものの，内容の理解については，事前にイオン結晶についての理解を深めておくなどの改善が必要であることがわかった。

Electroviscous effect of an ionic liquid (1-methyl-3propyl imidazolinium iodide) in ethylisopropylsulfone is measured using capillary action in which the capillary filling speed is depend on viscosity of the sample. Rectangular capillary cells are prepared with two indium-tin oxide coated glasses and polyimide film spacers. The electrodes allow us to measure the electroviscous effect of the sample. The results of electro viscous measurements clearly show voltage dependence in which the application of voltage slows the capillary filling speed. The theoretical analysis of the capillary action is also performed. The calculated results show a well agreement with the experimental results., イオン液体は高いイオン電導性から、電気二重層キャパシタ、色素増感太陽電池、燃料電池、リチウムイオン電池などへの応用が期待されている。また、イオン液体は、優れた電気特性だけでなく、難燃性・不揮発性も有するため、安全性も同時に兼ね備えた材料である。本論文では、イオン液体l-methyl-3propyl imidazolinium iodideとethylisopropylsulfoneの混合溶液の電気粘性効果を調べている。電気粘性効果は、ITOガラス2枚からなるセルを作製し、溶液を注入したときの液先端速度の電圧依存から測定している。また、理論解析よる矩形断面をもつキャピラリー構造における溶液注入時の液先端速度および液先端位置の検討も行っている。

4'-[N],[N]-diethylamino-3-methoxyflavonのイオン液体中における時間分解蛍光スペクトルをストリークカメラを用いて370nm、400nm、430nm励起で測定を行った。この研究ではイミダゾリウムカチオンとbis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)amide アニオン ([NTf[2]][-]) からなる4種類のイオン液体を用いた。カチオンとしてはイミダゾリウム環の1位の部分に異なるアルキル鎖長のついたカチオンが使われた。それぞれ、1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium cation ([EMIm][+]), 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium cation ([BMIm][+]) 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium cation ([HMIm][+]), and 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium cation ([OMIm][+])である。光励起後の蛍光スペクトルは時間の経過とともに長波長側へスペクトルシフトを示した。各時刻における蛍光スペクトルのピーク位置はlog-normal関数にフィットすることにより求められた。初期のピークシフトは励起波長が短いほうが大きく、長時間においては励起波長に依存せず一致した。ピーク位置の時間変化は延指数関数でフィットできた。緩和関数の積分で評価される平均の緩和時間はあまり励起波長に依存せず、溶媒の粘度に相関していた。, Time-resolved fluorescence spectra of 4'-[N],[N]-diethylamino-3-methoxyflavon in several ionic liquids have been measured by using a streak camera at several excitation wavelengths, 370 nm, 400 nm, and 430 nm. In this study, four ionic liquids of imidazolium-based cation with the same anion (bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl) amide anion ([NTf[2]][-])) were used. As cations, imidazolium cation with different alkyl chain at the 1st positions of the imidazolium ring were used; 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium cation ([EMIm][+]), 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium cation ([BMIm][+]), 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium cation ([HMIm][+]), and 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium cation ([OMIm][+]), respectively. Fluorescence spectra showed a shift to the longer wavelength with the longer delay time after the photo-excitation. The peak position of the fluorescence spectrum at each delay time was evaluated by simulating the spectrum by a log-normal function. It was found that the peak shift of the fluorescence at the early delay time was larger with the shorter excitation wavelength, and in the longer delay time they coincide to the same value. The time profile of the peak position was well simulated by a stretched-exponential function. The average relaxation times evaluated by the integration of the relaxation function were weakly dependent on the excitation wavelength, and they were correlated with the viscosity of the solvent., 抄録中の「[N]」は斜体文字、「[2]」は下付き文字、「[-]」「[+]」は上付き文字

植物の細胞壁の主成分であるセルロースは、地球上に最も豊富に存在するバイオポリマーであり、最も活用されている天然資源である。またセルロースはバクテリアからも生成される。バクテリアセルロース(BC)は特異な物理的、機械的特性を持つ直径10-100 nmのセルロースのナノおよびミクロフィブリルの3次元構造をもち、バクテリアであるGluconacetobacte xylinumから生成される。BCは植物セルロースと比べて、高い機械的強度、多孔性および吸収性を有している。本研究では培養したBCを希薄な化学種の選択的分離に効果的であるイオン液体支持液膜の支持材料として用いた。BC膜は培養液中の2-2.5 g/dlのグルコース濃度で十分に生成された。SEM画像から、BC膜は疎水性のイオン液体Aliquat 336と親水性イオン液体[C4mim][Cl]の両方でうまく含浸された。これらのイオン液体含浸BC膜を用いて乳酸の透過を検討した。, Cellulose, the main component of plant cell walls, is the most abundant biopolymer on earth and one of the most exploited natural resources. It is also produced by bacteria. Bacterial cellulose (BC) is generated by Gluconacetobacte xylinum as a three-dimensional network of nano- and microfibrils of cellulose with 10–100 nm diameters, which possesses unique physical and mechanical properties. So in comparison with cellulose from plants, BC has a higher mechanical strength, porous property, purity and absorbency. In this study, cultured BC was used as a supported material of supported ionic liquid membranes (SILM) which have been proposed as effective methods for the selective separation between different chemical species in dilute streams. BC membranes were generated sufficiently at 2.0 to 2.5 g/dl glucose concentration in culture media. From the electron microscopic pictures, BC membranes were found to be successfully impregnated with the hydrophobic ionic liquid, Aliquat 336 (N-methyl-N,N- dioctyloctan-1-octanaminium chloride) and the hydrophilic ionic liquid, [C4mim][Cl] (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride). Finally, lactic acid permeation was examined with these supported ionic liquid membranes.

The scanning electron microscopy（SEM）has already been exploited in the medical and biological fields of research. Since SEM observation requires to place specimen in a vacuum chamber, it is impossible to observe the wet biological specimens like planktons as they are. Furthermore, it is required for the insulating specimens to be subjected to pretreatments such as coating of metal and carbon by vapor deposition or sputtering in order to prevent from charging the specimens. Thus, the pretreatment of the biological specimens is required for SEM observation. The conventional method generally consists of fixation, dehydration, freeze−drying, and Au sputtering. However, this method takes a lot of times and steps. Recently it is reported that the SEM observation of biological specimens can be simple by the pretreatment with room temperature ionic liquid（RTIL）. RTILs are liquid salts even at or below room temperature, and have several attractive features such as negligible vapor pressure and high ionic conductivity. The pretreatment with RTIL consists of immersing the specimens in the RTIL solution or spraying the RTIL solution onto the specimens, and subsequently blowing off the excess ionic liquids. In the present study, the pretreatment with RTIL is applied to the SEM observation of planktons as a typical sample of the wet biological species, and the optimum protocol is investigated. Ionic liquid of 1－ Ethyl－3－methylimidazolium methylphosphonate（EMI−BF4 : KantoChemical Co., Inc.,）is used in the experiment. This ionic liquid is diluted by ethanol. The clear SEM image of Artemia saline as a plankton is successfully obtained by using the pretreatment with the ionic liquid. It is found that there is the optimum concentration of the ionic liquid［1％（w/w）］for the SEM observation of planktons.

研究成果の概要 (和文) : 本研究では二酸化炭素・イオン液体混合系において、光触媒をもちいて二酸化炭素の光還元をおこなった。電子供与剤としてトリエタノールアミンを用いて、レニウム触媒存在下、イオン液体のアニオンおよびカチオンを系統的に変化させ、また温度圧力条件などをふることで、効率的な反応条件の探索をおこなった。その結果、側鎖の短いイミダゾリウム系カチオンで、疎水性のアニオンを用いた場合に比較的高い反応効率を示すことが明らかとなった。, 研究成果の概要 (英文) : We have investigated the photo-reduction of carbon dioxide in room temperature ionic liquids. Using triethanolamine as the electron donor, under the existence of rhenium catalysis the photo-reduction of carbon dioxide has been tested for several ionic liquids with a variety of cations and anions at different temperatures and pressures. It has been revealed that the solutions of imidazolium cations of short alkyl-chains with hydrophobic anions are suitable for the photo-reduction of carbon dioxide.

イオン液体は常温で液体のイオン性化合物であり, 1数百mS/cm 程度の高い導電性を有し, 蒸気圧は極めて低いため, 近年注目されている溶媒材料である.本研究では炭素チップを用いたイオン液体イオン源を開発し, イオン液体 BMIM-PF_6 イオンビーム照射によるホウケイ酸ガラス基板の表面改質の可能性を検討した.その結果, 加速電圧±4 kV, 照射量1×10^15ions/cm^2にて, ガラス基板表面の算術平均粗さが低下することを見い出した., Ionic liquids(ILs) are known to be potential solvents for green chemistry in the recent years, which are molten salt at room temperature with a high ionic conductivity of order of 100mS/cm and unmeasurably low vapor pressure.In this study, we developed an ionic liquid ion source(ILIS) consisting of carbon tip and investigated irradiation effects on a glass substrate with respect to surface smoothing. As a result, it was found that surface roughness irradiated with ion beam of BMIM-PF_6 at 4kV and fluence of 1×10^15 ions/cm^2 was decreased.

多数の溶媒分子に取り囲まれている溶液中において溶質分子の化学反応素過程を考える場合、溶媒分子による反応の平衡論的、動的な効果を考える必要がある。本研究では、ユニークな反応場として水や有機溶媒とは区別される、超臨界流体とイオン液体をとり上げ、溶質分子のプロトン移動反応、光解離反応について、時間分解レーザー分光と分子動力学計算、理論的解析を行い、その現象を明らかにする試みをおこなった。, In solution, solvent molecules involve chemical reaction of solute molecules and could alter both reaction yield and kinetics. In this thesis, the author focused on fundamental chemical reactions (intermolecular proton transfer and photodissociate reaction) in a unique class of solvents, supercritical fluids and ionic liquids.
