The text theoretically elaborates on the importance of education in modern society, which represents the main precondition for development. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of education and its characteristics at the time of the pandemic COVID 19. With that in mind, we conducted this research including students of the Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Social Work at the University of Sarajevo. The goal of the research was to highlight the advantages and disadvantages of online access to education from the perspective of social work students. In the interpretation of the restrictions related to the access to online classes, we particularly referred to groups of young people (students living in rural areas, students with disabilities) who encountered additional difficulties, i.e. restrictions while following "online" classes, especially during the period of complete closure of educational institutions. Background: One of the high-risk groups for contracting coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), are students of basic sciences and internships in the field of medicine. Therefore, the study was designed to determine the anxiety level of medical students and its relationship with their GPA (grade point average) at Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences (AJUMS) during the Covid-19 pandemic. Method: This descriptive-analytical study was conducted in the academic year of 2020-2021 on medical students. Required information, including demographic characteristics, educational level, and level of anxiety was collected from a standard questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was using Cronbach's alpha method (α=0.919). The significance level was deemed p<0.05. Results: This study included 158 female students (47.4%) and 175 (52.6%) male participants. The average age of students was 22.65 years and the GPA was 15.36. The level of anxiety in female students was 48.1% higher than the male students 29.7% (p=0.001). Age had an inverse relationship with anxiety level (P<0.001). GPA had an inverse relationship with anxiety level (P=0.014) as well. The level of anxiety in basic science students was 68.5% more than internship students by 2.6% (P<0.001). Conclusion: Anxiety caused by the COVID-19 in medical students at AJUMS showed an inverse relationship with GPA, and as the grade point average increased, the anxiety score decreased. Anxiety was higher in basic science students than intern students. Despite the numerous reports of cutaneous manifestations associated with vaccines for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), the relationship between COVID-19 vaccines and cutaneous side effects remains unevaluated. In this review, we examine these manifestations and their management. Reported dermatoses included injection-site reaction (early and delayed), type I allergic reaction, morbilliform eruption, pityriasis rosea, Sweet syndrome, lichen planus, psoriasis, herpes zoster reactivation, erythema multiforme, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN). The most common COVID-19 vaccination-related cutaneous manifestations are delayed local reactions, approximately 66% of which are associated with the Moderna vaccine, and 33% with the Pfizer vaccine. Aside from mild injection-site reactions, severe reactions include anaphylaxis and TEN. Most reactions, except for Stevens-Johnson syndrome and anaphylaxis, though unpredictable and unpreventable are mild and can be treated symptomatically. Findings from this review should allow primary care physicians and dermatologists to reach faster diagnosis and initiate prompt intervention. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The study aimed to identify the pressures faced by health workers in the light of the spread of the Coronavirus (covid-19) in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The study used the social survey methodology through description and analysis, where the questionnaire tool was used to achieve the objectives of the study. The study community is made up of the doctors, nurses and pharmacists working in the Karak Governmental Hospital, which is administed by Ministry of Health, the total number of which is about 637. The sample of the study was chosen in the intentional manner and reached 103. The study found the following results: The most pressures facing health workers in light of the spread of the Coronavirus are work pressures, coming in the first place, while the pressures associated with the spread of the Coronavirus came in the second place, and in the third place was psychological stress. Economic pressures come in the fourth place, and in the fifth place were personal pressures, with an arithmetic average. In the sixth place came time pressures, and in the seventh place came social pressures. In the eighth place came patients' pressures, and in the ninth and last place came family pressures. Last came auditors' pressures. The study also found that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample individuals due to their demographic variables, gender, experience, the educational level, working time, the nature of work and occupation. Based on the study's findings, the study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which is to increase financial incentives for health sector workers in order to ease their economic pressures, to deal with patient reviewers through a special role regulation that distributes them to departments according to the role, to motivate workers in the health sector to work in a team spirit, to provide functional housing for workers in this sector near their workplace, especially for those who live far away in order to reduce their work pressure, and to totally separate Coronavirus patients from the rest of the hospital departments in order to preserve the families of employees in this sector. تسعى الدراسة للتعرف على أثر المساعدات الإنسانية على اللاجئين في ظل متغيرات كورونا وذلك مخيم اللاجئين في الأردن و ذلك من خلال قياس مدى فعالية المساعدات الإنسانية في عصر جائحة كورونا و مدى تأثر هذه المساعدات بسبب الوباء المذكور و تم دراسة بعض المفاهيم بشكل تحليلي من وجهة نظر اللاجئين في المخيم وتم مناقشة تأثر المساعدات الإنسانية للاجئين نتيجة وباء كورونا و توضيح أهمية دور هيئة الهلال الأحمر الإماراتي في الظروف التي انتشر فيها الوباء و تم أيضا مناقشة ماهي الحلول و الأساليب و الطرق التي تخفف تأثير الوباء على فعالية المساعدات الإنسانية من وجهة نظر اللاجئين في مخيم الأردن. تم تطبيق استبانة موجهه للاجئين في مخيم الأردن سواء ذكورا أو إناثا و من أعمار من فوق 18 سنة و تم تطبيق هذه الاستبانة على 250 شخص من المخيم حيث كانت المتغيرات من كافة الفئات و المستويات التعليمية و من كافة الحالات الاجتماعية و عدد أفراد الأسرة بالإضافة لمجموعة من المتغيرات المستقلة الأخرى (150 من الذكور و 100 من الإناث) و ذلك من خلال استخدام طريقة العينة غير الاحتمالية الغرضية. ومن خلال تحليل نتائج الدراسة تبين أثر وباء كورونا على فعالية المساعدات الإنسانية التي تقدمها المنظمات الإنسانية والدولية والدول المانحة، وتبين من خلال الدراسة أنه هناك تأثيرات كبيرة للجائحة على فعالية المساعدات الإنسانية، بالإضافة لذلك لتوضيح الدور الكبير لهيئة الهلال الأحمر الإماراتي في عصر جائحة كورونا ودورها البالغ والفاعل في تقديم المساعدات الإنسانية للاجئين، وتم أيضا استقراء رأي عينة الدراسة في أهم الطرق والسبل التي تساهم في نقل المساعدات الإنسانية للاجئين في عصر الجائحة. و تم إدراج العديد من التوصيات الهامة في نهاية الدراسة التي تساهم في ايجاد الحلول الناجحة لزيادة فعالية المساعدات الإنسانية.

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح مدى كفاية النصوص القانونية -الاجرائية والموضوعية- الحالية للاستجابة لوضعنا في ظل كورونا وما إذا كانت تحتاج إلى تعديل او استحداث العلاج لهذا الظرف الاستثنائي العام أو لتفاديه، ومدى ملائمة فكرة القوة القاهرة او الظرف الطارئ او (فكرة السبب الأجنبي) لمواجهة تبعات أو أثار كورونا على قواعد التقاضي وتشكيل المحكمة واختصاصها والمواعيد الاجرائية واجراءات التقاضي والطعن والحكم وتنفيذه من أجل الحفاظ على النظام العام الذي يتداخل مع الآليات والتدابير المتخذة التي يكون القصد منها مراعاته وتحقيق لوجستيات التقاضى و معرفة ما له من أثار قانونية وقضائية في الوقف القانوني وما يندرج تحته من استثناءات. وذلك كله من خلال اتباع منهج تحليلي وتأصيلي ومقارن للوصول إلى البدائل والاقترحات في هذا الصدد.

يتمثل الهدف الأساسي للبحث الراهن في معرفة أثر وباء فيروس كورونا (كوفيد- 19) على الحالة النفسية والصحية والاقتصادية والعلاقات الاجتماعية للمسنين، وكذلك علاقته بالعنف تجاههم. وقد تم اعتماد منهجية ملائمة لهدف البحث، تمثلت بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والمسح الاجتماعي بأسلوب العينة، كما اسُتخدمت استمارة مقابلة أداةً أساسية لجمع البيانات الميدانية. وتكوَّن المجتمع الأصلي للبحث من المسنين (ذكوراً وإناثاً) الذين أصيبوا بوباء فيروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد-19) خلال فترة انتشار المرض. وبلغ حجم العينة // 400// مسن ومسنة، منهم: (200) مسن، و(200) مسنة. وقد جرى أخذ وحدات العينة المحددة وفق الطريقة القصدية، وتحديداً عينة كرة الثلج (العينة الشبكية) كنوع من أنواع العينات القصدية.. وبناء على التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات الذي تم من خلال البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS) باعتماد النسب المئوية، تم التوصل إلى عدد من النتائج التي تشير إلى التأثير السلبي للإصابة بفيروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد-19) على الحالة النفسية للمسنين، وكذلك على الحالة الصحية لهم سواء خلال فترة الإصابة بالمرض أم بعد التعافي منه. كما تقلصت العلاقات الاجتماعية للمسنين أثناء فترة الإصابة. بينما بينت النتائج عدم تأثير الإصابة بفيروس كورونا سلباً على المستوى المعيشي للمسنين. وأشارت النتائج أيضاً إلى أن النسبة الكبرى من المسنين لم تتعرض للعنف خلال فترة إصابتهم بالمرض.

تعتبر الصكوك الإسلامية من الأدوات الرئيسة للتمويل والاستثمار الإسلامي التي تستخدمها المؤسسات للحصول على تمويل يتوافق مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية وبمخاطر أقل نسبيًا مقارنة مع أدوات التمويل التقليدية. ولقد شهد إصدار الصكوك الإسلامية نموًا ملحوظًا خلال السنوات الأخيرة ولم يعد يقتصر إصدارها على مؤسسات الأعمال بل امتدت لتشمل الحكومات لتمويل مشروعاتها المختلفة. وحيث إن تفشي فيروس كورونا المستجد )كوفيد - 19 ( أصبح مشكلة عالمية تؤثر على حياة الشعوب واقتصاديات الدول. تسعى الدراسة إلى محاولة قياس تأثير جائحة فيروس كورونا على عائدات الصكوك الاسلامية، باستخدام نموذج ) GARCH (1،1 خلال الفترة 27 يناير إلى 24 ديسمبر 2020 ، بالتطبيق على مؤشر إجمالي العائد على صكوك الاستثمار في صكوك داو جونز Dow Jones Sukuk Investment Grade Index . وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود تأثير قوي لحالات الإصابة اليومية الجديدة على سعر إغلاق المؤشر، كما أن الصكوك تعد من الملاذات الامنة نسبيًا للمستثمرين وفقًا لتأثير ،Leverage مما يتطلب زيادة إصدار الصكوك الإسلامية وتنويع هيكلها الاستثماري لجذب العديد من المستثمرين، وتهيئة البيئة التشريعية الملائمة لتطوير سوق الصكوك لمواكبة التغيرات التكنولوجية في صناعة التمويل، والعمل على نشر ثقافة الصكوك الإسلامية في مجتمعات الاعمال بوصفها أدوات مالية تقدم لهم حلولً مبتكرة، وكذلك ضرورة حث الحكومات على الاعتماد على الصكوك الإسلامية لتمويل التنمية، وأيضًا ضرورة بذل الجهود من جانب الجهات الإشرافية للتغلب على المخاطر التي تواجه الصكوك مما يجعلها أكثر استخداما لمختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية، وكذلك ضرورة إنشاء معاهد تعليمية متخصصة ومراكز تدريب لتأهيل الكوادر البشرية اللازمة للعمل في سوق الصكوك.

يهدف البحث إلى بيان التدابير النبوية الوقائية من الأوبئة والأمراض قبل وقوعها وأثناء وقوعها، ومدى توافقها مع الإرشادات والاحترازات من جائحة كورونا (-COVID 19) من خلال أحاديث الصحيحين. وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الاستقرائي في جمع الأحاديث المتعلقة بالتدابير الوقائية من الأمراض والأوبئة من خلال أحاديث الصحيحين، ثم المنهج التحليلي الاستنباطي بتلمس معالم التدابير الوقائية النبوية في هذه الأحاديث، وتنزيلها على الإجراءات في المملكة العربية السعودية في جائحة كورونا. وتم تقسيم البحث إلى مقدمة ومبحثين، المبحث الأول: التدابير النبوية الوقائية قبل وقوع الجائحة، المبحث الثاني: التدابير النبوية الوقائية أثناء وقوع الجائحة. وتوصل إلى أن الأوبئة كانت وما تزال تهدد النوع الإنساني، وأن حفظ النفس من مقاصد الشريعة، وقد جاءت التدابير النبوية الوقائية من الأوبئة تحافظ على هذا المقصد، وأثبت الطب الحديث مدى نجاحها وفعاليتها، كقاعدة الحجر الصحي على المناطق الموبوءة أثناء وقوع جائحة كورونا، فقد كان لتطبيقها الدور الأبرز في مكافحة الوباء والتقليل من انتشاره ومثله العزل الصحي.

The study aimed to identify the state of the art of social networks in providing information concerning the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and to uncover the most important roles played by social networks in the development of social responsibility according to the Islamic perspective. Social responsibility is directly or indirectly related to the personal, moral, religious, community and national responsibilities among citizens in the State of Kuwait. The study utilized the descriptive approach that is based on partial surveying, whereby a questionnaire was prepared as the data collection tool of the study. It included (36) statements distributed on four dimensions, namely personal responsibility, religious and moral responsibility, community responsibility and national responsibility. An e-version of the questionnaire was administered to the study sample (3336 members of the Kuwaiti community), randomly selected from the population of the study. Results revealed that social networks play a major role in the development of social responsibility in its various dimensions among individuals in the State of Kuwait during the Coronavirus pandemic. There were no statistically significant differences regarding the sample’s evaluation of the role of social networks in developing social responsibility during the Coronavirus pandemic, according to the variables of gender and place of residence. There were however statistically significant differences attributed to the educational qualification variable in favor of university and pre-university qualifications holders, in addition to differences due to the job variable in favor of government employees. This study aimed to identify the level of which the educational needs of academically superior university students were met in college of education at Jazan University during the emergency full shift to distance education in response to the coronavirus crisis (COVID-19). To achieve this aim, the descriptive method was used by designing a questionnaire and distributing it to a sample of academically superior students according to the Grade Point Average (male and female students who have a GPA higher than 4.5) to obtain their views on the extent to which some of the recommended practices in meeting educational needs have been achieved in a such emergency situation represented by the spread of the Coronavirus. The results of the study showed overall that the practices of meeting educational needs were at a moderate level (73%), with a statistically significant difference at the level of 0.05 between male and female students in estimating the level such practices demonstrated for meeting their educational needs, as well as, differences with a statistical significance also were found among the academic departments. The Department of Special Education and the Department of Kindergarten appeared at a higher level in meeting educational needs according to students’ views, the study sample, compared to the Physical Education and the Department of Art Education. Accordingly, implications were discussed, conclusions were drawn, and suggestions were presented for future plans to improve practices and ensure the efficiency of teaching and evaluation in similar emergency situations. The research aimed to identify the Egyptian public's attitudes towards advertising awareness campaigns on satellite channels and their impact on his behaviour towards the Corona virus. From the city of Sohag, the results showed that the respondents’ follow-up to Egyptian satellite channels is moderate, and they must constantly improve and develop themselves in order to succeed in attracting more viewers and followers, and arousing their interest and desires to continue to follow them. And thus, the ability to influence better and more, and the results showed that the number of satellite channels that the research community follows is few compared to the number of satellite channels on Nilesat, which requires them to improve the quality of their content, programs and topics in order to succeed in attracting viewers. The results showed that the most important factor influencing the attention of the research sample to the advertising awareness campaigns is the validity and credibility of the information, and thus support its positive trends towards these campaigns, and the results revealed that the most important reasons for the research sample’s exposure to advertising awareness campaigns in Egyptian satellite channels is knowledge of the damages of the Corona virus, the channel’s reputation and credibility, and that the degree of remembering the contents of advertising awareness campaigns related to the emerging corona virus is medium, which requires those in charge of these campaigns take into account the simplification and shortness and focus on the important points only. Attention to the formulation of campaign advertising slogans in a striking, attractive, and expressive manner of the main campaign theme, as well as designing the campaign in an easy and interesting manner with studied scientific repetition, so that the degree of remembrance of the campaigns can be increased by the respondents, and the results indicated that the respondents’ attitudes towards advertising awareness campaigns on Egyptian satellite channels Positive to a moderate degree, and the reasons for the lack of high turnout or the presence of high positive trends towards these campaigns by those in charge of these campaigns, and a process of improvement and refining more commensurate with the needs of the respondents must be carried out. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر جائحة فيروس كورونا على أداء شركات القطاع الصناعي والمدرجة في سوق رأس المال السعودي (تداول) والذي يعد قطاعاً مهماً ومشاركاً بنسبة كبيرة في رفد الاقتصاد السعودي والاقتصاد العالمي على حد سواء. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (58) شركة مثلت جميع الشركات الصناعية المدرجة في سوق المال السعودي (تداول) وهي: قطاعات المواد الأساسية، قطاع الطاقة، قطاع إنتاج الغذاء، وقطاع الأدوية خلال فترة أزمة فيروس كورونا والتي بدات نهاية العام 2019م. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والبيانات المالية من واقع القوائم والتقارير المالية التي أفصحت عنها تلك الشركات. وأشارت أهم النتائج إلى أن معظم الشركات الصناعية السعودية تأثرت سلبًا بوباء فيروس كورونا، حيث أظهرت أن الشركات في قطاع المواد الأساسية خسرت قرابة 15٪ وانخفضت ربح السهم بنسبة 67٪ وكانت شركات قطاع الطاقة الأكثر تضررًا، في حين بلغ معدل التراجع لصافي الربح بين 81٪ -106٪، بينما كان هناك ارتفاع في معدل الخسائر في بترورابغ بنسبة 230٪ ، وانخفاض كبير في ربحية السهم في معظم الشركات. كما بينت النتائج ارتفاع لصافي ربح بعض الشركات في قطاع إنتاج الغذاء والذي تراوح بين 7٪ -1314٪. تمثلت أهم توصيات الدراسة في أنه يجب على الشركات الصناعية وضع خططًا فعالة لسلاسل التوريد ، وإعادة النظر في عقود التأمين وعقود الإيجار ، ووضع خطط مخاطر فعالة ، إضافة إلى الخطط والسياسات المالية وإدارة السيولة لضمان استمرارية أنشطتها أثناء الجائحة أو لمواجهة أية مخاطر مستقبلية.
