The process of establishing Muslim states has been a subject of exploration and research, considering various accusations and efforts to transform Muslim ideas and institutions. In the context of the study topic, a number of domestic and foreign orientalists, regional scientists, historians have studied historical and political factors, in this article it is planned to analyze the religious aspects of the topic by considering information and religious aspects. The study provides a comprehensive study of theoretical materials, as well as professional opinions and thoughts of public figures, religious scientists in this region. As a result of the article, the study examined the participation and role of religious movements and parties in Arab society (Hamas, Hezbollah, the Muslim Brotherhood, etc.) in the system of public administration, taking into account social and religious factors in the process of gaining sovereignty of the Middle East countries. It is clear that the relations between the main directions in Islam, sunnis and shiites, contributed to the non-preservation of religious identity in the Middle East, and it was found that Muslim thinkers and public figures were looking for ideas for a common dialogue between the two directions. To date, in order to conduct a productive study of the main factors of conflicts in the region, it is obvious that a number of final data in the article indicate understanding the importance of the subject matter in order to comprehend its significance. Цель исследования состоит в конкретизации внешних движущих сил, имеющих возможное влияние на формирование системы региональной продовольственной безопасности. В статье представлены результаты исследования особенностей различных факторов, оказывающих как положительное, так негативное влияние на состояние объекта исследования в разрезе политического, социального, экономического и технологического подходов к классификации этих факторов. Основной акцент в работе делается на проблемы и перспективы развития агропромышленного комплекса, от конечных успехов которого напрямую зависит уровень продовольственного обеспечения регионов России. Актуальность исследования определяется тем, что под влиянием мирового пандемического кризиса и введенных европейскими странами экономических санкций сформировался ряд различных факторов внешней среды, определяющих основные тенденции развития системы продовольственной безопасности для российских регионов. В сложившихся экономических условиях основной задачей государственной важности является сохранение и повышение уровня жизни населения страны.

Предметом исследования в данной статье выступает анализ факторов, влияющих на мотивацию при изучении иностранного языка. Проведено сравнительное исследование между разными типами мотивации (внутренней и внешней) и их взаимосвязь в области достижения языковых целей. В первой части статьи предпринята попытка охарактеризовать понятие мотивации в целом, а также обозначить ключевые аспекты мотивации в обучении иностранному языку. Затем были рассмотрены факторы, влияющие на мотивацию к изучению иностранных языков. Далее указаны пути поддержки и развития мотивации, как со стороны ученика, так и со стороны преподавателя. Результаты исследования позволяют увидеть, какие факторы мотивации имеют наибольшее значение и как они связаны с успехом в изучении иностранного языка.

Введение: современная российская действительность изменила соотношение между факторами, определяющими совершенствование уголовно-исполнительного законодательства. В период с момента принятия Уголовно-исполнительного кодекса Российской Федерации и до начала 2022 г. этот процесс осуществлялся под приоритетным воздействием внешнеполитических факторов, заключающихся в необходимости поддержания на должном уровне межгосударственного сотрудничества и выполнения международных, в первую очередь европейских, стандартов обращения с осужденными. Прекращение членства России в Совете Европы привело к нивелированию влияния международных стандартов обращения с осужденными на уголовно-исполнительное законодательство. При ослаблении внешнеполитического фактора в современных условиях возрастает значение экономических факторов, которые препятствуют полномасштабной кодификации уголовно-исполнительного законодательства и принятию нового Уголовно-исполнительного кодекса Российской Федерации. Цель данной статьи – ответ на вопрос, какие направления совершенствования уголовно-исполнительного законодательства будут актуальными с учетом сложившихся современных условий в России. Методы: используется факторный анализ, учитывающий складывающиеся в государстве и обществе политические, экономические, социальные и духовные условия или факторы. Выводы: с учетом изменения влияния различных факторов в статье рассмотрены основные направления совершенствования уголовно-исполнительного законодательства, в числе которых регламентация общественных отношений, связанных с принятием в Российской Федерации закона о пробации, выполнением осужденными конституционной обязанности по защите Отечества, установлением дополнительных гарантий обеспечения прав и законных интересов осужденных. Отдельно аргументируется задача устранения пробелов, противоречий и ошибок в уголовно-исполнительном законодательстве.

Введение: статья посвящена рассмотрению данных потерпевшего-осужденного на материале расследования преступлений, умышленно причиняющих вред жизни и здоровью, совершенных в местах лишения свободы. Цель: на основе анализа, обобщения теоретических и практических данных предпринята попытка сформировать типичный портрет потерпевшего в результате умышленного причинения вреда жизни и здоровью, совершенного в местах лишения свободы. Методы: диалектический метод познания, общенаучные методы анализа и обобщения, эмпирические методы описания, интерпретации, теоретические методы формальной и диалектической логики. Результаты: в статье делается краткий исторический экскурс в целях сопоставления правовых норм Устава уголовного судопроизводства 1864 г., регламентировавших отдельные положения, составляющие правовой статус потерпевшего, с нормами современного законодательства. Основное внимание сосредоточено на преступлениях, причиняющих умышленный вред жизни и здоровью, совершенных в местах лишения свободы, причинах и условиях, порождающих их. Приводятся данные официальной статистики. Рассматривается вопрос виктимности жертв, которых подразделяют на три основные группы в зависимости от их поведения в период отбывания наказания. Выделяют обладателей: 1) негативного, 2) положительного и 3) нейтрального поведения. Раскрываются особенности каждой из групп. Выводы: с опорой на имеющиеся исследования сформирован типичный портрет потерпевшего в результате умышленного причинения вреда жизни и здоровью, совершенного в местах лишения свободы.

In article theoretical approach to studying of risk of innovative systems of regional level is described; the methodical tools of its assessment which allowed to analyse results of innovative activity in the southern subjects of the Russian Federation are offered.

Our country’s regions present themselves as industrially advanced areas, thus trying to attract investment. Each region evaluates its capacity and tries to have a view on its potential in terms of developing within global economy. For such regions it is important to be successfully integrated into the world economy. This, first of all, is due to stable market economy basics and increased competitive capacity in the goods and services both in the national and in the international market, which can be done through innovation-investment balance.

TOURISM POTENTIAL STAVROPOL REGION The article is dedicated to the development matters of tourist potential in the Stavropol region. The author analyzed the strong and weak sides of the tourist development branch and factors, which promote an increase of tourist attraction ofthe region. The article shows the way the circumstances of place created the quaint combination of methods and forms in the interaction of Caucasian highlanders and Russians, enriching both sides with ethnic artifacts and knowledge, forming the system of intercultural adaptation.

Car and vehicle service market of Russia is enough large, growing up and highly competitive. Thus evaluation of competitiveness and estimation of ways for its growth are important practices for every car service firms. In this article questions of improvement of organizational and methodical aspects of cheduling of increase in competitiveness of the car repair enterprise are considered. The authors offered a technique of definition of set of actions for development offactors of competitiveness of car service firms and their quantitative parameters taking into account a ratio of these indexes with the leading competitor and the existing economic, technological restrictions of this firm. Main methods used in this study are system approach, methods of the logical, economic analysis and a standard mathematical apparatus of the linear programming. The received result allows to maximize an increase of complex assessment of competitiveness and is a basis of scheduling of strategic development of car and vehicle service firm.

The article presents an analysis of the current state of scientific research of the concept ofpersonnel security. The definitions of both Russian and foreign authors are grouped in terms offour approaches: as a process ofprevention of negative impacts on security; as an element of economic security; as a state of security; as a set of different management functions. The author's definition of the considered category is offered, factors are revealed, the main purpose, tasks are formulated, threats and risks of personnel security of the state are defined. In addition, the allocated levels ofpersonnel securityfrom the point of view of degree scale (area) and also from the point of view of the scale of the objectives, timelines and implementation.

В статье рассматриваются особенности регионального стратегического планирования в условиях реализации национального приоритета — народосбережения. Цель исследования — определить ключевой вектор регионального стратегического планирования с учетом актуальных трендов и реалий пандемии. Исследование базируется на официальных данных Федеральной службы государственной статистики. Основу методики исследования представляет логико-гносеологический инструментарий с увязкой общенаучных приемов сравнения и корреляционного анализа. Выяснено, что уровень смертности населения имеет критическое значение в достижении национальных стратегических приоритетов. И, следовательно, выявление факторов повышенного уровня смертности является приоритетной аналитической задачей при реализации региональной стратегии социальноэкономического развития. Результаты проведенных исследований дают начальные основания для разработки муниципальных стратегий. В целях конкретизации целенаправленных управленческих решений далее необходимо определить зависимость между смертностью от конкретных заболеваний и обеспеченностью врачами соответствующих специальностей с выходом на схемы целевой подготовки врачей для муниципалитетов. Более масштабные дальнейшие задачи — выявить факторы и оценить степень их влияния на смертность населения; создать комплексную модель при помощи инструментов Data Mining, обеспечивающую поддержку принятия управленческих решений, направленных на снижение смертности в регионе.

Interreligious dialogue at the modern stage is understood as a positive, constructive interaction between followers of diff erent religions, which is carried out on a regular basis. The beginning of the modern stage of interreligious dialogue is the World Parliament of Religions of 1893 in Chicago. The Second World War had a great impact on humanity in various aspects, including the fact that its end can be associated with the beginning of another period of interreligious dialogue. A great impetus to the development of interreligious dialogue was given by the Second Vatican Council and the adoption of the declaration Nostra aetate of 1965, dedicated to the attitude towards non-Christian religions. During this period, interreligious dialogue develops within the framework of two main thematic areas. The fi rst of them, which was emphasised by the Catholic Church, was to understand dialogue as a mutual study of diff erent religions, comparing their ideas and religious experience. The second direction was a dialogue with the aim of peacemaking, confl ict resolution and strengthening social harmony. Special attention is paid to the interreligious dialogue in the USSR, which can be attributed to the second of these areas. In recent decades, interreligious dialogue has been actively developing, which is expressed in the cooperation of believers not only in strengthening peace, but in various spheres, e.g. humanitarian, social, educational, environmental. The main factors contributing to the development of interreligious dialogue in each of these periods are identifi ed in the article. For example, among the factors of the last period of interreligious dialogue, which began after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, the author highlights the following: the problem of the spread of terrorism under religious slogans, the discourse of a “clash of civilisations”, the increasing interdependence and interconnection of the modern world, post-secularism.

Adoption of a number ofnormative documents defining the tasks of the innovative orientation of Russia's economic development, necessitates the identification of factors hindering the innovation activity of economic entities. Despite the availability of statistical data on indicators of innovation activity and factors hampering innovation, it is necessary to conduct their analysis, systematization, identify the most significant factors for different types of economic activity and regions in order to determine the priority of measures to neutralize them. Proceeding from this, the study offactors hampering the innovative activity of Russian entrepreneurship, and the development of proposals for their neutralization, is of major economic importance. The article considers the main factors hampering innovation activity. Carry out an analysis of statistical data related to these factors.

В статье рассматриваются факторы и педагогические условия формирования академической мобильности студентов педагогического вуза. Учитывая значимость социокультурной обусловленности формирования академической мобильности у студентов педагогических вузов и наличия противоречий между потребностью государства в конкурентоспособных специалистах, обладающих сформированной академической мобильностью и недостаточной разработанностью данной проблемы в педагогической теории и практике; между требованиями в организации процесса академической мобильности у студентов педагогических вузов и отсутствием модели ее реализации в педагогическом вузе, мы ставим целью определить внешние и внутренние факторы для конструирования целостного педагогического процесса, способствующего формированию академической мобильности. В основе исследования – положения средового подхода о методологии, сущности и развитии социальной среды; системный подход, определяющий внешние связи и структуру исследуемого явления; социокультурный подход, нацеливающий студентов-бакалавров на адаптацию в мультикультурном и полиязычном мире; компетентностный подход, который направляет процесс формирования академической мобильности на формирование общекультурных и профессиональных компетенций студентов, а также теории личности и социокультурной обусловленности ее развития. Выявлены педагогические условия, обеспечивающие, в отличие от обоснованных ранее, целостность процесса формирования академической мобильности, в том числе факторы, обогащающие образовательную среду вуза новыми возможностями формирования качеств личности, детерминирующих академическую мобильность студентов. Результаты исследования направлены на формирование академической мобильности студентов педагогического вуза за счет обогащения образовательной среды вуза возможностями развития значимых личностных качеств у обучающихся: толерантного отношения к «иной» культуре, адекватного восприятия культурных ценностей общества, а также сохранение своей культуры; овладения общекультурными, культурно-специфическими знаниями об истории страны изучаемого языка; формирование иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции. Данные компоненты ориентированы на вхождение личности студента в иноязычное образовательное и научное пространство в рамках диалога культур, востребованы социумом в современных полиязычных социокультурных условиях, и могут быть использованы в системе форм, методов и средств взаимодействия педагогов и обучающихся.

This article discusses the relevance and novelty of designing special-purpose clothing for patients with thermal injuries during treatment or rehabilitation. A set of special clothes for burn patients was developed taking into account the specific requirements for medical procedures.

Статья посвящена изучению потребительского поведения населения применительно к биопродуктам в странах СНГ (Казахстан и Россия), в сравнении с зарубежным опытом развития органического сельского хозяйства (Болгария). Ожидается, что спрос на органические продукты будет неуклонно расти — как на внутреннем, так и на международном рынках, что дополнительно будет стимулировать развитие органического сельского хозяйства в мире. Факторы, влияющие на потребительский спрос, становятся важными как для локальных рынков, так и на международном уровне. В основе исследования лежит опрос жителей репрезентативных агропромышленных регионов трех стран: Восточно-Казахстанской области (Казахстан), Алтайского края (Россия), Варненской области (Болгария). Цель исследования — определить факторы, которые влияют на продвижение биопродукции в данных регионах. Предполагается, что развитие органического сельского хозяйства может стимулировать развитие региональных экономик, особенно в России и Казахстане. Проведенный анализ позволил выявить особенности формирования потребительского спроса на биопродукцию в указанных странах, определить факторы, которые его обусловливают, и сформировать ряд предложений для производителей по дальнейшему развитию органического сельского хозяйства.

The objective of the paper is to define long-term factors and trends in the development of the world energy industry and their refraction to Ukrainian realities. The article consists of an introduction, three sections, namely: the main trends in the development of the global fuel and energy complex, analysis of the current state, long-term factors and trends in the development of the national fuel and energy complex of Ukraine. Conclusions end the paper. As for the world energy sector it is shown that its modern changes - Grand Transit - are due to the ideology of sustainable development and have the character of an extraordinary change in the technocenosis, the transition from the use of fossil fuels to energy from renewable sources, mainly - wind and photovoltaic nature. Along with the major tendencies of the Great Transition, there is also the trilemization and politicization of energy sector. Trilemization components are: Energy Security, Energy Equity and Environmental Sustainability. There are three scenarios for the development of the global energy - Unfinished Symphony, Modern Jazz and Hardrock, distinguished by the degree of greening and the availability of energy resources. Political motives are becoming more and more significant at all levels - from global to local. Major players are lobbying their interests, there is an activity of structures from the field of nuclear energy, powerful fuel companies, owners of gas transportation and gas distribution infrastructure. In Ukraine, transformation processes are taking place against the backdrop of low environmental acceptability and high depreciation of fuel and energy sector facilities and infrastructure, political and economic instability. The requirements of decarbonization create challenges to the very existence of coal energy, which is the main component of the energy generating fund of the country and the regions, where mines are located. Options for the development of hydrogen/ammonia energy in the form of vertically integrated energy-chemical systems with the nuclear power plants and reformed coal-fired thermal power plants are considered as promising; energy diversification of mining regions; the creation of virtual power plants based on hydrodynamic water heating installations. В силу самых различных факторов регионы России имеют существенные различия в уровне социаль­но-экономического развития. Так, каждый регион России обладает определенными присущими только ему специфическими качествами, которые необходимо учитывать при осуществлении региональной полити­ки. Путем снижения влияния отрицательных влияющих факторов и, наоборот, активизации позитивных можно существенно повысить как конкурентоспособность региональных экономик, так и страны в целом. Одной из особенностей экономик слаборазвитых регионов Сибири является значительная доля в их структуре малопроизводительных и низкотехнологичных отраслей, дефицит инвестиционного ка­питала, низкая инновационная активность субъектов хозяйствования, слабая освоенность территории, недостаточно развитая транспортная инфраструктура, дефицит высококвалифицированных кадров и ряд других. Стратегическим приоритетом экономической политики государства последних лет в от­ношении слаборазвитых регионов является достижение ими приемлемого среднероссийского уровня. В этой связи актуальным становится поиск естественных конкурентных преимуществ, способных обес­печить путем правильного и обоснованного выбора «точек роста» на основе использования внутренне­го потенциала таких территорий для их более динамичного развития по отношению к наиболее успеш­ным регионам.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы влияния основных природно-экзогенных факторов на развитие и эффективное функционирование локальных территорий. Представление об экономическом развитии территории региона основывается на выделении исследований, которые изучают факторы, особенности и условия для экономического роста. В этом смысле исследование влияния экзогенных факторов пред­ставляет собой новое научное направление, которое позволяет на основе анализа степени влияния этих факторов определить стратегические направления для перспективного развития локальных территорий путем оптимизации использования ресурсного потенциала и производства продукции и услуг с учетом специфики локальной территории. В результате анализа были выявлены определяющие факторы, влияющие на развитие локальных тер­риторий: экономический, информационный, социально-культурный и общественный. Экономический фактор оценивался с точки зрения бюджетной политики региона и оценивается как фактор с негативным эффектом ввиду традиционной дотационности региона. К факторам с позитивным влиянием на развитие локальных территорий можно отнести информационный, социально-культурный и общественный. Дру­гими словами, в регионе имеются как позитивные, так и негативные эффекты от эндогенных факторов. Вследствие того, что большинство природно-экзогенных факторов, присутствующих в Алтайском крае, но­сят позитивный характер воздействия, они формируют в регионе благоприятные условия для функциони­рования локальных территорий.

Introduction. This paper concentrates on studying psychological mechanisms of social activity, which determine individuals’ behavioral strategies, actions, and sequential behavior in the social environment. By applying a systematic diachronic approach, this study was undertaken to analyze social activity, its mechanisms, and determinants. The original systematic diachronic approach is capable of revealing the complex internal organization of social activity and may help develop means for managing risks among youth. Theoretical Basis. Current research on social activity is focused on its motivation, content, factors, levels, and social risks. Social activity is considered in terms of social and personal effects as a way of social participation and self-realization. Young people’s protest and civil activities are of particular interest to researchers. A review of literature revealed that little emphasis has been placed on the issues of social activity and difficulties in operationalization of the phenomena of social activity among individuals and groups. Thus, disparate data on its foundations, driving forces, mechanisms, and public effects should be brought together. Results and Discussion. Social activity is a fundamental effect of the socialization of individuals, which determines social subjects’ initiative impact on the social environment, their participation in social life, and initiative and creative relation to all social spheres, as well as self-relation. The system of social activity is considered as a system containing a meta-system level of social reality. This study (a) discusses characteristics of the systematic diachronic approach to the analysis of social activity, (b) establishes a nonlinear dynamics of social activity of individuals which is caused by diachrony of its internal and external instances, (c) considers its incentive and structural mechanisms and factors, which are differentiated by the stage of individuals’ socialization and their social maturity, and (d) reveals the most important personal characteristics that regulate social activity including initiative, independence, responsibility, and social intelligence.

Актуальность представленной статьи обусловлена складывающейся экономической ситуацией в об­ласти обеспечения безопасных условий и охраны труду в организациях Российской Федерации. Сложив­шаяся негативная тенденция недообеспечения трудоохранных мероприятий продолжает свое существо­вание, подпитываясь изменениями в экономическом развитии страны: непринятие трудоохранных затрат работодателями как необходимых и неотложных, наличие оппортунистического поведения в отношении обеспечения безопасности труда. Предлагаемые в статье теоретико-методические положения экономиче­ского обеспечения охраны труда позволят в некоторой степени изменить данную ситуацию, в частности, они будут способствовать повышению экономической заинтересованности работодателей в обеспечении трудоохранных мероприятий, а также помогут выйти на путь инвестиций в человеческие ресурсы; пред­лагается также модель экономического обеспечения охраны труда.

Исследование базируется на данных, полученных в рамках социологического опроса, проведенного осенью 2018 года, с участием 3 215 казахстанцев, а также глубинного интервью с 143 экспертами из различных областей экономики, государственного управления, науки и образования. В целом среди жителей Казахстана преобладает трудовая эмиграция, связанная прежде всего с поиском более высокого уровня заработной платы и возможностей для профессиональной реализации. Вместе с тем среди основных мотивов выделяются также возможности для получения образования и профессиональной подготовки. Низкое качество образования в стране, отсутствие благоприятных условий для развития детей и молодежи способствуют выезду казахстанцев за пределы страны. Кроме того, на рост интеллектуальной миграции и утечку мозгов влияет недостаточность государственных мер поддержки молодых специалистов и ученых. Среди детерминантов миграции есть политические факторы, связанные с проблемами обеспечения прав, коррупцией и иными проблемами. Сдерживающим фактором для отъезда казахстанцев остаются семейные и родственные связи, а также привычный образ жизни, особенно среди взрослого населения. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In the context of the rapid technology development and globalization transformations, predicting changes in the economy, which affect fiscal system, is extremely relevant. Therefore, fiscal foresight as a mean of predicting a fiscal policy development in the long run is becoming an integral part of tax policy and economic development elaboration in many countries of the world. The objective of the paper is to analyse theoretical aspects of fiscal foresight, as well as foreign and national experience in fiscal foresights‟ preparation to identify long-term factors and indicators that will have a significant impact (both positive and negative) on a fiscal system in a distant future. It was established that fiscal foresighting is a process of collecting data on the future alternatives to assess long-term prospects for the stability of tax revenues and budget expenditures in the face of changes in macroeconomic and other factors affecting the national economy. The main components of fiscal foresighting are identifying and monitoring trends, scanning and monitoring the time horizon, identifying risks and problems, and developing scenarios. Analysis of foreign fiscal foresights has shown that they become the basis for the development of shorter-term plans for the advance of fiscal systems, pointing out the main directions of fiscal policy, risks and barriers to achieving the goals. However, conducting an interstate analysis of a fiscal foresight remains problematic. This is due to the fact, that there is no single methodology for preparing fiscal foresights, countries choose different research horizons and update periods. It was defined that the basis for the goal-setting of national fiscal foresights was taken: reducing the level of income and welfare inequality, fighting against tax evasion, the transition to a "green" economy, promoting the digital development, stabilizing the sociodemographic condition with an unambiguous conclusion about the need to make adjustments to a national tax system. Countries have chosen as the main long-term fiscal policy actions: "rebalancing" the tax structure from direct taxes on labour and capital to indirect taxes on consumption and taxes on property and resource use; the transition from models based on ownership/sales to models based on the use of assets/goods/services; the introduction of new taxes, changes in rates, etc., the use of digital technologies in the tax payment and administration processes. The analysis of the socio-economic situation in Ukraine was carried out in order to identify factors that are critical in the development of the main vectors for the advance of the country's fiscal system in the future. These are recognized as: demographic and social changes, "depletion" of demand in the face of increased competition and the dependence of the export-oriented economy on the international environment and turbulence in the international economy, income inequality, digitalization, tax evasion, environmental degradation. Based on the results of the analysis of the "National Economic Strategy for the Period up to 2030", it was established that the actions indicated in the Strategy can become the initial data for the development of the first national fiscal foresight as a basis for assessing the longterm sustainability of the current fiscal system, identifying opportunities and risks of transformations of the fiscal policy of Ukraine under the influence of megatrends and intrastate changes associated with the peculiarities of the country's socio-economic development. Здоровый сон является не только важнейшим источником восстановления сил организма, но и способом преодоления травмирующих событий и стрессов, а также ресурсом эффективной работы нервной системы человека. Многие исследования подтверждают наличие взаимосвязи между продолжительностью и качеством сна и состоянием здоровья населения. При этом в современных условиях большое значение в детерминации сна приобретают социально-демографические характеристики населения. Главными нарушениями сна признается не только сокращение его продолжительности, но и ухудшение качества (проблемы с засыпанием, ощущение невосстановленных сил). Целью данной статьи стало изучение количественных и качественных характеристик сна населения (в т. ч. в разрезе основных социально-демографических групп), распространенности факторов его нарушений и их влияния на субъективные оценки здоровья. Информационной базой выступили данные мониторинга физического здоровья населения Вологодской области 2020 г. (n = 1500). В ходе исследования были выявлены категории риска по количественным и качественным нарушениям сна; подтверждена взаимосвязь факторов стресса, шумового загрязнения и неблагоприятных жилищных условий с частотой развития нарушений сна; доказано влияние проблем со сном на самооценки здоровья.

В статье исследованы наиболее распространенные методы комплексной оценки внешней и внутренней среды предприятия. Акцентировано внимание на сильных и слабых сторонах предприятия при анализе внутренней среды предприятия. Определена важная роль SWOT-анализа и SPASE-метода как информационной основы для принятия решений при осуществлении комплексной оценки влияния внешней и внутренней среды предприятия. В частности, проанализировано определенное количество методов анализа факторов комплексной оценки внешней и внутренней среды предприятия. Доказано, что простым инструментом анализа среды, который бы лучше адаптировался к потребностям предприятий среднего и малого бизнеса, можно назвать метод SPACE-анализа.

Рассматриваются этапы становления, современное состояние, методы и аспекты развития фундаментального раздела литологии - учения о способах и закономерностях литификации осад- ков и внутрилитосферных изменений осадочных пород и руд (или учения о постседиментаци- онном литогенезе). Анализируются причины разногласий исследователей по поводу принципов стадиального расчленения литогенеза и терминов (диагенез, катагенез, метагенез-анхиметамор- физм, регрессивный эпигенез). Объясняются несоответствия между существующими стадиаль- ными схемами и реалиями. Вносятся конструктивные предложения по устранению этих проти- воречий и по разработке единой генетической типизации литогенеза. Приводятся новые сведе- ния и обобщенные данные относительно: системного ранжирования множества факторов и про- цессов литогенеза; их дискретности; полигенности породно-флюидных систем и ведущей роли флюидных режимов в осуществлении глобальной фазовой дифференциации веществ осадочных формаций; интеграционного влияния геодинамики на факторы и конечные результаты процес- сов литогенеза. Намечаются задачи по моделированию этих процессов с расчетами баланса перераспределяемых веществ.

The article describes the results of research of the social capital and its influence on economic results of activity of the enterprises. The analysis of approaches to the concept «social capital» is carried out, its components are defined, a number of regularities of its impact on economic indicators of the enterprises is revealed.

The development strategy of socio-economic system is determined by how the system is able to receive from the external environment and the resources it needs to promote the products in the environment of their livelihoods, so the identification of the whole complex of environmental factors is an important task for the regional education system. The article defines the basic building blocks of the factors of the region's education system and describes their internal content, that allows to form a strategic perspective and develop the basic content of the education system development strategy in the region.

The article describes the major stages and the evolution of the research in the sphere of sustainability of economic entities (units), defines the relationship between sustainable development and changes in the key elements of an organization’s business processes, identifies the peculiarities of sustainable development of economic units belonging to different levels and their interdependence. The author analyses the basic approaches to giving definitions of sustainability in political economy, system analysis and in applied economics, singles out their similarities and objective differences. The article mainly focuses on defining sustainability ofa business entity as a primary element of national economy. It compares major features and factors of ensuring the sustainability including the consistency of strategic changes in different elements of production and business processes, monitoring of changes in close and distant environment of an economic entity, using the best practices of business partners, the analysis of support of long-term innovations by current changes which ensure the elimination of losses and sustainable cost reduction on the basis of resource-efficient development. Special emphasis is put on integration factors of ensuring the sustainability. The author proves that to ensure the sustainability consistent changes resulting in a synergistic effect are required.

В статье обоснована необходимость сегментации доли рынка труда, участниками которого выступают студенты дневной формы обучения. Авторами предложено измерение базового рынка и представлен частный случай сетки многомерного факторного сегментирования, основанной на атрибутах (факторах) 1‑го уровня оптимизационной модели. Анализ полученных сегментов выявил некоторые особенности отношений различных групп потребителей к факторам, влияющим на трудоустройство студентов. Авторы дополнили сегментацию рынка труда оценкой согласованности мнений экспертов (студентов), попавших в периметр анкетирования.

В статье проводится анализ развития золотодобывающей отрасли России, где золото выступает как ключевое резервное средство страны. Россия традиционно является мировым лидером по добыче золота, велики прогнозные ресурсы отрасли. Это создает стабильную основу развития финансовой системы страны в условиях девальвации рубля и политических санкций. Выявлены основные тенденции развития отрасли. В качестве объекта исследования выбран горный регион — Республика Алтай. Регион обладает богатым ресурсным потенциалом, в том числе в сфере золотодобычи. На его примере авторами выявлены факторы, препятствующие развитию отрасли. К ним относятся загрязнение окружающей среды, нарушение природного ландшафта, низкая поддержка со стороны государства, отсутствие инвестиционных льгот. Решение этих проблем позволит выйти отрасли на более высокий уровень развития и обеспечит сохранность экологии региона.

In the work based on the study of 435 women with aggressive behavior, who is serving a sentence in a correctional facility, was to identify the basic mechanisms of aggressive behavior. The results of the study showed that the implementation mechanism of aggression is defined, to the greatest extent of clinical-psychopathological characteristics, which often play the role of a pivotal factor. In the context of the sentence the important role of personal, social factors and factors related to conditions of imprisonment, whose role in the mechanism of aggressive behavior: dispositional, predispositional catalyzing blocking provoking.

Страхование, как эффективная система и важнейший компонент инфраструктуры экономики позволяет предпринимательской деятельности создать возможности для развития. В России уровень страхования сегодня имеет большое количество проблем, в результате того, что в страховой защите населения не обеспечиваются все потребности, а также с недостаточностью экономических предпосылок образования коммерческого страхования. В результате чего увеличивается число страховщиков финансово неустойчивых, платежеспособность которых не соответствует требованиям законодательства. Это говорит о серьезных внутренних проблемах, препятствующих развитию страховой коммерческой деятельности. Рынок автострахования является одним из проблемных сектор экономики страны, и это связано с постоянным ростом, как страховых тарифов, так и страховых выплат, которые обусловлены высокими рисками в отрасли автострахования; так и постоянными изменениями в законодательстве с целью упразднить основные нормы законов, регулирующих автострахование в России. В статье предпринята попытка обобщить основные существующие проблемы на сегодняшний день и определить перспективы развития на рынке автострахования в 2018 году. Цель – определить перспективы развития и выявить основные проблемы на рынке автострахования в России. Метод или методология проведения работы: в статье использовались экономико-статистические методы, а также сравнительный анализ. Результаты: выявлены проблемы рынка автострахования в России, определены перспективы развития автострахования. Область применения результатов: полученные результаты могут найти применение в учебном процессе при подготовке страховщиков и написании учебных пособий по дисциплинам страхования.

Background. Known methods of purification of technical magnesium sulfate heptahydrate are characterized by high consumption of solvents and high labor intensity. Purpose. Development of an economically low-cost technology for bringing magnesium sulfate heptahydrate to pharmacopoeial purity based on local raw materials. Methodology. To control the obtained samples, titrimetric and spectral methods of analysis were used. Originality. The optimization of the process of obtaining magnesium sulfate heptahydrate on the basis of a mathematical model of the processes has been carried out. Findings. A method for the analysis of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate has been developed to control the target product. The influence of the main factors influencing the process of obtaining pharmacopoeial magnesium sulfate heptahydrate has been studied, and the process has been optimized. The current economic conditions, which have been developed as a result of a large number of different events, have led to the fact that virtually all business entities in various industries, both domestic and foreign, are in a state that is commonly called a state of crisis. Those measures and tools that were used in similar situations before, in modern conditions have not been so effective. Thus, more and more companies are forced to turn to new - innovative ideas to overcome the crisis. The study of anti-crisis activities processes and the effectiveness of various tools of crisis management has revealed significant differences not only in approaches to overcoming the crisis, but also to the very definition of "crisis". But understanding the specifics of the object of influence is a necessary condition for determining of an effective set of appropriate tools. That is why the article analyzes the various definitions of the concept of "crisis" and draws attention to those aspects that, in our opinion, are crucial for the formation of the optimal strategy of the organization in a crisis. The key point of the crisis is the need to update the organization's view on the goals and ways of its further existence and development. Based on the understanding of the conditions in which modern enterprises are forced to exist and the factors that affect them, the article proposes to consider innovation as one of the defining tools in the structure of anti-crisis measures. But different types of innovations differ both in terms of implementation and their consequences, so at different stages of the crisis, which are due to different factors and consequences for enterprise development, it is necessary to correctly define goals, strategy and, accordingly, types of innovations that will be the most appropriate and optimal prevailing conditions. The course of pregnancy is often complicated by pelvic spine pain (PSP), which leads to household and occupational disability, negatively affects the condition of the fetus and the unborn child. Objective: to analyze the main factors in the development of PSP in pregnant women, to improve the methods of diagnosis and treatment. Methods: the protocols of clinical, biomechanical and ultrasound examinations of 175 women of reproductive age (18-45 years old) with PSP were studied. The following structural sources of pain were identified: facet joints, sacroiliac joints, and hip joints, intervertebral discs, pubic joints, and myofascial structures. Each type of pain was classified according to the nature of the pain syndrome. Results: mapsschemes of sources and variants of pain syndromes localization were proposed. There were 4 main factors in the development of lumbar pain syndrome (instability (40.8%), facet joints pain, diskalgia (5.1%), functional blockade of the lumbar vertebral motor segments (26.3%)), 5 -- pelvic (instability joints (39.5%), arthralgia (23%), functional blockade (40.8%), syndromes of the sacroiliac joints (80%) and symphysitis (48.7%)). Basic treatment programs for pregnant women with PSP have been developed, the use of which led to a decrease in pain intensity during pregnancy by an average of 75%. Some of the positive results of rehabilitation increased from (70.11 ± 16.42) % in the first trimester to (75.80 ± 18.43) % in the third. The rehabilitation index was (81.49 ± 19.26) %. Conclusions: PSP in pregnant women differs from pain at degenerative spine diseases and pelvic. The proposed working charts-schemes of different types of sources and variants of localization of pain syndromes significantly improved the diagnosis of these pathological conditions, which helped to determine the treatment method. The effectiveness and expediency of using the developed program for the treatment of pregnant women with PSP in medical practice has been confirmed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
