Regional policy is the EU's main instrument for investing in sustainable and inclusive economic growth. Member States are responsible for its implementation, which requires adequate administrative capacity and sound financial management. When Serbia becomes a member of the EU, it will have at its disposal many times more funds from the EU structural funds than the ones it currently receives, and for the use of which it must prepare before joining the Union. Member States must respect EU law when selecting and implementing projects, in areas related to regional policy and Structural Instruments. Member States must also establish the institutional framework, organizational arrangements and necessary organizational arrangements to prepare supporting documents. This implies the establishment of all structures at the national and regional level required by EU regulations and standards. This Chapter 22 has a double meaning: it is important in itself, because through the negotiations on this Chapter it must be proven that we are in the mood to establish good and sufficient capacities for the use of EU Cohesion Policy. At the same time, Serbia is thus preparing to be an equal participant in the Union's Cohesion Policy, as well as all other member states.

Global technological progress has significantly affected public relations. New communication technologies have enabled creation of competent markets. Development of modern technology affected the production of the so-called personal products which have been created based on knowledge of consumer demands and needs. Pursuant to that, the communication is based on two-sidedness, and the central point of interactive public relations is taken by communication model "one on one" and "many to many", instead of the communication model which is directed toward masses, where the dominant direction is "one to many". There is a high degree of consent on the role and significance of social networks at all levels, starting from the global corporate success to resolution of daily problems of individuals. One of the most important problems is the safety of companies' appearance in the cyber space. This paper is supposed to point out to the advantages, as well as dangers with which companies face when conquering their "piece" of cyber space.

Regional development is an important component of the overall economic development of the country. Regionalization of Serbia, as an instruments whose adequate use would contribute to a decrease in interregional differences in development of certain parts, represents a complex task, which is only to some extent finished by adopting bigger territorial parts in Serbia. The paper gives a brief overview of the features of the previous policy of regional development of Serbia as well as view the introduction of a new concept of regional development models and statistical regionalization of Serbia towards the EU. The aim of this paper is to point out the necessity of improving the regional policy of Serbia, highlighting the importance of the role of state institutions in the total flows and balanced regional development and suggesting future activities of the relevant institutions with respect to experiences and examples of good practice in European countries.
