Istraživanja su također pokazala značajnu vrijednost vježbanja u rehabilitaciji istih bolesti, a tri su osnovne faze rehabilitacije: rana faza, konvalescentna i post-konvalescentna., Myocardial infarction is associated with the formation of plaques on the inner wall of the artery, which reduces or blocks blood flow to the heart, thus damaging the heart muscles due to lack of oxygen supply. Knowing that research shows that as many as 54% of deaths are caused by cardiovascular disease, it is crucial to carry out the process of kinesitherapy for people with myocardial infarction. In addition to medication, exercise is a well-known method of preventing cardiovascular disease, especially myocardial infarction. Research has also shown significant value in exercising in the rehabilitation of the same diseases, and there are three basic phases of rehabilitation: early phase, convalescence, and the post-convalescence period.
