Bachelor thesis focuses on the design and verification of an intervention programme aimed at developing endurance in women. Women aged twenty to thirty years were selected for the research. The aim of the work was to create and implement a three-month intervention programme aimed at developing endurance in women aged twenty to thirty years, which was conducted three times a week. At the beginning of the intervention programme, the first measurement and weighing was carried out, in the middle of the second and final measurements and weighing after its completion. The Cooper Test was chosen as a means of evaluation. It was a 12-minute endurance run in the same terrain. We've been examining the distance and heart rate of the women. The regularity of the trainings managed to achieve a decrease in heart rate and the longer distance for a given time, and in some cases a weight loss was also achieved. Key words
