Wilhelm Radloff'un kaleme aldığı "Opıt Slovarya Tyurkskih Nareçiy" Türk Lehçelerinin bir sözlük denemesidir. Radloff'un geniş bir alanda çalışarak oluşturduğu dört ciltlik eseri Türklük Bilimine çok önemli katkılar yapmaktadır. Şor Türkçesinin bugün yok olma tehlikesi altında olmasından dolayı bu alanda yapılan ve yapılacak olan çalışmaların önemi büyüktür. Bu çalışmada "Opıt Slovarya Tyurkskih Nareçiy" isimli eserde geçen Şor Türkçesine ait kelimelerin incelenmesi ve bu kelimelerin modern Şor Türkçesindeki durumlarının tespiti ve karşılaştırılması üzerinde durulacaktır., "Opıt Slovarya Tyurkskih Narechiy" written by Wilhelm Radloff is a glossary of Turkish dialects. Radloff's four-volume work, which was a result of an extensive field work, has made very important contributions to the Turkish Science. Since the Shor Turkish is under the threat of extinction, the studies to be carried out about this language have great importance. In this study, it was aimed to determine the words that belong to Shor Turkish in W. Radloff's work "Opıt Slovarya Tyurkskih Nareçiy" and it was aimed to compare these words with contemporary Shor Turkish.

Sema Barutçu Özönder, 518 sayfa) ÖZET Bu çalışmanın konusu, Genel Türk dili alanının Kuzeydoğu ve Güneydoğu Sibirya bölgesinde konuşulan Saha, Tuva, Hakas, Sor ve Altay Türkçelerinin karşılaştırmalı ses bilgisini içermektedir. Bu çalışma ile, bu lehçelerin birbiri ile olan yakınlıkları, lehçeler arası geçişler tespit edilmeye ve böylece hem kendi aralarındaki fonetik bağlar, hem de Genel Türk dili içindeki yerleri tayin edilmeye çalışılmıştır. 518 sayfa olan çalışmanın `Giriş` kısmında kısaca konunun sınırları belirtilmiş, çalışmaya temel olan malzeme ele alınmış, bu tür çalışmalarda ve bu çalıuşmada kullanılan metod üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu bölümün sonunda çalışmada kullanılan kısaltmalar ve işaretlere de yer verilmiştir. Birinci Bölümde Türk dilinin Kuzeydoğu alanında bulunan Türk boylarının adları, tarihleri, coğrafyaları üzerinde durulmuş, atrıca bu boyların konuştukları ağızların bir yazı dili olarak ortaya çıkışından bahsedilmiştir. Çalışmanın İkinci Bölümünde Ortak Türkçe ile Kuzeydoğu Türk lehçelerinin ünlü ve ünsüz düzenleri incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde Ortak Türkçe ve Kuzeydoğu Türk lehçelerinin ses düzeni karşılaştırılmıştır. Sema Barutçu Özönder,518 sayfa) SUMMARY The topic of the this thesis comprises of the historical comparative phonetics of the Turkish dialects spoken in the North-East and the South-East of Sybaria, ie. Sakha, Tuva, Khakas, Shor and Altay etc. In this dissertation, the interaction among these ldialects, the influence upon each other, the phonetic relations among these dialects, have been discussed in detail. Moreover efforts have been made to determine their linguistic situations in the General Turkish language. In the preface of this thesis, which comprises of 518 pages, the skope of the topic, the suitability of the basic material and the possibilities of its depth, have been scrutinized at length. The method of its presentation has also been examined in this very chapter. In the last part of this chapter a list of the abbrevations, used in the thesis, has been provided as well. In the first chapter, the names, a brief and the geografical conditions of the Turkish communities, living in the North-Eastern Siberia, have been putforth briefly. Moreover the dialects spoken in these communities and the stages of their development from the spoken languages to the written languages, have also been discussed in this chapter. In the second chapter of the thesis the vowel and consanant systems of the North-Eastern Turkish dialects and the Common Turkish have been discussed at length. In the third and the last chapter, the phonetic system of the North-Eastern Turkish dialects have been compared with the phonetic system of Common Turkish.
