Bu çalışmanın amacı İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi öğrencilerinin işsizlik kaygı düzeyini incelemek ve işsizlik kaygısının çeşitli demografik değişkenler ve psikolojik semptomlarla ilişkisini ortaya koymaktır. Çalışma verilerinin toplanmasında anket tekniği kullanılmıştır. Katılımcıların işsizlik kaygısını ölçmek için Ersoy-Kart ve Erdost (2008) tarafından geliştirilen işsizlik kaygısı ölçeği ve katılımcıların psikolojik semptomlarını ölçmek için Derogatis (1992) tarafından geliştirilen Şahin ve Durak (1994) tarafından Türkçe uyarlaması yapılan Kısa Semptom Envanteri (KSE) kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 398 üniversite son sınıf öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. İşsizlik kaygısı ölçeğinden elde edilen sonuçlara göre, öğrencilerin orta düzeyde işsizlik kaygısı yaşadıkları görülmüştür. Ayrıca öğrencilerin işsizlik kaygısının bölüme isteyerek gelme ve bölümden memnuniyet değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılıklar gösterdiği sonucuna varılmıştır. Diğer taraftan regresyon analizi sonuçlarına göre işsizlik kaygısı, kısa semptom envanterinde yer alan anksiyete, depresyon, olumsuz benlik, somatizasyon ve hostilite üzerine pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu görülmektedir. Elde edilen bu sonuçlar İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi öğrencilerinin işsizlik kaygısı yaşadıklarını ve bu kaygı düzeyinin de psikolojik sağlıkları üzerine olumsuz bir etkiye sahip olduğunu göstermektedir.

Bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinde (BİT) meydana gelen gelişmelerin günlük yaşantıya büyük etkisi olmuştur. Akıllı teknolojiler sadece insan yaşantısına değil kurumsal işleyişe de uyarlanmıştır. Dijitalizm ve kurum buluşması e-devlet platformları ile başlatılırken süreç içinde yeni platformlar devreye sokulmuştur. Özellikle Covid-19 salgını bireylerin bilgi erişimi konusundaki beklenti ve çabalarını arttırmıştır. Salgın sırasında eğitim, sağlık, iş yaşamı başta olmak üzere dijital platform ve akıllı teknoloji kullanımı büyük artış göstermiştir. Salgın süreci akıllı teknoloji kullanımı konusunda bireylerin-kurumların potansiyellerini ve becerileri ortaya çıkarmıştır. Pek çok kurum ve kişinin kısıtlamalar sırasında akıllı teknolojilere artan ilgisi halen sürmektedir. Salgın öncesinde başlayan ama salgınla öne çıkan konulardan biri ise çevre sorunlarının tespiti, izlenmesi, analizi ve çözüm üretilmesi olmuştur. Hava, su ve toprak üzerindeki insan kaynaklı tahribatın yol açtığı kirlilik acil tedbir alınması gereken kent sorunlarındandır. İklim değişikliği konusunda Birleşmiş Milletler (BM) öncülüğünde sürdürülen girişimlerin başarıya ulaşmasında yerel yönetimlerin ve yerel halkın büyük sorumluluğu bulunmaktadır. Bu sorumluluk artan kent nüfusuyla doğrudan ilişkilidir. Nüfus projeksiyonları açısından 2035 yılında metropollerde yaşayan insan sayısının dünya nüfusunun % 39'unu temsil eden 3,47 milyar kişiye ulaşacağı ve 15 yıl içinde yaklaşık 1 milyar insanın büyük kentlerde ikamet edeceği tahmin edilmektedir. BM, 2050 yılına kadar dünya nüfusunun % 68'inin kentsel alanlarda yaşayacağını öngörmektedir. Covid-19 salgınıyla elde edilen akıllı teknoloji deneyimlerinin çevre kirliliğiyle mücadelede kullanımı önem kazanmıştır. 28 Ocak 2021 tarihinde İzmir Büyükşehir Belediyesi tarafından erişime açılan “Açık veri platformu” içeriğinde akıllı teknoloji ve çevre buluşmasını sağlamaktadır. Çalışmamızın amacı artan çevre sorunlarıyla mücadele açısından akıllı teknoloji uygulamalarının katkısını ele almaktır. Literatür incelemesine dayalı tarama yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilen çalışmamızda açık veri platformu üzerinden gerçekleştirilen “akıllı çevre girişimleri” incelenmektedir. Bireylerin ve kurumların akıllı teknoloji konusunda gelişen yatkınlıkları ve talepleri temel motivasyonumuzu oluşturmuştur., Developments in information and communication technologies (ICT) have had a great impact on daily life. Smart technologies are not only adapted to human life, but also to corporate functioning. While digitalism and corporate meeting were started with e-devlet platforms, new platforms were introduced during process. Especially the Covid-19 pandemic has increased the expectations and efforts of individuals regarding information access. During the pandemic, the use of digital platforms and smart technology, especially in education, health and business life, has increased greatly. The pandemic process has revealed the potential and skills of individuals-institutions in the use of smart technology. Many institutions and individuals are still increasingly interested in smart technologies during the restrictions. One of the issues that started before the pandemic but came forward with the pandemic process was the detection, monitoring, analysis and solution of environmental problems. Pollution caused by human-induced destruction on air, water and soil is one of the urban problems that need urgent action. Local governments and local people have a great responsibility for the success of United Nations (UN) led initiatives on climate change. This responsibility is directly related to the increasing urban population. In terms of population projections, it is estimated that the number of people living in metropolises will reach 3.47 billion people, representing 39% of the world's population, in 2035, and approximately 1 billion people will reside in big cities in 15 years. The UN foresees that 68% of the world's population will live in urban areas by 2050. The use of smart technology experiences obtained with the Covid-19 pandemic in the fight against environmental pollution has gained importance. It provides the meeting of smart technology and environment in the content of the "Open data platform", which was opened to access by the İzmir Metropolitan Municipality on January 28, 2021. The goal of our study is to discuss the contribution of smart technology applications in terms of fighting to increasing environmental problems. In our study, which was carried out with the scanning method based on the literature review, "smart environment initiatives" carried out on the open data platform are examined. The developing tendencies and demands of individuals and institutions on smart technology have formed our main motivation.

Objective: Nutritional status assessment, dysphagia evaluation and enteral feeding decision are important determinants of prognosis in acute neurovascular diseases. Materials and Methods: NöroTek is a point prevalence study conducted with the participation of 87 hospitals spread across all health sub regions of Turkey conducted on 10-May-2018 (World Stroke Awareness Day). A total of 972 hospitalized neurovascular patients [female: 53%, age: 69±14; acute ischemic stroke in 845; intracerebral hematoma (ICH) in 119 and post-resuscitation encephalopathy (PRE) in 8] with complete data were included in this sub-study. Results: Gastrostomy was inserted in 10.7% of the patients with ischemic stroke, 10.1% of the patients with ICH and in 50% of the patients with PRE. Independent predictors of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) administration were The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score at admission [exp (β): 1.09 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.05-1.14, per point] in ischemic stroke; and mechanical ventilation in ischemic [exp (β): 6.18 (95% CI: 3.16-12.09)] and hemorrhagic strokes [exp (β): 26.48 (95% CI: 1.36-515.8)]. PEG was found to be a significant negative indicator of favorable (modified Rankin’s scale score 0-2) functional outcome [exp (β): 0.032 (95% CI: 0.004-0.251)] but not of in-hospital mortality [exp (β): 1.731 (95% CI: 0.785-3.829)]. Nutritional and swallowing assessments were performed in approximately two-thirds of patients. Of the nutritional assessments 69% and 76% of dysphagia assessments were completed within the first 2 days. Tube feeding was performed in 39% of the patients. In 83.5% of them, tube was inserted in the first 2 days; 28% of the patients with feeding tube had PEG later. Conclusion: The NöroTek study provided the first reliable and large-scale data on key quality metrics of nutrition practice in acute stroke in Turkey. In terms of being economical and accurate it makes sense to use the point prevalence method. Amaç: Akut nörovasküler hastalıklarda nütrisyonel durum ve disfaji değerlendirmesi ve enteral beslenme kararı önemli prognoz belirleyicilerindendir. Gereç ve Yöntem: NöroTek, 10 Mayıs 2018’de (Dünya İnme Farkındalık Günü) Türkiye’nin tüm sağlık alt bölgelerine yayılmış 87 hastanenin katılımıyla gerçekleştirilen bir nokta prevalans çalışmasıdır. Hastanede yatan ve bu alt çalışma için toplanan verisi tam olan toplam 972 nörovasküler hasta (kadın: %53, yaş: 69±14 yıl; 845’i akut iskemik inme; 119’u intraserebral hematom ve 8’i post-resüsitasyon ensefalopatisi) analiz edildi. Bulgular: Gastrostomi iskemik inmeli hastaların %10,7, intraserebral kanamalıların %10,1 ve post-resusitasyon ensefalopatisi olanların %50’sine uygulanmıştır. Perkütan endoskopik gastrostomi (PEG) gereksiniminin bağımsız belirleyicileri, iskemik inme grubunda kabul NIHSS [exp (β): 1,09, %95 güven aralığı (GA): 1,05-1,14, puan başına] ile hem iskemik hem de hemorajik inmelerde mekanik ventilasyon uygulanmış olmasıdır [iskemik için: exp (β): 6,18, %95 GA: 3,16- 12,09] ve hemorajik inme için: [exp (β): 26,48, 95% GA: 1,36-515,8]. İnme olgularında PEG uygulaması hastane içi mortalite için bağımsız belirleyici değildi [exp (β): 1,731, 95% GA: 0,785-3,829]. Ancak, PEG uygulanmış olması taburculuk esnasında iyi prognoza (modifiye Rankin skoru 0-2) sahip olabilme için anlamlı bir negatif etmen olarak bulundu [exp (β): 0,032, %95 GA: 0,004-0,251]. Hastanede yatan nörovasküler hastaların yaklaşık üçte ikisinde malnütrisyon ve yutma bozukluğu açısından değerlendirme yapılmıştı. Nutrisyonel status değerlendirmesinin %69’u ve disfaji değerlendirmesinin %76’sı ilk 48 saat içinde gerçekleştirilmişti. Tüple enteral nütrisyon uygulama oranı %39’du. Beslenme tüplerinin %83,5’i ilk 2 gün içinde yerleştirilirken beslenme tüpü olan hastaların %28’ine daha sonra PEG açılmıştı. Sonuç: NöroTek çalışması ile Türkiye’de hastanede yatan akut inme hastalarında nutrisyonel uygulamaların temel kalite ölçütlerine ilişkin ilk güvenilir ve büyük ölçekli veri sağlanmıştır. Ekonomik olması ve doğruluğu açısından nokta yaygınlık yönteminin bu tip verilerin temini için daha fazla kullanılması mantıklıdır.

Job satisfaction can be defined as individuals' perceptions of satisfaction towards their profession. This concept is also considered to be important for the school counselling profession because school counsellors’ high level of job satisfaction is assumed to have positive effects not only on them but also on their students and accordingly on the education system. Therefore, it is thought that it is important to examine the factors that predict job satisfaction of school counsellors. For this purpose, this study was conducted on 194 (female=145 and male=49) school counsellors in Turkey. As a result of the research, it was determined that there was a significant positive relationship between school counsellors’ job satisfaction and professional self-esteem. In addition, job satisfaction of school counsellors working in the private sector was found to be higher than those working in the public sector. It was found that job satisfaction of school counsellors did not differ significantly according to gender, age and school level variables.

The effect of water flow rate on Davis tube tests was investigated in different solid ratios using low and high magnetite content samples. It was found that with increasing water flow rate Fe recovery decreased for each studied solid rate. It has been shown that the chosen solid ratio does not affect the grade regardless of the water flow rate, it has an impact on the Fe recovery.
