Today, the transformation of polymers into useful structures for the human body in medical field has been an interesting subject that affected everyone. Synthetic polymers have a wide range of uses in the health sector such as coating, cardiovascular, orthodontic surgery, tissue engineering, implant, and drug carrier with the development of technology. These polymers are known as polymers with various characteristics and applications artificially synthesized in accordance with chemical and thermodynamic laws. The polymers in health sector have a share of 41% in drug and release studies, 18% in treatment with therapy applications, 10% in vaccine production, 31% in studies on new approaches in this field. Synthetic polymers have ability to be produced cheaply and easily in large quantities. In this study, synthetic polymers such as polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, polyurethane, polyolefin, polytetrafluoroethylene, silicone, polyvinyl chloride, poly-methyl methacrylate, polyester, polyamide and poly-lactic acid were investigated and details regarding the applications with explications of polymers were provided. It was seen that synthetic polymers could be evaluated in treatment of cancer and chronic diseases by determining the most appropriate methods and techniques with biocompatible, biodegradable, non-toxic materials. This study focused on enhancing the properties of interior coatings by incorporating natural additives to minimize potential health impacts associated with traditional additives. Organic additives such as Euphorbia condylocarpa, poplar tree bark, and zircon silicate were employed by utilizing Design Expert for optimization. The optimized formulation demonstrated impressive attributes including the prevention of bacterial and mold growth, high corrosion resistance, effective coverage and adhesion, and resistance to dirt retention. The recommended optimum formulation, Euphorbia condylocarpa (1%), poplar tree bark (1%), and zircon silicate (1%) by using the 2FI model, exhibited an R2 value of 0.9838, indicating a remarkable predictability of the variability in the experimental data. This result emphasized the effectiveness of the proposed model in optimizing the properties of nanosized organic coatings for various industrial applications. Thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) revealed that the additives contributed to the development of flame-retardant properties as the temperature increased and morphology of coating was obtained with optical microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Specifically, Euphorbia condylocarpa exhibited antibacterial, flame-retardant, and hydrophobic properties. The study concluded that the incorporation of euphorbia plant, poplar tree bark, and zircon silicate substances positively impacted the performance of coatings offering a more health-conscious and technologically advanced alternative. In this study, the effects of oils, specifically coffee bean oil and sunflower oil, were investigated in makeup cleansers which were used daily and had significant effects on the skin. The Box-Behnken Method in Design Expert was utilized to optimize the preparation of the makeup remover. For optimization, 29 experiments were formed with 4 parameters and 3 levels. Coffee bean and sunflower oils were mainly utilized, and experiments were conducted to assess the impact of varying concentrations of oils (2%, 4%, and 6%), different temperatures (25°C, 30°C, and 35°C), and varying stirring times (5, 10, and 15 minutes) on the effectiveness of the product. The effectiveness of the cleansers were measured using a rubbing test. As a result, the predicted R² value of 0.9102 and the adjusted R² value of 0.9675 were close. Sample 16 with 4% coffee bean oil, 6% sunflower oil, 35°C, and 10 minutes for stirring time was determined to be optimum. A comparison between all results in lipstick indicated a significant and positive reduction in the number of rubs required. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The purpose of this study was to examine the cryogenic separation process used in air separation plants with the CHEMCAD simulation program. A preliminary analysis was carried out with the literature about the operation of the process. In light of the technical information, the simulation of the cryogenic separation process was utilized with the program. While no changes were analyzed in the basic parts of the process, the filtration of the air and separation from moisture and carbon dioxide were not included in the simulation. The simulation showed the three basic components of air, nitrogen, oxygen, and argon obtained as a product of the desired purity rather than a one-to-one demonstration of the applications in the industry. In addition, the low-temperature separation process of an air separation unit was studied to obtain high-purity products (99.49-99.99%) achieving the expected separation efficiency.
