Sunulan çalışmada Kars ilinde yetiştiriciliği gerçekleştirilen Linda ırkı kazlarda Nisan ve Haziran ayları arasında sezona bağlı spermatolojik değişimler izlenmiştir. Ülkemizde yoğun olarak Kars, Ardahan ve Muş illerinde yetiştiriciliği gerçekleştirilen kazların; genellikle etinden, tüyünden ve karaciğer gibi yan ürünlerinden faydalanılmaktadır. Kaz yetiştiriciliği karlı ve avantajlı olmasına rağmen, kazların sezona bağlı üreme faaliyetlerinde görülen düşüşler ise yetiştiriciliği kısıtlamaktadır. Etkin bir şekilde yardımcı üreme tekniklerinden faydalanılabilmek için, öncelikle mevsimin üreme üzerine etkilerinin incelenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu amaçla çalışmamızda üç yaşında beş kaz sperma alınması için materyal olarak kullanıldı. Kazlardan sperma, haftada iki kez olmak üzere dorsoabdominal masaj yöntemiyle alındı. Alınan taze sperma motilite yönünden incelendi. İncelemede ısıtıcı tabla üzerinde daha önceden ısıtılmış lam üzerine bir damla serum fizyolojik ve bir damla sperma örneği damlatılarak karıştırıldı ve üzeri lamel ile kapatılarak en az üç farklı alan incelenerek, sonuç % olarak değerlendirildi. Değerlendirmelerde, hızlı ve güçlü bir şekilde, başı yönünde herhangi bir yöne doğru giden spermatozoonlar motil olarak kabul edildi. Taze sperma örneklerinin aylara göre ortalama motilite değerleri sırasıyla 16.1±5.48, 1.09±0.99, 0.0±0.0 olarak bulundu. Motilite değerlerinin Nisan ayından sonra aniden düştüğü görüldü (P0.05). Sonuç olarak Kars bölgesinde yetiştiriciliği yapılan Linda ırkı kazlarda, Nisan ayı itibariyle spermatolojik verilerin kalitesinde bir düşüş olduğu ve üreme döneminin gerilemeye girdiği tespit edildi. Bu bölgede kazlarda üreme sezonunun daha iyi anlaşılabilmesi için sene içerisinde daha detaylı analizlerin yapılması gerekmektedir., In the present study, seasonal spermatological changes were observed in Linda breed gander bred in Kars province between April and June. Of the geese, which are intensively bred in Kars, Ardahan and Muş provinces in our country; Generally, meat, feathers and by-products such as liver are used. Although goose breeding is profitable and advantageous, decreases in seasonal breeding activities of geese restrict breeding. In order to benefit from assisted reproductive techniques effectively, first of all, the effects of the season on reproduction should be examined. For this purpose, in our study, five three-year-old ganders were used as material for semen collection. The semen from the geese was collected by dorsoabdominal massage method twice a week. Fresh semen taken were examined for motility. In the examination, a drop of physiological saline and a drop of semen sample were mixed by dripping onto a previously heated slide on the heating plate, and at least three different areas were examined by covering it with a coverslip, and the result was evaluated as %. In the evaluations, spermatozoa that moved rapidly and strongly in any direction in the direction of the head were considered as motile. The mean motility values of fresh semen samples by months were found to be 16.1±5.48, 1.09±0.99 and 0.0±0.0, respectively. It was observed that the motility values suddenly decreased after April (P0.05). As a result, it was determined that there was a decrease in the quality of spermatological data in Linda breed geese bred in the Kars region as of April, and the reproductive period began to decline. In order to better understand the breeding season of geese in this region, more detailed analyzes should be made during the year.

Aluminum alloys have avery important place in industries such as aviation and automotive. Variousalloy researches originating from this great importance started a long time agoand have continued to increase until today. Ball alloys and mechanical alloyshave been used to produce modern alloys for the past sixty years [1]. In thisstudy, in order to meet the need of modern alloys, the characteristics of Alalloy with different amount of Cu additives were examined by following the ballmilling rules in the device working with spex manner.Homogeneous mixing of Al, varying amounts of Cu, Mgand Zn metal powders and SiC ceramic powders and mechanical alloys of metalpowders by using high energy ball milling were carried out in the Retsch MM 400model mixer device, which performs movement in a spex manner. After this process, X-ray diffraction (XRD)was applied to the powdered mixtures. With the data obtained from XRD graphics;The crystal size was calculated using the Scherrer equation, and the latticestresses were calculated using the Williamson-Hall equation and comparisonsbetween these two data were made. It was observed that the amount of Cu by weight, boththe crystal size and the lattice strain data, did not make a notable change forthese properties. Then, powder mixtures were sintered in hot isostatic press inargon atmosphere, which is a shielding gas, and turned into samples. Thesesamples were polished and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images were taken.In addition, these samples were compared by making Vickers micro-hardnessmeasurements.

Cumhuriyet devri Türkiyesi’nin bürokrat şairlerinden Nüzhet Erman, Anadolu kültürüyle birlikte birçok tarihî olay ve şahsiyete şiirlerinde yer vermiştir. Şairin bu tarzda birçok şiiri olmakla birlikte, şiirlerini topladığı Her Gün Yeni Doğarız adlı kitabı tarihî kişi ve olayları gerek tahkiyevî gerekse eleştirel bir formda ele alması bakımından dikkat çekicidir. Bu makalede Nüzhet Erman’ın Ağulu Çiçekler adlı böyle bir şiiri ele alınmaktadır. Ağulu Çiçekler bizzat şair tarafından üç bölüme ayrılmış ve her bir bölüme idam edilen tarihî şahsiyetin ismi alt başlık olarak verilmiştir. Şiirin ilk bölümü Hurûfî alt başlığını taşımakta olup Fatih Sultan Mehmed devrinde Edirne’de idam edilen kimliği belirsiz bir Hurûfî’yi ele almaktadır. Her ne kadar Ağulu Çiçekler’de bu kişi Fazıl Tebrizî olarak zikredilse de bu bilginin hatalı olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Şiirin ikinci bölümü Sahn-ı Semân müderrisi Molla Lutfî’den küçük bir kesit sunmakta olup Tokatlı Molla Lutfî başlığını taşımaktadır. Üçüncü ve son bölüm ise Bayramî-Melâmîlerinden Şeyh İsmâîl-i Maşûkî’nin idamını gönderme yapan Şeyh Oğlan adlı kısımdır. Çalışmamızda Nüzhet Erman’ın bu şiiri, sadece şiirde geçen olay ve kişilerin tarihsel çerçeveyle ne derece uyumlu oldukları noktasında değerlendirilmiş; bunun dışında şiir üzerinde herhangi bir şekilde dil, muhteva, üslûp ve şekil incelemesi yapılmamıştır.

Letters written to Ottoman statesmen have always been considered important in various aspects. Political/social issues such as the friendly relations established by important statesmen with their interlocutors, monetary foundations, zendeka and ilhad events are also reflected in these letters. This study is about a letter sent to Çivizāde Muhyiddin Mehmed Efendi by a 16th century lieutenant, whose real name was Mehmed/Mehemmed, and who was known as Riyazi-i Uskubi and Memi Shāh. The letter written from Memi Shāh to Çivizāde is in a mecmua of Manisa Provincial Public Library manuscripts collection and it is not in the library catalog. The article consists of two parts, except the introduction and the appendix where the text of the letter is included. In the first part, the possible identity of the Memi Sah who wrote the letter was discussed and it was concluded that this was Riyazi-i Uskubi, who was first the muid and then the mulazım of Celalzade in Sahn-ı Seman. A general portrait of the poet was described according to the primary sources related to Riyazi-i Uskubi, and the zendeka (heresy) and ilhad (refusing and leaving Islam) claims of the mentioned tezkires regarding Riyazi were evaluated in the same part. In the second part, the letter of Riyazi was examined in terms of its content and it was discussed how the topics covered in the letter were compatible with Çivizāde’s temperament. The text of the letter is given in the appendix., Osmanlı devlet erkânına yazılan mektuplar çeşitli yönlerden her daim önemli bulunmuştur. Gerek üst kademe devlet adamlarının muhataplarıyla tesis ettiği dostane ilişkiler gerekse para vakıfları, zendeka ve ilhad olayları gibi politik/toplumsal meseleler bu mektuplara yansıyanlardandır. Bu çalışma, tezkirelerde Riyâzî-yi Üskübî nisbesi ve Memi Şâh lakabıyla anılan 16’ncı asırda yaşamış bir mülâzımın Çivizâde Muhyiddîn Mehmed Efendi'ye gönderdiği bir mektubu konu almaktadır. Memi Şah'tan Çivizade'ye yazılan mektup, Manisa İl Halk Kütüphanesi el yazmaları koleksiyonunun bir mecmuasında olup, kütüphane kataloğunda yer almamaktadır. Makale giriş ve mektubun metninin yer aldığı ek kısmı dışında iki başlıktan meydana gelmektedir. İlk başlık altında mektubu kaleme alan Memi Şâh’ın kim olabileceği üzerinde durulmuş ve bu ismin Sahn-ı Semân’da Celâlzâde’nin önce muîdliği daha sonra ise mülâzımlığını yapan Riyâzî-yi Üskübî olduğu kanaatine varılmıştır. Yine aynı başlık altında Riyâzî-yi Üskübî ile ilgili birincil kaynak durumundaki tezkirelerden hareketle şairin genel bir portresi çıkarılarak söz konusu tezkirelerin Riyâzî’ye dair öne sürdükleri zendeka ve ilhâd iddiaları değerlendirilmiştir. İkinci başlıkta Riyâzî’nin mektubu içerik itibarıyla incelenerek mektupta ele alınan konuların Çivizâde’nin mizacı ile ne derece uyumlu olduğu hususu tartışılmıştır. Makalenin “ek” kısmında ise mektubun metni bulunmaktadır.

Hakk’ın âlemi ne şekilde kuşattığı ve arşının neresi olduğu meselesi ulemânın yanı sıra sûfîler tarafından da tartışılmış; bu bağlamda vahdet-i vücûdu benimseyenler, Hakk’ın âlemi vücûdî / zâtî olarak kuşattığını belirterek bunun aksini savunmanın Allah’ın güç ve kudretine acziyet atfetme olduğunu iddia etmiştir. Tefsirciler ve kelâm âlimleri ise Hakk’ın âlemi ilim ve kudre-tiyle kuşattığını dile getirip O’nun zâtî olarak âlem ve eşyayla beraber olma, birleşme, ayrılma ve kuşatma türünden hiçbir bağının olmadığını vurgulamıştır. Bu yazıda Bayramî-Melâmî şeyhlerinden Hüseyn-i Lâmekânî’nin, Allah’ın âlemi ne şekilde kuşattığına dair bir beyti dört farklı risale ışığında incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu risalelerden biri Vahdet-nâme adıyla Hüseyn-i Lâmekânî’ye aittir. İkinci risale Münîrî-yi Belgradî tarafından Şerh-i Kasîde-yi Süleymân adıy-la kaleme alınmıştır. Diğer iki risale ise Salâhaddîn-i Uşşâkî’nin telifidir. Uşşâkî şeyhin bu iki risalesi Allah’ın âlemi ne şekilde kuşattığını vahdet-i vücûd perspektifinden açıklamaya çalıştığı için Hüseyn-i Lâmekânî’nin aynı temalı beytine açıklık getirebilmesi ümidiyle tercih edilmiştir. Çalışmanın giriş kısmında, makalede incelemeye çalıştığımız beyit(ler)in geçtiği gazelin metni verilmiş ve Bayramî-Melâmîlerinin yapısal özelliklerinin şiirlerine ne derece yansıdığı üzerin-de durulmuştur. Bu başlık altında üzerinde durulan diğer bir husus ise bahsi geçen gazelin çeşitli kaynaklarda Hüsâmî ve Lâmekân / Lâmekânî olmak üzere iki farklı mahlasla karşımıza çıkmasıdır. Metinlerden isabetli çıkarımlar yapabilmek için müellifinin kim olduğunu tespit etmek önemlidir. Bu yüzden literatürde birden fazla mahlasla karşımıza çıkan bu gazelin kime ait olduğu üzerinde durulmuştur. Giriş kısmından sonraki başlıkta Münîrî-yi Belgradî’nin Şerh-i Kasîde-yi Süleymân adlı risalesinde Lâmekânî’ye yöneltilen zındıklık suçlaması ele alınmıştır. Münîrî-yi Belgradî’nin yaptığı eleştirilerin zeminini tespit edebilmek için bu başlık altında ayrıca Münîrî’nin genel bir fikrî şablonu çıkarılmaya çalışılmış ve Münîrî’nin ehlullâh dediği fenâ fillâhçı sûfîlere belli bir toleransı olduğu, ancak Fusûsu’l-Hikem’den kinayeyle Fusûsî diye adlandırdığı kesrette vahdetçilere (vahdet-i vücûdculara) karşı katı bir muhalefet yürüttüğü anlaşılmıştır. İkinci başlıkta ise Vahdet-nâme adlı risalesinden hareketle Hüseyn-i Lâmekânî’nin genel bir portresini oluşturmak hedeflenmiştir. Bu bağlamda Bayramî-Melâmîleri için sıklıkla dile getirilen vahdet-i mevcûdculuk ve Hurûfîlik etkisinin Lâmekânî’de ne derecede etkin olduğu tahlile çalışılmış ve bu etkinin daha açık bir şekilde hissedildiği Oğlan Şeyh İsmâîl-i Maşûkî ile Hüseyn-i Lâmekânî arasında basit bir mukayeseye gidilmiştir. Vahdet-nâme’deki Fusûsu’l-Hikem etkisi ortaya konmaya çalışılarak Bayramî-Melâmî şeyhin portre-sinde etkin olanın vahdet-i mevcûddan ziyade Fusûsîlik olduğu sonucuna varılmış ve Hüseyn-i Lâmekânî’ye Münîrî-yi Belgradî tarafından yöneltilen zendeka ve ilhâd suçlamasının altında da Melâmî şeyhte göze çarpan Fusûsu’l-Hikem etkisi (yani Fusûsîlik) olabileceği düşünülmüştür. Makalenin son bölümünde Hüseyn-i Lâmekânî’nin tenkide uğrayan beyti Salâhaddîn-i Uşşâkî’nin Miftâhu’l-vücûd ve Zeylü’l-kitâb adlı iki risalesi bağlamında okunmaya çalışılmıştır. Uşşâkî şeyhin bu iki risalesi, Hüseyn-i Lâmekânî’nin beytinde gönderme yapılan el-Fussilet 41/54, en-Nisâ 4/126 ve et-Tâhâ 20/5 âyetlerini esas alarak vahdet-i vücûdcu bir çizgiyle “Hakk’ın âlemi ne şekilde kuşattığı” ve “arşının neresi olduğu” meselesini izah ettiği için önem-lidir. Salâhaddîn-i Uşşâkî Zeylü’l-kitâb’da Allah’ın âlemi kuşatışıyla ilgili yeni bir iddia dile ge-tirmektedir. Buna göre Miftâhu’l-vücûd’da Hakk’ın, âlemi muhît oluşunu vücûdun (varlığın) mertebeleri ile (lâ-taayyün, taayyün-i evvel, taayyün-i sânî vd.) izah etmeye çalışan Uşşâkî şeyh, Zeylü’l-kitâb’da, Hakk’ın âlemi kuşatışına merkezî bir nokta lazım geldiğini belirterek bu merkezin hakîkat-ı Muhammediyye olduğunu vurgulamaktadır. Salâhaddîn-i Uşşâkî bu bilgi-nin kendisine rüyada İbn Arabi vasıtasıyla talim edildiğini belirtmektedir. Son olarak makale-nin bu başlığı altında Rahman’ın arşa kurulmasının ne anlama geldiği devir kuramı açısından da ele alınmıştır. Bu noktada Hüseyn-i Lâmekânî’nin ikinci kuşaktan halifesi olan Sun’ullâh-ı Gaybî’nin Keşfü’l-gıtâ adlı kasidesinden hareketle vahdetçi sûfîler nazarında Allah’ın arşının “insan” olduğu görülmüştür., Ṣūfī people, as well as the ulema (ʿulemā), discussed the issue of how God (Ḥaḳḳ) surrounds the universe (ʿālem) and where the ʿarş (arsh / the ninth heaven) in which God ensconces himself exists. The Ṣūfī people supporting the unity of existence (Wahdat al-wujud) concept claim that God surrounds the universe by his own being and so that the ʿarş (arsh) is all the creation / created beings by God moreover they argued that people who rejected this idea could attribute weakness or impotence to the power of God. On the other hand, commentators and scholastic theologians acknowledge the idea that God surrounds the universe not by his own being as Ṣūfīs claimed but God surrounds the universe by his knowledge (ʿilm) and power (ḳudret). They claimed that there was no physical connection of God with the universe. There-fore, this article discusses a couplet (beyit) written by Ḥuseyn-i Lāmekānī from Bayramī-Melāmī group in light of four different tracts (risāle). One of the four tracts was written by the author of the couplet Ḥuseyn-i Lāmekānī himself. The title of his tract is Wahdat-nameh (Vaḥdet-nāme). The other tract was written by Munīrī-yi Belgradī and the title of it is Şarḥ-i Qaṣīda-i Suleymān. The other two tracts analyzed in this article were written by Ṣalāḥ al-dīn-i ʿUşşāḳī. These two tracts try to explain how God surrounds the universe from the unity of existence (Wahdat al-wujud) perspective. Therefore, they may help in understanding the men-tioned couplet written by Lāmekānī. The outline of the article is as follows: the introduction has the text of the ghazal including the mentioned couplet and discusses how the characteris-tics of Bayramī-Melāmī people were reflected in their poems. This part also tries to determine who wrote the mentioned ghazal as there were two different pen manes / pseudonyms (mah-las) for the same ghazal in various resources. To determine the original writer of the ghazal is crucial for proper interpretation of the texts. The next part of the article discusses the accusa-tion that Lāmekānī was an heretic in the Şarḥ-i Qaṣīda-i Suleymān tract by Munīrī-yi Belgradī. This part also tries to outline Munīrī-yi Belgradī’s mode of thought to discuss the background of his criticism about the couplets. According to his way of thinking, though Munīrī had some tolerance to Ṣūfī people believing fenā fillāh, he ironically harshly criticized the Ṣūfī group supporting Wahdat al-wujud entitled as Fuṣūṣī. In the second section, based on his work named Wahdat-nameh (Vaḥdet-nāme), it is aimed to create a general portrait of Ḥuseyn-i Lāmekānī. In this context, it discusses how Wahdat al-wujud and Hurufism, which are generally big issues for Bayramī-Melāmī, influenced Lāmekānī. Therefore, the comparison between Oglan Sheikh İsmāʿil-i Maʿşūḳī who was clearly influenced by Wahdat al-mavjud (vaḥdet-i mevcūd) and Hurufism, and Ḥuseyn-i Lāmekānī is realized in this part. It was figured out that adoration of Fuṣūṣ al-Ḥikem (Fuṣūṣīlik) was more influential in Bayramī-Melāmī Sheikh’s mode of thinking through the analysis of the effect of Fuṣūṣ al-Ḥikem in Wahdat-nameh (Vaḥdet-nāme). It was suggested that the reason behind the allocation of Munīrī-yi Belgradī for Ḥuseyn-i Lāmekānī was the effect of Fuṣūṣ al-Ḥikem which was salient for Melāmī Sheikh Lāmekānī. The final part of the article is about two tracts Miftāḥ al-vucūd and Zayl al-kitāb written by Ṣalāḥ al-dīn-i ʿUşşāḳī. The criticized couplet was read under the light of these tracts. These two tracts are significant as they explain how God surrounds the universe and where the ʿarş (arsh) is located by referring to the verses of Quran al-Fussilet 41/54, al-Nisā 4/126 and el-Tāhā 20/5 mentio-ned in the couplet by Ḥuseyn-i Lāmekānī. Ṣalāḥ al-dīn-i ʿUşşāḳī proposed a new argument about how God surrounds the universe in Zayl al-kitāb. According to this argument, in Miftāḥ al-vucūd Ṣalāḥ al-dīn-i ʿUşşāḳī tries to explain God’s surrounding potent through the or-ders/grades of the existence. In Zayl al-kitāb, he claims that there must be a center for God’s surroundings of the universe and this center must be Ḥaḳīḳat al-Muḥammediyye. Ṣalāḥ al-dīn-i ʿUşşāḳī stated that he did not acknowledge this information by himself but he acquired it from Ibn Arabī when he had a dream. Lastly, this part of the article discusses what Rahman settles in ʿarş (arsh) means in terms of circle (devir) theory. It was suggested that according to Ṣūfī people believing Wahdat (vaḥdetçi) God’s ʿarş (arsh) is the human being himself by drawing on the Kasf al-Gıtā (Keşfu’l-Gıtā) qasida written by Sunʿullāh-ı Gaybī who was a successor of Ḥuseyn-i Lāmekānī from the second generation.

Siyasal sistem, bir toplumda değerlerin dağıtımına yönelik otoriter yöntemlerle alınan kararların gerçekleşmesine yönelik yapılar ve süreçler bütünüdür. Modern siyasal sistemlerin sınıflandırılması demokratik sistemler, totaliter sistemler ve otoriter sistemler olmak üzere üç ana tip içermektedir. Bu üç ana tipe dair 20. yüzyılda yapılan tanımlar içinde bulunduğumuz çağın ortaya çıkardığı yeni siyasal sistem tiplerini açıklamakta yetersiz kalmaktadır. Günümüzde bazı siyasal sistemler yoğun bir şekilde otoriter yönetim politikalarına sahne olmalarına rağmen, siyasal yapıları ve kurumları itibariyle otoriter sistemlerin modern tanımından farklılık göstermektedir. Bu çalışmada `çağdaş otoriter sistemler` olarak adlandırdığımız bu siyasal sistemlerin sınıflandırmadaki yeri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu amaca yönelik olarak çalışmanın ilk bölümünde siyasal sistem kavramı üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümün konusu modern siyasal sistemlerin sınıflandırılmasıdır; fakat otoriter sistemlerle ilgili modern tanımlamaya bu bölümde yer verilmemiştir. Çalışmanın son bölümünde önce otoriter sistemlerin modern tanımı, ardından çağdaş otoriter sistemlerin yapısal özellikleri ve siyasal kurumları üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu sayede çağdaş otoriter sistemlerin, otoriterliğin modern tanımından hangi noktalarda ayrıldığı ve bu tanımla hangi noktalarda ortak özellikler gösterdiği değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. The political system is a set of structures and processes for the actualization of decisions taken by authoritarian methods for the distribution of values in a society. The classification of modern political systems includes three main types: democratic systems, totalitarian systems and authoritarian systems. The definitions of these three main types which was made in the 20th century are insufficient to explain the types of new political systems that have emerged from the era we are in. Nowadays, although some political systems are heavily seen in authoritarian management policies, they differ from the modern definition of authoritarian systems in terms of their political structures and institutions. In this study, it is tried to determine the place in the classification of these political systems which we call contemporary authoritarian systems. For this purpose, the first chapter of the study focused on the concept of political system. Subject of the second part is the classification of modern political systems; but the modern definition of authoritarian systems is not included in this chapter. In the last chapter of the study, firstly the modern definition of authoritarian systems, then the structural features and the political institutions of the modern authoritarian systems are emphasized. In this way, it has been tried to evaluate at which points the contemporary authoritarian systems are separated from the modern definition of authoritarianism and at which points they have common characteristics. 179

Stres, çalışma yaşamında bireyleri etkileyen önemli faktörlerden biri olarak son yıllarda en çok tartışılan konular arasındadır. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı; mesleğin icra edilmesi esnasında stresin en yoğun yaşandığı sektörlerden biri olan sağlık sektöründe örgütsel stres faktörlerinin çalışanların yabancılaşma düzeyleri üzerine etkilerini incelemektir. Bu amaçla İstanbul ili Medical Park Göztepe Hastanesi çalışanları üzerine anket uygulanmış ve 282 anket elde edilmiştir. Anket uygulaması sonucu elde edilen veriler SPSS ile analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucu, örgütsel stres faktörlerinden kişilik yapısı ile örgütsel yapı ve yönetim yapısının yabancılaşma boyutları (güçsüzleşme, anlamsızlaşma ve kendine yabancılaşma) üzerinde pozitif yönde anlamlı bir etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte örgütsel stres boyutlarından genel çevresel faktörlerin anlamsızlaşma ve kendine yabancılaşma üzerinde pozitif yönde anlamlı bir etkisinin olduğu belirlenmiştir. The main purpose of this study is to examine the effects of organizational stress factors on the alienation levels of the employees in the health sector, which is one of the sectors where stress is most intense during the implementation of the profession. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to the employees of the Medical Park Göztepe Hospital in Istanbul and 282 questionnaires were obtained. The data obtained from the survey were analyzed with SPSS.As a result of the analyzes, it was found that personality structure and organizational structure and management structure, which is one of the organizational stress factors, had a significant positive effect on the alienation dimensions (weakening, meaninglessness and self-alienation). On the other hand, it was determined that general environmental factors, one of the organizational stress dimensions, had a significant positive effect on meaninglessness and self-alienation.
