Gaziantep is a city with many civilizations and cultural architectural heritage from past to present. There are historical buildings and inns area along the axis, which is declared as a cultural route, starting from the vicinity of the castle in the city centre of Gaziantep. Historical inns, which were used for accommodation and trade in the past, have lost their function over time. These inns, which cannot be used in today's conditions, were left to disappear as idle areas as the city centre lost its charm. In this study, it is aimed to identify the problems experienced in the district of inns and determine their missing functions and needs. In addition, it is desired to emphasize that the user types who use the region differ in their interpretations of the region. In line with the identified problems, suggestions were made for the revitalization of the region and the refunctioning of the inns. In order to achieve these goals, questionnaires were created in line with the interviews with the temporary and stationary users in the region and the literature review. As the scope of the study, the inns area on the Gaziantep cultural road has been examined. The questionnaires were applied to the participants in this area, by face to face interview method and the answers of the participants were noted on site. The obtained data were statistically analyzed. As a result of the research, it was concluded that the historical value of the region should be understood by the users, and in this context, the inns and other historical structures in the region should be regularly repaired and the idle areas should be re-functioned. It is thought that the revitalization of historically important buildings and the region and their sustainability are possible by determining the existing problems.

Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is one of the indispensable products of automation industry. PLCs, which are widely used in many fields of programming, make our lives easier in daily life. In this study, after determining the coordinates of the image taken from the camera with the help of image processing algorithm, the servo drives of cartesian machine are controlled and processed in X-Y plane with Rexroth PLC in real time. In this application, it is aimed to obtain the image again by subtracting the boundary coordinates of the image taken with the camera in MatLab environment. To achieve this goal, the servo drives of the cartesian machine were controlled and the application was realized. Two different methods were applied for the image taken in Matlab environment. The skeleton of the image was taken for the first method and then the boundary coordinates were determined. For the second method, the contour of the image was first extracted. The coordinates of the contour image were not directly used. These coordinates have been tried to be optimized. In this study, it is aimed to draw a desired image by drawing border coordinates in Matlab with Rexroth PLC on a cartesian machine. As a result of the test studies, it was seen that the drawing process was carried out properly (according to the coordinates received) as a result of the analysis and measurement processes (metric caliper and measurement methods).

This experiment intended to assess the effect of sesame (SO), sunflower (SFO) and linseed (LO) oils on growth performance, fatty acid composition of fillet and liver or flesh quality traits of rainbow trout. Fish fed different four iso-nitrogenous and iso-lipidic experimental feeds. The control feed contained only fish oil as the primary lipid source. The fillet eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid levels were the highest in fish fed control feed. In contrast, the liver eicosapentaenoic acid level was the highest in fish fed LO feed. Fish fed SFO feed had the highest level of total n−6 fatty acids in fillet and liver. Fish fed SO feed had the highest level of 18:1 n−9 fatty acid in fillet and liver. During the 12 days refrigerated storage period at 1°C, thiobarbituric acid (TBA) and pH values gradually increased in all dietary groups. However, trimethylamin nitrogen (TMA-N) values increased in all dietary groups between days 0 and 9 during the storage period. Generally, pH value in fillets of control group was slightly higher than the other fish groups during 12 days refrigerated storage. Nevertheless, the chemical indicators of spoilage, TBA, TMA-N and pH values were in the limit of acceptability for human consumption. Results of growth performance and chemical tests in the present study showed that sesame, linseed and sunflower oils could be used in feeds for rainbow trout. Moreover, we concluded that further researches should be carried out on the partial replacement of fish oil by sesame oil in rainbow trout nutrition.
