İşyerindeki olumsuz ilişkiler istenmeyen tutum ve davranışların ortaya çıkmasına neden olabilmektedir. Bu tutum ve davranışların, çalışanlara, örgütlere ve paydaşlara olumsuz etkileri olabilmektedir. Bu çalışmayla işyeri nezaketsizliğinin iş performansına etkisinde işyerinde dışlanmanın aracılık rolünün belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma 22 Kasım 2023 – 30 Eylül 2024 tarihleri arasında İstanbul’da yürütülmüştür. Veriler bu ilde faaliyette bulunan özel hastanelerde çalışan ve iletişim kurulabilen bireylerden online anket yöntemi kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Araştırma ile işyeri nezaketsizliğinin işyerinde dışlanmayı pozitif yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca işyeri nezaketsizliği ve işyerinde dışlanmanın iş performansını negatif yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Son olarak araştırmayla, işyeri nezaketsizliğinin iş performansına etkisinde işyerinde dışlanmanın aracılık rolünün olduğu belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak bu çalışma işyeri nezaketsizliği ve işyerinde dışlanmanın, iş performansının belirleyicileri arasında olduğunu göstermiştir.

The study emphasizes the importance of sleep in terms of employee health and organizational performance and draws attention to the role of human resource management (HRM) in promoting a sleep-conscious organizational culture. The study highlights the often overlooked link between work environments, work stress and workplace standards and poor sleep health of employees. The wider effects of unhealthy sleep include higher risk of accidents, healthcare costs, absenteeism and work performance. The study recommends HRM strategies and practices to address these issues. These include controlling working hours, promoting sleep-friendly policies, using artificial intelligence for personalized sleep therapies, and incorporating sleep health into organizational wellness programs. The study also argues that organizations should not view sleep as a sign of laziness or weakness, but rather as an important part of employee well-being and organizational performance. In this sense, important implications for improving the sleep health of employees are shown step by step. The concepts of organizational commitment and job performance are critically important for both managers and employees in the workplace. Generally, individuals with high organizational commitment are expected to have high job performance. Literature reviews have also confirmed the validity of this phenomenon. However, it has been observed that the relationship between organizational commitment and job performance varies across different samples, and that various moderator variables play a role in this relationship. Therefore, more general conclusions are needed, and to understand this relationship more comprehensively, a meta-analysis was conducted to examine studies across Turkey. The research involved reviewing 18 theses and articles found through searches in the YÖK Thesis Database and Google Scholar using the keywords "organizational commitment" and "job performance." Analyses were conducted using data on correlation coefficients, sample sizes, publication years, and research type from these studies. This study was conducted to determine the mediating role of organizational justice perceptions in the relationship between paternalistic leadership behaviors and job performance of healthcare professionals working in a training and research hospital. For the purpose of the study, organizational justice (mediating variable), job performance (dependent variable) and paternalistic leadership (independent variable) scales in the literature were used. The study was conducted by reaching 352 people out of 1387 employees working in a training and research hospital. SPSS 24, AMOS 22 and process macro plug-in were used to analyze the data obtained. In addition, correlation analysis was applied to determine the relationships between variables and process macro model 4 was applied to determine the mediating role. According to the results of the study, a statistically significant and highly positive relationship was found between health care workers' perceptions of organizational justice and their job performance, between their perceptions of organizational justice and paternalistic leadership, and finally between their job performance and their perceptions of paternalistic leadership. In addition, it was found that organizational justice perception has a partial mediating role in the effect of employees' paternalistic leadership behaviors on their job performance. As a result, it was determined that organizational justice has a mediating role in the indirect effect of paternalistic leadership on job performance and the related variables were discussed within the framework of the literature. 10. Empirical Research Investigating the Relationships Between Work Stress, Work Performance, and Mobbing (Psychological Bullying) in Health Institutions.

Aim: This study examines the relationships between work stress, work performance, and mobbing in health institutions. Material and Method: A questionnaire was applied to 272 individuals working in any health institution in Türkiye in 2021 based on voluntary participation with the snowball method. The web-based questionnaires were prepared online using Google Documents. They were sent to the health workers' social-based addresses together with an introductory letter. The questionnaire was applied in four main sections: demographic information (8 questions), work stress (7 questions), work performance (4 questions), and mobbing (37 questions). Results: The study showed that 36.4% of academics, 30% of secretaries, 28.6% of security staff, 23% of technicians, 22.2% of social workers, 20% of midwives, 19.5% of physicians, and 15.4% of patient carers were exposed to mobbing. In addition, men were more subjected to mobbing than women (p=0.010). Statistically significant differences were determined between the occupational groups regarding work stress scale scores (p=0.001). The group with the highest work stress was security staff, with patient carers being the group with the lowest stress. Women also experienced significantly higher levels of work stress than men (p=0.028). Statistically, significant differences were also observed regarding the number of patients encountered (p=0.035). Work stress was found to increase in line with patient numbers. Analysis of the participants' work performance showed that such performance was very high. Significant variations were determined between work performance scale scores and the years spent working in the most recent institution (p=0.019). The work performance of participants who had worked for 11-15 years was lower than that of other periods, the highest work performance being observed in participants with 21-25 years of work experience. Conclusion: In conclusion, individuals working in any health institution were found to be exposed to mobbing and to experience work stress in the working environment but exhibited good work performance. No statistically significant association was determined between mobbing and work performance or stress. At the same time, a negative correlation was observed between work performance and work stress. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect between person-organization fit and job satisfaction and job performance of healthcare sector professionals. Person-organization fit is the matching between the personality structures, values and job expectations of employees and the purpose and culture of an organization. Job satisfaction is an emotional reflection related to meeting the expectations of an employee concerning his/her job and surroundings. Job performance is the level of an organization employee to fulfil his/her tasks, as well as his/her course of action. The research was conducted face-to-face using the survey method on a voluntary basis. The first section of the research survey had questions related to demographic characteristics. In the second section, a scale developed by Netemeyer vd., (1997) was used. In the third section, The Job Satisfaction Scale whose validity and reliability were demonstrated by Keser & Önden (2019) was used. Finally, the research was carried out on the basis of The Job Performance Scale development study by Deniz & Kumru (2022). All items in the scale were evaluated on a five point Likert scale. According to the analysis results, a correlation existed decoupling between person-organization harmony and job satisfaction in a positive direction. Additionally, person-organization fit was also effect on job performance. According to these results, person-organization fit positively affected job satisfaction and job performance. In addition, it was determined that job performance played mediating role in the effect of person-organization fit on job satisfaction and in this context, individual institution fit increased job satisfaction effect even further. This study aims to examine the relationship between teachers' perceptions of organizational spirituality and their job performance. The sample of the study consisted of 728 teachers working in high schools in the central districts of Erzurum province, who were selected by stratified proportional sampling method. The data of the research were collected by the "Workplace Spirituality Scale" and the "Teacher Job Performance Scale". Descriptive statistics, correlation and multiple regression analysis were used in the analysis of the research data. In the study, it was determined that there was a moderate positive and significant relationship between teachers' perceptions of organizational spirituality and their job performance. It was determined that organizational spirituality sub-dimensions (job passion, mysterious experience, sense of community) significantly predicted job performance. In the study, it was determined that female teachers performed more task performance than males. It was found that married teachers have a higher perception of organizational spirituality compared to single teachers. It has been found that experienced teachers show more adaptive performance compared to teachers with lower seniority. Finally, it was determined that teachers in Anatolian and science-social sciences high schools showed more 'adaptive performance' than teachers in religious vocational and vocational technical high schools. Objective: This study aims to investigate the relationship between Institutional blindness and job performance of academicians in the field of sport sciences. Materials and Methods: The study was conducted using a sample group consisting of sport sciences academicians employed in both state and foundation universities. The data were gathered through quantitative research techniques employing the descriptive survey model. 'Individual Job Performance Scale' and 'Institutional Blindness Scale' were used for the research. In data analysis, internal consistency coefficients were calculated and independent sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance were used as hypothesis tests. Findings: There is no significant difference between institutional blindness and job performance scale sub-dimensions and gender, university type, administrative position, academic unit and academic title. However, there is a negative relationship between individual job performance and Institutional blindness. Conclusion: The study suggests that Institutional blindness can have a detrimental effect on individual job performance and affect attitudes toward work, knowledge sharing, and Institutional creativity. Bu araştırmanın amacı, esnek çalışma düzenlemelerinin kamu kurumlarında çalışanların iş performansı üzerindeki etkisini ortaya koymak ve bu etkide iş özellikleri modellemesinin aracı rolünü açıklamaya çalışmaktır. Kesitsel nitelikteki bu çalışmada nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmış ve 2021 yılında belediyelerde görev yapan çalışanların katılımı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. 312 çalışan üzerinde analizler yapılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak anket tekniği kullanılmış ve Esnek Çalışma Ölçeği, İş Özellikleri Ölçeği ve İş Performansı Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin incelenmesinde; çarpıklık ve basıklık, normallik, güvenilirlik, açımlayıcı faktör analizi, betimsel istatistiksel analizler ve aracılık analizleri uygulanmıştır. Arabuluculuk analizleri PROCESS Macro ile, diğer analizler Jamovi 2.3.18 ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre, esnek çalışma ile iş özellikleri arasında olumlu, iş performansı ile arasında ise olumsuz bir ilişki görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak, esnek çalışma ile iş performansı arasındaki ilişkide iş özelliklerinin aracı rol oynadığı ana hipotezi desteklenmiştir. Bu sonuç, kamuda ilk kez böyle bir çalışma yapıldığından yöneticiler için özgün ve yol göstericidir

In the study, it was aimed to test the hypothesis that organizational support has a mediating role in the effect of organizational learning on job performance. The sample consists of white-collar workers with more than two years of work experience working in the textile industry in the Marmara region. Research data were collected through Google forms. The sample is 512 people. Normal distribution, reliability, confirmatory factor analysis, linear regression, and mediation analysis were performed on the data. SPSS 26.0 was used for normal distribution and reliability analyses, AMOS 26 for confirmatory factor analysis, and PROCESS Macro Model 6 for testing mediation hypotheses. According to the analysis, organizational learning and job performance are in a statistically significant relationship. In the mediation analysis, the hypothesis about the mediating role of organizational support in the effect of organizational learning on job performance was supported. İşgörenlerin çalıştıkları kurumun vitrinini yansıtan en önemli aracı unsur olduğu günümüzde kabul görmüş önemli bir yaklaşımdır. İşgörenlerin göstermiş oldukları yetenekleri, işlerine duydukları aidiyetleri ve işin sonucuna yönelik sergilemiş oldukları performanslarının yüksek seviyede olması iş yerinde duydukları mutluluk hissinin karşılanmasını da ifade etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın örneklemi, İstanbul ilinde bulunan perakende spor giyim sektöründe hizmet veren mağazacılık işgörenleridir. Veri toplamak amacıyla anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler ışığında araştırma modeli hipotezleri AMOS programı ile Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli (YEM) kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre, iş yerinde mutluluğun, duygusal emek ve iş performansı ilişkisinde aracı rolü neticesinde meydana geldiği tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulguların literatüre ve ilgi duyan araştırmacılara katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

Many studies have been conducted in the literature on factors affecting job performance. However, no study has been found that investigated the effects of family-work conflict and work-family conflict on job performance using structural equation modeling in the context of transformational leadership style practices in organizations. Thus, this study aims to examine the relationship between transformational leadership in organizations and family-work conflict, work-family conflict, and job performance. To achieve this purpose, data were collected from 232 individuals working at various levels in public institutions and organizations in Ankara. The study used the Transformational Leadership Scale, Performance Scale, Family-Work Conflict Scale, and Work-Family Conflict Scale to collect data. The SPSS 27.0 program was used to analyze demographic variables related to the data obtained, while the SmartPLS 4.0 package program was used to test the hypotheses of the study through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (KEKK-YEM) analysis. Based on the analyses conducted, it was determined that transformational leadership practices have a positive effect on job performance but negatively affect family-work conflict. No relationship was found between work-family conflict and transformational leadership. Furthermore, family-work conflict was found to have a negative impact on job performance, while work-family conflict had no effect on job performance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Bu araştırmada, sağlık çalışanlarında pozitif psikolojik sermaye, iş performansı ve örgütsel bağlılık arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Ayrıca pozitif psikolojik sermaye, iş performansı ve örgütsel bağlılığın katılımcıların kişisel ve demografik özelliklerine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğinin belirlenmesi de çalışmanın amaçları arasındadır. Araştırmanın evrenini Yozgat ili içerisinde faaliyet gösteren Yozgat Bozok Üniversitesi Araştırma ve Uygulama Hastanesi ve Yozgat ili Sorgun ilçesinde hizmet vermekte olan Sorgun Devlet hastanesinde görev yapan 400 sağlık çalışanı oluşturmaktadır. Anket 309 sağlık çalışanının katılımı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada iş performansı ölçeği, örgütsel bağlılık ölçeği, psikolojik sermaye ölçeği ve demografik bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama araçlarının geçerliğini belirlemek için faktör analizi ve güvenirlikleri belirlemek için Cronbach alpha katsayısından yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmanın hipotezlerinin testinde korelasyon ve regresyon analizlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda katılımcıların kişisel ve demografik özelliklerinin pozitif psikolojik sermaye, örgütsel bağlılık ve iş performans algılarında farklılık oluşturduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca çalışmada pozitif psikolojik sermayenin örgütsel bağlılık ve iş performansını; örgütsel bağlılığın ise iş performansını etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Sağlık çalışanlarının pozitif psikolojik sermayelerini artırıcı uygulamalar hayata geçirilmelidir. Böylece sağlık kurumları için önem arz eden çalışanların örgütsel bağlılık ve iş performansı da artacaktır.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, kişi-yönetici uyumunun iş performansı üzerine etkisinde işe bağlanma düzeyinin aracırolünün incelenmesidir. Analizler sonucunda işe bağlanmanın kişi-yönetici uyumu ve iş performansıarasındaki etkileşime aracılık ettiği tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular ışığında araştırmacı ve uygulayıcılaraöneriler geliştirilmiştir.

Aidiyet, bireyin kendisini bir konu, yer ve toplulukla ilişkilendirerek bir grubun parçası olarak algılaması durumu olarak tanımlanabilir. Kurumsal aidiyet ise bireyin herhangi bir kuruma dair hissettiği bütünleşme ve özdeşleşme boyutu olup, çalışanın, kendini kurumu ile özdeşleştirmesi ve kurumsal faaliyetlere aktif katılım isteği göstermesi olarak belirtilebilir. Günümüzde yaşanan hızlı değişim ve gelişim, maddi alanda olduğu gibi manevi alanda da etkili olmaktadır. Bu nedenle din görevlilerinin kurumsal aidiyet bilincine sahip olması son derece önemlidir. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın amacı; “Din görevlilerinin kurumsal aidiyet düzeyleri ile iş performansları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki bulunup bulunmadığının” test edilmesidir. Nicel araştırma yöntemine göre yürütülen araştırmada tarama modeli uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, Çorum İl müftülüğüne bağlı toplam 1494 din hizmetleri sınıfı personeli; örneklemini ise bu kişiler arasından seçilen 320 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak anket formu kullanılmıştır. Anket formunun bir bölümünde katılımcı din görevlilerinin demografik nitelikleri ve kişisel bilgilerini belirlemeye yönelik 6 soru bulunmaktadır. İkinci bölümünde Demir (2022) tarafından geliştirilen “Kurumsal Aidiyet Ölçeği” yer almaktadır. Ölçek yüksek derecede güvenilirlik değerine sahip olup, Cronbach Alpha değeri 0,93’ tür. Alt boyutlar olarak da Psikolojik Sahiplenme 0,93; Özdeşleşme 0,83 ve Algılanan İçsel Statü 0,86 ile yüksek derecede güvenlik değerlerine sahiptir. Ölçekte toplam 27 madde bulunmaktadır. Üçüncü bölümde ise “İş Performansı Ölçeği” yer almaktadır. Görev Performansı ve Bağlamsal Performans olmak üzere iki boyut ve 16 maddeden oluşan ölçekte yer alan 9 madde Goodman ve Syvantek tarafından görev performansını belirlemek üzere; diğer 7 madde ise Jawahar ve Carr tarafından geliştirilmiştir. Ölçeğin Türkçeye uyarlanması ile geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmaları Bağcı (2014) tarafından yapılmıştır. Yüksek derecede güvenilirlik değerine sahip olan ölçeğin Cronbach Alpha katsayısı 0,90; Görev Performansı alt boyutu için 0,89; Bağlamsal Performans alt boyutu için 0,83’ tür. Veriler SPSS ortamında frekans analizlerine, homojenlik testine ve korelasyon analizine tabi tutularak değerlendirilmiştir. Katılımcıların kurumsal aidiyet boyutlarına ilişkin bulgulara göre en yüksek ortalamaya sahip olan faktörün Özdeşleşme boyutu; İş performansı boyutlarında da en yüksek ortalamaya sahip olan faktörün Bağlamsal Performans olduğu görülmektedir. Korelasyon analizleri verilerine göre de kurumsal aidiyet boyutları ile iş performansı boyutları arasındaki korelasyon katsayılarının en yükseğinin 0,52 çıkması orta düzeyde bir ilişki olduğunu göstermektedir. Demografik faktörler (cinsiyet, yaş, medeni durum, öğrenim durumu, kıdem) olarak bakıldığında da aralarında anlamlı fark görülmeksizin bütün gruplarda kurumsal aidiyette en yüksek ortalamaya sahip faktör “özdeşleşme”; iş performansında ise “Bağlamsal Performans” olduğu görülmektedir. İstisna olarak medeni durum gruplarından boşanmış/dul grubu ile eğitim gruplarından lisansüstü mezunları grubunda iş performansının boyutları açısından en yüksek ortalamaya sahip olan faktörün Görev Performansı olduğu görülmektedir. Araştırmada ulaşılan sonuçlardan, katılımcıların kurumsal aidiyet boyutlarından olan “özdeşleşme”ye ilişkin bulgular Koç (2020) ve Uygur'un (2007) araştırma sonuçları ile örtüşmekte, Öztop’un (2014) sonuçları ile örtüşmemektedir. Araştırmada korelasyon analizi ile elde edilen kurumsal aidiyet düzeyi ile iş performansı arasındaki pozitif yönde doğrusal ilişki şeklindeki bulgular konuya ilişkin olarak yapılan diğer bazı çalışmalardan Arı ve Şahin (2016) ve Uludağ (2018) tarafından yapılan araştırmaların sonuçları ile de benzerlik içermektedir. Bu veriler ışığında; değişkenler arasında çok yüksek düzeyde bir ilişki olmasa da pozitif bir ilişkinin bulunmuş olmasına dayanılarak “kurumsal aidiyet düzeyi arttığında iş performansının da artacağını” söylemek mümkündür. Din görevlilerinin kurumsal aidiyet duygularını arttırabilmek için, kurumsal açıdan kurum kültürünün aidiyet duygusunu geliştirecek nitelikte kurgulanması bir öneri olarak sunulabilir.

One of the distinguishing features of educational institutions is that the learning and teaching processes that are at their core are mostly carried out by expert educators independently on their own in the classroom. This state of independence and solitude causes collegial solidarity to emerge as a more important issue for educational institutions when compared to other institutions. This study examines the mediators of the relationship between educators' collegial solidarity and job performance. This study examines the mediating roles of three individual variables (i.e., thriving at work, self-efficacy, and work engagement) and three institutional variables (i.e., collegial relations, administrative support, and organizational climate) have on the relationship between educators' collegial solidarity and job performance using data collected from a total of 766 participants working at educational institutions. It has been determined that institutional and individual variables have a mediating effect in the relationship between educators' colleague solidarity and job performance. It was observed that institutional variables had a weaker mediating effect than individual variables in this effect. This result shows that the unique nature of the education profession reveals a different structure in terms of the variables examined in the research. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Amaç: Çalışanlar, zamanlarının önemli bir kısmını örgütlerde geçirmektedirler. Bu nedenle huzurlu ve mutlu bir örgütsel ortamın sağlanması önemlidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, istismarcı yönetim, iş performansı ve örgütsel mutluluk arasındaki ilişkilerin belirlenmesidir. Yöntem: Bir kamu hastanesinde görev yapan 274 hemşire bu araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin analizinde korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri kullanılmıştır.Bulgular: Araştırmada istismarcı yönetim, örgütsel mutluluk ve iş performansı arasında anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmuştur. İstismarcı yönetimin örgütsel mutluluk ve iş performansı üzerinde olumsuz etkisi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Örgütsel mutluluk iş performansını doğrudan etkilerken, örgütsel mutluluğun "potansiyelin gerçekleşmesi" boyutunun iş performansını olumlu yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir.Sonuç: İstismarcı yönetim, örgütsel mutluluğun ve iş performansının düşmesine neden olmaktadır. İşgörenlerin potansiyelini kullanabileceği, beceri ve yeteneklerini geliştirebileceği, zorlukların üstesinden gelebileceği bir iş ortamının sağlanması iş performansının artmasında katkı sağlayacaktır. Örgütlerde etkin, verimli ve huzurlu bir çalışma ortamının oluşturulması için istismar içeren davranışlar hoş görülmemeli ve işgören mutluluğuna önem verilmelidir.

The effectiveness, efficiency and quality of health services depend on employee performance. Work performance of manpower is affected by personal characteristics, working environment and conditions, and attitudes and behaviors of other employees. The purpose of this research is to determine the existence of work-family conflict in the axis of job satisfaction and job performance of Healthcare Professionals. The study is a crosssectional field study. The research group consists of 495 people who work as health personnel in the province of Tokat and voluntarily participated in the study. In the study, it was determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between job performance and job definition and dominance over the job, self-efficacy level in family-work conflict, and family satisfaction. It has been determined that there is a negative relationship between the level of self-efficacy in work-family conflict. It was concluded that there was no significant difference between the personal factor variables and the areas covered in the study. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this study, the effects of talent management on the work performance of employees in the business world were investigated. In this relationship, the mediating effect of organizational citizenship behavior and the moderating role of unemployment concerns of employees were examined. The data of the research were obtained from 108 participants working in the province of Kütahya by using the survey application. SPSS 21 and AMOS 20 packet programs were used for the analysis of the data. After the reliability, explanatory and confirmatory factor analyzes of the scales in the study, correlation analysis and regression analysis and SPSS PROCESS analysis were performed in the testing of hypotheses. The results show that talent management does not have a direct influence on the work performance of employees in the direction of leader-member interaction theory. In the study, organizational citizenship behavior was found to be the mediator effect in relation to talent management and job performance, and it was determined that there is a positive relation between organizational citizenship behavior and job performance and moderators role of unemployment anxiety. The main purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between organizational justice perceptions of teachers, principals and assistant principals working in education institutions and job performance in Covid-19 Period. Personorganization fit, organization-person relationship, job performance, managerial support, follow-up and feedback, organizational relationship between institutions and organizations were examined. It's been determined how the perception of organizational justice, which is provided or tried to be created, has an effect on job performance in organizations, and what kind of positive or negative results this situation will cause. The research was conducted on principals, assistant principals and teachers working in primary, secondary and high schools in Istanbul in 2022, affiliated to the Ministry of National Education. A total of 410 participants were included in the research. The collected data were tested with reliability, factor analysis, correlation, regression, T-test and ANOVA analyzes within the scope of SPSS program. Considering the literature studies, it was concluded that the business performance is high in institutions with high interactional justice. In the results obtained, it was seen that the sub-dimensions of organizational justice have direct and positive effects on job performance in the Covid-19 Period. As a result of the research, it was accepted that organizational justice has a positive effect on job performance in the Covid-19 Period. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
