This research was conducted with some spike traits of twenty winter six-row barley genotypes in six environments. The aim of this study was to determine the significance and take advantage useful genotype by environment interacton (GEI) by applying AMMI-1 model. High statistical significance GEI was determined. Wide adaptability genotypes were J-29, J-33, J-9 and J-21 for spike length (SL) as Grand and Ozren for grain number per spike (GNS). The winner genotypes in all environments were Ozren and Grand for SL as Ozren for GNS. All the examined environments can be considered as one megaenvironment, which indicates that unpredictable interactions dominate in this research.

The aim of the research was to examine the influence of sowing density on the yield of more maize hybrids of different vegetation lengths in the conditions of southern Serbia (Leskovac). For this purpose, during 2016 and 2017, an experiment was set up with 6 maize hybrids (ZP 434, NS 4023, ZP 555, NS 5051, ZP 666, NS 6030) and 3 sowing densities (71428; 57142 and 47619 plants ha-1). The experiment was set up according to the random block system in 3 repetitions and was processed by the method of analysis of variance. The results are shown as a two-year average and they showed that the average grain yield for all densities, depending on the hybrid, ranged from 9.33 t ha-1 in the hybrid NS 4020 to 11.16 t ha-1 in the hybrid ZP 555. Hybrids of medium and long vegetation period had significantly higher grain yields than hybrids with a shorter vegetation period. The average yield for all hybrids, depending on the sowing density, ranged from 10.06 t ha-1 at the highest sowing density to 10.66 t ha-1 at the medium sowing density. Hybrids with a shorter vegetation period achieved the highest average yields at the highest sowing density, while hybrids with a longer vegetation period had the highest average yields at the lowest sowing densities. The hybrids ZP 555 and NS 6030 had the highest average yields of 11.77 and 11.02 t ha-1 at medium and lower sowing densities, respectively. Based on this, it is recommended to sow hybrids of medium and longer vegetation period in the range of 57142 to 47619 plants ha-1.

Srednje rana sorta ozimog heksaploidnog tritikalea, odličnog produktivnog bokorenja, prosečne visine oko 110 cm i vrlo dobre otpornosti prema poleganju. Ima veoma visoku otpornost prema niskim temperaturama i suši, odličnu otpornost prema pepelnici i lisnoj rđi i vrlo dobru otpornost prema stabljičnoj rđi. Tolerantna je prema napadu leme i drugih štetnih insekata. Ima srednje krupno i dobro naliveno zrno čija masa varira od 35-40 g/1000 zrna. Zrno ove sorte je srednje bogato proteinima koji variraju u granicama od 13,5 do 15%. Veoma je rodna sorta stabilnih prinosa, dok njeni maksimalni prinosi dostižu i do 11 t/ha. Ima dobru tolerantnost prema kiselim, peskovitim i zemljištima slabije plodnosti a može se uspešno gajiti i na većim nadmorskim visinama. Veoma je pogodna za ishranu stoke (za zrno ili zelenu masu) ali se njeno brašno može koristiti i za proizvodnju specijalnih vrsta hleba raženog tipa. Optimalne rezultate kod nas postiže u setvi do polovine oktobra, setvenom normom 550-600 klijavih zrna/m 2 , tj. od 220 do 250 kg/ha semena, na plodnim i srednje plodnim zemljištima uz ishranu koja je uobičajena za intenzivne sorte ozimog tritikalea (100-140 kg/ha azota predsetveno i u prihrani, uz adekvatne količine fosfora i kalijuma). Veoma je konkurentna u odnosu na korove i pogodna za organsku proizvodnju.

Tests were carried out on stationary field trial, soil type vertisol in the process of degradation, characterized by low pH (pH<5.0). The dose of nitrogen was 80 kg/ha N, which was administered in combination with phosphorous and potassium fertilizer. The average grain yield and 1000 grain weight of all treatments in 2010/11 growing season was significantly greater than in 2009/10, mostly as the result of highly favourable weather conditions at major stages of plant development. The yield, thousand grain weight and test weight of barley significantly varied across years and treatments. Barley yield was the highest in the NP1K and NP2K (4.171 and 4.318 t/ha) treatments. Variance analysis showed statistically very significant differences for grain yield and test weight between the vegetation seasons and very significant differences for grain yield and 1000 grain weight between the effects of fertilization. Variance analysis showed significant differences for yield between the interaction of the vegetation seasons and variants of fertilization.

Poljski ogled sa sortama pšenice Takovčanka, Planeta, Kruna, Toplica i Vizija postavljen je na zemljištu tipa vertisol tokom vegetacionih sezona 2005/06-2011/12. godine. Cilj istraživanja je bio da se kod pet sorti pšenice gajenih na kiselom zemljištu analizira prinos zrna. Najveće vrednosti prinosa zrna ustanovljene su u godini sa umerenim temperaturama i velikom količinom padavina u vegetacionoj 2007/08. godini. Prosečan prinos zrna sorti pšenice kretao se od 3.743 t ha-1 do 6.275 t ha-1. Sorte Kruna, Planeta i Vizija imale su najveći prinos zrna. Na osnovu analize varijanse, moţe se zaključiti da postoje vrlo značajne razlike u prinosu zrna u odnosu na godinu ispitivanja, dok između ispitivanih sorti pšenice razlike nisu bile signifikantne., Field trial with wheat varieties Takovčanka, Planeta, Kruna, Toplica and Vizija was set on vertisol-type soil during the vegetation seasons 2005/06-2011/12. Ispitivanja su izvedena na stacionarnom poljskom ogledu sa đubrenjem, na zemljištu tipa vertisol u procesu degradacije. Zemljište na kome je ogled izveden odlikuje se niskom pH vrednošću (pH<5,0). Doza upotrebljenog azota je bila 80 kg N/ha, koja je primenjivana u kombinaciji sa fosfornim i kalijumovim đubrivom. Ispitivanja su pokazala znatno variranje prinosa zrna. Najviši prinos zrna sorta Planeta ostvarila je primenom NPK u količini od 80 kg N ha-1, 100 kg P2O5 ha-1 i 60 kg K2O ha-1 (4,827 t ha-1). Analizom varijanse ustanovljene su statistički visoko značajne razlike za prinos zrna između ispitivanih varijanti đubrenja., Tests were carried out on stationary field trial, soil type vertisol in the process of degradation. The experiment was established at the experimental field of the Dr. Dorde Radic Secondary School of Agriculture and Chemistry in Kraljevo (Serbia) during the 2010/11, 2011/12 and 2012/13 growing seasons. The objective of the research was to evaluate the effect of genotype and the environment on the grain yield of winter barley cultivars ('Jagodinac', 'Maksa', 'Rekord', 'NS 565' and 'NS 525'). The following characteristics were analysed: grain yield, 1,000 grain weight, test weight and plant height. The average grain yield of all cultivars in the 2010/11 growing season was significantly greater than in the following years, mostly as the result of highly favourable weather conditions at major stages of plant development. 'Jagodinac', 'NS 565' and 'NS 525' gave significantly higher grain yields in all years compared to 'Maksa' and 'Rekord'. Averaged across years, significantly higher values for 1,000 grain weight and test weight were found in 'NS 565' and 'Rekord', respectively. In all years, plant height was significantly greater in 'Jagodinac' than in the other cultivars. Different responses of cultivars to variable agroenvironmental conditions in terms of 1,000 grain weight and test weight require the use of a number of cultivars in the crop structure.

The wheat cultivar used in the experiment was Kruna. This investigation included an untreated seven variants of fertilization: 1-control, 2-80 kg/ha N, 3-60 kg/ha P2O5, 4-80 kg/ha N, 60 kg/ha P2O5, 5-80 kg/ha N, 100 kg/ha K2O, 6-80 kg/ha N, 60 kg/ha P2O5, 60 kg/ha K2O and 7-80 kg/ha N, 100 kg/ha P2O5, 60 kg/ha K2O. Total amounts of phosphorus and potassium fertilizers and half the nitrogen rate are regularly applied during pre-sowing cultivation of soil. The trial was set up in a randomized block design with five replications. The crop was harvested at full maturity. Grain yield (t/ha) was harvested and reported at 14% moisture. Three parameters were analyzed: test weight (kg/hl), 1000-grain weight (g) and grain yield (t/ha). Investigation where showed a considerable variation of grain yield which were in dependence from mineral nutrition. The highest grain yields were the highest with mineral fertilizer in the combined N80P100K60 (4.738 t/ha). Over the two-year period, all investigated treatments of wheat achieved the highest average 1000-grain weight in the combined N80P60 (43.08 g). The highest test weight was the highest with mineral fertilizer in the combined N80P60K60 (73.63 kg/hl). Analysis of variance was found highly significant effect of years on 1000 grains weight.

Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je da se ispita uticaj mineralne ishrane na prinos ozime pšenice sorte (Lazarica, Takovčanka, KG 56S, KG 100 i Ana Morava). Za ova istraživanja su izvedena dva ogleda (N1-80 kg/ha i N2-120 kg/ha). Studija je pokazala da je najveći prinos kod ispitivanih sorti pšenice postigla sorta Takovčanka (5,362 t/ha) sa kombinaciom đubrenja 120 kg/ha N,60 kg/ha P2O5 i 60 kg/ha K2O. Masa 1000 zrna kod ispitivanih sorti pšenice značajno je varirala zavisno od genotipa, a najveća prosečna masa hiljadu zrna (45,48 g) ustanovljena je kod sorte pšenice Takovčanka sa kombinacijom đubrenja N80P60K60., Investigations were carried out during the 2007/2008 year at the Center for Small Grains in Kragujevac. The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of mineral nutrition on the yield of winter wheat varieties (Lazarica, Takovčanka, KG 56S, KG 100 and Ana Morava). Two experiments were conducted (N1-80 kg/ha and N2-120 kg/ha) in these investigation. The study showed that cultivar Takovčanka achieved their highest grain yield (5. 362 t/ha) with a fertilizer combination of N120P60K60. Thousand grain weights significantly varied across cultivars, and cultivar Takovčanka achieved the highest average value (45. 48 g) with a fertilizer combination of N80P60K60.

It frequently occurs that due to unfavorable climatic factors, sowing is not carried out at the optimum time so that the sowing must be done in the delayed sowing period. The aim of our research was to determine the yield and some qualitative components of several wheat varieties sown at the optimum time and in the delayed sowing time. The experiments were carried out in 2016/17 and 2017/18, in the area of Southern Serbia (Leskovac) with 5 wheat varieties (Opsesija, Avenue, Sosthene, Farinelli, and Darija), under the same agro-ecological conditions on alluvium soil. Sowing in 2016/17 was done on October 30th, and in 2017/18 on December 8th. According to the results of the experiments, it can be concluded that the grain moisture, 1000 grain weight, and hectolitre weight did not differ significantly between sowing terms, while there were significant differences among the varieties. The grain yield varied significantly, both depending on the sowing term and the wheat variety. The average decrease in yield in the delayed term compared to the optimal term was 24.8%. Thus, in the optimal term sowing varieties Avenue and Farinelli had the highest yields (7,760 and 7,170 kg ha-1), while in the delayed time sowing varieties Darija and Avenue had the highest yields (5,370 and 5,290 kg ha-1). The Darija variety had the least decrease in yield in the delayed sowing time, so we can recommend it for sowing in this area in the delayed term.

The interaction of genotype x environment on yield and 1000 grain weight and test weight at four KG cultivars of barley (Rekord, Jagodinac, Maksa and Grand) was researched in this paper. The experiment was established on the experimental field of the Small Grains Center in Kragujevac (Serbia) during two growing seasons. The highest grains yield per area unit had, on an average, Maksa cultivar (4.935 t/ha). Average grains yield observed in the two-year period was the highest at Maksa cultivar, while the lowest yield was obtained by Jagodinac cultivar (3.882 t/ha). During the both years of investigation the highest average value of test weight achieved the Rekord cultivar (72.14 kg/hl and 73.22 kg/hl). The largest two-year average value of test weight was found in the cultivar Rekord (72.68 kg/hl), and lowest in cultivar Grand (65.69 kg/hl). During the both years of investigation the highest average value of 1000 grain weight achieved the Maksa cultivar (49.62 g and 51.86 g). The highest average 1000 grain weight was determined for cultivar Maksa (50.74 g). During 2010/2011, statistically significantly higher grain yield per area unit as well as 1000 grain weight was achieved, compared with 2009/2010. Investigations on genotype and environment interaction present the basis for further refinement and barley zoning.

Wheat has high demands in terms of fertility and physical properties of the soil. The most successful cultivation is on fertile soils, where pH is 6.8-7.2. The soil is the basic substrate of plant rooting, and root growth depends on the depth of the layer, plant species, soil compaction, moisture, etc. The aim of this paper was to determine the yield of different varieties of wheat depending on the soil type and compaction. The trial was set during 2016/17. and 2017/18. in the territory of south Serbia (territory of Leskovac municipality), on two different types of soil (alluvium and vertisol). Four varieties of wheat were included in the experiment (Darija, Avenue, Carica and Sosthene). Compaction was measured after sowing and after harvest of wheat, with penetrometer Eijkelkamp hardware version 6.0, software version 6.03. The soil type and variety significantly influenced the average yield of wheat. Significantly higher average yields of all varieties of wheat were gained on the alluvium, related to the vertisol. Varieties Avenue and Sosthene had the highest average yields that were significantly higher than yields of varieties Daria and Carica, among which there were no significant differences. The higher soil compaction of the soil in the ploughing layer was on vertisol related to the alluvial soil. These data on average yields and soil compaction indicate the benefits of individual soil types for the wheat production.

Although utilization of commercial products based on diatomaceous earth, an insecticide of the natural origin, plays a very important role in the integral protection of stored grains, the effect of their application on the rheological quality of small grains is poorly exploited. Therefore, the aim of this research was to employ GlutoPeak and Mixolab rheological devices in order to compare the impact of three diatomaceous earths (DEs) (Protect-It and two inert dusts originated from Serbia) application on the rheological properties of wheat, triticale and rye flour dough. While moisture and protein content did not differ in treated and untreated grain samples, application of all three DEs in two triticale varieties led to an increase in the wet gluten content and Mixolab water absorption, as well as a decrease in the gluten strength, as indicated by gluten index and GlutoPeak maximum torque values. Treated rye samples have also exhibited a decrease in dough maximum consistency and stability and greater protein structure weakening in comparison to untreated sample. The mentioned changes in rheological behaviour were not noticed in wheat varieties treated with DEs. The major changes were recorded in rheological behaviour of triticale and rye starch component which showed a decrease in maximum peak torque and hot paste stability after grain treatment with DEs. In general, the influence of DEs on rheological properties of small grains was highly species and varietal dependent, where more pronounced differences between treated and untreated grains were noticed in stronger varieties.

Istraživanje je provedeno tijekom 2016/17. i 2017/18. godine u južnoj Srbiji (područje općine Leskovac) na dva različita tipa tla (aluvij i vertisol). Istraživanje je uključivalo četiri sorte pšenice (Darija, Avenue, Carica i Sosthene). Tip tla i sorta pšenice značajno su utjecali na prosječni prinos pšenice. Značajno veći prosječni prinos svih sorata zabilježen je na aluvijalnom tlu u odnosu na vertisol. Sorte Avenue i Sosthene imale su najveći prosječni prinos koji je bio značajno veći u odnosu na prinos sorti Darija i Carica između kojih značajne razlike nisu utvrđene. Veća zbijenost tla u sloju na dubini oranja zabilježena je na vertisolu u odnosu na aluvijalno tlo. Dobiveni podaci o 7h/ub prosječnim prinosima i zbijanju tla ukazuju na utjecaj određenog tipa tla na proizvodnju pšenicu.

The lesser grain borer, Rhyzopertha dominica (Fabricius, 1792) (Coleoptera: Bostrichidae) is a primary pest of stored wheat. Many authors studied its development on this cereal. The wheat is commonly stored together with other grain, especially barley, rye, oats and triticale. The objectives of this study are to assess the feeding preferences for the small grains (wheat, barley, rye, oat and triticale) and to evaluate their susceptibility/resistance to progeny production of R. dominica. The mean survival rate of R. dominica adults, progeny emergence and amounts of insect-damaged grains and dockage in various small grain species were determined. Also, influence of R. dominica feeding on chemical properties (moisture protein and ash contents in grains) was found out. The influence of the grain species on the development of R. dominica was significant. The highest mortality of parents and the lowest progeny counts in oats, while triticale is very suitable for development of R. dominica, much more then wheat, as a primary host. The biggest amount of damage kernals and dust were found in triticale. The contents of moisture, protein and ash in the grain has been changed due to feeding of R. dominica., Žitni kukuljičar (rizoperta) - Rhyzopertha dominica (Fabricius, 1792) (Coleoptera: Bostrichidae) je primarna štetočina uskladištene pšenice. Njen razvoj na ovoj vrsti strnih žita proučavali su brojni autori. Pšenica se obično skladišti sa drugim strnim žitima, posebno ječmom, raži, ovsom i tritikaleom. Ovo istraživanje je sprovedeno u cilju ispitivanja preferencija u ishrani R. dominica u strnim žitima (pšenica, ječam, raž, ovas i tritikale) i ocene osetljvosti/otpornosti ovih žita na pojavu potomstva R. dominica. Utvrđen je prosečan broj preživelih jedinki R. dominica, pojava potomstva i broj zrna oštećenih insektima, kao i količina prašine u različitim vrstama strnih žita. Takođe, utvrđen je uticaj R. dominica na hemijske osobine strnih žita (sadržaj vlage, proteina i pepela u zrnu). Uticaj vrste žitarica na razvoj R. dominica bio je značajan. Najveća smrtnost roditelja i najmanja pojava potomstva utvrđena je kod ovsa, dok je tritikale veoma povoljan za razvoj R. dominica, mnogo više nego pšenica, kao primarni domaćin. Najveća količina oštećenih zrna i prašine nađeni su u tritikaleu. Ishrana R. dominica je dovela do promene sadržaja vlage, proteina i pepela u zrnu.

The aim of this study was to determine the significance of the source of the yield variability and components of the two-rowed barley, as well as the varieties and lines based on the investigated properties and the extraction of superior genotypes that exhibit high and stable yields. The average plant height for all examined genotypes of two-rowed barley ranged from 75.70 cm (2009/10) to 77.87 cm (2008/09), while the average plant height was 76.79 cm. The length of spike of the studied genotypes of two-rowed barley ranged from 8.32 cm (2008/09) to 8.50 cm (2009/10), while the average was 8.41 cm. The number of grains per spike of the studied genotypes of two-rowed barley ranged from 22.50 (2009/10) to 22.69 (2008/09), while the average was 22.59. The grain weight per spike of the barley in the area of Zaječar ranged from 1.066 g (2009/10) to 1.122 g (2008/09), while the average was 1.094 g. Correlations between the length of spike and number of grains per spike and grain weight per spike in the examined genotypes of two-rowed barley at the location Zaječar showed a positive value both in the vegetations 2008/09 and 2009/10 of the study.

Field trial with wheat varieties Perfekta, KG 56S, Aleksandra and Vizija was set on vertisol-type soil during the vegetation season 2010/11 and 2011/12. The aim of the research was to analyse the yield and grain yield components in four varieties of wheat cultivated on acid soil. The highest values of yield components and grain quality were established in the year with moderate temperatures and high precipitation in the vegetation year 2010/11. The KG 56S and Vizija varieties had the highest yield of grain, the highest number of plants and spikes per m2. The Perfekta variety showed the highest 1000 grain weight and grain weight per spike. The highest number of grains in the spike and the lowest average yield of grain during the research were recorded for the variety Aleksandra. A significant positive correlation between grain yield and grain weight per spike, the number of grains in the spike and the number of plants per m2 were established, as well as between the 1000 grain weight and the number of grains in the spike and the grain weight per spike., Poljski ogled sa sortama pšenice Perfekta, Kg 56S, Aleksandra i Vizija postavljen je na zemljištu tipa vertisol tokom vegetacionih sezona 2010/11 i 2011/12 godine. Najveće vrednosti komponenti prinosa i kvaliteta zrna ustanovljene su u godini sa umerenim temperaturama i velikom količinom padavina u vegetacionoj 2010/11 godini. Sorte KG 56S i Vizija imale su najveći prinos zrna, najveći broj biljaka i klasova po m2. Sorta Perfekta odlikovala se najvećom masom 1000 zrna i masom zrna po klasu. Najveći broj zrna u klasu i najmanji prosečan prinos zrna tokom istraživanja imala je sorta Aleksandra. Ustanovljena je značajno pozitivna korelacija između prinosa zrna i mase zrna po klasu, broja zrna po klasu i broja biljaka po m2, kao i između mase 1000 zrna i broja zrna po klasu i mase zrna po klasu.

Taking into account the better agro-ecological adaptations developed over time to climate changed conditions, cereal local populations (landraces) represent a valuable plant genetic resources with their perspective reflected in the creation of better quality commercial cereal genotypes. The objectives of this research were to explore: i) the genetic variability of nutritional properties of Macedonian landraces of small grain cereals-wheat, barley, oat, and rye; ii) associations among nutritional properties; iii) strength and weakness of landraces based on nutritional properties profiles. Collecting missions were carried out in 2013 year in different locations of rural areas at the territory of Republic of Macedonia. Ten sub-samples of 100 g seeds were extracted from each of regenerated landrace in order to obtain a well-balanced analytical sample. All samples were analysed for moisture content - MOI (%), protein content - PC (%), fat content - FC (%), crude fibre content CF (%), wet gluten content - WG (%), and dry gluten content - DG (%). In regard to assessed nutritional properties the most perspective landraces proved to be: Okalesta bela (CF of (x) over bar = 2.62%) of bread wheat; Zimski (WG of (x) over bar= 9.24%), Dabilski nizok (DG of (x) over bar = 4.2%) and Ednoreden (CF of (x) over bar = 5.18%) of barley; Sopski (PC of (x) over bar= 14.62%), Gabarski (FC of (x) over bar = 6.46%) and Sekulicki (CF of (x) over bar = 9.89%) of oat; Calakliski (PC of (x) over bar = 14.43%, CF of (x) over bar = 8.16%), Koselski (FC of (x) over bar= 4.19%), and Gabarski (DG of (x) over bar = 3.14%) of rye. Investigation about effect of high amounts of nitrogen and source of nutrition on winter triticale productivity was carried out in a stationary field trial in the Sumadija region, in Central Serbia. This study was conducted over a period of three years (2009-2011) on a vertisol soil to evaluate the effect of different fertilization methods on grain yield and yield components of winter triticale variety. Treatments included control and six fertilization variants with different combinations of NPK fertilizers (N, NK, NP1, NP2, NP1K, and NP2K). Investigation showed a considerable variation of grain yield depending on mineral nutrition. The highest and statistically significant average grain yields were achieved under NP1K (4.105 t ha(-1)) and NP2K (4.050 t ha(-1)) treatments. The combined use of NP1K fertilizers (120 kg N ha(-1), 60 kg P2O5 ha(-1), 60 kg K2O ha(-1)) and NP2K treatment (120 kg N ha(-1), 100 kg P2O5 ha(-1), 60 kg K2O ha(-1)) represented the excellent base for optimum stock of major nutrients, resulting in maximum grain yield. Thousand grain weight of triticale significantly varied across years, the highest average 1000-grain weight of winter triticale investigated was achieved in the NP1K variant (44.81 g). Grain yield was significantly positively correlated with 1000-grain weight only in all years.

This paper presents the results of winter wheat varieties (Vizija and Kruna). The cultivars were grown in the experimental field of the Center for Small Grains, Kragujevac, during two growing seasons. By examining the physical properties of grain, variety Kruna achieved the highest grain yield (5.150 t/ha), while a slightly higher 1000 grain weight (41.78 g) and test weight (75.35 kg/hl) was variety Vizija, during the two-year study period. Data analysis showed significant dependence between the of 1000 grain weight and years of research. The difference found between the significance of the impact of variety on grain quality of wheat cultivar, was highly significant for test weight. The differences in significance from the point of interaction year x cultivar on the average value of grain yield were statistically highly significant, while for test weight and 1000-grain weight were not significant. Cultivars Vizija and the Kruna have conducted surveys have shown a high degree of adaptability conditions of production of wheat and had a satisfactory yield in the examined vegetation seasons., U radu su prikazani rezultati ispitivanja ozimih sorti pšenice (Vizija i Kruna). Sorte su gajene na oglednom polju Centra za strna zita, Kragujevac, tokom dve vegetacione sezone. Ispitivanjem fizičkih osobina zrna, sorta Kruna je ostvarila najveći prinos zrna (5,150 t/ha), dok je nešto veću masu 1000 zrna (41,777 g) i hektolitarsku masu (75,350 kg/hl) imala sorta Vizija, tokom dvogodišnjeg perioda ispitivanja. Analizom dobijenih podataka utvrđena je značajna zavisnost između mase 1000 zrna i godina istrazivanja. Utvrđena razlika značajnosti između uticaja sorte na kvalitet zrna kod ispitivanih sorti pšenice, bila je vrlo visoko značajna za hektolitarsku masu. Ustanovljene razlike značajnosti sa stanovišta interakcije godina x sorta na prosečne vrednosti prinosa zrna, bile su statistički vrlo značajne, dok za hektolitarsku masu i masu 1000 zrna nisu bile signifikantne. Sorte Vizija i Kruna su u sprovedenim ispitivanjima pokazale visok stepen adaptabilnosti uslovima proizvodnje pšenice i imale su zadovoljavajući prinos u ispitivanim vegetacionim sezonama.

The investigation was carried out on the experimental field of Small Grains Research Center, Kragujevac. This paper presents the results of winter wheat varieties (Takovčanka, KG I00, KG 56S, Ana Morava and Lazarica). Grain yield, 1000 kernel weight and test weight in grain the investigated wheat cultivars was determined in a two-year field experiment. Average grain yield of wheat cultivars ranged from 3.0 II t/ha to 3. 774 t/ha. Grain yield differed significantly between years and the average of all cultivars was higher in 2006/07. By examining the physical properties of grain, Ana Morava was achieved the highest average yield in both growing seasons (3.049 t/ha; 4.499 t/ha). Average values of I000 grain weight of wheat varied in the range from 36.23 to 42.70 g.
