We investigate the problem of partitioning the vertices of a directed acyclic graph into a given number of parts. The objective function is to minimize the number or the total weight of the edges having end points in different parts, which is also known as edge cut. The standard load balancing constraint of having an equitable partition of the vertices among the parts should be met.Furthermore, the partition is required to be {\em acyclic}, i.e., the inter-part edges between the vertices from different parts should preserve an acyclic dependency structure among the parts. In this work, we adopt the multilevel approach with coarsening, initial partitioning, and refinementphases for acyclic partitioning of directed acyclic graphs. We focus on two-way partitioning (sometimes called bisection), as this scheme can be used in a recursive way for multi-way partitioning. To ensure the acyclicity of the partition at all times, we propose novel and efficient coarsening andrefinement heuristics. The quality of the computed acyclic partitions is assessed by computing the edge cut. We also propose effective ways to use the standard undirected graph partitioning methods in our multilevel scheme. We perform a large set of experiments on a dataset consisting of (i)~graphs coming from an application and (ii)~some others corresponding to matrices from a public collection. We report improvements, on average, around 59\% compared to the current state of the art.; Nous étudions le problème du partitionnement des sommets d’un graphe acyclique dirigé en un nombre donné de parties. La fonction objectiveest de minimiser le poids total des arêtes ayant des extrémités dans différentes parties, qui sont également nommées arêtes coupées. La contrainted’équilibrage de charge standard d’avoir une partition équitable des sommets entre les parties doit être respectée. En outre, la partition doit être acyclique, c’est-à-dire, les arêtes coupées doivent préserver une structure de dépendance acyclique entre les parties. Dans ce travail, nous adoptons une approche multiniveaux avec des étapes de contraction, partitionnement initial et raffinement pour le partitionnement acyclique des graphes acycliques dirigés. Nous nous concentrons sur la bissection, car ce schéma peut être utilisé d’une manière récursive pour le partitionnement multi-voies. Pour assurer l’acyclicité du partitionnement à tout moment, nous proposons des méthodes de contraction etde raffinement. La qualité des partitions acycliques calculées est évaluée en calculant la somme des poids des arêtes coupées. Nous proposons également des moyens efficaces afin d’utiliser des méthodes standard de partitionnement de graphes non orientés dans notre schéma multi-niveaux. Nous effectuons un grand nombre d’expériences sur un ensemble de données constitué de (i) graphes provenant d’une application, et (ii) d’autres graphes correspondant à des matrices d’une collection publique. Nous rapportons des améliorations par rapport aux méthodes existantes d’environ 59 % en moyenne.

In this study, flat-plate and incarcerating surfaces absorbing-plate drying ovens are manufactured and also their performances are compared experimentally. In these experiment; red pepper are dried. In the aftermath of cleaning the red pepper’s scrapes and its seed houses. They are prepared to experiments as 100 g weight, 4-5 mm thickness and sliced lengthwise. The experiments are carried out at 2,5-3,0 and 3,5 m/s air velocities. Red pepper drying experiment are realized at average 50 ˚C drying room temperature and takes up 360 minutes. As the result of experiments conducted at three different speeds while the average surface temperature of the absorber plate is 76.3 ˚C, the average temperature of the drying room is 55,3 ˚C. While the maximum average surface temperature of the absorber plate is 89,3 as a result of the experiments which have been done in the flat surfaced drying oven at three different speed, it is determined as 53,6 ˚C. While the difference between average absorber plate surface temperature of drying oven with incarcerating surface and average drying room temperature was 21˚C, the difference between average absorber plate surface temperature of flat-plate drying room temperature was found to be 35,7˚C. Although the absorber plate surface temperature of the flat plate drying oven is higher than the absorber plate surface temperature of the incarcerating surface drying room, it was observed that the drying room temperature was less than the incarcerating surface drying room. From the data as a result of experiments the performance of incarcerating surface drying oven has been found to be better than the performance of the drying oven with flat surface., Bu çalışmada, düz ve hapsedici yüzeyli emici plakalı kurutma fırınları imal edilmiş ve performansları deneysel olarak karşılaştırılmıştır. Deneylerde; kırmızıbiber kurutulmuştur. Kırmızıbiberler, saplarından arındırılarak tohum evleri temizlendikten sonra 4 mm kalınlığında boy boy dilimlenerek 100 g olacak şekilde deneye hazırlanmıştır. Deneyler; 2,5 - 3,0 ve 3,5 m/s hava hızları kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Kırmızıbiberler kurutma odası sıcaklığı ortalama 50°C sıcaklığında olup 360 dakika kurutularak yapılmıştır. Hapsedici yüzeyli kurutma fırını ile üç farklı hızda yapılan deneyler sonucunda emici plaka yüzey sıcaklık ortalaması 76,3 °C iken kurutma odası sıcaklık ortalaması 55,3 °C’dir. Düz yüzeyli kurutma fırını ile üç farklı hızda yapılan deneyler sonucunda ise maksimum emici plaka yüzey sıcaklık ortalaması 89,3 °C iken kurutma odası sıcaklık ortalaması 53,6 °C olarak belirlenmiştir. Hapsedici yüzeyli kurutma fırınının ortalama emici plaka yüzey sıcaklığı ile ortalama kurutma odası sıcaklık farkı 21 °C iken düz yüzeyli kurutma fırınının ortalama emici plaka yüzey sıcaklığı ile ortalama kurutma odası sıcaklık farkı 35,7 °C olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Düz yüzeyli kurutma fırınının emici plaka yüzey sıcaklığı hapsedici yüzeyli kurutma fırınının emici plaka yüzey sıcaklığından daha fazla olmasına rağmen kurutma odası sıcaklığı hapsedici yüzeyli kurutma fırınından daha düşük olduğu gözlenmiştir. Deney sonucunda elde edilen verilerden hapsedici yüzeyli kurutma fırının performansının düz yüzeyli kurutma fırının performansından daha iyi olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Günümüzde raylı sistemlerde yön tayini için kullanılan GPS (Küresel Konumlama Sistemi - Global Positioning System) sistemlerinin doğruluk oranındaki düşüklük nedeni ile daha güvenilir alternatif yollar aranmıştır. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) teknolojisi ile kapalı alan navigasyon sistemi ve bu sistemden alınan bilgiler doğrultusunda hazırlanan yazılımlar ile yolculara güvenli ve doğru yolculuk yapma olanağı sağlanmıştır. Bu sebeple bu çalışmada tren, metro, tramvay gibi raylı sistem araçlarıyla taşınan yolcuların yönlendirilmesi ve bilgilendirilmesi amacıyla kullanılmakta olan sistemler ve bu sistemlerin hazırlanmasında gerekli olan yer tayin sistemleri ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışma, bir uygulama projesinin bir modeli olmakla birlikte fizibilitesi uygun çıkması durumunda İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesine bağlı ve İstanbul Ulaşım A.Ş. işletmesinde bulunan bir raylı sistem hattında kullanılması öngörülmüştür. Yapılan bu çalışma ile yurtdışına bağlı kalınan ve her türlü müdahalesi çok güç olan kapalı sistemler ve bu sistemlere gereken bakım, teknik servis gibi harcanılan ödeneklerin minimize edilmesi beklenmektedir. Proje sonucunda, bir raylı sistem hattında yolcuların doğru bir şekilde bilgilendirilmesini sağlayacak, LED (Işık Yayan Diyod – Light Emitting Diode) ekranlar, LED paneller, ışıklı yön levhaları, sesli uyarı ve alarm donanımlarıyla birlikte tam bir sistemin nasıl yapılabileceği hususunda bilgi ve becerisinin kazanılması gerçekleştirilmiştir., Todays RFID technology implementations “indoor navigation system and software designed from datas acquired from this system” safe and right travelling enabled for passengers. For this reason in this study, systems which are used for the guidance, informing of the passengers and also necessities for location detection systems of railway vehicles like train, metro, tram are considered. Although this study is a model for an implementation project; if it will be feasible it is anticipated that it will be applied at one of the operated railway lines of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality subsdiary Istanbul Ulaşım Coorperation. With this study it is intended to minimize the fund allocated for these importee systems which are implicit, hard to intervene and also for the maintenance, services of them. Following the project although it will be learnt about hardwares used for safe travelling system like LED displays, LED panels, lightened direction boards, aural warning also knowledge and ability about designation of an entire system will be acquired.

There has been a significant change in the role of International Monetary Fund (IMF) since its establishment. In the beginning, The IMF’s aim was to provide exchange stability in the member countries and establish a system of payments which facilitates world trade. In time, changes in international financial system and failures of most IMF-backed stability programs applied in order to overcome financial troubles that occur in the member countries paved the way for questioning IMF’s role. With the recent global financial crisis the criticism towards IMF and the role that undertakes becomes harsher. This paper is to display, in particular in relation with the recent global financial crisis, how the role that IMF is entrusted with in its establishment has changed in time., Kurulusundan günümüze Uluslararası Para Fonu’nun (IMF) rolünde önemli değisiklikler olmustur. Baslangıçta IMF’nin amacı üye ülkelerde kur istikrarını sağlamak ve dünya ticaretini kolaylastırıcı bir ödemeler sistemi olusturmaktı. Zaman içinde uluslararası finansal sistemde ortaya çıkan değisiklikler ve üye ülkelerde ortaya çıkan finansal sorunları asmak amacıyla uygulanan IMF destekli istikrar programlarının çoğunluğunun basarısız olması, IMF’nin rolünün sorgulanmasına neden olmustur. Günümüzde yasanmakta olan küresel malî krizle birlikte Fon’un kendisine ve üstlendiği rolüne yönelik mevcut elestirilerin dozu artmıstır. Bu çalısma IMF’nin kurulusunda kendisine verilen rolün zaman içinde nasıl değistiğini, özellikle yasanmakta olan küresel mali krizle iliskili olarak ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır.

In this study where is considering discrimination of horizantal intraindustry trade and vertical intra-industry trade, in period 1989-2009, exerting the developments related intra-industry trade in Turkey’s textile sector in order to determine the factors influencing intra-industry trade the regression analysis is made based on the determinants the country characteristics and industry characteristics. According to this analysis, while per capita income and scale economies influence positively the level of intra-industry trade in textile sector, foreign direct investment influence negatively., Yatay endüstri-içi ticaret ve dikey endüstri-içi ticaret ayrımının dikkate alındığı çalışmada, 1989-2009 döneminde, Türkiye’nin tekstil sektöründeki endüstri-içi ticaretle ilgili gelişmeler ortaya konularak, endüstri-içi ticareti etkileyen faktörleri tespit etmek amacıyla ülkeye ve sektöre özgü belirleyicileri esas alan regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Bu analize göre kişi başına düşen gelir ve ölçek ekonomileri tekstil sektöründe endüstri-içi ticaret düzeyini olumlu etkilerken, doğrudan yabancı yatırım olumsuz etkilemektedir.

Bu çalışmada Artvin Orman Bölge Müdürlüğü (OBM)’nde gerçekleştirilen odun hammaddesi üretim çalışmaları mekanizasyon açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Bu amaçla 2004-2009 yılları arasında bölge müdürlüğünde odun hammaddesi üretimi, bölge müdürlüğünün sahip olduğu üretim makineleri, odun hammaddesi üretiminde mekanizasyon kullanım oranı ve bölgedeki kış üretimi incelenmiştir. Sonuçta; Artvin OBM, odun hammaddesi üretim çalışmalarında mekanizasyon kullanımı açısından ülkemizin dikkat çeken bölge müdürlüğü olduğu, son 5 yıl dikkate alındığında bölgede üretilen odun hammaddesinin yaklaşık % 30’unun mekanizasyona dayalı yöntemlerle bölmeden çıkarıldığı belirlenmiştir. Yörede odun hammaddesi üretim çalışmalarında kullanılan üretim makinelerinin ekonomik ömürlerini tamamlaması nedeniyle eskiyen hava hatları ve orman traktörleri yeni model hava hattı ve traktörler alınarak yenilenmesi, makinelerin daha etkin ve ekonomik olarak kullanılması açısından gereklidir. In this paper, timber harvesting operations of Artvin Forest Regional Directorate (FRD) have been evaluated in terms of mechanization. For this purpose, timber harvesting at regional directorate, timber harvesting machinery owned by regional directorate, mechanization ratio in harvesting and winter harvesting in the region between 2004 and 2009 have been examined. As a result, it has been found out that Artvin FRD is one of the remarkable regional directorates of our country in terms of mechanization in timber harvesting operations, and that mechanization ratio is almost 30% on logging of wood raw material. As the harvesting machines used during timber harvesting in the area have completed their economic lives, the skylines and forest tractors worn have to replace with new model skylines and tractors, so that machines can be used more effectively and economically.

Zaman içinde uluslararası finansal sistemde ortaya çıkan değisiklikler ve üye ülkelerde ortaya çıkan finansal sorunları asmak amacıyla uygulanan IMF destekli istikrar programlarının çoğunluğunun basarısız olması, IMF’nin rolünün sorgulanmasına neden olmustur. Günümüzde yasanmakta olan küresel malî krizle birlikte Fon’un kendisine ve üstlendiği rolüne yönelik mevcut elestirilerin dozu artmıstır. Amaç: Pelvik kitle nedeniyle opere edilen ve intraoperatif dönemde frozen inceleme istenilen hastalarda frozen incelemenin benign - malign ayrımı ve lezyonun histolojik tipini belirlemedeki etkinliğini araştırmak. Materyal ve Metot: Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Kliniğinde pelvik-adneksiyal kitle tanısıyla ameliyat edilen 56 hastadan intraoperatif frozen inceleme istendi. Frozen incelemenin dokularda benign - malign ayrımı ve lezyonun histolojik tipini belirlemedeki etkinliğini araştırmak için, frozen incelemenin sensitivitesi, spesivitesi, pozitif prediktif değeri (PPD), negatif prediktif değeri (NPD) ve doğruluk oranları hesaplandı. Bulgular: Toplam 56 hastanın 3 (%5.4)ünde frozen ile benign - malign ayrımında yanlışlık yapıldı. Frozen incelemenin doğruluğu, sensitivite, spesivite, PPD ve NPDleri sırasıyla, %94.6, %76.9, %100, %100 ve %93.4 olarak hesaplandı. Histolojik tipin doğru olarak belirlenmesinde ise frozen incelemede, benign grupta sadece 2 (%4.6), malign grupta ise 3 (%23.1) hastada yanlışlık olduğu saptandı. Histolojik tipin belirlenmesindeki toplam doğruluk oranı %91.1 olarak bulundu. Sonuç: Ovaryan kitlelerde farklı tanılarda cerrahi yaklaşım tamamen farklı olabildiği göz önüne alındığında, frozen inceleme intraoperatif dönemde vazgeçilmez bir tanı yöntemidir., Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of intraoperative frozen section in differentiating benign - malignant lesions and histological type of tumors in patients operated for pelvic mass. Material and Methods: Intraoperative frozen section was evaluated in 56 women, who were operated with the diagnosis of pelvic - adnexal mass in SDU Faculty of Medicine Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic. Accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), and negative predictive value (NPV) for assessing the effectiveness of frozen section in differentiating benign - malignant and the histological type of the lesion were calculated. Results: There were 3 (5.4%) mismatches of benign - malignant differentiation in 56 cases. The accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, PPV and NPV were 94.6%, 76.9%, 100%, 100%, and 93.4%, respectively. Frozen section was misleading in 2 (4.6 %) for benign and 3 (23.1%) for malignant lesions in evaluating the histological type. Total accuracy was 91.1 % for diagnosing the histological type. Conclusion: Frozen section is an essential diagnostic tool considering its impact on changing the whole surgical sketch.

Objective: To investigate prospectively the efficiency of computerized tomography (CT) for evaluation of lymph node invasion in patients with ovarian cancer. Materials and Methods: Fourteen patients with ovarian carcinoma who were operated in our clinic, were included. All women underwent abdominopelvic CT preoperatively. Pelvic-paraaortic lymph nodes were evaluated by CT. A lymph node was considered positive if measured ?1 cm. Postoperative lymph node metastases were histopathologically evaluated. Sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), and negative predictive value (NPV) of CT for lymph node invasion were calculated. Results: In ovarian cancer CT had 33% sensitivity, 75% specificity, 50% PPV, and 60% NPV for predicting any lymph node metastases. Conclusion: Although accuracy of CT for predicting lymph node positivity is relatively low, its preoperative use might be justified as CT gives information about tumor size, localization, and invasion to adjacent organs and is cost-effective when compared to magnetic resonance imaging., Amaç: Over kanserli hastalarda lenf nodu tutulumunun değerlendirilmesinde bilgisayarlı tomografinin (CT) etkinliğini prospektif çalışma ile araştırmak. Materyal ve Metot: Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Kliniğinde ameliyat edilen over kanserli 14 hasta çalışmaya alındı. Tüm hastalara cerrahi öncesinde CT tetkiki çekildi. CT ile pelvik-paraaortik lenf nodları ayrı ayrı değerlendirildi. Lenf nodlarında 1 cm ve üzeri büyüme patolojik kabul edildi. Cerrahi sonrasında elde edilen lenf nodlarının ve dokuların histopatolojik incelemesi ile CT ile saptanan pozitif lenf nodlarının doğruluğu CTnin sensitivite, spesifite, pozitif prediktif değer (PPD) ve negatif prediktif değer (NPD) hesaplanarak araştırıldı. Bulgular: Over kanserinde herhangi bir pozitif lenf nodu tutulumunun belirlenmesi açısından CTnin sensitivitesi %33, spesifitesi %75, PPDi %50 ve NPDi %60 olarak saptandı. Sonuç: CTnin over kanserinde lenf nodu pozitifliğini belirlemede doğruluk oranlarının düşük olmasına rağmen, preoperatif tümörün lokalizasyonu, büyüklüğü ve diğer organlara yayılımının da değerlendirilmesine katkısı ve manyetik rezonans görüntüleme (MRI) yöntemi gibi radyolojik tetkiklerden daha ucuz olmasından dolayı preoperatif kullanımının önemli olduğunu düşünüyoruz.

Amaç: Serviks ve endometrium kanserli hastalarda parametrium ve lenf nodu tutulumunun değerlendirilmesinde bilgisayarlı tomografi (CT) ile magnetik rezonans görüntülemenin (MRI) doğruluğunu karşılaştırmak. Materyal ve Metot: Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Tıp Fak ültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Kliniğinde ameliyat edilen serviks karsinomlu 8 hasta ve endometrium karsinomlu 21 hasta çalışmaya alındı. Tüm hastalara cerrahi öncesinde CT ve MRI çekildi. CT ve MRI ile parametrial tutulum ile pelvik-paraaortik lenf nodlarındaki tutulumlar ayrı ayrı değerlendirildi. Bir santimetre ve üzerindeki lenf nodları patolojik kabul edildi. Cerrahi sonrasında elde edilen lenf nodlarının ve dokuların histopatolojik incelemesi ile CT ve MRI ile saptanan pozitif lenf nodlarının ve parametrial tutulumun doğruluğu CT ve MRIın sensitivite, spesivite, pozitif prediktif değeri (PPD) ve negatif prediktif değeri (NPD) hesaplanarak araştırıldı. Bulgular: CTnin parametrial tutulumu belirlemedeki sensitivitesi %16, spesivitesi %90, PPDi %40 ve NPDi %73; MRIın parametrial tutulumu belirlemedeki sensitivitesi %57, spesivitesi %90, PPDi %66, NPDi %86 idi. Herhangi bir pozitif lenf nodu tutulumunun belirlenmesi açısından CTnin sensitivitesi %25, spesivitesi %94, PPDi %75 ve NPDi %64 olarak saptandı. MRIın ise sensitivitesi %83, spesivitesi %76, PPDi %71 ve NPDi %86 idi. Sonuç: MRIın CTye göre daha az invaziv olması, radyoaktif dalga içermemesi ve serviks-endometrium kanserlerinde lenf nodu pozitifliği ve parametrial tutulumu belirlemede daha yüksek sensitivite oranları nedeniyle preoperatif kullanımının önemli olduğunu, fakat pahalı bir tetkik olması nedeniyle de MRI çekilmesinde seçici davranılması gerektiğini düşünüyoruz., Objective: To compare the efficiency of computerized tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for evaluation of parametrial and lymph node invasion in patients with cervical and endometrium cancer. Materials and Methods: Eight patients with cervical carcinoma and 21 patients with endometrial carcinoma, who were operated in our clinic, were included. All women underwent abdominopelvic CT and MRI preoperatively. Parametrial and pelvic-paraaortic lymph node invasion were evaluated both by CT and MRI. A lymph node was considered positive if measured ?1 cm by imaging techniques. Postoperative parametrial invasion and lymph node metastases were histopathologically evaluated. Sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), and negative predictive value (NPV) of CT and MRI for parametrial and lymph node invasion were calculated. Results: CT had 16% sensitivity, 90% specificity, 40% PPV, and 73% NPV for predicting parametrial invasion and 25% sensitivity, 94% specificity, 75% PPV, and 64% NPV for predicting lymph node metastases. MRI had 57% sensitivity, 90% specificity, 66% PPV, and 86% NPV for predicting parametrial invasion and 83% sensitivity, 76% specificity, 71% PPV, and 86% NPV for predicting lymph node metastases. Conclusion: MRI has higher sensitivity for predicting parametrial invasion and lymph node metastases compared to CT. Although MRI is less invasive with no ionizing radiation, its increased cost compared to CT is a concern.

1990’larda sıklaşan, yaygınlaşan ve etkileri derinleşen ekonomik krizler, bu konuda kendisinden çok şeyler beklenen IMF’in kendisini, rolü ve istikrar programlarını tartışmaların merkezine oturtmuştur. Söz konusu tartışmalar bağlamında bu çalışmada IMF tarafından gelişmekte olan ülkelere önerilen istikrar programlarının kapsamı, amaçları ve söz konusu programların değerlendirilmesinde kullanılan yöntemler belirtildikten sonra bir kısım gelişmekte olan ülkelerin 1994-2000 verileri kullanılarak IMF istikrar programlarının performans sonuçları analiz edilecektir., In 1990s, many developing nations frequently faced to financial crisis. Especially , crisis of East and South-east Asia as of mid-1997, contagion of this crisis to some other developing countries, and thus, tigthening of world trade volume, raised questions about stabilization programs designed by IMF. Not only the stabilization programs but also IMF’s role and functions were at the centre of debates. At this context, our study, having stated contends and objectives of IMF stabilization programs and methods used to evaluate them, and using data from East-asian countries for the period of 1994-2000, analyzes economic performance outcomes of IMF stabilization programs.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, sağlık harcamaları ile ekonomik büyüme arasındaki nedensellik ilişkisinin incelenmesi ve Türkiye örneği üzerinden ortaya konmasıdır. Çalışma kapsamında sağlık sektörü ile ekonomik büyüme arasındaki nedensellik ilişkisinin belirlenmesi ve bu ilişkinin zaman içindeki seyrinin ortaya konması hedeflenmektedir.Hazırlanan bu çalışmada öncelikle beşeri sermaye kavramı ve sağlık ilişkisi üzerinde durulmuştur. Modern ekonomilerde gelişmeyi belirleyen önemli faktörlerden bir tanesi beşeri sermayedir. Beşeri sermayenin asıl kaynağını eğitim oluşturmakla birlikte, toplumun sağlık düzeyi beşeri sermayeyi besleyen ve gelişmesine önemli katkıda bulunan diğer bir unsur olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Toplumun sağlık düzeyi ile ekonomik gelişmişlik arasında yakın bir ilişki söz konusudur.Bir ülkenin sağlık harcamalarının yapısı ortaya konulurken sağlık sistemlerinin belirleyici unsur olması sebebiyle, çalışmada Türkiye?nin sağlık sistemi hakkında bilgi verilmiş daha sonra sistem içerisinde gerçekleştirilen sağlık harcamaları ortaya konmuştur. Sağlık kavramı ve sağlık hizmeti hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiş, günümüzde gelişmiş toplumlarda giderek önem kazanan sağlık ekonomisi hakkında açıklamalarda bulunulmuştur.Çalışmanın asıl konusunu oluşturan sağlık harcamaları ve ekonomik büyüme ilişkisini açıklayabilmek için gayri safi yurtiçi hâsıla, doğuşta yaşam beklentisi, sağlık personeli başına düşen kişi sayısı vb? sağlık göstergelerindeki gelişmeler yıllar itibariyle incelenmiş ve Ekonomik İşbirliği ve Kalkınma Örgütüne üye diğer ülkelerdeki sağlık göstergelerinde meydana gelen gelişmeler ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuç, Türkiye?deki sağlık göstergelerinin pek de iç açıcı olmadığı yönündedir. Çalışmada sağlık harcamaları ile ekonomik büyüme arasındaki ilişki ekonometrik yöntem olan nedensellik analiziyle değerlendirilmiştir. Turkey's health sector and economic growth is used to define the relationship between health sector development and economic growth. In this study primarily focused on the relationship between the human capital and the health concept. In today?s modern economies one of the most important factors that expecting development is human capital. Despite the education constitutes the main source of human capital health level of the community is appears to be another factor that contribute to the development of feeding of human capital. In this direction there is a close relationship between the level of health and the economic development of the society.While defining the structure of a country's health expenditures because of the health systems being determinant factors; the study provides information on the health care system in Turkey and then health expenditures in the system have been revealed. In this study povides general information about the concept of health and health service and made statements about the health economy which is increasingly gaining importance in developed countries.The main subject of the study to explain the relationship between health spending and economic growth in GDP and health indicators like life expectancy at birth, number of persons per health personnel, etc... were examined over the years. And with improvements in health indicators in OECD countries are compared. The relationship between health expenditures and economic growth were evaluated with the causality which is an econometric analysis method. The result is, Turkey's health indicators are not very encouraging. GÜNEŞ ENERJİSİ ÎLE ÇALIŞAN İÇTEN ISITMALI FERMANTASYON TANKINDA BİYOGAZ ÜRETİMİ (Yüksek Lisans Tezi ) Adem YILMAZ GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Temmuz 2003 ÖZET Bu çalışmada 0,2 m3' lük güneş enerjisi ile çalışan içten ısıtmalı fermantasyon tankında 35 °C ve 55 °C fermantasyon sıcaklıklarında tavuk gübresinden biyogaz üretilmiş ve sonuçlar incelenmiştir. Bugüne kadar bu konudaki çalışmalarda fermantasyon tankları 35 °C ye kadar ısıtılmış ve maliyet arttığı için daha yüksek sıcaklıklarda kullanılmamıştır. Bu maksatla çalışmamızda daha yüksek sıcaklıklarda biyogaz üretimi amaçlanmıştır. Daha yüksek sıcaklıktan elde etmek için fermantasyon tankı içerisinde bulunan ısıtıcı ile içten ısıtma yapılmıştır. Yapılan deneylerde, iki ayn fermantasyon sıcaklığındaki veriler tespit edilmiştir ve sonuçlar karşılaştırmıştır. Karşılaştırma sonunda, deney süresince 35 °C fermantasyon sıcaklığında % 58 Metan (CH4 ), % 42 Karbondioksit (C02 )' den oluşan 0,302 m3, 55 °C fermantasyon sıcaklığında % 55 Metan (CH4), % 45 Karbondioksit (C02)' den oluşan 0,344 m3 biyogaz üretildiği tespit edilmiştir. Thesis) Adem YILMAZ GAZI UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY July 2003 ABSTRACT In this study, biogas has been produced from fowl manure at 35 °C and 55 °C fermentation temperatures in the fermentation tank having an internal heating system operating with 0,2 m3 solar energy and the results have been examined. In the studies up to now, fermentation tanks have been heated up to 35 °C and they have not been used in higher temperatures due to the increase in cost price. Thus, biogas production at higher temperature has been aimed in this study. Internal heating has been provided by means of a heater inside the fermentation tank in order to obtain higher temperatures. In the experiments, the data in to different fermentation tanks has been determined and the results have been compared. As a result of the comparison, it has been determined that throughout the experiment at 35 °C fermentation temperature, 0,302 m3 of biogas consisting of 58 % Metan ( CH4), 42 % Carbondioxide (C02) and 55 °C fermentation temperature, 0,344 m3 of biogas composed of 55 % Metan ( CH4), 45 % Carbondioxide (C02) has been produced. Bu araştırmada bodur M 9 ve yan bodur MM 106 elma klon anaçları ile bodur Gisela-5 kiraz klon anaçlarının yeşil çeliklerinin hidroponik sistemde ve şişleme ünitesinde köklenme kabiliyetlerinin ve bitki büyüme düzenleyicilerden EBA'nın ve besin elementlerinden Fe'nin kök oluşumu üzerine etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla 23 Mayıs tarihinde stool-bed sistemi ile çoğaltılan elma anaçları ile 1 yaşlı Gisela-5 kiraz anaçlarının uç sürgünlerinden alınan yeşil çelikler 0, 1000, 2000 ppm IBA uygulandıktan sonra, şişleme ünitesine perlit ortamına dikilmiştir. Hidroponik sistemde ise kontrol, 50 ve 100 ppm IBA ve demir selatin iki ayrı formunu içeren solüsyonlar içerisinde çeliklerin 0,5 cm'lik bazal kısımları temas edecek şekilde sabitlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda hidroponik sistemde çeliklerin köklenme yüzdesi istatistik analize tabi tutulacak kadar yüksek seviyede gerçekleşmemiştir. Şişleme sisteminde en yüksek köklenme oranı %72,22 ile Gisela-5 kiraz anacında gerçekleşmiştir. Bunu sırasıyla MM 106 (%63,88) ve M 9 (%22,22) elma anaçları takip etmiştir. Hidroponik sistemde Docto-fer uygulamasının kök oluşumunu teşvik ettiği gözlenmiştir. Şişleme sisteminde M 9 anacında 1000 ppm IBA, MM 106 ve Gisela-5 anaçlarında ise 2000 ppm IBA uygulamasının köklenmeyi artırdığı tespit edilmiştir., The purpose of this resarch was to obtain rooting ability of M 9 dwarfing and MM 106 semi-dwarfing apple rootstocks and Gisela-5 cherry rootstock and determining of the effects of some plant growth regulators on root formatioa By this aim, green cuttings taken from apical shoots of apple rootstocks in stool-bed layering system and one-year-old Gisela-5 cherry rootstocks, were planted into perlit media in the mist units by using IBA (0, 1000 and 2000 ppm) in 23rd May. As to hydroponic system, 0.1 cm bazal parts of green cuttings were fixed in IBA (0, 50 and 100 ppm) and Fe-EDTA (in two different forms). At the end of the study, the highest percentage of root formation was obtained from the cuttings of Gisela-5 cherry rootstock (72,22%), MM 106 (63,88%) and M 9 (22,22%) apple rootstocks respectively. In hydroponic culture, the percantage of rooted cuttings was not so high as statistically significant. IV On the other hand, it is determined that Fe-EDTA (Docto-fer) application supported the cuttings for rooting in hydroponic culture. In mist units, application of IB A (at 1000 ppm) improved the rooting percentage of M 9 apple rootstock, while 2000 ppm IB A was the best for both MM 106 apple and Gisela-5 cherry rootstocks.
