Aim: Students of all departments that serve patients during their education are in the risk group in terms of parenterally transmitted microorganisms. This study aims to evaluate the knowledge level and serologic status of healthcare students about viral hepatitis and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection. Methods: A sociodemographic questionnaire consisting of 29 questions was applied to 262 students who presented to the medico-social outpatient clinic between January 2015 and December 2020. Additionally, hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), hepatitis B surface antibody (Anti HBs), hepatitis B core antibody (Anti HBc total), hepatitis C virus antibody (Anti HCV), HIV antibody (Anti-HIV) serum levels were investigated. The obtained information was evaluated with descriptive statistics and chi-square test in statistical package for the social sciences package program version 20. Results were given as frequency and percentage. Results: The mean age of the study group (230 female and 32 male) was 21.29 ± 2.2 years. According to the questionnaire, 43.9% of students stated that they had HBV vaccination, while 56.1% of the students stated that they were not vaccinated. The rate of the student who checked antibodies after vaccination was 14.1%. While 74% of students stated that they took lessons about hepatitis risk factors, 26% of students did not take any lessons. According to the laboratory results, Anti HBs positivity was found in 235 students (89.7%). Anti-HBc total positivity was found in 5 students (1.9%). HBsAg positivity was found in 2 students (0.8%). Anti-HCV and Anti-HIV were negative in all our students. Conclusion: Our results indicate that high prevalence of Anti HBs seropositivity among healthcare students. This result can be explained by our successful vaccination program in Turkey. As a preventive medicine perspective, it should be ensured that students studying at these schools should be trained, screened, and guided to become immune.

This study was performed to determine the effects of the densification process and glue type in wood material on dowel tensile performance. For this purpose, 8 mm and 10 mm diameter dowels were obtained from black poplar (Populus nigra) and Eastern spruce (Picea orientalis L.), which were densified at 50% and 75% ratios. The dowels were bonded with PVAc and D-VTKA glue separately after drilling 18 mm deep holes in the edge of the melamine-coated particleboard. The tensile performance test was determined with the Universal test device according to TS 2475 and ASTM-D 1035 principles. As a result, Eastern spruce wood had the highest tensile performance (kg/cm2), and poplar wood had the lowest (173.66). For the dowel diameter parameter, the highest value (195.11) was found at 8 mm in diameter and the lowest value (161.05) was found at 10 mm in diameter. In terms of glue type, the highest value (185.92) was seen at PVAc while the lowest value (170.24) was seen at D-VTKA. And for the densification ratios, the highest value (191.4) was determined at 75%, while the lowest value was found in control samples at (167.4). According to the wood species, densification ratio, dowel diameter and glue type interaction, the highest value was determined at Es + d75% + 10mm + PVAc as (303.5) and the lowest value was found at P + d50% + 10mm + Dv as (110). As a result, where the dowel's high tensile performance is sought, using a 10 mm diameter dowel made from 75% densified spruce wood with PVAc glue may be advantageous.

Araştırmanın amacı, yer hizmetleri çalışanlarının iletişim doyumu ve duygusal bağlılık ilişkisinde kurumsal itibarın aracı rolünü belirlemek ve iletişim doyumunun demografik değişkenlere göre istatistiki olarak farklılık gösterip göstermediğini saptamaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda; Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren TGS Yer Hizmetleri A.Ş., Çelebi Hava Servisi A.Ş. ve Havaalanları Yer Hizmetleri A.Ş. şirketlerinde aktif olarak 213 iş görenden online anket yöntemiyle veri elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen bu veriler güvenirlik, korelasyon, basit doğrusal regresyon, çoklu varyans analizi, bağımsız örneklem t testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi ile test edilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen güvenirlik analizi sonucunda araştırmada kullanılan ölçeklerin yüksek iç tutarlılığa sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Regresyon analizleri sonucunda; iletişim doyumu ile duygusal bağlılık arasında, iletişim doyumu ile kurumsal itibar arasında, kurumsal itibar ile duygusal bağlılık arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunduğu ayrıca iletişim doyumu ve duygusal bağlılık arasındaki ilişki üzerinde kurumsal itibarın tam aracılık etkisinin olduğu belirlenmiştir. İletişim doyumundaki 1 birimlik artış duygusal bağlılık üzerinde 0.322 birimlik bir artışı, iletişim doyumundaki 1 birimlik artış kurumsal itibar üzerinde 0.699 birimlik bir artışı kurumsal itibardaki 1 birimlik artış duygusal bağlılık üzerinde 0.434 birimlik bir artışı gerçekleştirdiği ortaya çıkmıştır. Gerçekleştirilen farklılık analizleri sonucunda; İletişim doyumunun cinsiyete ve medeni duruma göre anlamlı bir farklılık gösterdiği, çalışanların yaşına, eğitim durumuna, çalışma süresine, çalışma departmanına ve çalışanların unvanlarına göre ise istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık göstermediği tespit edilmiştir.

SS-18 TIP 2 DIYABETES MELLITUS HASTALARINDA 25-(OH) D VITAMINI DÜZEYI MIKROALBÜMINÜRI VE DIYABETIN SEYRI ILE ILIŞKILI MIDIR? ZEYNEB İREM YÜKSEL SALDUZ, ACLAN ÖZDER BEZMIALEM TIP FAKÜLTESI AILE HEKIMLIĞI ANABILIM DALI Amaç: 25-(OH) D vitamini (VD) eksikliği birçok çalışmada Tip 2 Diyabetes Mellitusun (Tip 2 DM) ortaya çıkan komplikas yonları için önemli bir risk faktörü olarak tanımlanmıştır (1,2). Çalışmamızın amacı VD düzeyleri ile Tip 2 DM seyrinde ortaya çıkan albuminüri seviyesi arasındaki ilişkinin değerlendirilmesidir. Gereç-Yöntem: Çalışma kesitsel, tek merkezli, retrospektif olarak planlandı. Temmuz 2019-Aralık 2019 tarihleri arasında Bezmialem Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi Aile Hekimliği polikliniğine ayaktan başvuran Tip 2 DM hastalarının sosyodemografik ve laboratuvar verileri elektronik hasta sisteminden tarandı. 148 hasta çalışmaya alındı. Hastalar VD düzeylerine göre ikiye ayrıldı. 25-(OH) D vitamini 20 ng/mL’ nin altında olanlar VD eksikliği olan grup; grup 1, 25-(OH) D vitamini 20 ng/mL’ nin üzerinde olanlar VD eksikliği olmayan grup; grup 2 olarak sınıflandırıldı. Hastaların Glukoz, Üre, Kreatinin, Kan üre azotu (BUN), Glomeruler filtrasyon hızı (GFR), Alanin aminotransferaz (ALT), Aspartat aminotransferaz (AST), LDL koles terol (LDL-C), HDL kolesterol (HDL-C), Trigliserid (TG), Total kolesterol, HbA1c ve hemogram parametre değerleri olarak Lökosit sayısı (WBC), Eritrosit sayısı (RBC), Trombosit sayısı (PLT), Hemoglobin (Hgb), Hematokrit (Hct), Nötrofil mutlak sayısı (Neut), Lenfosit mutlak sayısı (Lymph), Ortalama eritrosit hacmi (MCV), Ortalama trombosit hacmi (MPV), Vitamin B 12 (Vit B12), Ferritin, Tiroid stimülan hormon (TSH), 25-(OH) D vitamini, mikroalbüminüri düzeyi grup 1 ve grup 2 arasında karşılaştırıldı. Vitamin D seviyeleri ve albüminüri arasındaki ilişki incelendi. Bulgular: Çalışmaya 148 hasta dahil edildi. Hastaların yaş ortalaması 56,58±9,76 idi. 70 hasta erkek, 78 hasta kadındı. Tüm hastaların VD ortalaması 22,80±17,84 ve HbA1c ortalaması 7,56±1,65 bulundu. D vitamini 20 ng/mL’ nin altında 76, üzerinde 72 hastamız vardı. D vitamini 20 ng/mL’ nin altındaki grup 1 hastalarımızda; LDL-C, Total Kol, HbA1c, Lenfosit sayısı, mikroalbuminüri düzeyi anlamlı derecede yüksek bulundu. (p

SS-08 COVID SONRASI HASTALARIN SEMPTOM VE LABORATUVAR BULGULARININ DEĞERLENDIRILMESI; COVID (-), YORGUNLUK (+) ZEYNEB İREM YÜKSEL SALDUZ, ACLAN ÖZDER BEZMIALEM TIP FAKÜLTESI AILE HEKIMLIĞI ANABILIM DALI Amaç: Covid-19 enfeksiyonu aktif hastalık seyrinde olduğu gibi iyileşme sonrası dönemde de birçok faklı klinik bulgu ve laboratuvar verisiyle karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Çalışmamızda, hastanemize Post Covid şikayetlerle başvuran hastaların semptom ve bulgularının analizi amaçlanmıştır. Gereç-Yöntem: Çalışma kesitsel, tek merkezli, retrospektif olarak planlandı. Ocak-Mart 2022 tarihleri arasında Bezmi alem Tıp Fakültesi Aile Hekimliği polikliniğine başvuran; son üç ay içinde Covid + olduğu kanıtlanmış 32 hasta çalışmaya alındı. Hastaların sosyodemografik ve laboratuvar verileri, aşılanma durumları, ek hastalıkları, Covid sürecinde ilaç ku lanım öyküleri elektronik hasta sisteminden tarandı. Bulgular: Hastaların 18’i (%56,3) aşılı iken, 14’ü (%43,7) aşısızdı. Aşılıların 2’si (%6,3) bir, 9’u (%28,1) iki, 7’si (%21,9) üç aşı yaptırmıştı. Aşı tercihlerine bakıldığında 3 (%9,4) kişi Sinovac, 15 (%46,9) kişi Biontech, 1 (%3,1) kişi Turco vac aşısını yaptırmıştı. Hastaların 24’ü (%75) Covid esnasında ilaç almazken, 8’i (%25) ilaç desteği almıştı. İlaç kul lanım durumları değerlendirildiğinde; 4 (%12,5) hasta D vitamini, 3 (%9,4) hasta C vitamini, 2 (%6,3) hasta Selenyum, 2 (%6,3) hasta Antibiyotik, 1 (%3,1) hasta Asetil salisilik asit, 1 (%3,1) hasta Çinko, 1 (%3,1) hasta Demir tedavisi kul lanmıştı. Post Covid dönemde yorgunluk 30 (%93,8) hastayı etkileyen en önemli şikayet idi. Bunu 6 (%18,8) hasta ka rın ağrısı ile, 5 (%15,6) hasta miyalji ile, 5 (%15,6) hasta öksürük ile takip ediyordu. Bu süreçte 3’er hasta da (%9,4) terleme ve çarpıntı yakınmalarıyla başvurdu. Tansiyon yükselmesi ile başvuran 1 (%3,1), unutkanlık ile başvuran 1 (%3,1) ve tırnak kırılmaları ve saç dökülmesi ile başvuran 1 (%3,1) hastamız oldu. Hastaların ek hastalıkları sor gulandığında; 6 (%18,8) hastada Hipertansiyon, 1 (%3,1) hastada Diyabet, 1 (%3,1) hastada Hipotiroidi, 1 (%3,1) has tada Protein S eksikliği mevcuttu. Genel sosyodemografik ve laboratuvar verilerinin analizi Tablo 1’de verilmiştir. Hastalar gruplara ayrıldığında; Aşılaması olan gruptaki hastaların Covid sürecinde %38,8’i ilaç kullanmışken, aşılaması olamayan hastaların %7,1 ilaç kullanmıştı (p=0,04). Ek hastalığı olan gruptaki hastaların %28,6’sının D vitamini düşükken, ek hastalığı bulunmayan gruptaki hastaların %84’ünün D vitamini düşüktü (p=0,004). D vitamini düzeyi düşük (20 ng/ml) gruptaki hastaların yaş ortalaması 46±10 idi (p=0,036). D vitamini düşük grupta miyalji şikayeti %95,6 oranında görülürken, D vitamini normal grupta bu oran % 55,5 idi (p=0,005). Sonuç: Covid-19 enfeksiyonu sonrası gerilemeyen yorgunluk halinin en sık şikayet olduğu akılda tutulmalıdır. Bu şikayeti destekleyen miyalji ile başvuran hastaların özellikle D vitamini düşük grupta kümelenmesi koruyucu hekimlikte D vita mininin önemini bir kez daha vurgulamaktadır. Bilinguals tend to produce more co-speech hand gestures to compensate for reduced communicative proficiency when speaking in their L2. We here investigated L1-Turkish and L2-English speakers’ gesture use in an emotional context. We specifically asked whether and how (1) speakers gestured differently while retelling L1 versus L2 and positive versus negative narratives and (2) gesture production during retellings was associated with speakers’ later subjective emotional intensity ratings of those narratives. We asked 22 participants to read and then retell eight emotion-laden narratives (half positive, half negative; half Turkish, half English). We analysed gesture frequency during the entire retelling and during emotional speech only (i.e., gestures that co-occur with emotional phrases such as “happy”). Our results showed that participants produced more representational gestures in L2 than in L1; however, they used more representational gestures during emotional content in L1 than in L2. Participants also produced more co-emotional speech gestures when retelling negative than positive narratives, regardless of language, and more beat gestures co-occurring with emotional speech in negative narratives in L1. Furthermore, using more gestures when retelling a narrative was associated with increased emotional intensity ratings for narratives. Overall, these findings suggest that (1) bilinguals might use representational gestures to compensate for reduced linguistic proficiency in their L2, (2) speakers use more gestures to express negative emotional information, particularly during emotional speech, and (3) gesture production may enhance the encoding of emotional information, which subsequently leads to the intensification of emotion perception., James S. Motor takozu braketleri araçlarda motor takozunun şasi ile bağlantısını sağlamak için kullanılan yapısal parçalardır. Mekanik yüklere maruz kalan braketin yükler altında çalışması sürüş güvenliği açısından önemlidir. Sert emisyon kuralları araç üreticilerini daha hafif araç üretimine zorlamaktadır. Bu durumda parça tasarımı yapılırken minimum ağırlıkta maksimum dayanımda ürünler tasarlanması gerekmektedir. Bu tez çalışmasında braket modeli üzerinde sonlu elemanlarla analiz yöntemi kullanılarak parçanın analizi yapılmış ve maksimum gerilme değeri bulunmuştur. Topoloji optimizasyonu yapılarak minimum ağırlık maksimum dayanıma sahip braket geometrisinin elde edilmesinde analiz hesapsal yükünden doğan maliyetlerin yapay sinir ağları kullanımı ile azaltılması amaçlanmıştır. En iyi geometrinin elde edilmesi amacıyla topoloji optimizasyonu şekil optimizasyonu uygulanmak üzere 3 adet tasarım değişkeni belirlenmiştir. Tasarım değişkenlerinin alt ve üst sınırı belirlenerek Latin Hiper Küp metodu yöntemiyle oluşturulan 25 farklı sonlu elemanlarla analiz senaryosu belirlenmiştir ve analizler yapılmıştır. Analiz sonuçları yapay sinir ağ yapısının oluşturulması için veri olarak kullanılmıştır. Girdi olarak tasarım değişkenleri çıktı olarak ise analiz sonuçları belirtilmiştir. 3 adet farklı eğitim algoritması sırasıyla Leverberg-Marquardt, Bayesian Regularization ve Scaled Conjugate Gradient kullanılmıştır. Bu eğitim algoritmanın sonuçları tahmin yetenekleri kıyaslanmıştır. Bu çalışma için Bayesian Regularization kullanılmasının daha uygun olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Yapay sinir ağlar ile çözümleme zamanı ve hazırlama zamanı yüksek sonlu elemanlar analizlerinden tasarruf edilerek %1- 3 hata payı ile tahminler modeli oluşturulmuştur. Böylece çok veya tek amaçlı yapısal tasarım optimizasyon çalışmalarında gerekli analizlerin yapılması nedeniyle karşılaşılan hesapsal maliyet yükünün yapay sinir ağları tahmin yaklaşımı ile önlenebileceği gösterilmiştir. Özellikle karmaşık yapısal tasarım ve şekil optimizasyon süreçlerinde sebep olduğu maliyetler giderilmiş olmaktadır. Engine mount brackets are structural parts used in vehicles in order to connect the engine mount with the car chasis. It is important for driving safety that the bracket, which is exposed to mechanical loads and it must work without breaking under loads. Strict emission rules force vehicle manufacturers to produce lighter vehicles. In this case, while designing the part, it is necessary to design products with minimum weight and maximum strength. In this study, the analysis of the part has been executed by finite element analysis method and the maximum stress value has been defined on bracket 3D model. It is aimed to reduce the costs arising from the analysis computational load by using artificial neural networks in obtaining the bracket geometry with minimum weight and maximum strength by making topology optimization.. In order to obtain the best geometry, 3 design variables were determined to apply shape optimization. The lower and upper boundries of the design variables have been defined and 25 different analyis scenario, which has been determined by Latin Hypercub method, have been run by finite element analysis. The analysis results have been used as data for the the artificial neural network structure. The design variables have been used as an input and the results of the finite element analysis have been used as an output. Three different training algorithms, Leverberg-Marquardt, Bayesian Regularization and Scaled Conjugate Gradient has been used, respectively. The predictive capabilities of these training algorithms have been compared. It has been observed that Bayesian Regularization is more suitable for this study. With artificial neural networks, the analysis time and preparation time are saved and the deviation is 1- 3% from finite element analysis. Thus, it has been shown that the computational cost burden encountered due to the necessary analysis in multi- or single-purpose structural design optimization studies can be avoided with the artificial neural network estimation approach. Especially the cost which the main cause is complex design and shape optimization process, has been decreased.

There are many viruses that infect pepper and limit its production. Among these viruses, Tomato spotted wilt tospovirus (TSWV) infects crops in 35 plant families that are economically important, including pepper. In the present study; totaly 156 leaf samples were collected, including 57 from pepper plants showing virus-like symptoms and 99 from weeds and/or plants other than peppers in and around the greenhouse, through surveys carried out in pepper greenhouses in Kumluca district of Antalya province, from September to December 2020. Then, the plant leaf samples were tested to determine TSWV infections by the Double Antibody Sandwich Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (DAS-ELISA) method. According to result of the tests, it was determined that 55.76% of the tested leaf samples were infected with TSWV, while this rate was determined as 96.49% for pepper samples and 32.32% for other plant samples. During the survey studies, it was revealed that the leaf samples of 13 out of 31 weed and different plant species except pepper were infected with at least one of the viruses. In addition, pepper plants showing symptoms TSWV-like symptoms in pepper greenhouses were counted during the survey, and the prevalence of this virus disease was calculated on the basis of Kumluca district and neighborhoods. As a result of these calculations, the prevalences of TSWV; for Kumluca, Mavikent, Beykonak, Salur, Hacıveliler, Adrasan, Merkez, and Kavakköy were determined as 26.93%, 26.92%, 32.27%, 20.66%, 21.13%, 17.66%, 13%, and 25%, respectively.
