Fransız göstergebilimci Roland Barthes’ın yapısalcılıktan postyapısalcılığa doğru seyreden göstergebilimsel serüveni, metinlerin anlam üretme dinamiklerini açıklamada kurucu zeminin farklılaşmasına neden olan “anlamlılığın kaynağı ve dayanağı” sorununun ve dolayısıyla gösterge birlikteliklerinin anlamlı dizgelere dönüşme sürecinin gözlemlenebilmesine uygun bir düzlem sunar. Yapısalcılığın ilkeleriyle yola çıkan Barthes, kendi kuramsal ve entelektüel yolculuğunda ilerledikçe yapısalcılığın sınırlarını zorlamaya başlar; ondan büsbütün kopmadan dışına çıkmayı dener. Barthes’ın serüveni boyunca metinlerarasılığın giderek önemini artırması, anlamlandırma etkinliğinde anlamlandıran tarafı öne çıkaran bir bakış açısına duyulan ihtiyacı hissedilir kılar. Söz konusu gereksinime karşılık vermenin sonuçlarını gözlemlemek niyetiyle bu makalede Barthes’ın serüveni, yapısalcı dil biliminden felsefî hermeneutiğe uzanan çeşitli referans noktaları bağlamında tartışılmış, bu kapsamda Barthes’ın yapısalcı gösterge bilimi örnekçesi (1966), “alımlama” ve “alımlayıcı” kavramları ışığında yeniden yorumlanmıştır.&nbsp

İki aşama olarak tasarlanan bu tez çalışmasının ilk aşamasında Hans-Georg Gadamer’in hermeneutik anlayışı etrafında işlediği “anlamak” ve “yorumlamak” ilişkisi üzerinden bir anlambilimsel anlamlama tanımı yapılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu yolla hermeneutiğe dayalı bir anlambilimin imkânı araştırılmıştır. Disiplinlerarası eklemleme denemesinin neticesinde birtakım anlambilimsel ölçütlere ulaşılmıştır. Tezin ilk üç bölümünü kapsayan birinci aşamanın “Anlambilim Kavram Alanı” adlı ilk bölümünde “anlam” kavramının felsefe ve bilim tarihi boyunca geçirdiği değişim ele alınmıştır. “Yorumbilim Kavram Alanı” adlı ikinci bölümde ise “hermeneutik” kavramının tarihsel süreçteki gelişimi incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde Anlambilimsel anlamlama ile Gadamer’in hermeneutik anlayışının bir eklemlenmesi yapılmaya çalışılmıştır.Tezin ikinci aşamasında ise elde edilen ölçütler doğrultusunda Oruç Aruoba’nın “Uzak” adlı eserinin “Özlem Çekene Kılavuz” adlı bölümü üzerine örnek bir anlambilimsel inceleme gerçekleştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. İnceleme sürecinde ele alınan metin alımlayıcı yorumlamaya tâbi tutulmuştur. Yorumlamanın neticesinde metin dâhilindeki sözcükler üzerine tanımlamalar gerçekleştirilerek yeniden anlamlandırmaları yapılmaya çalışılmıştır. Yeniden anlamlandırılan sözcükler için bir sözlük hazırlanmıştır. In the first stage of this thesis, which was designed as two stages, a semantic signification definition was tried to be made over the relation of "understanding" and "interpreting" that Hans-Georg Gadamer worked around hermeneutics. In this way, the possibility of a semantics based on hermeneutics was investigated. As a result of the interdisciplinary articulation experiment, some semantic criteria have been reached. In the first part of the first phase, which includes the first three parts of the thesis, named "Semantic Concept Field", the change that the concept of "meaning" has undergone throughout the history of philosophy and science has been discussed. In the second part, named "Hermeneutics Concept Field", the development of the concept of "hermeneutics" in the historical process has been examined. In the third chapter, it has been tried to articulate semantic signification with Gadamer's hermeneutic theory.In the second stage of the thesis, a sample semantic study was tried to be carried out on the part named "Özlem Çekene Kılavuz" of Oruç Aruoba's work "Uzak" in line with the obtained criteria. The text handled during the review process was subjected to receptive interpretation. As a result of the interpretation, definitions were made on the words in the text and they were tried to be re-meaning. A dictionary has been prepared for re-meaning words.

Utilizing renewable energy resources to meet energy needs allows the reduction of environmental problems and the transfer of resources used for energy generation to future generations. The increasing interest of societies in environmental problems has contributed to form the energy policies of the states and investments in energy production by using renewable energy resources have accelerated. Although the costs of clean energy obtained from the renewable energy sources have decreased, it is still an expensive technology compared to fossil fuels. High cost is a factor that reduces the transformation rate. Although the decreasing costs of some renewable energy technologies are very close to the cost of generating energy from fossil fuels, many renewable energy technologies are still not at a competitive level. In the international institutions such as the United Nations and the European Union, decisions have been taken to encourage renewable energy generation technologies against the lower cost fossil fuel sources and certain targets have been set. The fact that the capital required to produce clean energy is met only by the states is a factor that reduces the investment rate. The administrations have adopted the method of sharing the financial burden of the energy transformation by providing incentives to individuals and organizations that want to invest in clean energy. States develop different policies for transition to renewable energy sources in energy production, depending on their geographical conditions, economic and technological infrastructure. In this study, the overall situation of renewable energy sources and incentives for electric energy production from these sources in different countries and in Turkey, has been discussed., Enerji ihtiyacımızı karşılarken yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarından faydalanmak, çevresel sorunların azalmasını ve enerji üretimi için kullanılan kaynakların gelecek nesillere aktarılmasına imkân sağlamaktadır. Toplumların çevresel sorunlara ilgisinin artması, devletlerin enerji politikalarının şekillenmesine katkı sağlamış ve enerji verimliliği ile beraber yenilenebilir enerji kaynakları kullanılarak enerji üretimi konusunda yatırımlar hız kazanmıştır. Yenilenebilir enerji kaynakları kullanılarak elde edilen temiz enerjinin maliyetleri her ne kadar azalmışsa da fosil yakıtlarla karşılaştırıldığında hala pahalı bir teknolojidir. Maliyet yüksekliği dönüşüm hızını düşüren bir etken olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bazı yenilenebilir enerji teknolojilerinin düşen maliyetleri fosil yakıtlarla enerji üretim maliyetlerine çok yakın olsalar da hala birçok teknoloji rekabet edebilecek seviyede değildir. Birleşmiş Milletler ve Avrupa Birliği gibi Uluslararası kurumlarda, üye devletlerin ortak kararları ile fosil yakıtların düşük maliyetlerine karşı, yenilenebilir enerji üretim teknolojilerinin teşvik edilmesi kararları alınmış ve belli hedefler konulmuştur. Temiz enerji üretimi için ihtiyaç olan sermayenin salt devletler tarafından karşılanması yatırım hızını düşüren bir etken olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Yönetimler temiz enerjiye yatırım yapmak isteyen kişi ve kuruluşlara teşvikler sağlayarak enerji dönüşümünün mali yükünü paylaşma yöntemini benimsemiştir. Devletler coğrafi koşulları, ekonomik ve teknolojik altyapılarına bağlı olarak enerji üretiminde yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarına geçiş için farklı politikalar geliştirmektedir. Bu çalışmada farklı ülkelerde ve Türkiye’de yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarının genel durumu ve bu kaynaklardan elektrik enerjisi üretimi için verilen teşvik yöntemleri incelenmektedir.

Throughout the history of technological development, production is expected to bring more output with less cost perpetually. In order to compete in ever-changing market conditions, it is an inevitable requirement to increase productivity and reduce costs. As a result of the efforts to respond to this need, industrial robots emerged in the production systems. The aim of this contribution is to give a focus on the virtual reality technology usage with offline robot programming and to emphasize its advantages on design, programming and commissioning phases of robotic production lines. This paper presents application of a virtual reality tool in aid of robot programmer in industrial robot station environment. The proposed system aims to provide information in industrial robot station as well as to enhance the robot programmer concentration in the safety mechanisms in industrial workspace. The proposed virtual reality application in industrial robot station has been applied to a case study from the automation sector, resulting in enhanced robot programmer integration with the industrial environment.

Basketball competitions are one of the most watched sports activities in the world. As a result of this popularity, information technologies are frequently used in basketball. With the development of statistics and data storage systems, parameters such as match statistics, player properties can now be stored very easily. The prediction of the competition result is important in that it provides information to people before the competition. While there are studies on American basketball leagues in this topic, there are few studies on European basketball leagues. As a first in the literature in this study, results of competitions for Turkish Men's Basketball Super League game prediction were examined by using Four Factor model, DefenseOfense model and machine learning methods together. Accordingly, the matches played between 2017-2018 were used as data set and examined together with the Four Factor model. Popular machine learning methods; kNN, Logistic Regression, Multilayer Perceptron, Naive Bayes, j48 and Voting were used and the results were evaluated. As a result, 96.55% predicted success was achieved., Basketbol maçları dünyada en çok izlenen spor aktivitelerinden birisidir. Bu popülerlik sonucunda basketbol sporunda bilgi teknolojileri sık sık kullanılmaktadır. İstatistik ve veri depolama sistemlerinin gelişmesiyle maç istatistikleri, oyuncu özellikleri gibi parametreler artık çok kolay saklanabilmektedir. Müsabaka sonucu tahmini insanlara müsabaka öncesi bilgi vermesi açısından önemlidir. Müsabaka sonucu tahmini ile ilgili olarak Amerikan basketbol ligleri üzerine çalışmalar mevcut iken Avrupa basketbolu ligleri üzerine çalışmaların sayısı azdır. Literatürde bir ilk olarak bu çalışmada, müsabaka sonucu tahmini için Türkiye Erkekler Basketbol Süper Ligi maçları Dört Faktör ve DefansOfans modeli ile makine öğrenmesi yöntemleri beraber kullanılarak ele alınmıştır. Buna göre 2017-2018 tarihlerinde oynanan maçlar veri seti olarak kullanılmış ve Dört Faktör modeli ile birlikte incelenmiştir. Popüler makine öğrenmesi yöntemleri olan kNN, Lojistik Regresyon, Çok Katmanlı Algılayıcı, Naive Bayes, j48 ve Oylama ile kullanılmış ve çıkan sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak %96,55’lik tahmin başarısı yakalanmıştır.

Bu çalışmada, üç farklı kökenli (magmatik, metamorfik ve sedimanter) kayaçta farklı çevresel koşulların (kuru, doygun, donmuş,termal şok ve termal yaşlandırma) bazı fiziko-mekanik özelliklere ve kırılma tokluğu değerlerine etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Tez çalışmasının ilk aşamasında kayaçların doğal durumdaki fiziksel, kimyasal, mekanik, mineralojik ve petrografik özellikleri tayin edilmiştir. İkinci aşamada kayaçlar koşulları önceden belirlenen çevresel koşullara belirli sürelerde maruz bırakılarak yaşlandırılmış ve kayaçlar üzerinde bazı fiziko-mekanik testler (tek eksenli basınç dayanımı, nokta yükleme dayanımı, Brazilian çekme dayanımı, Schmidt sertlik, ultrasonik dalga hızı) ile yarı dairesel eğilme dayanımı tekniği uygulanarak kırılma tokluğu deneyleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Üçüncü aşamada, basit, çoklu regresyon analizleri ve yapay sinir ağı modellemeleri kullanılarak fiziko-mekanik özelliklerden kırılma tokluğu değerlerini tahmin edecek modeller geliştirilmiştir.Kayaçların fiziko-mekanik özelliklerini en çok zayıflatan ortam koşulunun termal şok uygulaması olduğu belirlenmiştir. Donmuş koşulda ise kayaçların fiziko-mekanik özelliklerinde ve kırılma tokluğu değerlerinde artış gözlenmiştir. Geliştirilen basit regresyon modellerinde nokta yükleme dayanımı ve Brazilian çekme dayanımının kırılma tokluğunu en iyi tahminleyen mekanik özellik olduğu R2 değerlerinin 0.97'nin üzerinde olmasından anlaşılmıştır. Modellerin performansları RMSE, MAE ve MAPE değerleri ile kontrol edildiğinde % 10'un altında olduğundan başarılı kabul edilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Kaya mekaniği, kırılma tokluğu, kırılma enerjisi, çevresel koşul, yarı dairesel eğilme testi, tek eksenli basınç dayanımı In this study, it was aimed to determine the effects of different environmental conditions (dry, saturated, frozen, thermal shock and thermal aging) on some physico-mechanical properties and fracture toughness values of rocks from three different origins (i.e, magmatic, metamorphic and sedimentary).In the first stage, the physical, chemical, mechanical, mineralogical and petrographic properties of rocks were determined. In the second stage, the rocks are aged by exposing them to pre-determined environmental conditions for a certain period of time and then, some physico-mechanical tests (uniaxial compressive strength, point load strength, Brazilian tensile strength, Schmidt hardness, ultrasonic wave velocity) and semi-circular bending strength were applied on the aged rocks. In the third stage, models were developed to predict fracture toughness values from physico-mechanical properties using simple, multiple regression analysis and artificial neural network modeling.It was determined that the thermal shocking was the most weakening application among environmental conditions for physico-mechanical properties of rocks. In frozen condition it was observed that physico-mechanical properties and fracture toughness values of rocks increased. In the improved simple regression models, point load strength and Brazilian tensile strength were the best estimated mechanical properties of the fracture toughness as the R2 values greater than 0.97 were obtained. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Kütahya-Bolkardağı Kuşağındaki Yükselen Mahallesi (Konya) güneydoğusunda dar bir alanı örten Geç Silüriyen-Orta Devoniyen yaşlı Bozdağ formasyonu kireçtaşlarının elementsel ve izotopik jeokimyasının çalışılmasıdır. Bozdağ formasyonu karbonatları, bölgede birimin tabanında dolomitleşme sergilerken, inceleme alanımızda hiç dolomit içermemekte ve saf kireçtaşları şeklinde gözlenmektedir. Bozdağ formasyonu kireçtaşlarının ana ve iz element özellikleri, önemsiz derecede diyajenetik alterasyonu ve önemsiz miktarda terijen girdisini göstermektedir. Bozdağ kireçtaşı örneklerinin Mn/Sr oranı, 0.2 ile 1.4 arasında değişmekte olduğundan, izotop değerleri orijinal deniz suyu özelliklerini korumuşlardır. Bozdağ kireçtaşı örneklerinin K/Rb oranları (0.0083 – 0.083) oldukça düşük olup, herhangi bir metamorfizma etkisi göstermemektedir. Bozdağ kireçtaşı örneklerinin TiO2 ile K2O, K2O ile Al2O3, TiO2 ile Al2O3 arasındaki güçlü pozitif korelasyonlar, TiO2 ve K2O'in başlıca aluminosilikat klastiklerinden (killerden) alındığını belirtmektedir. Bozdağ kireçtaşı örneklerinin Sr/Ba – Sr/Rb diyagramındaki değerlendirilmeleri sonucu, bütün örnekler kontinental marjin denizel ortamdaki çökelmeyi sergilemişlerdir. Bozdağ kireçtaşı örneklerinin Al2O3 ile Fe2O3 ve MnO'in korelasyonları sırasıyla düşük ve çok çok düşük olması, Fe ve Mn'ın büyük oranda denizel havzadan kaynaklanmakla birlikte, kısmen de killerden kaynaklandığını belirtmektedir. Bozdağ kireçtaşı örneklerinde gözlenen terijen girdinin kaynağı, ağırlıklı olarak felsik olmakla birlikte, karışık provenanstan kaynaklanmaktadır. Bozdağ kireçtaşı örneklerindeki karasal girdinin kaynağı, nemli ve kurak iklim bölgesini belirttiğinden, Bozdağ kireçtaşlarının çökelimi sırasında havzaya gelen terijen malzeme iklimsel değişimleri (humid - arid) ifade etmektedir. Bozdağ formasyonu kireçtaşlarının toplam nadir toprak elementleri Si, Al, K, Zr, Th gibi elementlerce güçlü pozitif korelasyon, Ca ile güçlü negatif korelasyon göstermesi, nadir toprak element içeriğinin karbonat safhasıyla ilişkili olmayıp, detritik silikatlar ve alumino-silikat girdileri ile ilişkili olduğunu belgelemektedir. Bozdağ kireçtaşı örneklerinin Ce değerleri, gerçek negatif değerler olduğundan transgresif karbonat çökelimini ve oksikden ziyade anoksik ortamdaki çökelmeyi belirtmektedir. Erken Silüriyen'den – Geç Devoniyen'e kadar geçen sürenin bölgede buzul arası evre olması da transgresif gelişimi desteklemektedir. Bozdağ kireçtaşı örneklerinin Ce anomalisi ile Fe2O3 ve MnO arasında pozitif korelasyon sergilemesi, örneklerde hidrotermal etkinin olmadığını göstermektedir. Ayrıca, Bozdağ kireçtaşı örneklerindeki Ce anomali değerlerinin 0.13 ile 0.43 arasında gözlenmesi de deniz suyu özelliğini yansıtmaktadır. Bozdağ formasyonu kireçtaşlarının Y/Ho oranları, açık deniz suyu standardından (60-90) nispeten daha düşük bir ortalama değerine (48) sahip olması, Bozdağ kireçtaşlarının depolanması sırasında tatlı su süspanse yükünün ve/veya rüzğar esinti tozlarının etkili bir şekilde karıştığını belirtmektedir. Bu değerler ayrıca, su seviyesindeki bir miktar dalgalanmayı da ifade etmektedir. Bozdağ kireçtaşı örneklerinde δO18 ve δC13 izotop değerleri ile Mn/Sr oranları arasında herhangi bir korelasyon gözlenmemesi, kireçtaşı örneklerinin orijinal değerlerini koruduklarını ve diyajenezden dolayı önemli bir alterasyona uğramadıklarını belirtmektedir. Bozdağ kireçtaşı örneklerinde gözlenen δC13 değerlerinin tümüyle pozitif olması ve değerlerde az bir dalgalanma göstermesi, Geç Silüriyen – Orta Devoniyen denizinin biyolojik üretkenliğinde önemli bir değişim olmadığını; değerlerdeki pozitif düşüş ve artışların rüzĝar esinti (eoliyen) sedimanlarının girdisi nedeniyle gerçekleştiğini düşündürmekte olup, istifin orta ve üst bölümündeki nispeten sabit (hafif dalgalanmalı) δC13 değerleri, hem duraylı ortamsal koşulları (ışık, sıcaklık, vb.) hem de duraylı bir biyo-üretkenlik periyodunu göstermektedir. The aim of this study, which was conducted in the study area covering a narrow area in the southeast of Yükselen District (Konya, Turkey) in the Kütahya-Balkardağı Belt, is to determine elemental and isotopic geochemistry of the Late Silurian-Middle Devonian aged the Bozdağ Formation limestones. While Bozdağ formation carbonates show dolomitization at the base of the unit in the region, they do not contain any dolomite in our study area and are observed as pure limestones. The main and trace element characteristics of the Bozdağ Formation limestones show insignificant diagenetic alteration and an insignificant amount of terigen input. Because the Mn/Sr ratio of the Bozdağ limestone samples ranged from 0.2 to 1.4, the isotope values retained their original seawater characteristics. The K/Rb ratios of the Bozdağ limestone samples (0.0083-0.083) are quite low and do not show any metamorphism effect. The strong positive correlations between TiO2 and K2O, K2O and Al2O3, TiO2 and Al2O3 show that TiO2 and K2O are mainly from aluminosilicate clastics (clays). As a result of the evaluation of the Bozdağ limestone samples in the Sr/Ba-Sr/Rb diagram, all samples exhibited precipitation in the continental margin marine environment. The correlations of Al2O3 with Fe2O3 and MnO in the Bozdağ Formation limestones are low and very low, respectively. This indicates that Fe and Mn originate mainly from marine basins, but partly from clays. The source of the terigen input observed in the Bozdağ limestone samples is mainly felsic, but is due to mixed provenance. As the source of the terrestrial input in the Bozdağ limestone samples indicates the humid and arid climate region, the terigen material coming into the basin during the deposition of Bozdağ limestones refers to climatic changes (humid-arid). The total rare earth elements of the Bozdağ Formation limestones show a strong positive correlation with the elements such as Si, Al, K, Zr, Th, and strong negative correlation with Ca. Thus, this is not related to the carbonate phase of the rare earth element content, but it is related to the detritic silicates and alumino-silicate inputs. The Ce values of the Bozdağ limestone samples are true negative values, indicating the transgressive carbonate precipitation and the deposition in anoxic environment rather than oxic. Early Silurian-Late Devonian period also supports transgressive development, because this process is interglacial. The positive correlation between Ce anomaly with Fe2O3 and MnO showed that there was no hydrothermal effect in the samples. Furthermore, the observation of Ce anomaly values in the Bozdağ limestone samples between 0.13 and 0.43 reflects the sea water feature. The Y/Ho ratios of the Bozdağ formation limestones have a lower average value (48) than the open sea water standard (60-90). Therefore, during the deposition of the Bozdağ limestones, it is stated that the fresh water suspended load and/or the wind-blown are effectively involved in the sedimentation environment. These values also refer to some fluctuation in the water level. There is no correlation between δO18 and δC13 isotope values and Mn/Sr ratios in Bozdağ limestone samples. This indicates that the limestone samples retain their original values and have not undergone any significant alteration due to diagenesis. The δC13 values observed in Bozdağ limestone samples are all positive and show little fluctuation in values; that there is no significant change in the biological productivity of the sea in the Late Silurian-Middle Devonian. It is thought that the positive decreases and increases in these values are due to the input of wind-blown (eolian) sediments. The relatively constant (slightly fluctuating) δC13 values in the middle and upper part of the sequence indicate both stable environmental conditions (light, temperature, etc.) and a stable the period of bio-productivity. 92

Utilisation of artificial marble in the constructionindustry is widespreading because of it has got very low porosity show verygood performance and homogeneity, color consistendency and mechanical strength.Construction and building materialsare exposed to various physical, chemical and environmental interactions and they weresubjected to various atmospheric, climatic and seasonal effects. Some ofthese effects are atmospheric pollution, naturalgeochemical and physical processes-slow dissolution by rain water, saltdeposition and recrystallization, freeze-thawing cycles, spalling, climaticfactors, air pollution, industrial pollutant, chemicalcontaminants, solar radiation, (notably acid rain), bio deterioration and thermal effects. These effects can cause deteriorate partially or completelyand changes marketability ofnatural building stones .In thisstudy two commercially available and extensivelyused artificial marble were subjected tosalt crystallization ageing test according to TS EN 12370. Test samplessubjected to 14% Na2SO4.10H2SO4solutions. The changes in physical and colorproperties L,a,b) and glossiness of samples has been determined and evaluated. Experimental results showed that, saltcrystallization has led to changes of weight, porosity, unit weight and colorand glossiness. Weight, glossiness decreased as the whiteness (L), redness (a),yellowness (b), porosity increased.

The human being had been busy with mostly agricultural economy for a long history when the steam was considered as a resource of kinetic energy. Using the steam machine in textile industry for the first time in the UK at the beginning of the 18th century, would be called as “Industrial Revolution” many decades later. Respectively, second industrial revolution with the invention and utilizing of electricity, then third industrial revolution with the rise of electronics and automation followed this period. And today, we have been facing with the fourth industrial revolution via internet of things, augmented reality, learning machines, etc. One of the key technologies that are improved in this period is virtual commissioning. The aim of this contribution is to suggest a definition to the Industry 4.0 with its historical precursors, and to give a focus on virtual commissioning technology as an output of the fourth industrial revolution.

Sonyıllarda ülkemiz endüstrisi içinde faaliyet gösteren Küçük ve Orta Ölçekliİşletmeler (KOBİ) statüsündeki işletmelerin rekabet olanakları, yatırımları vekapasite kullanım oranları günden güne artmaktadır. Teknolojik gelişmeleryüksek performanslı malzemelerin gelişimine katkıda bulunmaktadır. Bumalzemelerin üretime adapte edilmesi ve sorunsuz bir şekilde imalatıntamamlanması KOBİ’lere sağlanacak teknik hizmetler ile daha kolay bir şekildemümkün olabilmektedir. Üretim sektöründefaaliyet gösteren KOBİ’lerin rekabet anlayışlarının güvenilir ürün temelindegeliştirilmelidir. Ayrıca pazar paylarının genişletebilmesi için, teknolojitransferi ile birlikte hem AR-GE hem de ÜR-GE faaliyetlerine önem vermelerigereklidir. MARKA (Doğu Marmara Kalkınma Ajansı)’nın “Üretim AltyapılarınınGeliştirilmesi Küçük Ölçekli Altyapı Mali Destek Programı” başvuru rehberindeuygulama, prototip geliştirme, test ve yenilikçilik gibi alanlarda Doğu MarmaraBölge Planı'nda belirtilen öne çıkmış sektörler olan otomotiv yan sanayi,makine ve kaynaklı imalatta faaliyet gösteren firmaların ortak kullanımınayönelik işbirliği merkezi oluşturmayı hedeflendiği vurgulanmıştır. Bu hedefdoğrultusunda, 2016 yılı “Üretim Altyapılarının Geliştirilmesi Küçük ÖlçekliAltyapı Mali Destek Programı” isimli marka çağrısı ile sunulan “Kartepe Test veAraştırma Merkezi’nin (KARTEAM) Oluşturulması” isimli proje MARKA tarafındandesteklenmeye hak kazanmıştır. KARTEAM projesi kapsamında firmalara KOBİdanışmanlığı, yöntem prototipleme, tahribatsız ve tahribatlı test hizmetleriniulaşabilir, hızlı ve güvenilir bir şekilde verebilecek bir altyapıoluşturulmuştur. Technological progressescontribute enhancing high performance materials. Adopting these materials toproduction and completing manufacturing without problem can be provided withtechnical support for KOBI. Competition intellection of KOBI operating inmanufacturing sector must be improved based upon reliable product. Besides,they must attach importance to research and development (R&D) andproduct-development (P&D) operation with technology transfer in order toextend their market share. It was emphasized in appeal guide of “Development ofProduction Infrastructure Small Scale Infrastructure Funding Program” of MARKA(East Marmara Development Agency) that common use oriented collaboration centerfor prominent businesses described at Marmara Region Plan as automotive supplyindustry, machine and welded manufacturing is aimed to constitute forimplementation, prototype developing, test and innovation fields. In line withthis purpose, the project named with “Constituting of Kartepe Test and ResearchCenter” submitted to MARKA for calling “Development of ProductionInfrastructure Small Scale Infrastructure Funding Program” was entitled to besupported in 2016. Within the scope of KARTEAM project, a substructure whichcan give KOBI consultancy, method prototyping, destructive and nondestructivetest services with accessibility, fastness and reliability has beenconstituted. This substructure enables prominent enterprises operating in EastMarmara Region, industrial growth center and industrial production region, tomanufacture service and product with high added value, innovative andtechnology oriented.

Günümüzde,tüm dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de endüstriyel alt yapının güçlendirilereküretim teknolojilerinin geliştirilmesine yönelik çok sayıda çalışmayapılmaktadır. Sanayi tesislerinde istenilen üretim kapasitesine ve gereklikaliteye ulaşmak için yetkin ve yeterli teknik altyapıya sahip iş gücükaynağına sahip olmak gerekmektedir. Bu amaçla uygulamalı mesleki teknik eğitimveren kurumlara düşen görev, teknolojik gelişmeler ışığında değişen ve gelişen endüstriyelüretim teknolojilerine hizmet edecek bilgi birikime sahip yetkin teknikpersonelin yetiştirilmesini sağlamaktır. Eğitim kurumları ise sınırlı kaynak velaboratuvar alt yapıları ile alanında uzman teknik eleman yetiştirmeçabasındadır. Teknolojinin hızla değiştiği ve nitelikli iş gücüne talebin güngeçtikçe arttığı ortamda bu ve benzer çabalar yetersiz kalabilmektedir.Uygulamalı teknik eğitimin yapıldığı kurumlarda alt yapının yetersiz olması,yetiştirilen teknik personelin yetkinliğinin istenilen düzeyde olmamasına nedenolmaktadır. Bu kapsamda, teknik alt yapısı güçlü ve son teknolojik ekipmanlarlakurulu bir laboratuvar ortamının oluşturulması kaçınılmazdır. Bu çalışmada,Kocaeli Üniversitesi Uzunçiftlik Nuh Çimento Meslek Yüksekokulu’nda (MYO) meslekieğitim gören öğrencilerin sektörün ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda yetkinliklerininve istihdam oranının arttırılmasına yönelik laboratuvar altyapısınıngeliştirilmesi ve sanayi-üniversite arası dinamik, interaktif, paylaşımcı biryapı oluşturulması için gerçekleştirilen Kartepe Test ve Araştırma Merkezi(KARTEAM) projesi ele alınmaktadır. Doğu Marmara Kalkınma Ajansı’nın (MARKA)“Üretim Altyapılarının Geliştirilmesi Küçük Ölçekli Altyapı Mali DestekProgramı” mali destek programı çerçevesinde 2016 yılında desteklediği veKocaeli Üniversitesinin yürütücülüğünü yaptığı proje kapsamında, KARTEAMkurulmuştur. KARTEAM kapsamında çalışma içerisinde ayrıntıları verilen numunehazırlama, tahribatlı muayene ve tahribatsız muayene laboratuvarlarıoluşturulmuş ve üniversite altyapısına kazandırılmıştır. Inthis context, the main responsibility of secondary and higher education, givetechnical education, is to provide workforce having adequate knowledge to servechanging and developing industrial production technologies. Many educationinstitutions try to train expert with restricted source and laboratorysubstructures. But they fail to satisfy over against rapidly changingtechnologies and increasing day by day demand skilled labor. In an institution,gives applied technical education with inadequate substructures, cause to betrained insufficient workforce. Within this scope, it is necessary to constructa training environment with strong substructures and owing currenttechnological equipments. In this study, Kartepe Test and Research (KARTEAM)project realized to develop laboratory substructure of Kocaeli UniversityUzunçiftlik Nuh Çimento Vocational High School and so improve quality of highschool’s students and their employment rate in accordance with needs ofsector/industry and constitute a dynamic, interactive, participative structurewith industry and university is introduced. KARTEAM funded by East MarmaraDevelopment Agency (MARKA) within the scope of “Development of ProductionInfrastructures Small Scale Infrastructure Funding Program” and executed byKocaeli University has been established in 2016. Sample preparation,destructive inspection and nondestructive inspection laboratories elaborated inthe study have been constructed and brought university laboratory substructurewithin KARTEAM project. So, it is provided to satisfy the need ofsector/industry and additionally own student and instructor to currenttechnological competence.

Otomotivsektörü, araştırma-geliştirme faaliyetlerinin sürekli olarak devam ettiği veher geçen gün yeni bir teknolojinin entegre edildiği bir alandır. Otomotivüreticileri pazardaki diğer üreticiler ile rekabet edebilmek için gerek üretimmaliyetlerini gerekse de üretim standartlarını sürekli olarak iyileştirmekzorundadırlar. Bu durum otomotiv sektöründe, otomasyon sistemlerinin dahayaygın bir biçimde kullanılmasını kaçınılmaz hale getirmektedir. Bu çalışmada,bir otomotiv üretim tesisinde üretilen aracın kalite kontrol testlerinden biriolan basınçlı su ile sızdırmazlık testinin, kesintisiz ve seri üretimiaksatmayacak şekilde gerçekleştirilmesini sağlayacak bir otomasyon sistemtasarımı ele alınmaktadır. Tasarlanan basınçlı su testi sisteminde bütünaraçların aynı standardı sağlayacak şekilde, eşit sürelerde ve tamamenkurutulduktan sonra bir sonraki istasyona ulaşması sağlanmaktadır. Bu işlemlergerçekleştirilirken minimum enerji ve su sarfiyatı yapılması hedeflenmektedir.Bu amaçla, geleneksel sistemlere göre bazı tasarım değişiklikleriyapılmaktadır. Böylece % 40’lara varan enerji ve % 80’e varan su tasarrufusağlanmaktadır. Ayrıca, test sistemi operatörlerden bağımsız hale getirilereküretim sürecinin kesintiye uğraması veya sistemin gereksiz yere çalışmasıönlenmektedir., Automotive production is a field which is open tocontinuous improvement and the application of new technologies. Automotivemanufacturers have to constantly improve production costs, as well asproduction standards, in order to maintain and increase their market share.This situation makes inevitable to develop or extend usage of the automationsystems in the automotive production lines. In this study, an automation systemdesign that is enable perform pressurized water leakage test of vehicleswithout interrupt of the serial production in automotive production lines ishandled. Before vehicles transferred the next assembly station, it is ensuredthat all the vehicles are tested at the same standard pressure values and atequal duration in the proposed pressure water test system. The minimum energyand water consumption has been aimed during carrying out these processes. Forthis purpose, some design changes have been made compared to conventionalsystems. Thus, up to 40% energy and up to 80% water savings have been achieved.In addition, by making the system independent from the operators, the proposedautomation system provides to prevent the production process from beinginterrupted or running the system unnecessarily.

Sezen, Serkan (Balikesir Author), In this paper, the control of a multifunction grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) system with a three-phase three- level (3L) neutral point clamped (NPC) inverter is proposed, which can perform shunt active ltering. Normally, the shunt active ltering is achieved by detecting the harmonic and reactive currents of the nonlinear load and then injecting the compensating current into the grid. Therefore, the proposed system can inject PV power to a grid with power factor correction and current harmonic ltering features simultaneously. In addition, a single-stage compact and efficient transformerless power conversion topology is used in this paper for the grid-connected solar PV system with maximum power point tracking capability. In order to control the multilevel inverter-based combined system, a synchronous reference frame control technique and hysteresis current control pulse width modulation method have been applied. The system con guration and control strategy are veri ed and validated by simulations based on MATLAB/Simulink and implemented in real-time using the dSPACE DS1103 controller board. The simulation with experimental results indicates that the injected currents are sinusoidal and current total harmonic distortion is about 3.9%, lower than the IEEE 519 harmonic limit.

Energy storage technologies (EST) will have an important position in combination of renewable energy sources (RES) in modern electrical power systems and smart grid. EST can provide more balancing and flexibility to the power system, providing incorporation of intermittent RES to the smart grid. Energy storage technologies have a critical function to provide ancillary services in the generation mode for smart grid. This paper gives a short overview of the current energy storage technologies and their applications available and the opportunities and challenges the power systems faces for successful integration of RES to smart grid. This paper also discusses different types of EST experimentally tested in smart grid environment such as electrochemical batteries and ultra-capacitor energy storage systems. This paper is concluded by giving some important experimental results, recommendations and suggestions to whom, which are studying on different energy storage applications including battery and ultra-capacitors in the smart grid.

Bu çalışmada ani ve yavaş gelişen ısı değişimlerinin mermer yüzey pürüzlülüğüne ve renk özelliklerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Buamaçla farklı birimlere ait parlak ve pürüzsüz yüzeyli mermer örnekleri iki grup halinde termal şok ve termal yaşlandırma çevrimlerinetabii tutulmuştur. Termal şok çevrimlerinde numuneler 105 0C deki etüvde 18 saat bekletildikten sonra 6 saat saf su içindebekletilmiş, termal yaşlandırma döngülerinde ise farklı olarak 6 saat oda sıcaklığında soğumaya bırakılmıştır. Termal döngülerinbaşlangıcında ve 4, 8, 12, 16, ve 20. döngülerin sonunda yüzeylerden pürüzlülük ölçümleri alınmış ve döngülerin sonunda renkdeğişimleri belirlenerek pürüzlülük ve renk ölçümleri yapılmış ve aralarındaki ilişkiler belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Ani ısıl değişimleriile termal şok döngüleri sonucunda gelişen pürüzlülük ve renk değişimleri arasında ilişkiler olmadığı ve ayrıca termal şok ve termalyaşlandırma çevrimlerinde pürüzlülük değişimlerinin renk değişimlerinin tahmininde önemli bir belirteç olmadığı görülmüştür.

Seismic techniques are generally employed in both site and laboratory to characterize and determine thedynamic properties of rocks. Since these techniques are non-destructive and relatively easy to apply, they are increasingly being used in geotechnical engineering. There are a number of factors that influence the sound velocity in rocks. The important factors are grain size and shape, porosity, density, anisotropy, rock type and temperature. Up to the present, studies on the prediction of strength properties of rocks from Pwave velocity have been conducted by a number of investigators. In this study, the relationship between ultrasonic wave velocity (Vp) and physico-mechanical properties of rock at dry and saturated condition were investigated. As a result of simple and multiple regression analysis it was found that there are strong relationships between Vp and physico-mechanical properties at dry and saturated conditions. This strong relationship is understood that the value of the coefficient of determination (R2>90)., Kayaçları sınıflandırmak ve dinamik özelliklerini belirlemek için hem laboratuvar hem de arazi ortamındauygulanan sismik teknikler, yıkıcı olmaması ve nispeten kolay uygulanabilirliği nedeniyle jeoteknik mühendisliğinde gün geçtikçe daha çok kullanılmaktadır. Kayaçların ses dalgası değerini etkileyen birçok faktör vardır. En önemli faktörler; tane boyu ve şekli, porozite, yoğunluk, anizotropi, kayaç tipi ve sıcaklıktır. Günümüze kadar birçok araştırmacı dayanım özelliklerini P dalga hızı kullanarak tahmin etmeye çalışmıştır. Bu çalışmada kuru ve doygun koşullarda P dalga hızı (Vp) ile bazı fiziko-mekanik özellikler arasındaki ilişki araştırılmıştır. Yapılan basit ve çoklu regresyon analizleri neticesinde özellikle tek eksenli sıkışma dayanımı ve Schmidt çekici sertliği ile kuru ve doygun halde P dalga hızı arasında güçlü ilişkilerin varlığı elde edilen belirleme katsayısı değerlerinden (R2>90) anlaşılmaktadır.
