This systematic review aimed to determine the factors of facilitators and barriers in the adoption of healthcare interventions offered through telehealth interventions by health personnel. Literature search on the subject was conducted between March 01 and May 01, 2021, in PubMed, Cochrane, Science Direct, Web of Science, ProQuest Central, and Google Scholar databases. The inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study were determined in accordance with Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcomes and Study (PICOS) and only studies published in peer-reviewed journals and whose full text was accessible were included in the systematic review. “A revised Cochrane risk-of-bias tool for randomized trials (RoB 2)” and “Bias Risk Assessment Tool- Cross-sectional Studies (BiRAT-CS)” were used in the bias risk assessment of the studies. Since there are differences between studies, narrative synthesis was used. Nine articles were included in the study. The total number of participants in the studies reviewed was 1398, and the majority of them were nurses (n=1133). The first 4 facilitator factors were most emphasized in the adoption of telehealth interventions by healthcare personnel. It has been seen that it facilitates patient follow-up, provides continuous education opportunities, positively affects the performance of health personnel, and provides technological progress. As a barrier factor, inadequacy of financial support was mostly encountered, followed by technical problems in the use of the intervention and the personal differences of the people who use the intervention. In 9 studies reviewed, health personnel's satisfaction levels in telehealth intervention use cases were measured and evaluated as high in 6 studies. The increase in the number of related studies is important in order to ensure parallelism with technological advances., Bu sistematik derlemede, tele-sağlık uygulamaları aracılığıyla sunulan sağlık bakım uygulamalarının sağlık personelleri tarafından benimsenmesindeki kolaylaştırıcı faktörler ile engel oluşturan faktörlerin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmaların yanlılık riski değerlendirmesinde, “Randomize çalışmalar için revize edilmiş Cochrane yanlılık riski aracı (RoB 2)” ve “Bias Risk Değerlendirme Aracı- Kesitsel Araştırmalar (BiRAT-CS)”dan yararlanılmıştır. Çalışmalar arası farklılıklar söz konusu olduğundan anlatı sentezi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmaya 9 makale dahil edilmiştir. İncelenen çalışmalardaki toplam katılımcı sayısı 1398 olup, büyük çoğunluğu hemşirelerden (n=1133) oluşmaktadır. Sağlık personellerinin tele-sağlık uygulamalarını benimsemesinde en fazla vurgulanan ilk 4 kolaylaştırıcı faktörün; hasta izlemini kolaylaştırması, sürekli eğitim fırsatı sunması, sağlık personellerinin performanslarını olumlu olarak etkilemesi ve teknolojik açıdan ilerleme sağlaması olduğu görülmüştür. Engelleyici faktör olarak ise, en çok finansal desteklerin yetersiz oluşu ile karşılaşılmakta, bu durumu uygulama kullanımındaki teknik aksaklıklar ve uygulamayı kullanan kişilerin kişisel farklılıkları takip etmektedir. Gözden geçirilen 9 çalışmada sağlık personellerinin tele-sağlık uygulama kullanım durumlarındaki memnuniyet düzeyleri ölçülmüş ve 6 çalışmada yüksek olarak değerlendirilmiştir. İlgili çalışmaların sayılarının artması teknolojik ilerlemelere paralellik sağlamak adına önemlidir.

Aim: The aim of this study was to compare the effect of a board game and tobacco cessation education on nicotine addiction in adolescent smokers.Material and Methods: This randomized controlled study included 103 adolescents who declared to smoke at least one cigarette per day. For data collection, sociodemographic data form, Fagerstrom test for nicotine dependence, and stages of change scale were used. The study groups consisted of three intervention groups; board game, tobacco cessation education, and the combined use of these two interventions, and a control group. All interventions were compared with the control group. Follow-ups were conducted at baseline, 8th, and 12th week.Results: While 38.8% (n=40) of all participants were addicted to nicotine at a very low level, 6.8% (n=7) were very high. 37.9% (n=39) of the participants reported smoking the first cigarette of the day within the first 5 minutes. Groups had an effect on the nicotine addiction level of adolescents (p=0.031), while there was no significant difference for the period, and period*group interaction (p=0.472 and p=0.339, respectively). The difference was due to the board game group. In the post evaluation, three of the adolescents who played board games and two of the adolescents who received tobacco cessation training were in the action phase.Conclusion: The results showed that the board game group participants had a decrease in the level of nicotine addiction. Our suggestion is to use and disseminate games as an alternative method that will attract the attention of adolescents in tobacco cessation education., Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, sigara içen ergenlerde masa oyunu ve tütün bırakma eğitiminin nikotin bağımlılığı üzerindeki etkisinin karşılaştırılmasıdır.Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu randomize kontrollü çalışmaya her gün en az bir adet sigara içtiğini beyan eden 103 adölesan dahil edildi. Veri toplamak için sosyodemografik veri formu, nikotin bağımlılığı için Fagerstom testi ve değişim aşamaları ölçeği kullanıldı. Çalışma grupları masa oyunu, tütün bırakma eğitimi ve bu iki müdahalenin birlikte kullanımını içeren girişimlerden oluşan üç adet müdahale grubu ve bir de kontrol grubundan oluşmaktaydı. Tüm müdahale grupları kontrol grubu ile karşılaştırıldı. Takipler başlangıçta, 8. haftada ve 12. haftada yapıldı.Bulgular: Tüm katılımcıların %38,8'i (n=40) çok düşük bir düzeyde nikotin bağımlısı iken %6,8'i (n=7) ise yüksek düzeyde nikotin bağımlısı idi. Katılımcıların %37,9'u (n=39) günün ilk sigarasını ilk 5 dakika içinde içtiğini beyan etti. Grupların, ergenlerin nikotin bağımlılık düzeyine anlamlı bir etkisi varken (p=0,031), periyot ve periyot*grup etkileşimi için ise anlamlı bir farklılık yoktu (sırasıyla p=0,472 ve p=0,339). Amaç: Bu sistematik derlemenin amacı astımlı bireylere yönelik yapılan web tabanlı eğitim müdahalelerini değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır.Yöntemler: Çalışma, Cochrane, Pubmed ve Science Direct taranarak yürütülmüştür. İngilizce anahtar kelimeler için “Medical Subject Headings” ve Türkçe anahtar kelimeler için ise “Türkiye Bilim Terimleri” dizinlerine bakılmıştır. Derlemeye dâhil edilme kriterleri; web tabanlı astım eğitim müdahalelerini belirten, 2015-2020 yılları içerisinde yetişkin astımlı hastalara yönelik yapılmış, İngilizce ve Türkçe dilinde yayınlanmış randomize kontrollü tüm çalışmalardır. Konuyla ilgili 3.146 çalışma incelenmiştir. Araştırmaya dahil edilme kriterlerine uygun toplam beş yayın çalışma kapsamına alınmıştır.Bulgular: Dahil edilme kriterlerini karşılayan beş çalışmada en az 51 en fazla 330 katılımcıyı içermektedir ve uygulama süreleri en az 3 hafta ve an fazla 12 aydır. Araştırmaların ikisi Birleşik Krallıkta, diğerleri Avusturalya, Kanada ve Almanya’da yapılmıştır. Çalışmaların dördünde rastgele randomizasyon bir tanesinde ise tabakalı randomizasyon yapılmıştır. Derlemeye dahil edilen çalışmalardan iki tanesinde katılımcıların web sitesine maruz kalmasının etkisinin teorik çerçevesi vardır ve pilot uygulama yapılmıştır.Sonuç: Astım yönetiminde web tabanlı eğitimin uygulanabilir olduğu ancak çevrimiçi topluluğun kendi kendine ilaç tedavisine uyumu iyileştirmediği görülmektedir. Konu ile ilgili çalışmaların az olduğu ve daha fazla randomize kontrollü çalışmalara gereksinim olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır., Objective: The purpose of this systematic review is to evaluate web-based education interventions for people with asthma.Methods: The study was conducted by scanning Cochrane, Pubmed and, Science Direct. English for the keywords "Medical Subject Headings" and Turkish for the keywords "Turkey Science Terms" analyzed the directory. Inclusion criteria in the review; These are all randomized controlled studies that indicate web-based asthmaeducation interventions, conducted in 2015 and 2020 for adult asthma patients, and published in English and Turkish. 3.146 studies on the subject were examined. A total of five publications that meet the inclusion criteria have been included in the study.Results: The five studies that met the inclusion criteria included a minimum of 51 and a maximum of 330 participants, with implementation times of a minimum of 3 weeks and a maximum of 12 months. Two of the studies were conducted in the UK, the others in Australia, Canada, and Germany. Four of the studies were randomized, and one was stratified randomization. Two of the studies included in the review had a theoretical framework for the impact of participants' exposure to the website and were piloted.Conclusion: Web-based education in asthma management appears to be feasible, but the online community does not improve adherence to self-medication. It has emerged that studies on the subject are few and more randomized controlled studies are needed.

Aim: The aim of our study is to examine the variables affecting musculoskeletal pain seen in nurses working in intensive care units and the relationship of these variables with ergonomic risks. Material and Methods: The research was conducted with 98 nurses working in the intensive care units of a state hospital. While collecting the data, “Descriptive Information Form” and “Extended Nordic Musculoskeletal System Inquiry” questionnaire were collected and “REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment-Fast Whole Body Evaluation) Employee Evaluation Form” was collected through observation. With the extended Nordic musculoskeletal pain question, nurses' pain in all body parts and ergonomic risk level were determined by REBA method. Geleneksel olarak tüm Romatoid Artrit (RA) hastalarının takip edilmesi, kliniklerde romatologlar tarafından gerçekleştirilir. Günümüzde romatoloji kliniklerindeki hemşireler, multidisipliner ekibin önemli bir parçası haline gelmektedir ve romatolojik görevleri gerçekleştirebilmektedir. Kliniklerde hemşire odaklı bakım ile hizmet alan hastalar; fiziksel işlev, hastalık aktivitesi, yaşam kalitesi, ağrı, yorgunluk, sertlik, psikolojik işlev ve memnuniyet açısından daha iyi sonuçlar almışlardır. Bu güncel sistematik derlemenin amacı, romatoid artritli hastalarda hemşire liderlikli hastalık yönetiminin klinik bakımdaki etkinliğinin belirlenmesidir. Derlemede bir üniversitenin kütüphane ağı üzerinden “romatoid artrit, hemşire ya da hemşirelik, sağlık bakımı” anahtar kelimeleri taranmıştır. Nowadays, nurses in rheumatology clinics become an important part of the multidisciplinary team and can perform rheumatological tasks. Nursing-based care in clinics; physical function, disease activity, quality of life, pain, fatigue, hardness, psychological function and satisfaction. The aim of this current systematic review is to determine the clinical effectiveness of nurse-led disease management in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. In this review, keywords "rheumatoid arthritis, nurse or nursing, healthcare" were scanned through the library network of a university. Research; Between the years 2008-2019 Science Direct, PubMed, EBSCO Host, ULAKBIM, published in Turkey free Citation Index database, full-text articles were included. The compiled nurse-led RA clinics include articles that affect patient care outcomes. Nurse-led care meets expected treatment outcomes and is highly safe for patients. In line with these conclusions, our recommendation is that similar studies should be performed in clinics with more complex patient populations.

Amaç: Son yıllarda teknolojinin gelişmesi ile birlikte bilgisayar oyunları çocuklar için vazgeçilmez hâle gelmiştir. Ancak, bu oyunların aşırı oynanması birtakım problemlerin yaşanmasına neden olmaktadır. Bu problemlerden biri bilgisayar oyun bağımlılığıdır. Bu çalışmada ilköğretim 3. ve 4. sınıf öğrencilerinin bilgisayar oyun bağımlılık ile şiddete eğilim düzeyleri ve bilgisayar oyun bağımlılığı ile şiddete eğilim arasında ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Çalışma kesitsel tipte bir çalışma olup, çalışma kapsamına 572 öğrenci alınmıştır. Veriler bilgisayar oyun bağımlılığı ve şiddete eğilim ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde ortalama, yüzde ve frekans gibi tanımlayıcı istatistiklerden, Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis ve Sperman’s corelasyon testlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Bulgular: Bilgisayar oyun bağımlılığı ile şiddete eğilim arasında pozitif bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Şiddet içerikli oyun oynayan çocukların oyun bağımlılık tüm alt ölçek puanları ve toplam bağımlılık puanı şiddet içerikli oyun oynamayan çocuklara göre yüksek ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur. Bilgisayarda günde 9-10 saat oyun oynayan öğrencilerin bilgisayar oyun bağımlılığı alt ölçek puanları ile toplam bağımlılık puanları ve şiddete eğilim puanları, daha kısa süre oyun oynayan öğrencilere göre daha yüksektir. Bilgisayarda oyun oynayan çocukların şiddete eğilim ölçeği puan ortalaması bilgisayarda oyun oynamayan çocuklara göre daha yüksektir. Sonuç: Sonuç olarak bilgisayarda uzun süre ve şiddet içerikli oyun oynamayla ve bilgisayar oyun bağımlılığı ile şiddete eğilimin artabileceği söylenebilir. Aim: With the development of technology in recent years, computer games have become indispensable among children. However, the excessive playing of these games causes some problems. One of these problems is computer game addiction. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between computer game addiction and tendency toward violence in third- and fourth-grade primary school students. Methods: This study is a cross-sectional study. Data were collected from 572 students by using the Computer Game Addiction scale and the Tendency Toward Violence scale. A positive relationship was found between computer game addiction and tendency toward violence. In the analysis of the data, Whitney U, Kruskal–Wallis and Spearman’s correlation tests as well as descriptive statistics, such as mean, percentage, and frequency, were used. Results: High scores were found in all subscale scores and total computer game addiction scores of the children who played computer games with violent content in comparison to the children who did not play violent games. The Computer Game Addiction subscale scores and total scores and the Tendency Toward Violence scores of students who played 9-10 hours per day were higher than students who played fewer hours. The Tendency Toward Violence scale mean score of the children who played computer games was higher than the children who did not play games on the computer. Conclusion: As a result, playing violent computer games and computer game addiction can be said to increase the tendency toward violence in children.

Aim: In this descriptive study, it was aimed todetermine the level of healthy lifestyle behaviors of nursing students.Material andMethods: The universe of the study was composed of 1, 2, 3and 4 year students enrolled in a nursing program at a university in the springsemester of 2016-2017 academic year (n=619). The sample was not selected and itwas aimed to reach all students. 486 of the 619 students agreed to participatein the study and reached 79% of the universe. In data collection;socio-demographic data collection form and Healthy Lifestyle Behavior Scale IIwere used. The necessary legal permits were obtained for the study. Descriptivestatistics and frequency distributions of the data were obtained. Afterchecking the parametric test assumptions, One Way ANOVA (post hoc: Bonferroni test)and Student's t test was used for intergroup comparisons. The reliabilityanalysis of the scale was performed and Cronbach alpha value was calculated.Results: According to the results of the study, the meantotal score of the Healthy Lifestyle Behavior Scale II was 131.02±18.98. The goal of thissystematic review is to explore the self-efficacy of parents in newborn careand the factors that affect their self-efficacy. A systematic search of thedatabases Science Direct, Medline, EBSCOhost, Google Scholar Turkish, TurkishMedline, Ulakbim Turkish Medical index, Summon, Wiley Online Library and theNational Dissertation Index was conducted between 01.04.2018-30.04.2018. Thearticles that can be accessed via these databases have been included in thereview. The literature review was conducted on the articles that have beenwritten in Turkey. The databases were scanned using the keywords "Pharisself-confidence scale"; "infant care"; "baby". In theliterature review, no restriction has been made for the years covered in thearticles. 9 articles that met theidentification criteria were selected. The general attributes of the studies wereevaluated using the Pharis Self-confidence Scale score averages, and thedistributions of the influencing factors. The Pharis self-confidence scaleaverages range between 28.9±6.7 and 51.14±7.61. Dokuz çalışmadan sadece dörttanesinde bebek bakımı konusunda eğitim verildiği, eğitim sonrasında PharisÖzgüven Ölçeği puan ortalamaların 47.8±6.9 ile 58.7±2.6 arasında arttığı; 12.haftaya gelindiğinde eğitim ve kontrol gruplarındaki Pharis Özgüven Ölçeğipuanlarında sadece 1 puan artışı olduğu saptanmıştır. Eğitim verilmeyençalışmalarda da doğumdan sonraki ilk 4-6. haftadan sonra anne-bebek etkileşimebağlı olarak tecrübe ile özgüven puanlarının arttığı belirlenmiştir. Bebekbakımı konusunda eğitim almanın, bebek bakımı deneyimine sahip olmanın, annelikrolüne hazır hissetmenin ve bebek doğduktan sonraki 12. haftaya gelindiğindetecrübeden kaynaklı anne veya babaların özgüven puan ortalamalarının arttığısonucuna varılmıştır.

Bu çalışma dünyada yoğun bakım hemşirelerinintükenmişliği konusunda 2011-2016 yılları arasında yayınlanmış çalışmalarıngözden geçirilmesi ve çalışmalardan elde edilen verilerin sistematik biçimdeincelenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Konuyla ilgili 43 ulusal veuluslararası yayına ulaşılmış olup araştırmaya dahil edilme kriterlerine uygunolarak 18 yayın çalışma kapsamına alınmıştır. Tüm yayınlar çalışma yöntemlerive bulguları açısından sistematize edilerek incelenmiştir. İncelenençalışmalar; yoğun bakım hemşirelerinde tükenmişliği etkileyen faktörlerbakımından; “psikososyal faktörler”, “mesleki ve çalışma ortamı ile ilgilifaktörler” ve “organizasyonel faktörler” olmak üzere üç başlık altında incelenmiştir.İncelenen çalışmalara bakıldığında, çalışamaların 10 tanesinde mesleki veçalışma ortamı ile ilgili faktörler, tükenmişliği etkileyen faktörlerbakımından ilk sırada yer almaktadır [10(%50)]. İncelenen çalışmalarda,tükenmenin en fazla duyarsızlaşma boyutunda yaşandığı ve yoğun bakımhemşirelerinin genel olarak orta-yüksek düzeyde tükenmişlik yaşadığıgörülmüştür. Thisstudy was carried out in order to examine the published studies on the burnoutof intensive care nurses in the world between 2011-2016 and to examinesystematically the data obtained from the studies. 43 national andinternational publications have been reached and 18 publications have beenincluded in the study in accordance with the inclusion criteria. Allpublications have been examined systematically in terms of their workingmethods and findings. Studies examined; in terms of factors affecting burnoutin intensive care nurses; "Psychosocial factors", "professionaland working environment related factors" and "organizationalfactors". Looking at the studies examined, the factors related tooccupational and working environment in 10 of the studies are the first interms of the factors affecting burnout [10 (50%)]. In the studies investigated,it was observed that the consuming was in the most desensitization dimensionand the ICU nurses generally experienced moderate-high burnout.
