Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Высотный бизнес-центр с солнечными фасадными панелями».В данной работе запроектировано здание бизнес-центра высотой 117,05 м, а также рассмотрена и решена научно-практическая задача по выработке солнечной электроэнергии из ÑÐ¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÑ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð°ÑÐ°Ð´Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹. Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Здание бизнес-центра с системой двойного вентилируемого фасада».Разработка проектной документации производилась в соответствие с Постановлением правительства No87. В данной работе разработан проект бизнес-центра с Ð´Ð²ÑƒÑ ÑƒÑ€Ð¾Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ²Ð¾Ð¹ подземной автостоянкой. Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования:1. Изучение типов Â«Ð·ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÑ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ»ÑŒÂ».2. Выявление преимущества и недостатки Â«Ð·ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÑ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ»ÑŒÂ».3. Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Высотное здание бизнес-центра с монолитным железобетонным каркасом в г.Санкт-Петербург».Работа посвящена расчету железобетонного перекрытия с учетом физической нелинейности и сравнительному анализу с результатами линейного расчета. Однако, с увеличением ширины воздушной прослойки снижается прибыль от аренды Ð¾Ñ„Ð¸ÑÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼ÐµÑ‰ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹ в связи с тем, что уменьшается полезная площадь здания., The subject of the graduate qualification work is “High-rise building of abusiness center with a system of double skin facades”.The purpose of the work is to perform a heat engineering calculation to assessthe impact of a system of double skin facades on the energy efficiency of a high-risebuilding.Project documentation was developed for the construction of a high-rise officebuilding with a double skin facades system in accordance with Resolution No. 87. Eachsection of the project is executed according to the requirements of the relevantregulatory documents.In the course of the work, the scheme of the double facade and the initial datawere determined. It was proposed to calculate the temperature and air velocity in theinterstitial space by the finite element method using the Ansys software of the FluidFlow (Fluent) module. Then, based on the data obtained, calculate the values of theheat transfer resistance.As a result of the study, the values of the system's heat transfer resistance weredetermined for the selected options for the width of the interstitial space. Due to thegreater resistance to heat transfer, heat loss through the double facade design is less,which saves heating costs. Purpose of the research is estimation of stiffnesses and settlements of piles in group with and without consideration of pile-to-pile interaction depending on the distance between them, entering of the reduction factors for stiffness and comparison of base slab's reinforcement isofields when piles are created with the use of 51 FE and 57 FE.Tasks solved:1. Choose a pile group in the structural model made in SCAD, calculate manually settlement of a pile in the group with and without consideration of pile-to-pile interaction (with various distances between piles in group);2. Model all the design cases in Lira Soft 10.12 with the use of 57 FE;3. Compare results and enter the reduction factors for stiffness;4. Create a structural model of the building in Lira Soft 10.12 with the use of 57 FE;5. Estimate the difference between parameters of required reinforcement in twoprograms.The results of the calculation have shown that the difference between settlements calculated with and without consideration of pile-to-pile interaction is about 144% if the distance between piles in group is minimal.Bottom reinforcement of base slab calculated in two programs has appeared to be very similar. However, top reinforcement varies significantly.Scope of application of research's results is practical activity connected with the calculation of high-rise buildings on slab-pile foundation adjusted for specific traits of object.The research has shown that it is unacceptable to ignore pile-to-pile interaction in the calculation of high-rise building. Moreover, it is important to compare required reinforcement with the results calculated in another program.

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Здание бизнес-центра с внутренними стенами переменной прозрачности». В данной работе была разработана проектная документация на строительство здания бизнес-центра с внутренними стенами переменной прозрачности в соответствии с Постанов­лением правительства РФ №87 от 16 февраля 2008г (ред.01.12.2021г) №87 "О составе разде­лов проектной документации и Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ±Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑÑ Ðº Ð¸Ñ ÑÐ¾Ð´ÐµÑ€Ð¶Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑŽ". В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследовательской ча­сти решались следующие задачи:Анализ ÑÑƒÑ‰ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹ в области конструкций с переменной прозрачно­стью; Анализ распространения Ð¾Ð¿Ð°ÑÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð² пожара в Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼ÐµÑ‰ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÑÑ , ÑÐ¾Ð´ÐµÑ€Ð¶Ð°Ñ‰Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚Ð°Â­ÐºÐ¸Ðµ конструк­ции; Анализ воздействия «реального» и «стандартного» температурного режима на пе­регородки с переменной прозрачностью. Определения предела огнестойкости Ñ‚Ð°ÐºÐ¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¹. Участок, отведенный под проектирование, расположен по адресу г. Санкт-Петербург, Шкиперский проток (напротив Галерного проезда). В результате выполнено исследование в области ÑÐ¾Ð²Ñ€ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ²ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð²Ð½ÑƒÑ‚Â­Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ½, в результате которого произведены расчеты Ð¾Ð¿Ð°ÑÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð² пожара в ПО Сигма, определены воздействия «стандартного» и «реального» температурного режима ПО SOFISTIK, рассчитана огнестойкость для Ñ‚Ð°ÐºÐ¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¹ ПК ELCUT. Ð’Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования выявлено, что для достижения большей пожаростойкости кон­струкций с переменной прозрачностью следует использовать пожаропрочною пленку в совокупности со специальной системой пожаротушения., The topic of the final qualifying work: "The building of a business center with internal walls of variable transparency". In this work, project documentation was developed for the construction of a business center building with internal walls of variable transparency in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 87 dated February 16, 2008 (ed.01.12.2021) No. 87 "On the composition of sections of project documentation and requirements for their content". During the research part, the following tasks were solved:Analysis of existing solutions in the field of structures with variable transparency; Analysis of the spread of fire hazards in premises containing such structures; Analysis of the impact of the "real" and "standard" temperature regime on cities with variable transparency. Determination of the fire resistance limit of such structures. The plot allocated for the design is located at the address St. Petersburg, Skipper's Bayou (opposite the Gallery passage).As a result, a study was carried out in the field of modern translucent interior walls, as a result of which calculations of fire hazards in Sigma software were made, the effects of the "standard" and "real" temperature conditions according to SOFISTIK were determined, fire resistance for such ELCUT PC structures was calculated. The results of the study revealed that in order to achieve greater fire resistance of structures with transparent transparency, a fire-resistant film should be used in conjunction with a special fire extinguishing system.

В данной работе представлены разделы проектной документации на строительство высотного бизнес-центра: разработаны Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ðµ и конструктивные решения, планировка земельного участка, мероприятия по обеспечению пожарной безопасности и доступа Ð¼Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾Ð±Ð¸Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð³Ñ€ÑƒÐ¿Ð¿ населения, организация и Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ строительного производства, а также представлен сметный расчет стоимости строительства. Подробно рассмотрена возможность применения материалов рециклинга при создании ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¹. Целью работы, кроме разработки проектной документации, является подбор Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ строительства многоэтажного здания бизнес-центра ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð² из категории продуктов рециклинга. The possibility of recycled materials usage is reviewed in detail. The main purpose of the paper is the compilation of materials from the recycled product category, suitable for multistorey business center construction. Tasks solved during the research: 1. The study of existing recycled construction materials. 2. Advantages and disadvantages detection of materials’ practical use. 3. Сost-effectiveness assessment of the solutions used. 4. Development of recommendations for recycled materials use. As a result, sections of design documentation are developed, the research based on experimental recycled materials assessment is carried out, on the basis of which recommendations for recycled materials use for multistorey business center construction are developed.

Особенностью данной работы является подбор типа энергоэффективного фасадного остекления здания. В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования были произведены обзор ÑÑƒÑ‰ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð°Ñ€Ð¸Ð°Ð½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² энергоэффективного остекления, сравнительный анализ Ñ‡ÐµÑ‚Ñ‹Ñ€ÐµÑ Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð²Ð°Ñ€Ð¸Ð°Ð½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² с базовым вариантом (обычным остеклением) и сделан выбор наиболее энергоэффективного и экономически выгодного типа остекления. Результатом выпускной квалификационной работы является разработанная проектная документация высотного общественного здания с энергоэффективным остеклением, представляющим собой Ð´Ð²ÑƒÑ ÐºÐ°Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ðµ стеклопакеты с двумя мультифункциональными стеклами и заполнением межстекольного пространства инертным газом аргоном., The purpose of this work is to develop project documentation for a high-rise public building located at Narodnaya street, Saint Petersburg. The documentation is developed in accordance with the Government Decree №87 of February 16, 2008 «On the composition of sections of project documentation and requirements for their content». The peculiarity of this work is the selection of the type of energy-efficient facade glazing of the building. The objectives of the study include: • consideration of existing types of energy-efficient glazing; • assessment of the possibility of using energy-efficient glazing solutions; • conducting a "basic" energy calculation of the building; • energy calculation of selected glazing options; • conducting a comparative analysis of the selected glazing options. The study reviewed the existing options for energy-efficient glazing, compared the four selected options with the basic option (conventional glazing), and selected the most energy-efficient and cost-effective type of glazing. The result of the final qualification work is the developed project documentation of a high-rise public building with energy-efficient glazing, which is a two-chamber double-glazed windows with two multifunctional glasses and filling the space between glasses with an inert gas argon.

Цель работы заключается в расчете сталежелезобетонного перекрытия, а также последующем выявлении Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ²Ð¾ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‚Ð²Ð° использования данного типа перекрытия в сравнении с монолитным капительным перекрытием из железобетона. Задачи, которые Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ решить в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ выполнения работы: 1. Заменить расчетную ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ñƒ с капителями и плитами на ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ñƒ с применением ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð»ÐµÐ¶ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ·Ð¾Ð±ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÐºÑ€Ñ‹Ñ‚Ð¸Ð¹. 2. Рассчитать сталежелезобетонное перекрытие согласно актуальным нормам и правилам. 3. Провести сравнительный анализ количества Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð² для Ð´Ð²ÑƒÑ Ð²Ð¸Ð´Ð¾Ð² перекрытия. 4. Подвести итоги о возможности использования сталежелезобетонного перекрытия в уникальном высотном здании. В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ выполнения работы безбалочные плиты перекрытия в расчетной ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ðµ были заменены на сталежелезобетонные. Сталежелезобетонные конструкции были рассчитаны согласно актуальным рекомендациям, нормам и правилам. Сравнительный анализ количества Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð² для Ð´Ð²ÑƒÑ Ð²Ð¸Ð´Ð¾Ð² перекрытий продемонстрировал преимущества использования сталежелезобетона. Сравнительный анализ ÑÑ‚Ð¾Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ показал предпочтительность традиционного перекрытия. Подводя итоги сравнительного анализа, использование сталежелезобетонного перекрытия в уникальном высотном здании является оптимальным из Ñ€Ð°ÑÑÐ¼Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹, так как имеет ряд преимуществ перед традиционной плитой перекрытия, Ñ‚Ð°ÐºÐ¸Ñ ÐºÐ°Ðº: снижение Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð², высокая несущая способность, высокий показатель жесткости, возможность прокладки коммуникаций вдоль гофр настила, простота в проведении Ñ€ÐµÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚, снижение трудоемкости Ð¾Ð¿Ð°Ð»ÑƒÐ±Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ Ð°Ñ€Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚, что в результате ведет к сокращению сроков строительства. Однако, стоит учитывать, что стоимость данного типа перекрытия выше стоимости традиционной плиты., The purpose of the work is to calculate a steel-reinforced concrete floor over metal I-beams, as well as the subsequent identification of the superiority of using this type of floor in comparison with a monolithic capital floor made of reinforced concrete. Tasks to be solved in the course of the work: 1. Replace the design diagram with capitals and slabs with a diagram using steel-reinforced concrete floors. 2. Calculate the steel-reinforced concrete floor in accordance with current rules and regulations. 3. Conduct a comparative analysis of the amount of consumables for the two types of overlap. 4. Summarize the possibility of using a steel-reinforced concrete floor in a unique high-rise building. In the course of the work, the non-girder floor slabs in the design scheme were replaced with steel-reinforced concrete ones. Reinforced concrete structures were calculated in accordance with current recommendations, norms and rules. Comparative analysis of the amount of consumable materials for two types of floors demonstrated the advantages of using steel-reinforced concrete. Comparative analysis of cost indicators showed the preference of the traditional overlap. Summing up the results of the comparative analysis, the use of a steel-reinforced concrete floor in a unique high-rise building is the best of the considered solutions, since it has a number of advantages over a traditional floor slab, such as: reduced consumables, high bearing capacity, high stiffness, the possibility of laying communications along the corrugation of the flooring, simplicity in carrying out reconstruction works, reducing the labor intensity of formwork and reinforcement works, which, as a result, leads to a reduction in construction time. However, it should be borne in mind that the cost of this type of floor is higher than the cost of a traditional slab.

В данном дипломном проекте разрабатывались разделы проектной документации на строительство уникального высотного административного здания в г. Санкт-Петербург на основании положений постановления правительства РФ от 16.02.2008 №87 и полученного Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ задания. В выпускной работе представлены принятые Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ðµ, объемно-планировочные и конструктивные решения, описываются предпринимаемые мероприятия по обеспечению пожарной безопасности и доступа инвалидов, а также Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ и методы организации строительства проектируемого здания. В исследовательской части дипломного проекта были проанализированы преимущества, недостатки и перспективы применения ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð»ÐµÐ¶ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ·Ð¾Ð±ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¹ в высотном строительстве, произведен расчет рассматриваемой конструкции в соответствии с актуальным нормативными документами, создана расчетная модель конструкции в ПК SCAD. В данной выпускной работе были разработаны разделы проектной документации на строительство высотного бизнес-центра. Также для возводимого высотного здания была запроектирована конструкция сталежелезобетонного перекрытия по несъемной опалубке из профилированного настила Н60-845-0,7 и комбинированным балкам стального двутаврового профиля типа 35Б2, проанализирована эффективность применения данной конструкции., In this diploma project design documentation sections for unique high-rise administration building were developing based on clauses of Russian Federation government decree №87 of 16.02.2008 and given terms of reference. In graduation thesis architectural, space-planning and structural solutions are introduced, measures taken for fire safety and disabled people mobility are described, and, moreover, organisation procedures and methods of designed building construction are provided. In research part of the bachelor thesis benefits, drawbacks and prospects of steel-reinforced concrete structures application in high-rise construction were analyzed, calculations of examined structure were done according to actual regulations, the design model of structure was created in software package SCAD. In this graduation work design documentation sections for high-rise business centre construction were developed. Furthermore, for erecting high-rise building the structure of steel-reinforced concrete floor on fixed framework made of profiled sheeting N60-845-0,7 and on composite beams made of steel H-beams type 35B2 was designed, efficiency of application this structure was analyzed.

Сравнение результатов по суммарному удельному годовому Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´Ñƒ тепловой энергии. В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ работы были подобраны более энергоэффективные Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ðµ решения, рассмотрены параметры Ð¸Ð½Ð¶ÐµÐ½ÐµÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¸ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¼ и дополнительные параметры, позволяющие повысить энергоэффективность здания. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: 1. Development of an energy model of a building with the existing parameters of the object. 3. Selection of energy efficient solutions and carrying out energy modeling of a building with new parameters in Autodesk Insight software. 4. Comparison of the results for the total specific annual consumption of heat energy. In the course of the work, more energy-efficient architectural solutions were selected, the parameters of engineering systems and additional parameters were considered to improve the energy efficiency of the building. As a result, the energy model of the developed high-rise business center was analyzed, and a set of solutions was selected to improve the energy efficiency class of this facility.

В данной работе запроектировано здание бизнес-центра высотой более 100 м, а также рассмотрена и решена научно-практическая задача по оценке влияния строительства нового здания на затененность окружающей застройки. В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ работы решались следующие задачи: сравнение методов создания параметрической модели окружающей застройки, анализ затененности окружающей застройки. Разработка проектной документации производилась в соответствие с Постановлением правительства 87. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Research and analysis of the possibility of combining public spaces of different functional purposes in one building of a business center. 2. Research and analysis of space-planning solutions for public spaces built into a business center. 3. Research and analysis of space-planning solutions for a restaurant built into a business center. The work was carried out on the basis of SPbPU. A review of the existing relevant literature on the research topic is performed. Using specialized software, according to the design assignment, the design documentation for the business center was developed. The available Russian and foreign developments in the field of designing public spaces are analyzed. Taking into account the direct purpose of the projected building, the necessary public spaces in the building were determined, which should increase the attractiveness of the business center. Guided by the current regulatory documentation and the knowledge gained in the analysis process, space-planning solutions for the showroom and restaurant have been developed. As a result, a project of a business center was developed in accordance with the design specification, a variant of space-planning solutions for public spaces of the business center.

Данная работа посвящена оценке эффективности применения конструкций Ð´Ð²Ð¾Ð¹Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð°ÑÐ°Ð´Ð¾Ð² с буферными зонами. Цели и задачи, поставленные в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования: • анализ эффективности применения Ð´Ð²Ð¾Ð¹Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð°ÑÐ°Ð´Ð¾Ð² с буферными зонами; • разработка энергетического паспорта бизнес центра с классическим остеклением; • разработка энергетического паспорта бизнес центра с конструкциями Ð´Ð²Ð¾Ð¹Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð°ÑÐ°Ð´Ð¾Ð² с буферными зонами; • анализ теплопотерь типового этажа с классическим остеклением и с конструкциями Ð´Ð²Ð¾Ð¹Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð°ÑÐ°Ð´Ð¾Ð² с буферными зонами. В результате работы сделан вывод – применение конструкции двойного фасада с буферными зонами является эффективным решением при проектировании высотного бизнес-центра: • за счет использования двойного фасада теплопотери уменьшились на 68% в сравнении с типовой конструкцией остекления; • класс энергетической эффективности здания с С+ был повышен до В+; • теплопотери через структурное фасадное остекление ALT F-50 SG от Ð¾Ð±Ñ‰Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÐ¿Ð»Ð¾Ð¿Ð¾Ñ‚ÐµÑ€ÑŒ составляют 91%. Цель работы – разработка программы управления объектом недвижимости, расположенного по адресу ул. Барочная, д. 4а. В Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐºÐ°Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ работы был описан и изучен исследуемый объект недвижимости, проведен анализ его местоположения. Отличительной особенностью проектируемого объекта являются медиафасадные экраны, расположенные на Ñ„Ð°ÑÐ°Ð´Ð°Ñ Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ. Целью дипломного проекта является разработка ÑƒÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð² задании на проектирование разделов проектной документации на возведение офисного здания с медиафасадной системой. В Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐºÐ°Ñ Ð¸ÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ работы рассмотрены различные виды и конструкции медиафасадов, Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¾Ð¸Ð½ÑÑ‚Ð²Ð° и недостатки. На основе полученной информации сделаны выводы о возможности устройства Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð¸Ð»Ð¸ Ð¸Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÐ´Ð¸Ð°Ñ„Ð°ÑÐ°Ð´Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¸ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¼ на высотном здании. The site plan, architectural, space-planning and design solutions, measures for fire safety and access for the disabled were developed, the construction organization project was completed and the estimated documentation for construction and installation works was compiled. Often, creating a unique appearance of a building involves the use of consoles, including in high-rise buildings. The use of cantilever floors reduces the number of load-bearing columns used and increases the range of possible architectural solutions. In this paper, calculation of cantilever sections of the overlap and the analysis of the reinforcement of cantilever beams with cantilevers with a span of 6000, 5100, 4440, 3770, 2440 and 2070 mm were done. As part of research, following tasks were completed: • study the literature on the research topic • collect loads on the projected consoles • create a model from finite elements • make calculations in the SCAD PC, get a diagram of the bending moments in the beams, calculate the necessary reinforcement • according to the results of the calculation, accept the reinforcement • perform the calculation of the stress-strain state The adopted reinforcement is in the traditionally used range. A test was carried out for the II group of limit states, from which it follows that the design in question is suitable for operation. It is shown that the use of the studied consoles in unique buildings does not require special design measures.

Как результат, по итогу выполнения работы был разработан проект высотного здания бизнес-центра с подземной автостоянкой, а также сформулированы выводы и рекомендации касаемо возможности применения Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ двойного светопрозрачного фасада в запроектированном уникальном здании., The purpose of this work in addition to the development of sections of design documentation for a high-rise business center is to determine the economic feasibility of using the technology of a transparent double skin facade in a business center in the climatic conditions of St. Petersburg. During the implementation of this graduation project the following tasks were solved: - development of sections of design documentation in accordance with the design task; - researching of the concept and main features of the system of transparent double skin facades; - comparative analysis of the technology of a double skin facade and a typical solution of a transparent facade system; - calculation of the payback period of the double facade. As a result, a project of the high-rise building with an underground parking was developed as well as conclusions and recommendations were formulated regarding the possibility of using the technology of a transparent double skin facade in the designed unique building.

Следовательно, это одна из причин, по которой Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ развивать подземное строительство для удовлетворена потребностей населения. Строительство подземной части Ð³Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð´ÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¾Ð±ÑŠÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ð² чаще выполняется методом «Up-down», то есть открытым способом в котловане. In the modern world, with daily expanding borders, an increase in building density, among city parks. Therefore, this is one of the reasons why it is necessary to use underground construction for the needs of the population. The construction of the underground part of urban objects is often carried out by the "Up-down" method, that is, by an open-cut method in a pit. The demand for the relevance of this method is provided by financial profitability, because it does not require special fixing of slopes. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were identified: - consider a method of increasing the speed of the construction process of erecting the underground part of a high-rise business center; - display the sequence of work on the construction of a business center using the "top-down" method; - estimate the expected construction time by the "top-down" method, to perform a technical and economic comparison with the traditional method. The most technologically advanced option for the construction of the pit, erected by the "top-down" method, has been chosen. Also, a comparison was made of the economic benefits of this technology.

Документация проекта строительства данного объекта разрабатывалась в соответствии с Постановлением Правительства РФ от 16 февраля 2008 №87 и Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ñƒ заданию на проектирование. Помимо проработки разделов проектной документации, Ñ‚Ð°ÐºÐ¸Ñ , как Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ðµ и конструктивные решения, проект организации строительства, мероприятия по обеспечению пожарной безопасности и Ð´Ñ€ÑƒÐ³Ð¸Ñ , в работе была проведена оценка целесообразности и эффективности внедрения автоматизированной системы управления здание в бизнес-центр. Для этого были проанализированы различные исследования и публикации по данной тематике, изучены особенности работы АСУЗ, осуществлен подбор Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ оборудования под проектируемый объект, выделены преимущества применения данной системы. Суммарная экономия на электроснабжении, отоплении, водоснабжении и водоотведении при внедрении АСУЗ достигает 35%, что в денежном эквиваленте для проектируемого здания составило 6782 тыс. руб. в год. Также был проведен расчет ряда ÑÐºÐ¾Ð½Ð¾Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ð°Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð², Ð¿Ð¾Ð·Ð²Ð¾Ð»ÑÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»Ð¸Ñ‚ÑŒ эффективность предложенного решения. In addition to working out the sections of the project documentation, such as architectural and design solutions, the construction organization project, fire safety measures and others, the work assessed the feasibility and effectiveness of introducing an automated building management system into a business center. For this, various studies and publications on this topic were analyzed, the features of the automated control system were studied, the selection of the necessary equipment for the designed object was carried out, the advantages of using this system were highlighted. The total savings on electricity, heating, water supply and sewerage during the implementation of the automated control system reaches 35%, which in monetary terms for the projected building amounted to 6,782 thousand rubles per year. A number of economic parameters were also calculated to determine the effectiveness of the proposed solution. The calculations took into account the annual increase in utility bills, taken as the arithmetic mean. As a result, the self-sufficiency period of the automated system was calculated, which was 8 years.

An optimal roof type was chosen for a high-rise public building. Despite the high cost of installation, the roof can pay off over the years as it will require less repair work. Since the building will be located close to the open waters, the roofing pie coating must have increased frost resistance.

В данной работе разработана проектная документация на возведение высотного бизнес-центра с пристроенной подземной Ð´Ð²ÑƒÑ ÑƒÑ€Ð¾Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ²Ð¾Ð¹ парковкой. В здании разработана система автоматизации в части управления рулонными шторами для контроля освещенности по протоколу KNX. Обоснована Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÑŒ проектирования системы автоматизации. Указано назначение устройств (контролеры, переключатели, активаторы). Осуществлен подбор оборудования на основании продукции ABB. Выполнен расчет параметров электрооборудования питания. Предусмотрены расположения оборудования и внешней проводки щита. Произведен расчет стоимости внедрения системы автоматизации., In the given work the design documentation is developed for a business centre with an attached two-level underground parking erection. In the building an automation system for the purpose of roller shades control via KNX protocol is developed. The necessity of developing an automation system is substantiated. The assignment of the devices (controllers, switches, acti-vators) is explained. The selection of equipment based on ABB products is made. The calcula-tion of power supply units parameters is performed. The equipment and external wiring of elec-tric cabinet location pattern is developed. The calculation of automation system embedding cost is performed.

В данной выпускной бакалаврской квалификационной работе разработан проект бизнес центра на 500 сотрудников с детализированным строительным генеральным планом. Участок, отведенный под застройку, расположен по адресу г. Санкт-Петербург, пр. Шаумяна 11П. Участок строительства Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ñ‚ÑÑ в ÑÑ‚ÐµÑÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑƒÑÐ»Ð¾Ð²Ð¸ÑÑ Ð³Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð´ÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ застройки. Был разработан ряд мероприятий по организации Строительной Площадки для оптимизации строительно-Ð¼Ð¾Ð½Ñ‚Ð°Ð¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚. Данные мероприятия Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‚ÑÑ в разделе ПОС и в составе пояснительной записки. Состав строительного генерального плана разработан в соответствии со СНиП 3.01.01.85* «Организация строительного производства». В работе представлен проект бизнес-центра с витражными ограждающими конструкциями. В проекте разработаны все разделы согласно 87 постановлению Правительства РФ. Работа выполнена с помощью ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿ÑŒÑŽÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð¼Ð¼: Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit Architecture, SCAD 21.1, Microsoft Office, Сметно-аналитический комплекс для выпуска сметной документации А0. В результате выполнения данного проекта были определены объемно-планировочные решения для здания, разработана ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð° планировки земельного участка, приняты конструктивные решения, произведен расчет здания на временные и постоянные нагрузки, составлен проект по организации строительства, разработаны решения по Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ðµ окружающей среды, составлена сводная смета на строительство. Строительная площадка организована с учетом Ð²ÑÐµÑ Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ±ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€ безопасности. Проект разработан на основании требований по пожарной безопасности с учетом доступа Ð¼Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð°Ð±Ð°Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð³Ñ€ÑƒÐ¿Ð¿ населения. Размеры Ð»Ð¸Ñ„Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ°Ð±Ð¸Ð½ приняты в соответствии с требованиями по транспортировке МГН.
