This paper aims to contribute to the development of the research field related to process and organizational structure maturity through the conceptual validation and reliability of the research instrument used. For this, a bibliographic research was developed were it was identified and conceptualized the first-order constructs that compose these two constructs, taken as second order. Based on data collected through a survey with 63 answers, the empirical validation of the research instrument was performed based on statistical tests. As result of the empirical reliability test performed, the first-order constructs conceptually defined for process maturity are: process design, process executors, process department, infrastructure, and process performance indicators. Similarly, the first-order constructs defined for the maturity of the organizational structure are: leadership, culture, expertise, and governance.
