İçinde bulunduğumuz süreçte devam eden Covid-19 pandemisi sadece sağlık sektörüne sıkıntılar yaşatmamış aynı zamanda finans sektöründe de ciddi sıkıntılara yol açmıştır. Bu süreçte bankacılık sektörü gerek hane halkının gerekse işletmelerin ihtiyaçlarını finanse ederek pandeminin ekonomik etkilerinin azaltılmasında büyük rol oynamıştır. Pandeminin neden olduğu bu ekonomik etkilerin azaltılması adına uygulanan tedbirler bankacılık sektöründe kredi hacminin genişlemesine, tahsili gecikmiş alacakların artmasına ve beklenen zarar karşılıklarının yükselmesine neden olmuştur. Pandemi sonrası süreçte ekonominin normale dönme süresi ile ilgili belirsizliğin çok yüksek olması, bankacılık sektörü tarafından kullandırılan krediler ve tahsili gecikmiş alacakların önemini daha da arttırmaktadır. Bu nedenle bu çalışmada pandemi öncesi 12 aylık ve pandeminin devam ettiği 12 aylık süreçte bankacılık sektörünün kredi hacmi ve takipteki alacak miktarlarındaki değişim hem toplam hem de sektörel bazda incelenmiştir. Ayrıca veriler eşleştirilmiş t-testine tabi tutularak ve pandemi öncesi süreç ile pandemi süreci arasındaki farklılıkların anlamlı olup olmadıkları test edilmiştir., The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic not only caused problems in the health sector, but also caused serious problems in the financial sector. In this process, the banking sector played a major role in reducing the economic effects of the pandemic by financing the needs of both households and businesses. The measures taken to reduce the economic effects caused by the pandemic caused the loan volume to expand, the non-performing loans to increase and the expected loss provisions to increase in the banking sector. The high level of uncertainty regarding the recovery process of the economy in the post-pandemic period increases the importance of the loans and non-performing loans made available by the banking sector. For this reason, in this study, the change in the loan volume and NPL amounts of the banking sector in the 12-month period before the pandemic and the 12-month period during the pandemic were examined both on a total and sectoral basis. In addition, the data were subjected to the paired t-test and it was tested whether the differences between the pre-pandemic period and the pandemic period were significant.

Çalışmamızınamacı, alternatif ölçme değerlendirme tekniklerinden oluşan web destekli birmateryal geliştirip uygulayarak “Vücudumuzda Sistemler” ünitesindeki kavramyanılgılarının giderilmesine yönelik etkisini araştırmaktır. Çalışmanınörneklemini, 3 farklı ortaokulda altıncı sınıfa devam etmekte olan 76 kız, 84erkek olmak üzere toplam 160 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada, deneyselaraştırma yöntemlerinden yarı deneysel araştırma deseni kullanılmıştır. Her birokuldaki iki şubeden biri yansız atama ile deney ve kontrol grubu olarakatanmıştır. Gruplara, çalışmanın öncesinde ve sonrasında ön test / son testşeklinde güvenirlik katsayısı (KR-20) ,683 olan üç aşamalı kavram başarı testi uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerinanalizinde, betimsel analiz tekniği kullanılmıştır. Ön test verilerinden tespit edilen kavramyanılgılarının, hem kontrol gruplarında hem de deney gruplarında benzeroranlarda görüldüğü anlaşılmaktadır. Buna karşın, son test verileriincelendiğinde deney gruplarında öğrencilerinin kavram yanılgılarının azaldığıgörülürken, kontrol gruplarında kavram yanılgısının azalmasının çok düşükdüzeyde kaldığı hatta kimi sorularda daha da arttığı görülmektedir. Buradan,etkinlik temelli web materyalinin kavram yanılgılarının azaltılmasında etkili olduğusonucuna varılabilir. Araştırmacılara, fen bilimleri dersinin diğer ünitelerineyönelik de kavram yanılgılarının tespit için iki ya da üç aşamalı testlerkullanmaları önerilmektedir., The purpose of our study is to develop and use a webassisted material consisting of alternative assessment and evaluationtechniques and to examine its effect on eliminating misconceptions in “Systemsin our body” unit. The sample of the study consisted of a total of 160, 76female and 84 male, students attending 6th grade in 3 different secondaryschools. Quasi-experimental research method was used in the study. One of thetwo classes in each school was assigned as experimental group through randomassignment and the other was assigned as the control group. The groups weregiven a three-staged concept achievement test with a reliability coefficient(KR-20) of 0,683 before and after the study as pretest and posttest. In theanalysis of the data, a descriptive analysis technique was used. Pretest datashowed that the misconceptions found were seen in similar rates in both controland experimental groups. On the contrary, when the post test data wereanalyzed, it was found that while the misconceptions of the students in theexperimental groups had decreased, the decrease in the control groups was verylow and in some questions, misconceptions had even increased. From this result,it can be concluded that activity based assessment and evaluation tool is effectivein decreasing misconceptions. Researchers are advised to use two or threestaged tests to find out misconceptions in other units of the sciencelesson.

Amaç: Toplumların gelişiminde, öğretmenler her zaman özel bir yere sahiptir. Yerel değerlerle barışık ve aynı zamanda küreselleşen dünyayla rekabet edebilecek donanıma sahip bireylerin yetiştirilmesinde öğretmenlere çok büyük sorumluluklar düşmektedir. Bu sorumluluklarını yerine getirmesi beklenen öğretmenlerimizin de, dünyanın hızlı değişimine ayak uydurabilmelerini sağlayacak bilgi ve becerilere sahip olarak yetiştirilmeleri bir gerekliliktir. Öğretmenlerin nitelikli bir şekilde yetişmelerinde şüphesiz ki eğitim fakültelerinde aldıkları eğitimin önemli bir yeri vardır. Öğretmen adaylarının eğitimleri boyunca öğretmenlik mesleği hakkında geliştirecekleri olumlu tutum ve yaklaşımlar, iyi birer öğretmen olmaları yolundaki ilk adımı oluşturacaktır. Öğretmenlik mesleğine karşı olumlu bir tutumla ve öz-yeterlilikleri yüksek bir şekilde meslek hayatlarına başlayan öğretmen adaylarının, öğrencilerinin hayatlarında önemli bir yer edinecekleri ve gelişimlerine önemli bir katkıda bulunacakları öngörüsünde bulunmak yanlış olmayacaktır. Bu araştırma çalışmasında öğretmen adaylarının, öğretmenlik mesleğine ilişkin tutumları ile öz-yeterlik inançlarının belirlenmesi ve bazı demografik değişkenler (cinsiyet, not ortalaması ve sınıf düzeyi) açısından incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ayrıca, öğretmen adaylarının öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumları ile öz-yeterlik inançları arasındaki ilişkinin ortaya çıkarılması da araştırmanın amaçları arasında yer almıştır.

In science education, students should be responsible for their individual learning and strategies that they are actively involved in in the learning process. Establishing environments to support individual learning of learners will play an important role in making the learner's cognitive level meaningful. Conceptual learning can be made more meaningful by using modeling-based teaching, especially when abstract phenomena and concepts are taught. By using modeling-based instruction in conjunction with blended learning environments, time and space constraints can be eliminated. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of the personalized blended learning environments, organized on the basis of web-based modeling for the "Matter and Heat" unit, on the success of the students.The study was conducted with 6th grade (N = 64) students in secondary school. In this study, semi-experimental research method was used as experimental research methods. The two classes of achievement levels were randomly assigned as experimental and control groups. In the experiment group, the web based materials and measurement tool created on the basis of the model were used by the students. Not used in the control group.At the beginning and at the end of the study, students were administered the achievement test with reliability coefficient (KR-20) .94 in the form of pre-test / post-test. From the analysis of the data of the study, a significant difference emerged in the positive direction in favor of the experimental group students. From these results, it can be said that the blended learning environments arranged on the basis of model have a positive effect on student achievement. Başarı seviyeleri denk olan iki sınıf,rastgele olarak deney ve kontrol grubu şeklinde belirlenmiştir. Deney grubunda,modelleme temelinde oluşturulan web destekli materyaller öğrenciler tarafındankullanılmıştır. Kontrol grubunda ise kullanılmamıştır. Çalışmanın başında vesonunda öğrencilere ön test/son test şeklinde güvenirlik katsayısı (KR-20) .94olan başarı testi uygulanmıştır. Çalışmanın verilerinin analizinden, deneygrubu öğrencileri lehine pozitif yönde anlamlı bir fark ortaya çıkmıştır. Busonuçlardan, modelleme temelinde düzenlenmiş harmanlanmış öğrenme ortamlarınınöğrenci başarılarında olumlu bir etkisinin olduğu söylenebilir.Araştırmacılara, kişiselleştirilmiş harmanlanmış öğrenme ortamlarında modellemetemelinde etkinliklere yer vermeleri önerilmektedir.

The relationship between social capital and economic growth has become an attractive research area in the literature recently. In this context, this paper examines the relationship between social capital indicators and industry production in the period of 2006-2014 with monthly data for the G7 countries. For empirical analysis, panel causality analysis method developed by Dumitrescu & Hurlin (2012) was used. Results indicate that there is a bidirectional relationship between social capital indicators and industry production. These findings support feedback hypothesis in the context of social capital and economic growth in the G7 countries.Keywords. ‘De facto-De jure’ uyuşmazlığını eleştiren ve ülkelerin kur rejimlerini sınıflandıran çalışmalar 1979 yılında başlamış ve halen önemini korumaktadır. Önde gelen çalışmaların sonuçları arasındaki uyumsuzluklar, araştırmacıları kur rejim esnekliğini belirleyen yeni modeller üzerine çalışmaya itmektedir. Bu modellerden biri de 2008 yılında Frankel ve Wei tarafından önerilmiştir. Bu çalışmada Frankel ve Wei 2008 tarafından ortaya konulan model kullanılarak; Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası TCMB tarafından resmi olarak açıklanan döviz kuru rejimi de jure ile uygulanan döviz kuru rejimi de facto arasında farklılığın olup olmadığı, diğer bir ifadeyle dalgalanma korkusu nedeniyle farklı bir döviz kuru rejimine yönelim olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Ülkelerin kurlara müdahalesinin nedenini “dalgalanma korkusu” olarak açıklayan Calvo ve Reinhart’a 2002 göre, bağımsız döviz kuru uygulandığını ilan eden ülkelerin aslında kurlardaki dalgalanmalardan çekindiklerini ve fiili olarak sabit kur veya ara rejimli uygulamalara yöneldiklerini ifade etmektedir. Özellikle düşük kredibilite, ani duruş sorunu, ilk günah problemi, yüksek dolarizasyon, döviz kurlarından fiyatlara geçiş etkisi, güvenirlik sorunu ve finansal piyasalarla kısıtlı bütünleşme gibi problemlerle karşılaşacağını düşünen ülkelerin parasal otoriteleri dalgalanma korkusu nedeniyle döviz kurun­daki büyük dalgalanmalara duyarsız kalamayarak, döviz piyasasına fiili ola­rak müdahalede bulunmaktadır. Çalışmada araştırma dönemi 2003-2017 yıllarını kapsamakta olup, elde edilen bulgulara göre, araştırma dönemi boyunca Türkiye’de dört farklı ‘de facto’ kur rejimi uygulandığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Belirlenen alt dönemler için model uygulanmış ve döviz piyasasında baskıyı temsil eden EMP değişkenin katsayısına bağlı olarak ülkenin döviz kuru rejiminin esnekliği belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. EMP değişkenin her dönemde anlamlı çıkması, fiilen sabit kur rejimi uygulanmadığının kesin bir göstergesiyken; EMP katsayılarının düşük çıkması fiilen ara rejim uygulamasının olduğunu ifade etmekdir. Bu sonuçlar, 2003-2017 döneminde fiilen ara rejim uygulandığını göstermekte olup, Calvo ve Reinhart 2002 tarafından ortaya konulan “dalgalanma korkusu” kavramını desteklerken, Fischer 2001 tarafından önerilen “iki kutupluluk” hipotezini reddetmektedir. Ayrıca EMP sonuçları dikkate alındığında, ABD Merkez Bankası Fed’in yeni dönem politikalarıyla birlikte Türkiye’nin 2014 yılından sonra daha katı bir kur rejim uygulamasına geçtiği analiz sonuçlarından açıkça görülmektedir., Studies in which researchers criticize the incompatibility of ‘de facto-de jure’, and exchange rate regimes of countries are classified started in 1979, and they still bear high importance. Incompatibilities between the results of prominent studies have pushed researchers into working on new models that determine exchange rate flexibility. One of these models were proposed in 2008 by Frankel and Wei. Using the model presented by Frankel and Wei 2008 in this study, whether there is any difference between the exchange rate regime de jure officially announced by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey CBRT and the applied exchange rate regime de facto , in other words, whether there is a trend towards a different exchange rate regime due to the fear of fluctuation has been studied. According to Calvo and Reinhart 2002 who explained the reason for the interference of countries in exchange rates as a "fear of floating", countries that declared an independent exchange rate actually refrain from the fluctuations in the rates and, de facto, tend towards fixed exchange rates or interim regimes. In particular, monetary authorities of countries that think that they will encounter problems such as low credibility, sudden stop problem, original sin problem, high dollarization, effect of transition from exchange rates to prices, reliability problem and limited integration with financial markets have de facto intervened in foreign exchange market by no remaining insensitive to great fluctuations in exchange rates due to the fear of floating. The research period in the study covers the years between 2003-2017, and according to the findings, it has been revealed that four different 'de facto' exchange rate regimes were applied in Turkey during this research period. The model was applied for the specified sub-periods and the flexibility of the exchange rate regime of the country have been tried to be determined depending on the coefficient of the EMP variable representing the pressure in the foreign exchange market. While the meaningfulness of the EMP variable in each period is the precise indication of the fact that the fixed exchange rate regime is not de facto applied, the low EMP coefficients indicate that there is a de facto interim regime application. These results show that the de facto interim regime was applied in the period 2003-2017, however, it rejects the hypothesis of "bipolar view " proposed by Fischer 2001 while supporting the concept of "fear of floating" introduced by Calvo and Reinhart 2002 . Moreover, it is clear in the results of the analysis that Turkey has implemented a stricter exchange rate regime after 2014 along with the new term policies of the Fed, US Central Bank, when the EMP results are taken into consideration

In this study, it was aimed to be developed a three tier concept diagnostic test on “The systems in our body” Unit in 6th grade science lesson and to be provided its validity and reliability with aim to determine misconceptions. The developed test was applied to 357 7thgrade students attending at three secondary schools in the center of Samsun. For the concept diagnostic test consisting of total 51 questions was performed validity and reliability studies. The reliability of the concept diagnostic test was evaluated as 0.774 with the help of KR-20 reliability estimation method for the first stage questions. In addition, when the questions of all stages were evaluated together, the test reliability was found as 0.683. As a results of the analysis, it can be said that the concept diagnosis test is valid and reliable measuring tool, in order to determine misconceptions on the subject of “The systems in our body” Unit, Bu çalışmada, 6. sınıf fen bilimleri dersi “Vücudumuzda Sistemler” ünitesine yönelik kavram yanılgılarını belirlemede kullanılabilecek geçerli ve güvenilir bir üç aşamalı kavram tanı testinin geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Geliştirilen test, Samsun ili merkezinde bulunan üç farklı ortaokulun yedinci sınıfında öğrenim görmekte olan 357 öğrenciye uygulanmıştır. Toplam 17 madde 51 sorudan oluşan kavram tanı testi için geçerlilik güvenirlik çalışması yapılmıştır. Kavram tanı testinin güvenirliği birinci aşama sorularının analizinden KR-20 formülü ile hesaplanmış ve ,774 olarak bulunmuştur. Bununla beraber, üç aşamanın soruları birlikte değerlendirildiğinde güvenirliği ,683 olarak bulunmuştur. Analiz sonuçlarından, geliştirilen tanı testinin kavram yanılgılarını belirlemede kullanılabilecek geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğu söylenebilir
