6. Demir Nanoparçacıkların Dinamik Manyetik ve Histeresis Özellikleri

Abstract

Manyetik nanoyapılar, üstün manyetik özellikleri vesıradışı boyut etkileri nedeniyle manyetiksensörlerde, yüksek yoğunluklu dijital depolamaaygıtları, manyetik kayıt cihazları, hipertermitedavisi ve ilaç dağıtımı gibi birçok yenilikçiteknolojik uygulamanın önemli bir çalışma alanıhaline gelmiştir[1]. Öte yandan mikromanyetikmodelleme manyetizma çalışmalarında hem yenisistemlerin keşfedilmesi hem de çalışılması zordeneylere rehberlik ettiği için vazgeçilmez bir araçolmuştur[2]. Mikromanyetizma, Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert (LLG) denklemini ve Brown enerjiterimlerini içerir [3]. Bu çalışmada zamanlaperiyodik olarak değişen düzlem-içi bir dış manyetikalana sürülmüş iki boyutlu dairesel yapıda demirnanoparçacığın dinamik manyetik özellikleriincelenmiştir. Mikromanyetik simülasyonlar sonlu farklar nümerik metodunu kullanan OOMMF(Object Oriented Micromagnetic Framework)mikromanyetik simülasyon programı yardımıylagerçekleştirilmiştir[4]. Uygulanan dış manyetikalanın frekansı değiştirilerek sistemin dinamik cevabısonucu özel bir frekans değerinden sonragözlemlenen dinamik faz geçişi farklı dış alandeğerlerinde sistematik olarak çalışılmıştır. Bununyanısıra, nanoparçacıkların dinamik manyetik alanaltındaki histeresis davranışları incelenmiştir. Buinceleme, histeresis karakteristikleri olan histeresisdöngü alanı, koersif alan, artık manyetizasyonniceliklerinin uygulanan alan frekansına göredeğişiminin elde edilmesi ile yapılmıştır.Nanoparçacıklardaki dinamik faz geçişi gösterilmişve manyetik histeresislere dair elde edilen sonuçlarınmanyetik terslenme süreçleri ve dinamik manyetikfaz geçişleri ile uyumlu olduğu görülmüştür.

Abstract

The effect of the dipolar interaction strength on the dynamical hysteresis behavior of the nanodisk is investigated within the Heisenberg model and Monte Carlo simulation. The system is under the effect of the dynamical periodic sinusoidal magnetic field. It has been shown that dipolar interaction strength can induce dynamical phase transition and the transition from the fully dynamically ordered ground state to the weak dynamically ordered ground state. Besides, it has been shown that rising dipolar interaction raises the hysteresis loop area for higher temperatures and a linear relationship between the peak positions of the hysteresis loop area and the temperature locations of the peaks obtained. • The effect of the dipolar interaction on the dynamic hysteresis of the nanodisc is investigated. • Dynamical phases of the according to the strength of the dipolar interaction of the system obtained. • The effect of the dipolar interaction on the hysteresis loop area has been obtained. 8. Micromagnetic investigation of dynamic hysteresis and dynamic phase transition properties in Co, Fe and Ni nanodisks.

Abstract

We have investigated the dynamical hysteresis behaviors of C o , F e , and Ni nanodisks under the effect of the time-dependent magnetic field by solving the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation with the OOMMF software. A nanodisk with a diameter of 360 n m constructed in the xy plane is exposed to a sinusoidal x-directed magnetic field with varying frequency and amplitude values. All nanodisks exhibit intricate frequency-dependent variations in the hysteresis loop area, remanent magnetization, and coercive field. Our simulation results emphasize that while the dynamical order occurs exclusively in the x direction for Fe nanodisks, dynamical order is observed in the y and z directions for Ni nanodisks within a specific frequency range. • Dynamic phase transitions of Co, Fe, and Ni are discussed in the micromagnetic framework. • Time series and hysteresis curves have been systematically investigated for each nanodisk type. • The dynamic hysteresis properties have been calculated as functions of frequency.
