In the process of this work, an implementation of the CNN architecture that was powered by GoogleNet was created for the purpose of identifying cases of retinal diabetes. In order to categorize retinal pictures, the 144 layers of the GoogleNet CNN algorithm were utilized; these images were then trained utilizing a wide range of various training settings. Based on the findings of the comparison, the ADAM GoogleNet CNN option appears to be the most effective method for the diagnosis of diabetic retinal illness. It shows a 96% as accuracy in 3 min and 11 seconds with a good fit result.

In this research utilizing the TensorFlow framework with a cluster state as a data source which mayor may not excited, the researcher demonstrates and evaluates a quantum variant of the conventional classical neural network (CNN) called the hybrid quantum-classical convolutional neural network (HQCNN) which is trained on data containing a quantum mechanical state protected by the SPT topology. The accuracy was determined in purely model's results did not exceed 89.58% accuracy within ten epochs, whereas the hybrid model's results were accurate to 100% within three epochs with a single (Twist) filter and seven epochs with a multi-filter (multi-Twist) model with the goal of eliminating quantum entanglement.

ÖZETBiyolojik dokuların vücut dışında canlılıklarını kaybetmeden yıllar boyunca saklanabilmesi kriyoprezervasyon aracılığıyla gerçekleştirilebilmektedir. Kriyoprezervasyon yoluyla dondurulacak hücreler, spermatogenezisi devam eden sağlıklı ve fertil hayvanlardan uygun metotlarla toplanarak elde edilebilmektedir. Günümüzde, erkek hayvanlardan suni vajen, elektroejakülatör, el ile yapılan manipülasyonlar ve epididimal işlemler sonucu elde edilen spermanın kriyoprezervasyonu ile üreme alanda başarılı sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Ancak çeşitli nedenlerden dolayı infertilite problemi olan hayvanlarda, vahşi hayvan türlerinde ve henüz pubertaya ulaşamamış hayvanlarda sperma direkt olarak elde edilemediğinden, genetik materyalin korunması ve saklanabilmesi için farklı tekniklerin arayışı içerisine girilmiştir. Testiküler dokunun kriyoprezervasyonu, farklı hayvan türlerinde üreme kapasitesinin korunmasını ve nesli tükenmekte olan türler ile henüz pubertaya ulaşmamış hayvanlarda gametlerin uzun yıllar saklanabilmesine olanak sağlayan bir yöntemdir. Bu yöntemle testiküler dokulardan elde edilen spermatozoonlar veya spermatogonial kök hücreler in vitro koşullarda gelişimini tamamlayabilir ve suni tohumlama ya da in vitro fertilizasyon gibi yardımcı üreme uygulamalarında kullanılabilir. Son 30 yılda, çeşitli türlerde başarılı sonuçların alındığı testiküler doku kriyoprezervasyonu henüz optimum materyallerin ve dondurma protokollerinin geliştirilememesinden dolayı detaylı araştırmalara açık ve reprodüktif alanda başarılı ilerlemelere sebep olabilecek bir konu olma özelliği taşımaktadır., Biological tissues can be stored for many years without losing their viability outside the body through cryopreservation. Cells to be frozen by cryopreservation can be collected by appropriate methods from healthy and fertile animals whose spermatogenesis continues. Today, successful results have been obtained in the reproductive field with the cryopreservation of sperm obtained from male animals as a result of artificial vagina, electroejaculator, manual manipulations and epididymal procedures. However, since sperm cannot be obtained directly in animals with infertility problems due to various reasons, wild animal species and animals that have not yet reached puberty, different techniques have been sought to protect and preserve the genetic material. Cryopreservation of testicular tissue is a method that allows the preservation of reproductive capacity in different animal species and the preservation of gametes for many years in endangered species and animals that have not yet reached puberty. With this method, spermatozoons or spermatogonial stem cells obtained from testicular tissues can complete their development in vitro and can be used in assisted reproductive applications such as artificial insemination or in vitro fertilization. In the last 30 years, testicular tissue cryopreservation, in which successful results have been obtained in various types, is open to detailed researches due to the fact that optimum materials and freezing protocols have not been developed yet and is a subject that can lead to successful advances in the reproductive field.

Erkeğe bağlı infertilite, genetik ve epigenetik nedenlerden kaynaklanan karmaşık etiyoloji, döl veriminin normal sınırlar altında bulunmasına sebep olan bir hastalıktır. İnfertilite ile spermatozoonun genetik yapısı arasında kuvvetli bir birliktelik bulunmaktadır. Çeşitli iç ve dış kaynaklı sebeplerden dolayı spermatozoonun Deoksiribo nükleik asit (DNA) yapısında farklı düzeylerde hasarlar meydana gelmektedir. İnfertil erkeklerde spermatozoon DNA hasarı yüksek olarak saptanmaktadır. In vitro embryo culture is an important step of in vitro production of bovine embryos. The aim of this study was to compare the in vitro development of bovine embryos in G1.3/G2.3 sequential culture media and CR1aa culture medium. Oocytes were obtained from ovaries of slaughtered cows and matured in TCM-199 medium in humidified air containing 5% CO(2) at 39 degrees C. Matured oocytes were fertilized in vitro using frozen bull sperm prepared with Percoll separation. After fertilization, the presumptive zygotes were denuded from cumulus cells and randomly allotted for 2 treatments: Culture in CR1aa (n = 116) and G1.3/G2.3 (n = 125). The embryo culture was carried out in 50 mu L droplets of the media that were placed in incubator containing 6% CO(2) 5% O(2) and 89% N(2). Önerilen bu yenikanal kestirim yöntemi hem uzay-frekans hem de uzay-zaman OFDM sistemlerineuygulanmıştır. Kanal değişimleri özbağlanımlı süreçle modellenmiştir.Kullanılan çok sayıda telsiz haberleşme uygulamasında kanal parametrelerininbilinmesine gereksinim duyulmaktadır. OFDM sistemlerinin kapasitesini ya dabaşarımını arttırmak için çok sayıda verici-çok sayıda alıcı veya çok sayıda verici-tekbir alıcı anten kullanılabilir. In this dissertation, a new channel estimation method for wireless communicationsystems that use orthogonal frequency division multiplexing is proposed. This proposednew channel estimation method is applied to both space-frequency and space-timeOFDM systems. Channel variations are modelled by autoregressive process.Channel parameters are required by many wireless communications applications.Multiple transmit and/or receive antennas can be used for increasing the capacity orperformance of OFDM systems. Channel information is essential to diversitycombining, interference suppression, and signal detection. Therefore, the accuracy ofchannel state information greatly influences the overall system performance.In this study, a low cost i.e., computationally efficient channel estimation algorithm forOFDM systems with transmitter diversity in unknown wireless fading channels isproposed. The proposed algorithm used pilot symbols known at the receiver andestimation was obtained by minimum mean-square-error method. In order to decreasethe computational load estimation was realized in time domain instead of frequencydomain. The proposed approach employed a convenient representation of the channelimpulse responses based on the Karhunen-Loeve (KL) orthogonal expansion and foundMMSE estimates of the uncorrelated KL series expansion coefficients. Based on suchan expansion, no matrix inversion was required in the proposed MMSE estimator. Thus,computational load decreased. Subsequently, optimal rank reduction was applied toobtain significant taps resulting in a smaller computational load on the proposedestimation algorithm.The performance of the proposed approach was studied through the analytical resultsand computer simulations. In order to explore the performance, the closed-formexpression for the average symbol error rate (SER) probability was derived for themaximum ratio receive combiner (MRRC). Then, the stochastic Cramer-Rao lowerbound (CRLB) was considered and the closed form expression for the random KLcoefficients was derived. Consequently, the performance of the MMSE channelestimator based on the evaluation of minimum Bayesian MSE was exploited. Themodelling mismatch on the estimator performance was also analyzed. Simulation resultsconfirme theoretical analysis and illustrate that the proposed algorithms are capable oftracking fast fading and improving overall performance. 101

Immediately after dilution sperm motility rates were 83.37±0.37 % and 83.12±0.38 % for Laiciphos W 488 and AndroMed extenders, respectively. Sperm motility for the samples diluted with AndroMed on day 3 was above 50 % in all bulls studied. However, motility rates in sperm samples diluted with Laiciphos W 488 were higher than 50% in 2 bulls only. Motility rates gradually decreased day by day after day 3 post-dilution and, finally, dropped zero on day 10 in the both extender groups. As a result, it was concluded that bull sperm diluted with both extenders which can be used for artificial insemination during 3 days at +40C and no significant difference was determined between extenders on the preservation of sperm motility

Bu araştırmada, gökkuşağı alabalığında spermatolojik parametreler ve aralarındaki korelasyonlar değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca, iki farklı sulandırıcıyla (Sulandırıcı I ve II) spermalar dondurularak önemli olan spermatolojik özellikler belirlenmiş ve bu sulandırıcıların spermatozoa canlılığı üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. Spermanın dondurulmasında tesadüfi seçilmiş 24 gökkuşağı alabalığından alınan ejakulatlar kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada kullanılan alabalıklardan, masaj yöntemiyle sperma alınarak spermatolojik özellikler [sperma miktarı (ml), spermatozoa motilitesi (%), spermatozoa yoğunluğu (x 109 /ml), pH] tespit edilmiştir. Sperma iki farklı sulandırıcı kullanılarak, sıvı azot buharında dondurulmuştur. Araştırmada, balıklardan alınan toplam 24 ejakülatta saptanan spermatolojik özelliklerden ejakülat miktarı 19.75±2.07 ml, spermatozoa motilitesi %89.58±1.04, spermatozoa yoğunluğu 12.71±6.37 x 109 spermatozoon/ml ve sperma pH’sı 7.02±0.02 olmuştur. In the first part, the diffraction of ^-polarised plane waves by a thick half-plane formed by two parallel perfectly conducting semi- infinite plates joined together by a resistive strip is investigated rigorously through the Wiener-Hopf technique. In the second part, the radiation from a truncated parallel plate waveguide with a termination is rigorously analyzed by means of the Wiener-Hopf technique and the radiation coefficients are found explicitly.
