Bu araştırmanın amacı; Lise düzeyindeki öğrencilerin beden eğitimi dersi tutumları ile beden eğitimi dersi sportmenlik davranışlarının incelenmesidir. Araştırma nitel bir çalışma olup çalışmada betimsel ve ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, Elazığ ilindeki liseler oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise rastgele örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak çalışmaya gönüllü olarak katılım sağlayan 248'i Fen Lisesi, 245'i Anadolu Lisesi, 183'ü Spor Lisesi, 208'i Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi, 167'si Meslek Lisesi olmak üzere 534 Kadın, 517 Erkek toplam 1051 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Tez çalışmasında araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan kişisel bilgi formu, Beden Eğitim Dersi Tutum Ölçeği ve Beden Eğitimi Dersi Sportmenlik ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmanın hipotezlerini test etmek amacıyla SPSS 23,0 programı kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, N/%, normal dağılım testi (Kolmogorov-Smirnov) gibi betimsel istatistiklerin yanında, ikili karşılaştırmalarda MannWithney U, ikiden fazla karşılaştırmalarda Kruskal Wallis-H ve ölçekler arasındaki ilişki düzeyini ölçmek için korelasyon testi (Spearman Correlation) uygulanmıştır. Anlamlı farklılığın hangi gruplar arasında olduğunu belirlemek için yapılan ikili karşılaştırmalarda LSD testi yapılmıştır. Testlerde anlamlılık derecesi 0,05 olarak dikkate alınmıştır. Tüm bu bulgular ışığında yaptığımız çalışmanın sonucu olarak öğrencilerin cinsiyetlerinin beden eğitimi dersine yönelik tutum ve sportmence davranışlarını etkilediği, öğrencilerde yaş ve sınıf faktörünün beden eğitimi dersine yönelik olumlu davranışlar üzerinde etkili olduğu ve öğrencilerin beden eğitimi dersine yönelik tutumları ile sportmenlik davranışları arasında olumlu ilişkiler olduğu sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. The aim of the study is to examine the attitudes of high school students against the Physical Education lesson and their sportsmanship behaviours in the lesson. The research is quantitative, and descriptive and relational scanning models were used. The population of the research was comprised of the high schools in the city of Elazıg. Random sampling method was used as the sampling of the research. Of the students, who voluntarily participated in the study, 248 were from the Science High School, 245 from the Anatolian High School, 183 from the Sports High School, 208 from the Fine Arts School, 167 from the Vocational High School, making 1051 in total as 534 females and 517 males. In the thesis study, the individual information form prepared by the researcher, the attitude and sportsmanship scale of the Physical Education lesson were used. The SPSS 23,0 program was used to test the hypothesis of the study. In the analysis of the obtained data, MannWithney U was applied in the paired comparisons, Kruskal Wallis-H was applied in the comparisons more than two, and the correlation test (Spearman Correlation) was applied to measure the level of the relationship between scales as well as the descriptive statistics such as arithmetic average, standard deviation, N/% and normal distribution test (Kolmogorov-Smirnov). The LSD test was applied in the paired comparisons performed so as to determine between which groups there was a meaningful difference. In was concluded in the study that the genders of the students affect their attitudes against the Physical Education lesson and their sportsmanlike behaviours, and the age and class factor of the students are effectual on the positive behaviours against the Physical Education lesson and there is a positive relationship between the attitudes of the students against the Physical Education and their sportsmanship behaviours. 696429

This research was performed to study the effects of fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS) and mannan-oligosaccharide (MOS) on nutrient digestibilities, fecal pH and volatile fatty acids compositions, and immune function in adult horses. Four adult Thoroughbred horses were used in a 4×4 Latin Square design with 20-day treatment periods. A 12-day adaptation phase was followed by 6-day collection of feces and 2-day blood sampling phases. Four different treatments were administered: 1) Control (no supplemental FOS or MOS; 2) 30 g of FOS/d; 3) 30 g of MOS/d; 4) 15 g of FOS+15 g of MOS/d. There were no differences among treatments in the fecal pH and volatile fatty acids compositions (P > 0.05). Nutrient digestibilities did not differ among treatments (P > 0.05). Also, no differences were found in the IgA, IgG, and IgM levels among the treatments (P > 0.05). Fructo-oligosaccharides, MOS, or FOS+MOS supplementation did not affect gut health and immune system in adult horses compared to control.

Farklı yağ kaynaklarının yumurtacı tavukların yumurta ve bazı dokularının yağ asidi kompozisyonu ve CLA miktarlarına etkileri gaz kromatografik metotla araştırılmıştır. Yumurta ve bazı dokularda toplam 30 farklı yağ asidi belirlenmiştir. Bu yağ asitleri C 8 ile C 22 arasında değişiklik göstermiştir. Yumurtacı tavukların rayonlarına hayvansal yağ, özellikle kuyruk yağı ilavesi ile yumurta, deri, but ve göğüs etinin toplam CLA miktarı istatistiksel olarak abdominal yağ haricinde önemli derecede yükselmiştir. Yumurtalar ve analizlenen tüm dokuların CLA miktarı 90. günde, 30. ve 60. güne nazaran yüksek olarak bulunmuştur., Effects of different fat sources on fatty acid composition and CLA contents of eggs and some tissues of laying hens were investigated by gas chromatographic method. Toplamly 30 different fatty acids were determined in fatty acid compositions of eggs and some tissues. These fatty acids were varied between C 8 - C 22. When animal fats especially tallow fat added to ratios of laying hens, toplam CLA contents of eggs, skins, thigh and breast muscle, except abdominal fats were significantly increased. CLA content of eggs and all tissues analysed were found to be higher percentages in 90th day than those of 30th nd 60th day.

ÖZET Kanatlı rasyonlarında kullanılan bazı yem hammaddelerinin yağ asidi kompozisyonları gaz kromatografi metoduyla araştırılmıştır. Bu yem hammaddelerinde toplam 38 farklı yağ asidi belirlenmiştir. Bu yağ asitleri C 8 ile C 24 arasında değişiklik göstermiştir. Hayvansal kaynaklı yem hammaddelerinde en çok doymuş yağ asitleri, bitkisel kaynaklı yem hammaddelerinde ise doymamış yağ asitleri tespit edilmiştir. Yağ asidi bileşimlerinde yem hammaddesine göre önemli farklılıklar olduğu bulunmuştur. Total 38 different fatty acids were determineted in the compositions of row feed materials. These fatty acids were C 8 - C 24. The major fatty acids were saturated fatty acids in animal source row feeds, however were unsaturated fatty acids in plant source row feeds. WOS: 000458550500010, This study was carried out on 6genotypes (K-1, K-2, K-3, K-4, K-5, K-6) which have superior characteristics determined by selective breeding method from naturally-grown cornelian cherry in Konya Province. Differences among genotypes were revealed by determining fatty acid contents in samples obtained from experimented cornelian cherry. The fatty acid compositions of the samples were determined by Shimadzu15-A Gas Chromatography. According to the results, fatty acid composition of the cornelian cherry samples is significantly varied depending on genotypes.

Amaç: Bu çalışmada, keçilerde yavru sayısı (tek-ikiz) ve cinsiyetin immunoglobulin seviyesi ile oksidatif stres üzerine etkisinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır.
