In this Article, we consider and reject the historical argument jor Pennoyer 's restoration. On the one hand, we reach the counterintuitive and novel conclusion that Pennoyer 4 territorial formalism better ensured litigation in an interested forum than critics ®en admit. The plaintiff's desire for a convenient forum tended to restrict forum choice to states with a legitimate interest in the parties and the litigation. On the other hand, the plaintiff's incentives no longer restrict forum choice. Changes in the market. for plaintiffside legal representation have. fundamentally altered the forum-selection calculus. The hospitality industry has seen a revigorating boost following COVID-19. As people start to embark on new travelling experiences, hotel owners have to keep the pace and enhance their hotel branding strategies in order to attract as many guests as possible. One such strategy is finding a compelling hotel name, which ideally should tell about the hotel's history and its link to the local culture, to entice the customers to sojourn there. This study has explored the way in which hotel owners in Maramureș, a very touristic and traditional region in Romania, have decided to insert the local culture and values into the names of the establishments they manage. Based on an analysis performed on 502 types of accommodation in the County of Maramureș (hotels, pensions, motels, hostels), the findings show that there is indeed a great tendency of transposing the local culture into hotel names linguistically, in the form of anthroponyms, toponyms, specific cultural elements related to the Maramureș countryside life as well as semantic word associations suggesting culture. This study brings novelty in this scarce field of research and suggests that the liaison between hotel names and local culture could be a helpful way of promoting not only the hotels, but also the whole region of Maramureș, being useful for the hotel owners and local and national decision-makers alike. The analysis therefore addresses the discussion that the writer carries out on comics within his production, public and private, with a detailed pay attention to the story L'origine degli uccelli, and it hypothesizes precisely in Calvino's personal definition of "comic" the failure of the Il motel dei destini incrociati project. Abstract Sports tourism is a new pattern that emerged from the aspect of tourism and sports. Concerning tourism, it is a new way to increase tourist products through the movement of athletes and fans, and their tours in a country from visiting the beautiful historical and archaeological places in it. As for the sports aspect, means traveling to a country so as to practice a certain kind of sport being famous for it, such as the sport of bullfighting in Spain, or desiring to go to this country first for tourism, and then practice the visitor's favorite sport second. The study aims to identify the features of youth and sports tourism in Port Said Governorate, and to monitor the obstacles that prevent their exploitation through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of participants in the Republic Championship for companies hosted by Port Said in September of each year. This is mainly done with the aim of developing appropriate solutions from the point of view of economic geography. The study concludes with the importance of exploiting the physical components, particularly the coastal environment, the temperate climate and the island nature of Port Fouad, in organizing the events of the open skies games for amateurs, in addition to the development of the infrastructure of sports facilities, and the training of workers in the sports sector to achieve these goals.
