Blastocystis spp. and Giardia duodenalis are two prevalent zoonotic intestinal parasites that can cause severe diarrhea and intestinal diseases in humans and many animals. Black goat (Capra hircus) farming is increasingly important in China due to the remarkable adaptability, high reproductive performance, rapid growth rate, and significant economic value of black goats. A number of studies have indicated that black goats are the potential reservoir of multiple zoonotic protozoans in China; however, the prevalence and zoonotic status of G. duodenalis and Blastocystis spp. in black goats in Shanxi Province is still unknown. Thus, a total of 1200 fecal samples of black goats were collected from several representative regions at different altitudes in Shanxi Province and were examined for the presence and genotypes of G. duodenallis and Blastocystis spp. by amplifying the beta-giardin (bg), glutamate dehydrogenase (gdh), and triosephosphate isomerase (tpi) loci of G. duodenalis and SSU rRNA of Blastocystis spp. using PCR and sequence analysis methods, respectively. The overall prevalence of G. duodenalis and Blastocystis spp. in black goats in Shanxi Province were 7.5% and 3.5%, respectively. Two assemblages (B and E) of G. duodenalis and four subtypes (ST5, ST10, ST14, and ST30) of Blastocystis spp. were identified, with assemblage E and ST10 as the prevalent genotype and subtype in black goats, respectively. One novel multilocus genotype (MLG) was identified in MLG-E and was designated as MLG-E12. For both G. duodenalis and Blastocystis spp., the prevalence was significantly related to the region and age groups (p < 0.05). This is the first report on the prevalence of G. duodenalis and Blastocystis spp. in black goats in Shanxi Province. These results not only provide baseline data for the prevention and control of both parasites in black goats in Shanxi Province, but also enhance our understanding of the genetic composition and zoonotic potential of these two parasites.

The two goals of this study are to examine the impact of an early childhood teacher’s metacognition-driven, place-based science teaching professional development (PD) intervention and to explore the association between science teaching and environment quality and children’s self-regulated learning. A total of 110 children (Mage = 60 months) and 20 teachers from preschools and kindergartens in rural regions of Idaho, U.S., participated in this mixed-methods study between August 2022 and May 2023. Children’s and teachers’ pre-test and post-test data were collected using validated observation tools, surveys, and reflection journals. The results from repeated measures ANOVA and linear mixed regression show that there were statistically significant increases in children’s self-regulated learning scores and teachers’ science teaching efficacy and metacognitive knowledge, but not metacognitive regulation skill scores post-PD. Thematic analysis revealed evidence about children’s learning interests and inquiry skills, and that science activities supported children’s learning in other subjects and developmental domains (e.g., literacy, mathematics, and social-emotional skills). Our results indicate the potential for supporting young children’s self-regulated learning by training teachers to implement a developmentally appropriate, hands-on science curriculum that focuses on reflective thinking and a holistic understanding of science concepts and process skills.

Viruses are obligate intracellular parasites that rely on cell surface receptor molecules to complete the first step of invading host cells. The experimental method for virus receptor screening is time-consuming, and receptor molecules have been identified for less than half of known viruses. This study collected known human viruses and their receptor molecules. Through bioinformatics analysis, common characteristics of virus receptor molecules (including sequence, expression, mutation, etc.) were obtained to study why these membrane proteins are more likely to become virus receptors. An in-depth analysis of the cataloged virus receptors revealed several noteworthy findings. Compared to other membrane proteins, human virus receptors generally exhibited higher expression levels and lower sequence conservation. These receptors were found in multiple tissues, with certain tissues and cell types displaying significantly higher expression levels. While most receptor molecules showed noticeable age-related variations in expression across different tissues, only a limited number of them exhibited gender-related differences in specific tissues. Interestingly, in contrast to normal tissues, virus receptors showed significant dysregulation in various types of tumors, particularly those associated with dsRNA and retrovirus receptors. Finally, GateView, a multi-omics platform, was established to analyze the gene features of virus receptors in human normal tissues and tumors. Serving as a valuable resource, it enables the exploration of common patterns among virus receptors and the investigation of virus tropism across different tissues, population preferences, virus pathogenicity, and oncolytic virus mechanisms.

Atrial fibrillation (AF) is one of the most common cardiac arrhythmias, with its diagnosis being closely tied to higher rates of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. AF is associated with a range of dangerous complications including stroke and heart failure, making it a key driver of healthcare spending and a major threat to global public health. The precise mechanisms that govern AF incidence and the onset of related complications, however, remain uncertain. Ferroptotic cell death has been the focus of rising interest in the cardiac arrhythmias, and there is recent evidence supporting a role for atrial ferroptosis as a mediator of AF development. Interventional strategies focused on ferroptotic activity, such as novel ferroptosis inhibitors, have also shown promise as a means of protecting against AF through their ability to reduce iron overload. In this review, we provide a summary of the proposed mechanisms whereby ferroptosis contributes to the pathophysiology of AF and their therapeutic implications.

Abstract Mutations in LRRK2 (encoding leucine‐rich repeat kinase 2 protein, LRRK2) are the most common genetic risk factors for Parkinson's disease (PD), and increased LRRK2 kinase activity was observed in sporadic PD. Therefore, inhibition of LRRK2 has been tested as a disease‐modifying therapeutic strategy using the LRRK2 mutant mice and sporadic PD. Here, we report a newly designed molecule, FL090, as a LRRK2 kinase inhibitor, verified in cell culture and animal models of PD. Using the 1‐methyl‐4‐phenyl‐1,2,3,6‐tetrahydropyridine mice and SNCA A53T transgenic mice, FL090 ameliorated motor dysfunctions, reduced LRRK2 kinase activity, and rescued loss in the dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra. Notably, by RNA‐Seq analysis, we identified microtubule‐associated protein 1 (MAP1B) as a crucial mediator of FL090's neuroprotective effects and found that MAP1B and LRRK2 co‐localize. Overexpression of MAP1B rescued 1‐methyl‐4‐phenylpyridinium induced cytotoxicity through rescuing the lysosomal function, and the protective effect of FL090 was lost in MAP1B knockout cells. Further studies may be focused on the in vivo mechanisms of MAP1B and microtubule function in PD. Collectively, these findings highlight the potential of FL090 as a therapeutic agent for sporadic PD and familial PD without LRRK2 mutations.

ObjectivesOvarian leiomyomas (OLs) are rare and account for only 0.5 to 1% of benign ovarian tumors. This study investigated the ultrasonographic manifestations of OL and the potential reasons for misdiagnosis.MethodsBetween July 2018 and July 2023, 7 patients diagnosed with OL by surgical pathology and immunohistochemistry were enrolled in this retrospective analysis. Ultrasound (US) examinations were performed before surgery. Clinical characteristics, pathological findings, ultrasonographic manifestations, and treatment were reviewed.ResultsThe mean age of the 7 patients was 39.0 ± 11.57 years, with a disease course of 0.1 to 24 months. All ovarian leiomyomas were unilateral. Four cases occurred in the right ovary, and three cases occurred in the left ovary. All lesions presented as hypoechogenic, well-circumscribed, round or oval in shape, and regular in morphology. No significant blood flow signal was detected peripheral to or inside the mass in 3 cases (42.8%), and a minimal flow signal was detected peripheral to or inside the mass in 4 cases (58.2%). A total of 7 ultrasonographic images of OL were misdiagnosed: 1 patient was misdiagnosed with subserosal uterine leiomyoma, and 6 patients were misdiagnosed with a tumor in the ovarian thecoma–fibroma group.ConclusionThe imaging manifestation of OL lacks specificity; thus, preoperatively distinguishing OL from other ovarian tumors and subserosal uterine leiomyomas is difficult. Immunohistochemistry may be helpful for the definitive diagnosis of OL. The possibility of ovarian leiomyoma should be considered in patients with uterine leiomyomas coexisting with an adnexal ovarian solid mass.

IntroductionIn light of the significant impact that teachers have on education quality and student growth, their mental health warrants special attention. With the increasing popularity of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and the rise of online teaching during the pandemic, teachers have become a group prone to developing problematic smartphone use (PSU). Psychological need thwarting (PNT) has been shown to be closely related to PSU, psychological distress, and perceived administrative support. However, most previous studies have adopted a variable-centered approach, which may overlook the possibility that the three basic needs are not closely associated and could form distinct profiles. Therefore, this study aims to apply latent profile analysis to identify different PNT profiles and their associations with PSU, psychological distress, and perceived administrative support.MethodsA longitudinal survey was conducted using convenience and purposive sampling methods. The survey involved 1,642 primary and middle school teachers working in China over a two-month interval, with the first assessment in November 2021 (Time 1) and the second in January 2022 (Time 2).ResultsThe results indicate that a three-profile model, intricately based on the PNT data gathered at Time 1, is most optimal: Class 1 is labeled as ‘High autonomy-High competence and Moderate relatedness thwarting’, Class 2 as ‘High autonomy-High competence and High relatedness thwarting’, and Class 3 as ‘Low psychological needs thwarting’. Distinct associations were observed among the three profiles concerning PSU, psychological distress, and perceived administrative support. Specifically, in terms of PSU, the score of Class 2 was higher than Class 1, with that of Class 3 being the lowest at Time 1, while at Time 2 no significant difference was found between any two of these three groups; in terms of distress, the scores of the three profiles were arranged from high to low as Class 2, 1, and 3 at both time points; and in terms of perceived administrative support, the order was just the opposite, with 3, 1, and 2 from high to low at both Time 1 and Time 2.ConclusionNotably, the consistent ranking of the three classes in terms of psychological distress and administrative support suggests a lasting influence of PNT. Future studies should explore this enduring impact further by employing additional longitudinal data sets and examining potential mediators or moderators beyond the current study’s scope.

IntroductionThe coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has emerged as a main global public health challenge. Additionally, herpes simplex virus type-1 (HSV-1) and type 2 (HSV-2) are widespread viruses that can cause orolabial herpes and genital herpes. Several clinical case reports have declared a possible association between the two, however, the causal relationship between them has not been clarified.MethodsThis study utilized a Mendelian randomization (MR) approach for causality assessment between COVID-19 infection and HSV infection based on the latest public health data and Genome-Wide Association Study (GWAS) data. Multiple causal estimation methods, such as IVW, weighted median, simple mode, and weighted mode, were employed to validate the causal relation between COVID-19 infection and HSV infection, with COVID-19 infection, COVID-19 hospitalization, and severe COVID-19 as exposures, and HSV1/2 infection as the outcome. A reverse MR analysis was subsequently performed.ResultsMR analysis exhibited that COVID-19 infection was relevant to a reduced risk of HSV1 infection (p=7.603239e−152, OR=0.5690, 95%CI=0.5455−0.5935, IVW). Regarding the effect of COVID-19 infection on HSV2, MR analysis suggested that COVID-19 infection was correlated with an augmented risk of HSV2 infection (p=6.46735e−11, OR=1.1137, 95%CI=1.0782−1.1502, IVW). The reverse MR analysis did not demonstrate a reverse causal relationship between HSV and COVID-19. DiscussionAltogether, COVID-19 infection might cause a decreased risk of HSV1 infection and an elevated risk of HSV2 infection.

The high sensitivity to color browning during room-temperature storage was a significant factor in limiting the development of fresh spinach noodles (FSN). The practice of humidity-controlled heat treatment (HCHT) at varying temperatures, relative humidity, and time was carried out to limit enzyme activity and improve the quality of FSN. Results showed that HCHT could maximize the color preservation of fresh spinach noodle quality while effectively inactivating polyphenol oxidase and the yeasts, and mold count in FSN during storage was almost undetectable after mild conditions (80 °C). The hardness and chewiness of HCHT noodles were significantly increased, but the free sulfhydryl content was reduced. At 80 °C, 90 %, 5 min, protein structural aggregation was found in the microstructure of HCHT fresh spinach noodles. HCHT also caused partial gelatinization, as evidenced by the decrease in starch gelatinization enthalpy from 5.49 to 4.77 J/g, although the gelatinization degree of FSN was comparatively low.

AbstractThis study aims to investigate the impact of a novel environmental intervention—Emotive Intelligent Spaces (EIS) on young children’s self-regulation and working memory using a single-subject reversal design (ABAB). EIS is a semi-private space with coloured lights that could adapt to each child’s preferred colour based on the child’s self-reported emotional state. A total of 29 three-to-seven-year-old participants completed the experiment from fall 2020 to summer 2021. Self-regulation was measured by the Head-Toes-Knees-Shoulders task; working memory was measured by the Woodcock-Johnson Numbers Reversed subset. Children’s age was controlled as a covariate. Descriptive statistics indicated that the group means of self-regulation scores were higher in the intervention conditions. However, the group means of working memory scores were lower in the intervention conditions. We conducted repeated measure ANCOVA for the main analysis, and results showed no statistically significant differences in children’s self-regulation and working memory scores between baseline and intervention conditions. It is recommended that future studies should take the illuminance level into consideration of the intervention effect. Further, our study implies that avoiding visual overstimulation in the classroom (e.g. heavily decorated walls) may create an optimal level of visual arousal and promote focused attention.

ABSTRACTBackground Despite poor oral hygiene, the Baiku Yao (BKY) ethnic group in China presents a low prevalence of dental caries, which may be related to genetic susceptibility. Due to strict intra-ethnic marriage rule, this ethnic has an advantage in studying the interaction between genetic factors and other regulatory factors related to dental caries.Methods Peripheral blood from a caries-free adult male was used for whole genome sequencing, and the BKY assembled genome was compared to the Han Chinese genome. Oral saliva samples were collected from 51 subjects for metabolomic and metagenomic analysis. Multiomics data were integrated for combined analysis using bioinformatics approaches.Results Comparative genomic analysis revealed the presence of structural variations in several genes associated with dental caries. Metabolomic and metagenomic sequencing demonstrated the caries-free group had significantly higher concentration of antimicrobials and higher abundance of core oral health-related microbiota. The functional analysis indicated that cationic antimicrobial peptide resistance and the lipopolysaccharide biosynthesis pathway were enriched in the caries-free group.Conclusions Our study provided new insights into the specific regulatory mechanisms that contribute to the low prevalence of dental caries in the specific population and may provide new evidence for the genetic diagnosis and control of dental caries.

Pneumococcal disease is a major threat to public health globally, impacting individuals across all age groups, particularly infants and elderly individuals. The use of current vaccines has led to unintended consequences, including serotype replacement, leading to a need for a new approach to combat pneumococcal disease. A promising solution is the development of a broad-spectrum pneumococcal vaccine. In this study, we present the development of a broad-spectrum protein-based pneumococcal vaccine that contains three pneumococcal virulence factors: rlipo-PsaA (lipidated form), rPspAΔC (truncated form), and rPspCΔC (truncated form). Intranasal immunization with rlipo-PsaA, rPspAΔC, and rPspCΔC (LAAC) resulted in significantly higher IgG titres than those induced by administration of nonlipidated rPsaA, rPspAΔC, and rPspCΔC (AAC). Furthermore, LAAC immunization induced the production of higher IgA titres in vaginal washes, feces, and sera in mice, indicating that LAAC can induce systemic mucosal immunity. In addition, administration of LAAC also induced Th1/Th17-biased immune responses and promoted opsonic phagocytosis of Streptococcus pneumoniae strains of various serotypes, implying that the immunogenicity of LAAC immunization provides a protective effect against pneumococcal infection. Importantly, challenge data showed that the LAAC-immunized mice had a reduced bacterial load not only for several serotypes of the 13-valent conjugate pneumococcal vaccine (PCV13) but also for selected non-PCV13 serotypes. Consistently, LAAC immunization increased the survival rate of mice after bacterial challenge with both PCV13 and non-PCV13 serotypes. In conclusion, our protein-based pneumococcal vaccine provides protective effects against a broad spectrum of Streptococcus pneumoniae serotypes.

Abstract The increasing demand for the multidimensional and dynamic control of light has spurred the development of stimuli‐responsive, reconfigurable, and programmable optical systems. Liquid crystals (LCs), which combine liquid‐like stimuli‐responsiveness and crystal‐like orientational ordering, have emerged as highly appealing soft materials. Owing to their exceptional optical performance and programmable functionalities, they are becoming incredibly important materials in active planar optics and photonics. Additionally, silk proteins, luminescent materials, and metasurfaces exhibit dynamic optical properties, enabling remarkable multifunctional applications. This review focuses on the advancements in stimuli‐responsive materials, including LCs, silk proteins, luminescent materials, and active metasurfaces as well as some of these materials paired with LCs. Their attractive tunable applications in optics and photonics, along with the great potential for the future development of active optical systems, are also emphasized.

Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are effective treatments for patients with locally advanced rectal cancer (LARC) and can significantly improve the likelihood of R0 resection. Radiotherapy can be used as a local treatment to reduce the size of the tumor, improve the success rate of surgery and reduce the residual cancer cells after surgery. Early chemotherapy can also downgrade the tumor and eliminate micrometastases throughout the body, reducing the risk of recurrence and metastasis. The advent of neoadjuvant concurrent radiotherapy (nCRT) and total neoadjuvant treatment (TNT) has brought substantial clinical benefits to patients with LARC. Even so, given increasing demand for organ preservation and quality of life and the disease becoming increasingly younger in its incidence profile, there is a need to further explore new neoadjuvant treatment options to further improve tumor remission rates and provide other opportunities for patients to choose watch-and-wait (W&W) strategies that avoid surgery. Targeted drugs and immunologic agents (ICIs) have shown good efficacy in patients with advanced rectal cancer but have not been commonly used in neoadjuvant therapy for patients with LARC. In this paper, we review several aspects of neoadjuvant therapy, including radiation therapy and chemotherapy drugs, immune drugs and targeted drugs used in combination with neoadjuvant therapy, with the aim of providing direction and thoughtful perspectives for LARC clinical treatment and research trials.

BackgroundNeuromelanin- and iron-sensitive MRI studies in Parkinson's disease (PD) are limited by small sample sizes and lack detailed clinical correlation. In a large case–control PD cohort, we evaluated the diagnostic accuracy of quantitative iron–neuromelanin MRI parameters from the substantia nigra (SN), their radiological utility, and clinical association.MethodsPD patients and age-matched controls were prospectively recruited for motor assessment and midbrain neuromelanin- and iron-sensitive [quantitative susceptibility mapping (QSM) and susceptibility map-weighted imaging (SMWI)] MRI. Quantitative neuromelanin–iron parameters from the SN were assessed for their discriminatory performance in PD classification using ROC analysis compared to those of qualitative visual classification by radiological readers of differential experience and used to predict motor severity.ResultsIn total, 191 subjects (80 PD, mean age 65.0 years; 111 controls, 65.6) were included. SN masks showed (a) higher mean susceptibility (p < 0.0001) and smaller sizes after thresholding for low susceptibility (p < 0.0001) on QSM and (b) lower contrast range (p < 0.0001) and smaller sizes after thresholding for high-signal voxels (p < 0.0001) on neuromelanin-sensitive MRI in patients than in controls. Summary: Background: Caffeine intake reduces risk of Parkinson's disease (PD), but the interaction with genes is unclear. The interaction of caffeine with genetic variants in those at high PD risk has healthcare importance. We investigate interactions of caffeine intake with risk variants found in Asians, and determine PD risk estimates in caffeine-drinkers carrying these variants. Methods: PD patients and controls without neurological disorders were included. Caffeine intake was assessed using a validated evaluation tool. Leucine rich repeat kinase 2 (LRRK2) risk variants were genotyped. Statistical analysis was conducted with logistic regression models. Gene-caffeine interactions were quantified using attributable proportion (AP) due to interaction (positive interaction defined as AP >0). Findings: 5100 subjects were screened and 4488 subjects (1790 PD, 2698 controls) with genetic data of at least one LRRK2 variant were included. Resumo Fundamento Apesar das evidências crescentes de que pacientes com insuficiência cardíaca (IC) são suscetíveis à sarcopenia, o motivo da associação não é bem compreendido. Objetivo O objetivo deste estudo é explorar ainda mais o mecanismo molecular de ocorrência desta complicação. Métodos Conjuntos de dados de expressão gênica para HF (GSE57345) e Sarcopenia (GSE1428) foram obtidos do banco de dados Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO). Genes diferencialmente expressos (DEGs) foram identificados usando pacotes ‘edgeR’ e “limma” de R, e suas funções foram analisadas usando Gene Ontology (GO) e a Enciclopédia de Genes e Genomas de Kyoto (KEGG). Redes de interação proteína-proteína (PPI) foram construídas e visualizadas usando Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Genes (STRING) e Cytoscape. Os genes hub foram selecionados usando o plugin cytoHubba e validados com GSE76701 para IC e GSE136344 para Sarcopenia. As vias relacionadas e os mecanismos moleculares dos genes hub foram realizados pela análise de enriquecimento de genes (GSEA). As análises estatísticas foram realizadas no software R. P < 0,05 foi considerado estatisticamente significativo. Resultados Foram encontrados 114 DEGs comuns. As vias relacionadas ao fator de crescimento, secreção de insulina e cGMP-PKG estavam enriquecidas tanto na IC quanto na sarcopenia. Descobriu-se que CYP27A1, KCNJ8, PIK3R5, TIMP2, CXCL12, KIT e VCAM1 são genes hub significativos após validação com GSEA enfatizando a importância dos genes hub na regulação da resposta inflamatória. Conclusão Nosso estudo revela que a IC e a Sarcopenia compartilham vias e mecanismos patogênicos comuns. Estes achados podem sugerir novas direções para pesquisas futuras sobre a patogênese subjacente.

The nucleotide-binding site-leucine-rich repeat (NBS–LRR) gene family is the largest group of disease resistance (R) genes in plants and is active in response to viruses, bacteria, and fungi usually involved in effector-triggered immunity (ETI). Pangenome-wide studies allow researchers to analyze the genetic diversity of multiple species or their members simultaneously, providing a comprehensive understanding of the evolutionary relationships and diversity present among them. The draft pan-genome of three Mangifera indica cultivars (Alphonso, Hong Xiang Ya, and Tommy atkins) was constructed and Presence/absence variants (PAVs) were filtered through the ppsPCP pipeline. As a result, 2823 genes and 5907 PAVs from H. Xiang Ya, and 1266 genes and 2098 PAVs from T. atkins were added to the reference genome. For the identification of CC-NBS-LRR (CNL) genes in these mango cultivars, this draft pan-genome study has successfully identified 47, 27, and 36 members in Alphonso, H. Xiang Ya, and T. atkins respectively. The phylogenetic analysis divided MiCNL proteins into four distinct subgroups. All MiCNL genes are unevenly distributed on chromosomes. Both tandem and segmental duplication events played a significant role in the expansion of the CNL gene family. These genes contain cis-elements related to light, stress, hormone, and development. The analysis of protein-protein interactions (PPI) revealed that MiCNL proteins interacted with other defense-responsive proteins. Gene Ontology (GO) analysis indicated that MiCNL genes play a role in defense mechanisms within the organism. The expression level of the identified genes in fruit peel was observed under disease and cold stress which showed that Mi_A_CNL13 and 14 were up-regulated while Mi_A_CNL15, 25, 30, 31, and 40 were down-regulated in disease stress. On the other hand, Mi_A_CNL2, 14, 41, and 45 were up-regulated and Mi_A_CNL47 is down-regulated in cold stress. Subsequently, the Random Forest (RF) classifier was used to assess the multi-stress response of MiCNLs. It was found that Mi_A_CNL14 is a gene that responds to multiple stress conditions. The CNLs have similar protein structures which show that they are involved in the same function. The above findings provide a foundation for a deeper understanding of the functional characteristics of the mango CNL gene family.

BackgroundThe clinical dangers of asymptomatic hyperuricemia to human health have become increasingly prominent over the past 20 years. Previous studies have shown the potential benefits of acupuncture on uric acid levels in the body. However, definitive evidence is lacking. Our objective is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture on serum uric acid (SUA) in individuals with asymptomatic hyperuricemia.MethodsThis is a randomized, single-blind, sham-controlled trial. A total of 180 eligible patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia will be recruited at three hospitals in China. Patients will be randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive 16 sessions of manual acupuncture or sham acupuncture for 8 weeks. Patients will be followed up for 12 weeks. The primary outcome will be the change in SUA levels at week 8 after randomization. Secondary outcomes will include dynamic changes in SUA levels, efficacy rates, proportion of gout flare, body weight, and acute medication intake. The MGH Acupuncture Sensation Scale and adverse events related to acupuncture will be measured after each treatment. A blinding assessment will be performed on patients who receive at least one session of acupuncture. Data analyses will be performed on a full analysis set and a per-protocol set.Ethics and disseminationEthics approval has been obtained from the Clinical Trial Ethics Committee of Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (approval no. 2021-S135).
