To compare the efficacy difference in the treatment of functional dyspepsia between acupuncture at the acupoints selected by pattern/syndrome differentiation and domperidone.Seventy cases were randomized into an acupuncture group (35 cases) and a western medication group (35 cases). In the acupuncture group, Zusanli (ST 36) and Neiguan (PC 6) were selected. Taichong (LR 3) and Neiting (ST 44) were added for excess syndrome while Gongsun (SP 4) and Yinlingquan (SP 9) were added for deficiency syndrome. A pair of electrodes was attached to one acupoint and an assistant point (2 mm next to the acupoint centripetally) and stimulated with disperse-dense wave at 2 Hz/100 Hz, once a day. In the western medication group, domperidone was prescribed for oral administration, 10 mg each time, three times a day. In the two groups, the treatment of 5 days made one session and 4 sessions were required totally. Nepean dyspepsia index (NDI) was compared after treatment, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 months after treatment between the two groups respectively.The score of symptom and score of life quality in NDI after treatment and at each follow-up time point were improved obviously in the acupuncture group as compared with those before treatment (all P0.01). In the western mediation group, the score of symptom and the score of life quality in NDI after treatment and in follow-up of 1, 2 and 3 months were improved obviously as compared with those before treatment (all P0.01), but the differences were not significant in follow-up of 4 and 5 months (both P0.05). Compared with the western medication group, the symptom score of NDI was reduced obviously after treatment and in each time point of follow-up in the acupuncture group (P0.05, P0.01), and the score of life quality was increased obviously (P0.05, P0.01).Acupuncture at the acupoints selected by pattern/syndrome differentiation and domperidone are effective in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Domperidone is unsatisfactory in the long-term effect, but acupuncture achieves the positive short-term and long-term effects on functional dyspepsia.

Monitoring methods for remote sensing make up the disadvantage of consumption and trouble which by the method of statistic and the sampling profiling.

The saturated free fatty acid (FFA), palmitate, could induce apoptosis in various cell types, but little is known about its effects on human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hUC-MSCs). Here, we investigated whether palmitate induced apoptosis and endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress in hUC-MSCs. hUC-MSCs were stained by labeled antibodies and identified by flow cytometry. After administration with palmitate, apoptotic cell was assessed by flow cytometry using the Annexin V-FITC/7-AAD apoptosis detection kit. Relative spliced XBP1 levels were analyzed using semi-quantitative RT-PCR. The mRNA of BiP, GRP94, ATF4 and CHOP were analyzed by real-time PCR. Relative BiP and CHOP protein were analyzed using Western blot analysis. The results showed that hUC-MSCs were homogeneously positive for MSC markers; palmitate increased apoptosis of hUC-MSCs and activated XBP1 splicing, BiP, GRP94, ATF4 and CHOP transcription. These findings suggest that palmitate induces apoptosis and ER stress in hUC-MSCs.

Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of the Shikani optical stylet (SOS) and GlideScope video laryngoscope (GVL) for tracheal intubation of thyroid tumor patients with a difficult airway. Subjects and Methods: One hundred and twenty thyroid tumor patients with a difficult airway, who were undergoing elective surgery requiring general anesthesia, were enrolled in the study. They were randomly allocated to 3 groups (n = 40 each) who underwent direct laryngoscopy (DL), SOS or GVL. The outcomes recorded were time to intubation, first-attempt success rate, mean artery pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR) and incidence of complications. Results: The mean time to intubation in the SOS group (group S; 42.4 ± 24.1 s) and the GLV group (group G; 29.8 ± 22.3 s) was significantly less than that in the DL group (group D) (68.8 ± 26.6 s). The first-attempt success rate in group S (90.0%) and group G (97.5%) was significantly higher than that in group D (75.0%; all p < 0.05). The HR and MAP at 1 min after intubation were lowest in group S (76.4 ± 9.2 beats/min and 12.9 ± 1.1 kPa), followed by group G (79.9 ± 9.3 beats/min and 13.0 ± 0.9 kPa) and then group D (90.4 ± 8.1 beats/min and 16.6 ± 1.2 kPa). The difference was statistically significant (all p < 0.05). The incidence of lip or mucosal trauma was lowest in group S, followed by group G and then group D. Conclusion: The SOS and the GLV had advantages over the DL in the management of thyroid tumor patients with a difficult airway in terms of a shorter time to intubation, a higher first-attempt success rate and a reduced incidence of complications. Thus, a rational choice of one of these techniques may be better for the perioperative safety of thyroid tumor patients with a difficult airway.

This study aimed to investigate the protective mechanism of Xuebijing injection (XBJ) against heat stroke (HS) in rats. Adult male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control (NC), normal saline-treated HS (NS-HS) and XBJ-treated HS (XBJ-HS) groups. At 47 and 57 min from the initiation of heat stress (42.5-43.5°C), the plasma levels of certain cytokines [interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α], biochemical indicators (creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase) and coagulation indicators (activated partial thromboplastin time, prothrombin time, fibrinogen degradation products and D-dimer) were detected, and microscopy of the liver tissue of the rats was conducted. At 47 and 57 min after the initiation of the heat stress, the levels of the cytokines, coagulation indicators and biochemical indicators in the NS-HS group were significantly higher than those in the NC group (P

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic inflammatory demyelinating disease that is caused by an abnormal immune system that attacks the central nervous system. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are known to play essential roles in the immune system. Most of the previous studies about miRNA dysregulation in MS have focused on European populations. In the present study, the miRNA expression profiles associated with Chinese MS patients are investigated. Here, human miRNA expression profiling experiments were performed on the peripheral blood mononuclear leukocytes from ten MS patients and ten healthy controls. Nine overexpressed and six underexpressed miRNAs were found. The 15 miRNAs were validated independently in a second cohort of 40 MS patients and 40 controls by real-time PCR; six miRNAs were significantly abnormally expressed, and principal component analysis of six miRNAs indicated that the MS patients could be clearly differentiated from the healthy controls based on the miRNA expression patterns. This study provided the indications of abnormal miRNA expression patterns in the peripheral blood mononuclear leukocytes of Chinese MS patients. The potential roles of these differentially expressed miRNAs as MS biomarker and in pathogenesis need to be investigated in future studies.

In order to understand recent changes in inter-annual trends in water area of Hongjiannao Lake and to explore influence factors affecting the changes, the Landsat data during the year from 1988 to 2014 was processed by Modified Normalized Difference Water Index (MNDWI) and the water body boundary of Hongjiannao Lake was extracted. Then the water area was calculated in ARCGIS, and also the variation was analysed. The results show that the water area of Hongjiannao Lake is overall decreasing from 1988 to 2014. The possible causes of its shrinking by preliminary analysis are mainly continuous underground mining, climate drought, upstream reservoirs and so on.

To study the clinical and pathological features of Denys-Drash syndrome (DDS).Three DDS cases who were treated in our department from December 2009 to June 2011 were subjected to this study by reviewing of literature.Both case 1 and case 2 were female, with karyotype 46, XX. Case 3 was male with bilateral cryptorchidism. The ages of nephropathy onset of the three cases were 1 year and 9 months, 2 years and 8 moths, and 3 months respectively. Proteinuria in case 2 and case 3 were evidenced to be resistant to steroid. Case 1 was partially responsive to tacrolimus, plasma albumin and cholesterol were improved, although proteinuria was persistent after Tacrolimus was administered. Remission was achieved in case 2 after administration of cyclosporine A and later tacrolimus, and her renal function remains normal till present (4 years and 9 months). Residue renal histology revealed diffused mesangial sclerosis (DMS) in all three patients. All of the three patients had developed right unilateral Wilms tumor. A novel WT1 missense mutation exon 9 c.1213CG was detected in case 1. WT1 exon 9 c.1168CT nonsense mutation and exon 8 c.1130AT missense mutation were detected in case 2 and case 3, respectively.The clinical manifestation of nephropathy in DDS is variable. The majority present with early onset nephropathy and reach renal failure before the age of 4 years. But in a few patients, nephropathy can also be present much later and progress slowly. Proteinuria in DDS is resistant to steroid but is responsive to calcineurin inhibitors, including Cyclosporine A. The effectiveness of tacrolimus was also observed in this study. DDS is evidently caused by WT1 mutation. DMS is the characteristic renal pathological change in DDS.

Computer aided design and numerical simulation have been widely applied in optimization design of fan blades. In this paper, skew and sweep parameters of two-stage blades of an axial fan are optimized by using the particle swarm optimization algorithm. First, the skew and sweep parameters of two-stage blades of an axial fan are defined. Second, response surface methodology is used to study the relationship between the skew and sweep parameters of two-stage blades and the total pressure and the efficiency of the axial fan. The response surface model that describes the relationship between the skew and sweep of two-stage blades and the total pressure and the efficiency of the axial fan is established. Finally, with the skew and sweep of two-stage blades being design variables and the total pressure and the efficiency being the objectives, a particle swarm optimization algorithm is developed to solve this complex multiobjective optimization problem. The optimal result shows that the total pressure increases by 49.1 Pa and the efficiency increases by 1.55%. In addition, the aerodynamic performance of the axial fan is improved. This research has significance to optimization design of the axial fan.

IHEP, China is constructing a 100 MeV / 100 kW electron Linac for NSC KIPT, Ukraine. This linac will be used as the driver of a neutron source based on a subcritical assembly. In 2012, the injector part of the accelerator was pre-installed as a testing facility in the experimental hall #2 of IHEP. The injector beam and key hardware testing results were met the design goal. Recently, the injector testing facility was disassembled and all of the components for the whole accelerator have been shipped to Ukraine from China by ocean shipping. The installation of the whole machine in KIPT will be started in June, 2013. To observe the curative effect of different duration of mild moxibustion in superficial gastritis patients with deficiency cold pattern of spleen and stomach.A total of 84 superficial gastritis patients were randomly divided into moxibustion-20 min group, moxibustion-40 min group and medication (Ranitidine) group, with 28 cases in each group. Mild moxibustion was applied to bilateral Zusanli (ST 36) and Zhongwan (CV 12, odd days), Pishu (BL 20) and Weishu (BL 21, even-numbered days) for 20 min and 40 min respectively, once daily for 20 days. The symptom integrative score of superficial gastritis patients and the therapeutic effects were assessed according to "The Scoring Table for Symptoms and Signs of Gastrointestinal Disorders of Chinese Medicine", etc.Following 20 days' treatment, of the three 28 gastrititis patients in the medication, moxibustion-20 min and moxibustion-40 min groups, 0, 1, and 0 cases were cured, 5, 7 and 12 experienced marked improvement in their symptoms, 15, 16 and 12 had an improvement, and 8, 4 and 4 were invalid, with the effective rates being 71.4%, 85.7% and 85.7%, respectively. After one month's follow up, of the three 28 cases in the medication, moxibustion-20 min and moxibustion-40 min groups, 0, 4 and 0 cases were cured, 4, 8, and 13 experienced marked improvement, 15, 16 and 13 had an improvement, 9, 0 and 2 were ineffective, with the effective rates being 67.9%, 100% and 92.9%, respectively. Self-comparison of each group showed that the integrative scores of symptoms were all decreased significantly after the treatment and one-month's follow up in the three groups (P0.01). The effective rates of both moxibustion-20 min and -40 min were significantly higher than that of the medication group after one month's follow up (P0.01, P0.05). The therapeutic effect of moxibustion-20 min group was significantly superior to that of the medication group in lowering the integrative score of symptoms after one month's follow up (P0.01). No significant differences were found among the three groups in the therapeutic effects and in reducing integrative scores of symptoms after 20 days' treatment (P0.05).Mild moxibustion is significantly superior to medication in long-term therapeutic effects in the treatment of superficial gastritis patients with spleen-stomach deficiency-cold pattern.

To explore the change characteristics of regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and its correlation with curative efficacy in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).The images of rCBF and computed tomography (CT) were acquired from 30 OCD and 30 normal controls by single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) and CT. The tomographic data of rCBF were normalized, smoothed and statistically processed with the statistical parametric mapping (SPM) software with two-sample Z-test. And the OCD grade was evaluated with the Y-BOCS at pre- and post-medication.The abnormal results of CT were not found. The SPM Z-test showed that the sections of higher rCBF in the OCD patients were predominantly located in basal ganglia and occipital lobe compared with the normal controls (P0.001). The scores of Y-BOCS in 30 patients were markedly lower at post-medication than those at pre-medication (24 ± 7 vs 11 ± 6, P0.001). At post-medication, the scores of Y-BOCS with higher rCBF in basal ganglia and occipital lobe were higher than those in basal ganglia or occipital lobe (P0.05).The OCD patients have higher rCBF in basal ganglia and occipital lobe. The curative efficacy of OCD with higher rCBF in basal ganglia and occipital lobe is worse than that in basal ganglia or occipital lobe.

To observe the differences of therapeutic effect of spastic paralysis after stroke between electroacupuncture and acupuncture and explore the mechanism.Sixty-four cases were randomly divided into an electroacupuncture group (n = 33) and an acupuncture group (n = 31). Both groups were treated with Bobath facilitation techniques and medicine treatments. Quchi (LI 11), Hegu (LI 4), Yanglingquan (GB 34), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), et al. on the affected side were selected in each group. The needle was retained for 30 min, and the manipulation was applied for 1 min in the acupuncture group, and electroacupuncture was added in the electroacupuncture group. Stroke Impairment Assessment Set (SIAS) was adopted to assess the whole function status after sroke, and the contents of glutamate (Glu) and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in serum and clinical efficacy were observed in the two groups.The SIAS score increased after treatment as compared with that before treatment in either group (both P0.01), and the electroacupuncture group was superior to the acupuncture group (P0.01); the content of Glu in blood serum and ratio of Glu/GABA reduced, while the content of GABA in serum increased after treatment as compared with those before treatment in either group (all P0.01), but the improvement of above indices were much more apparently in the electroacupuncture group as compared with those in the acupuncture group (P0.01, P0.05); the total effective rate of 90.9% (30/33) in the electroacupuncture group was superior to that of 83.9% (26/31) in the acupuncture group (P0.05).Electroacupuncture can improve therapeutic effect of spastic paralysis after stroke, it's mechanism may be ralated to ajusting the contents of Glu and GABA in serum.

Whether to use artificial restoration or to allow natural recovery of degraded land has been an important topic in restoration ecology because of the need to determine the most appropriate way to restore degraded lands that have suffered from serious soil erosion. To identify the threshold between a need for artificial restoration and the possibility of natural recovery, we analyzed the vegetation cover, soil fertility parameters, erosion modulus, and runoff coefficient in 32 plots with different vegetation covers in China’s Fujian province from 1999 to 2009. In our study, 20 % vegetation cover appeared to be the threshold between natural recovery and artificial restoration. When vegetation cover dropped below 20 %, it was difficult to stabilize the original ecological structure and functions based on natural recovery mechanisms, and artificial restoration was needed. By monitoring sites to detect when vegetation cover is approaching this threshold, local managers could determine whether natural or assisted recovery represents the most appropriate strategy for ecological restoration.

To approach the action mechanisms of desulfurization waste on alleviating alkali stress-induced injury of rice, a pot experiment was conducted to study the variations of leaf total calcium content, calcium distribution, plasma membrane Ca(2+)-ATPase activity, and reactive oxygen content of rice seedlings under alkali stress after the application of desulfurization waste. In the control, a few calcium particulates scattered in the cell wall and chloroplasts, while applying desulfurization waste or CaSO4 increased the calcium particulates in the plasma membrane, intercellular space, cell wall, and vacuole significantly. With the increasing application rate of desulfurization waste or CaSO4, the leaf total calcium content increased, Ca(2+)-ATPase activity in plasma membrane and tonoplast presented an increasing trend, plasma membrane relative permeability, MDA content, and O2 production rate decreased, and SOD and POD activities increased. The desulfurization waste could relieve the alkali stress to rice in some extent, and the main reactive compound in the waste could be CaSO4.

As we know, it's very difficult to describe clearly the near-field scattering characteristic, as its scattering condition in near-filed, namely, the spherical-wave illumination and non-uniform irradiation, is strictly relative to the distance. Also when carry out the measurement, it is necessary to get the related information of the calibrator. In this paper, basing on the surface reflection algorithm and edge diffraction equivalence theory, we derived equivalent correctional equations of the near-field RCS canonical calibration bodies. In the final, we compared the calculation results with the measurement's, which agree well with each other and shows that the conclusion can be used for the future work to effectively reduce the calibration error.

To observe the effects of moxibustion on contents of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and transforming growth factor-alpha (TGF-alpha) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) expression in the gastric mucosa tissue in rats with gastric mucosal lesion.Thirty-six SD rats were randomly and equally divided into control, model and moxibustion groups. Gastric mucosal lesion model was duplicated by restraint and cool water immersion stress. Pre-moxibustion was applied to "Zusanli" (ST 36) and "Zhongwan" (CV 12), "Pishu" (BL 20) and "Weishu" (BL 21) alternately, once everyday for 8 days before modeling. The contents of EGF and TGF-alpha in gastric mucosa were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and the expression of EGFR determined by immunohistochemistry.Compared with the control group, only TGF-alpha content in the gastric mucosa in the model group was increased significantly (P0.05). Compared with the model group, the EGF and TGF-alpha contents and EGFR immunoactivity in the gastric mucosa were increased significantly in the moxibustion group (P0.05, P0.01).Pre-moxibustion at ST 36, CV 12, BL 20 and BL 21 can up-regulate gastric mucosal EGF and TGF-alpha contents and EGFR protein expression in gastric mucosa lesion rats, which may contribute to its effect in relieving stress-induced gastric mucosal injury.

To identify potential mutations in a Chinese collodion baby.The patient was investigated clinically. DNA was extracted from peripheral blood of the baby and his parents. All coding exons(exons 2-15) and splicing sites of transglutaminase 1(TGM1) were amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Mutation detection was performed by directed sequencing of the PCR products. A total of 100 healthy unrelated subjects were used as controls. Haplotypes were constructed with microsatellites flanking the locus, and TGM1 genotypes of the family were used to determine parental origins of the mutations. CLUSTAL X (1.81) was employed to analyze cross-species conservation of the mutant protein sequence.The boy was found to be a compound heterozygote for two novel mutations: c.420AG (I140M) from his father and c.832GA (G278R) from his mother, with the former occurring in the transglutaminase N domain and the latter between transglutaminase N and transglutaminase-like domains. Both mutations were absent from the control subjects.The boy's condition was caused by two novel compound heterozygous mutations of c.420AG and c.832GA of TGM1. Author's results may provide new clues for molecular diagnosis of this disease.

Background and purpose The exact place for dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) in the diagnosis and management of thyroid tumors is still under debate. We performed the study to analyze and compare the parameters generated from DCE-MRI for thyroid lesions. Materials and methods For each thyroid lesion, time intensity curves (TIC), time of peak enhancement ( T peak ), maximum enhancement ratio (ER max ) and maximum rise slope (Slope max ) were plotted and calculated. Receiver operator characteristics (ROC) analysis was conducted to assess the diagnostic ability and appropriate cut-off value. The area under the ROC curve (AUC) and the confidence intervals (CIs) were also assessed. Results Forty-two patients were consecutively included. All 21 lesions demonstrated the rapid inflow and washout pattern (type-I) were benign. The 12 cases with delayed inflow pattern (type-III) were all malignant. When compared with the benign lesions, the thyroid carcinoma showed significantly lower Slope max and higher T peak ( P max was found between malignant and benign ones ( P = 0.15). The AUC of ER max , Slope max and T peak in differentiating benign thyroid lesions from malignant ones were 0.63, 0.93and 1, respectively. The ER max cut-off value of 73.86 (sensitivity, 71.4%; specificity, 64.3%), Slope max cut-off value of 2.4126 (sensitivity, 92.9%; specificity, 82.1%) and T peak value of 28 (sensitivity, 100%; specificity, 100%) offered the best diagnostic performances. Conclusions DCE-MRI, especially the pattern of TIC and the value of Slope max and T peak , could be helpful in differentiating thyroid carcinoma from benign thyroid lesions.

This article presents four detailed steps to plan expressway traffic lines. Initial traffic lines are based on expected trip lines of motor vehicles. Then traffic lines are adjusted according to the city development direction. For alleviating traffic pressure of city center and reducing through traffic, the authors increase traffic loop lines. Lastly, the traffic lines are optimized considering the condition of natural and humanity factor. Based on the last expressway traffic lines, the authors plan and perfect concrete network of expressway. Main considering factors include regional traffic network, city road network, large scale passenger or freight hub. The application of Guiyang expressway network planning shows the proposed approach not only has high adaptability but good timeliness.

As a method to analyze the soil moisture, the NDVI-Ts space has aroused much attention. The paper uses the method of TVDI which calculated from the NDVI-Ts space to monitor the soil moisture status of Shendong mining area which is located in arid and semiarid area in Northwest China from 6 September to 8 November. The soil moisture status come from TVDI was consistent to the physiognomy types distribution. The west and southwest of mining area is desert beach corresponding to the area III (arid zone); the east and north-eastern of mining area is loess hilly region corresponding to area I (wet Area); in the northwest of mining area is mobile sand dunes and semi-fixed dunes, and in the south-east is typical grassland corresponding to region II (normal area). By carried out a linear correlation analysis between TVDI data and in-situ measured the soil moisture data in different depth of 0–5cm, 10cm, 20cm and 40cm, a significantly linear relationships (α0.05) existed. In the depth of 0–5cm, the linear relationship was even higher, reached 0.8201. The result showed that it was feasible to use the method of TVDI to dynamically monitor soil moisture.

Software is easy to change to compare with hardware systems because software is not constrained, as hardware, by the physical laws. Therefore Software Configuration Management (SCM) becomes paramount today to track, control changes in software to ensure that software is developed with limited budget, acceptable cost, and required time frame. In this paper, we concentrate on the evaluation of two popular configuration management tools: MS Perforce and Subversion. The evaluation follows a systematic evaluation procedure and the qualitative and quantitative results are carefully reported. The proposed and applied evaluation procedure can be reused for similar objectives.

The recent and rapid advances in hardware have led to an explosion of real-time and concurrent applications, especially real-time control system applications. This, in turn, requires practical software development with new technologies such as Object- Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), Model-Driven Development (MDD) with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the principle modeling language. In this paper, we apply the Rapid Object- Oriented Process (ROPES), to analyze and design a house alarm system. The case study spans all the typical software development phases, from requirement analysis, analysis, to design. Our modeling experience demonstrated that ROPES is an appropriate approach for the analysis and design of real-time and concurrent control systems.

α,α′-Bis(substituted-benzylidene)cycloalkanones were synthesized via a solvent-free cross-aldol condensation of aromatic aldehydes with cycloalkanones in the presence of a catalytic amount 1-methyl-3(2-(sulfooxy)ethyl)-1H-imidazol-3-ium chloride at room temperature with excellent yields. The screening for optical properties indicated that the size of cycloalkanone has an influence on the fluorescence emission of products. Products coming from cyclohexanone have stronger fluorescence emission than those from cyclopentanone.

It is important to plan a reasonable working-area layout for railway Logistics Park which mainly depends on newly-built or rebuilt large-scale railway freight station. In this paper, a linear programming model for railway logistics park layout problem is proposed. The objective function is to achieve the maximum total compositive relativity, considering the effect of internal and external facilities and traffic arteries. A genetic algorithm to find solution for the model is proposed, which is based on slicing-tree structure coding and matrix presentation. Finally, the experimental results of XinJin logistic park show that the proposed approach is feasible. It can get excellent reasonable layout solutions and has high computing efficiency.

To report the recently 7 cases of drug induced hepatitis patients in our department.From October 2008 to December 2008, 7 patients were enrolled in our department for drug induced hepatitis caused by Zhixue capsules administration. The Zhixue capsule is composed of cortex dictam and radices sophorae flavescentis. There were 4 female and 3 male patients. The patients were of age 31 to 52 years old. Of those, 6 patients belonged to the hepatocellular injury type and one to the mixed type. The time period Zhixue capsule was administered was from 6 to 18 days. When the patients enrolled into our department, they were treated for jaundice and protective liver function.When the patients were discharged the symptoms were all improved evidently and liver function became normal. One patient with mixed type was hospitalized for 63 days and he was treated with glucocorticoid to help his recovery.Zhixue capsule could induce acute hepatitis of various types, but mainly hepatocellular injury type. The patients of all types could be recovered with proper treatment. The combined type may need glucocorticoid administration to help recovery.

As a non-contact automatic identification technology, radio frequency identification (RFID) technology plays an increasingly important role in social life. But the existence of potential safety problems has restricted the widespread application of RFID technology. In order to deal with the design challenges in the calculation of speed, communications capability and storage space to the low-cost radio frequency tags, this paper illustrates a new secure communication model based on the existing RFID security protocols. Through comparing and analyzing of the existing RFID tag security policies appeared in many papers, a new lightweight encryption algorithm (LEA) has been proposed based on the criterion of block cipher, especially the improving DES encryption algorithm. It does not require complex computing and high-strength encryption technology. The core components S-boxes are redesigned and implemented on FPGA in this paper, and the security performance of S-boxes is proved through the analysis of probability and statistics. This algorithm can effectively enhance the security in the low cost RFID system.
