Diplomová práce se zaobírá analýzou a vyhodnocením umísťování staveb dle stavebního zákona v lokalitě obce Pozořice. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány formy územních rozhodnutí s jejich podrobným členěním. V části praktické jsou analyzovány pozemky, v rámci obce Pozořice, za pomocí regulativů územně plánovací dokumentace s následným vyhodnocením. Navazující oddíl praktické části provází umístěním stavby na vybraném pozemku, od umístění stavby, po vydání stavebního povolení. V závěru diplomové práce jsou shrnuty cíle a výsledky práce., The thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of the locating structures according to the building Act in the locality of the municipality Pozorice. In the theoretical part are characterized the forms of the territorial decisions with their detailed structure. In the practical section there are analysed plots in the context of the village Pozorice, using regulartors of the territorial planning documentation with the subsequent evaluation. The downstream section of the practical part is accompanied by placing the buildings on the land, from the location of the building, after the issuance of the building permit. At the conclusion of the thesis there are summarizes the objectives and results of the work.

The theoretical part comprises the building Act, forms of the territorial decisions with their detailed structure, general requirements of plots use and zoning permit process. In the practical section, examples about the placing of building with subsequent evaluation are included. Objectives and the result of the work are summarized in the end of this dissertation.

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou marketingové strategie vybrané střední školy, s ohledem na zájem potenciálních uchazečů o studium. Specifikuje základní principy marketingu, zejména pak marketingu v oblasti školství. Formou dotazníkového šetření byly zjišťovány faktory, které nejvíce ovlivňují budoucí uchazeče o studium. Na základě výsledků výzkumu byl zpracován návrh opatření pro vedení školy ke zvýšení zájmu o danou střední školu., The diploma thesis analyzes the marketing strategy of selected secondary school, with regard to the interest of the potential applicants for study. It specifies the basic principles of marketing, especially of school marketing. By questionnaire survey was to determine the factors that most affect future applicants for study. On the base of the research results it was made a proposal of measures for the school management to increase the interest of the that secondary school.

Diplomová práce se zabývá některými specifiky komunikace ve stavebnictví. Jako konkrétní oblast si práce vybírá komunikaci se stavebními úřady na území ČR. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení veřejné správy, charakteristiku a činnost stavebních úřadů. Dále se zabývá vymezením pojmů komunikace a principy správně vedené komunikace. Jsou zde představeny základní typy žádostí, prostřednictvím kterých občan komunikuje s úřadem. V praktické části je provedeno dotazníkového šetření stavebních úřadů na celém území České republiky. Výzkum se zabývá komunikací mezi úřady a občany. Výsledkem je návrh na zlepšení komunikace a efektivnější práce stavebních úřadů. Především v podobě doporučených změn současného stavebního zákona, zlepšení negativního pohledu občanů na správu, vyhledávání objektivních informací namísto zavádějících zpráv v médiích či svěřit zastupování při komunikaci s úřady odborníkům., This thesis deals with some specifics of communication in the construction industry. Specific area of thesis is a communicating with the building authorities in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is focused on defining characteristic of public administration, activities and building authorities. The thesis is also aimed on determination of communication concepts and principles of right form communication. There are basic types of requests, through which citizens communicate with the authorities. The practical part is a questionnaire survey of building offices throughout the Czech Republic. The research deals with communication between authorities and citizens. The result of the research is a proposal to improve communication and efficient work of building offices. Especially in the form of recommended changes in current Building Act, to improve the negative view of citizens to manage, search for objective information rather than misleading reports in the media or delegate representation to communicate with authorities by professionals.

Cílem diplomové práce je přiblížit problematiku strukturální a regionální politiky EU v České republice a vytvořit všeobecný přehled o fungování čerpání finančních prostředků z fondů EU na konkrétním projektu z pohledu žadatele. Teoretická část se zabývá vznikem Evropské unie a vznikem regionální politiky EU. Dále se zaměřuje na formování regionální politiky v České republice a na projektový cyklus. V praktické části je aplikován projektový cyklus na konkrétní projekt Rozšíření mateřských škol v Jihlavě – Zřízení MŠ Nad plovárnou 5, Jihlava. A to od stanovení cílů, podání žádosti o dotaci a až po realizaci projektu., The goal of the diploma thesis is to describe the issues of structural and regional policies of European Union in the Czech Republic and to create general knowledge about running of drawing financial resources from EU funds for a particular project from an applicant´s perspective. The theoretical part deals with the origins of European Union and formation of regional policy of EU. Afterwords it is focused on the formation of regional policy in the Czech Republic and the project cycle. In practical part the project cycle is applied on a particular project Enlargement of nursery schools in Jihlava – Nursery school Nad Plovárnou 5, Jihlava from setting the targets, applying for the grant and up to the realization of the project itself.

Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem náboru zaměstnanců se zaměřením na metodu inzerce na internetu. V této své práci jsem se rozhodl analyzovat a kategorizovat nabídky práce pro pozice středního managementu, uveřejněné na vybraném pracovním portálu za určité období a následně kontaktovat inzerující firmy formou dotazníku. Cílem práce je zjistit, zdali si tyto firmy prostřednictvím uveřejněného inzerátu dokázaly zajistit dostatečný počet vhodných uchazečů pro fázi pozdějšího výběru a do jaké míry byl tento fakt ovlivněn skutečností, jak kvalitně byly jejich nabídky práce sestaveny, aby přilákaly přiměřený počet vhodných uchazečů pro výkon manažerských povolání a ty nevhodné, aby naopak odradily., Diploma thesis deals with the recruitment process and focuses specifically on the method of advertisements on the internet. I decided to analyze and categorize the job offers for middle managers, which were publicated on selected job website for certain period and then contact companies that advertised with questionnaire. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the companies were able to obtain sufficient number of suitable applicants and to what extent was it influenced by the fact whether the advertisers acted in the way they could attract suitable candidates for the job in middle management positions.

Shrnuje poznatky o strukturálních fondech, operačních programech České republiky a postup získávání dotací. Obsahuje konkrétní způsob financování, podrobný postup při žádání o dotaci a upozorňuje na úskalí v oblasti žádostí., The diploma thesis is focused on choosing suitable method of funding purpose of village Březina. Possibility of obtaining grants is preferred. It summarizes knowledge about structural funds, operation program of Czech Republic and progress of obtaining grants. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je seznámit její čtenáře s problematikou přípravy a řízení stavební zakázky z pohledu investora. Úkolem samotné práce je popsat průběh jednotlivých fází životního cyklu stavební veřejné zakázky a také příslušnou legislativu pro její zadávání. The aim of the thesis is to describe the proces during individual stages of the public bulding order life cycle and also relevant legislation for its assignment. Practical demonstration of the stated methods based on real project of the specific customer is the important part.

Předmětem diplomové práce je příprava a řízení stavební zakázky z pohledu investora. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část podává informace o životním cyklu projektu, legislativním prostředí, financování a o smluvních vztazích projektů. V praktické části jsou následně tyto teoretické znalosti aplikovány na konkrétní veřejné zakázce, kde investorem je město Mohelnice. The diploma thesis is divided on the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains information about life cycle of the project, the legislative environment, financing and about contractual relations between projects. In the practical part, these theoretical knowledge are subsequently are applied to a particular public contract where the investor is the town of Mohelnice. A target of this diploma thesis is to describe and analyze the entire course of the implementation of the public construction contract from preparation to completion and putting into operation.
