In this article we define the notion of statistically convergent difference double sequence spaces. We examine the spaces $$ _2 \bar \ell _\infty (\Delta ,q), _2^ - c(\Delta ,q), _2^ - c^B (\Delta ,q), _2^ - c^R (\Delta ,q), _2^ - c^{BR} (\Delta ,q) $$ etc. being symmetric, solid, monotone, etc. We prove some inclusion results too. The conception of single-valued quadripartitioned neutrosophic d-ideal (SVQN-d-I) of single-valued quadripartitioned neutrosophic d-algebra (SVQN-d-A) as an expansion of neutrosophic d-Ideal and neutrosophic d-Algebra has been attempted to be introduced in this article. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a novel similarity measure, the single-valued pentapartitioned neutrosophic exponential similarity measure (SVPNESM), and the single-valued pentapartitioned neutrosophic weighted exponential similarity measure (SVPNWESM) under the single-valued pentapartitioned neutrosophic set (SVPNS) environment for selecting bacteria on concrete mortar to improve compressive strength and to reduce water absorption, porosity and chloride permeability. In order to improve the properties of concrete, bacteria must fulfill requirements such as increased compressive strength, decreased water absorption capacities, reduced porosity, decreased chloride permeability etc. A novel approach for selecting suitable bacteria in concrete mortar is presented in this study based on such requirements. In this study, suitable bacteria is selected from four bacteria for concrete mortar based on 4 criteria with fixed bacteria concentrations of 105. Based on this study, Bacillus subtitles is selected among four alternatives as suitable. The main objective of this article is to introduce the notion of minimal structure (in short M-structure) and grill in neutrosophic topological space (in short N-T-space). Besides, we establish its relation with some existing notions on different types of open sets in N-T-space, and investigate some basic properties of the class of M-structure and grill in NT-space. In this article, we introduce the notion of neutrosophic ideal bitopological space (NIBTS) by generalizing the idea of neutrosophic ideal topological space (NITS). Besides, we procure the notion of local function on neutrosophic bitopological space (NBTS) and studied its different properties. Further, we procure the concept of neutrosophic pre-I-open set (NPIOS), neutrosophic semi-I-open set (NSIOS), neutrosophic b-I-open set (N-b-IOS), neutrosophic α-I-open set (N-α-IOS) via NIBTSs. The main focus of this article is to introduce the notion of rough pentapartitioned neutrosophic set and rough pentapartitioned neutrosophic topology by using rough pentapartitioned neutrosophic lower approximation, rough pentapartitioned neutrosophic upper approximation, and rough pentapartitioned neutrosophic boundary region. Then, we provide some basic properties, namely operations on rough pentapartitioned neutrosophic set and rough pentapartitioned neutrosophic topology. By defining rough pentapartitioned neutrosophic set and topology, we formulate some results in the form of theorems, propositions, etc. Further, we give some examples to justify the definitions introduced in this article. By using single-valued pentapartitioned neutrosophic set (briefly SVPN-set), one can express uncertainty events having incomplete, indeterminate, and erroneous information in practical applications. This study's primary goal is to present a multi-attribute decision-making (briefly MADM) algorithm that operates in the SVPN-set environment using the notion of single-valued pentapartitioned neutrosophic harmonic mean (briefly SVPNHM) operator and single-valued pentapartitioned neutrosophic weighted harmonic mean (briefly SVPNWHM) operator. A larger amount of sequence data in private and public databases produced by next-generation sequencing put new challenges due to limitation associated with the alignment-based method for sequence comparison. So, there is a high need for faster sequence analysis algorithms. In this study, we developed an alignment-free algorithm for faster sequence analysis. The novelty of our approach is the inclusion of fuzzy integral with Markov chain for sequence analysis in the alignment-free model. The method estimate the parameters of a Markov chain by considering the frequencies of occurrence of all possible nucleotide pairs from each DNA sequence. These estimated Markov chain parameters were used to calculate similarity among all pairwise combinations of DNA sequences based on a fuzzy integral algorithm. This matrix is used as an input for the neighbor program in the PHYLIP package for phylogenetic tree construction. Our method was tested on eight benchmark datasets and on in-house generated datasets (18 s rDNA sequences from 11 arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and 16 s rDNA sequences of 40 bacterial isolates from plant interior). Sequence comparison is an essential part of modern molecular biology research. In this study, we estimated the parameters of Markov chain by considering the frequencies of occurrence of the all possible amino acid pairs from each alignment-free protein sequence. These estimated Markov chain parameters were used to calculate similarity between two protein sequences based on a fuzzy integral algorithm. For validation, our result was compared with both alignment-based (ClustalW) and alignment-free methods on six benchmark datasets. In this article, we introduce the concept of p-statistical convergence and g-density convergence of sequences offunctions defined on a compact subset D of the probabilistic normed space (X, N, *), where p is a finitely additive two valued measure. In particular, we introduce the notions of p-statistical uniform convergence as well as p-statistical point-wise convergence of sequences of functions in probabilistic normed space [in short PN-space) and we give some characterization results on these two convergences of sequences of functions in PN-space. In this article, we develop a Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) model using BWM and Neutrosophic-TOPSIS under Single Valued Neutrosophic Set (SVNS) environment. In developed model, BWM is utilized to find the weights of the attributes those are selected by a group of experts, and the Neutrosophic-TOPSIS is utilized to rank the alternatives. In this treatise, we define statistically pre-Cauchy sequences of complex uncertain variable for five cases of uncertainty viz., in mean, in measure, in distribution, in almost surely and in uniformly almost surely and we confine our study to statistically pre-Cauchy sequence in mean, in measure and in distribution only. Furthermore, we establish the relationship between statistically pre-Cauchy and statistically convergent sequence by using complex uncertain variables. In this paper we define the space |Np|(M,r,q,s) on seminormed complex linear space by using an Orlicz function and we study various properties and obtain some inclusion relations involving this space.
