The inefficiency of public service in Indonesia is one of the results of badbureaucracy, so that the development system becomes stagnant. On the contrary, sustainabledevelopment is a reflection of a good bureaucracy. So far Indonesia is still ranked 100th out of182 countries in the world for corruption. This paper aims to find out the bureaucratic model inIndonesia within the framework of modern bureaucratic model as well as Islamic Conceptapproach of Chapra’s perspectives. Using content analysis, the paper found that Indonesianbureaucracy model still embrace patrimonial concept that vulnerable to the practice ofcollusion, corruption and nepotism. While the modern model of Osborne and GaeblerEntrepreneurial Bureaucracy concept with the spirit of innovation and creativity has brought agood change and it is in line with Islamic model of Chapra’sperspective. Chapradescribes thatthe development of a country should be run simultaneously with the bureaucracy that promotesIslamic values, moral, and hard work. It is concluded that by applying this concept,bureaucracy in Indonesia will be more effective in removing socio-economic problem and willcome up with more efficient and sustainable development dimensions.

Skripsi ini membahas tentang kelompok fansmusik yang berbentukorganisasi massa. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada proses pembentukanidentitas suatu organisasi massa, yaitu OiKota Bekasi. Dimana dalam proses pembentukan identitasnya, OiKota Bekasi dipengaruhi oleh idola mereka yaitu Iwan Fals dengan karya-karyanya yaitu lirik lagu dan musik dalam menciptakan program-programnya.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatankualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus, tipe penelitian eksplanatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan turut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan yang dilakukan subjek penelitian dan wawancara mendalam dengan informan untuk mendapatkan data primer. Pengumpulan data sekunder dilakukan dengan studi kepustakan. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah Organisasi Massa OiKota Bekasi. Informan yang merupakan anggota Oi Kota Bekasi yang terdiri dari 6orang anggota aktif yang memberikan informasi tentang sejarah, dan juga terkait masalah penelitian. Ditambah dengan 2 orang masyarakat umum untuk melihat penilaian terhadap OiKota Bekasi dari kacamata masyarakat.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa identitas fansberbentuk organisasi massa (Oi) terbentuk dari hasil pemaknaan musik Iwan Fals.Interaksi yang terjadi di dalam OiKota Bekasi mengenai musik Iwan Fals menghasilkan ide-ide perencanaan kegiatan dan program SOPAN (Sosial-Seni, Olahraga, Pendidikan, Akhlak,Niaga).Identitas kolektif Oidigunakan sebagai alat perlawanan bagi kelompok-kelompok yang mempresentasikan mereka.

Indonesia is a democratic and multiparty system or system that allows more than two political parties. It is guaranteed in Law No. 2 of 2008 on political parties where it is stated that freedom of association, assembly and expression of thoughts and opinions is a human right recognized and guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. With multiparty system and guarantees of the law, many emerging new political parties in Indonesia. One of them is Partai Persatuan Indonesia or abbreviated as Perindo. The party declared in 2015 is a party formed by Hary Tanoesoedibjo. As a new political party, Perindo Party must have support from the community. Some of the things that are done is to show the party ads and news about the party on television. According to data from the KPU, the largest number of voter-age voters is that the information in advertisements and news about Perindo Party on television is designed in such a way as to appeal to beginner voters. This study aims to determine how much influence the exposure of Perindo Party advertising and exposure of news about the Perindo Party on television to the perception of beginner voters regarding the Perindo Party. Theories used are the Advertising Exposure Theory, Informastion Exposure Theory, and the Uses and Gratification Theory. The population used is Diponegoro University FISIP students who have never participated in the election. While the sample taken is 60 people with purposive sampling method. Based on the analysis of regression analysis on Perx for Perindo Party Ads on Television (X1), Exposure of News Perindo Party on Television (X2), and Perception of Beginner Voters Regarding Perindo Party (Y), the result of regression coefficient value is 71,3% significance of Sig value. = 0.000 which means> significant criterion (0,05), Thus model of regression equation influence of variable X to variable Y is very high and significance between variables based on research data is very significant. Then it shows that there is a strong influence between Perpaan Iklan Perindo Party on Television (X1) and Terpaan Berita Seputar Perindo Party in Television (X2) to Perception of Beginner Voters Regarding Perindo Party (Y). The higher the exposure of Perindo Party advertisement on television and the exposure of Perindo Party news on television, the higher the perception of the beginner voters regarding Perindo Party. It is suggested that the advertising and information designs in the Perindo Party report be improved so that the results are better than now.Keywords: Ad Inclusion, Information, Perception, Beginner Voters, Perindo Party

The area of this study include to PT. Energi Mega Persada Tbk work area. The area of this study is located in Jambi Sub - Basin, South Sumatera Basin. This study is emphasized to examine the sequence stratigraphy of Talang Akar Formation. The data that is used in this study include core, mudlog, 3D seismic, well log, and palynomorf fossil. The result of those data analysis and data correlation are lithofacies, electrofacies, depositional environment, and stratigrahys sequences of Talang Akar Formation. From data analysis, the facies’ that develop in Talang Akar Formation are A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, and M. Those facies’are deposited in fluvial – deltaicenvironment at Late Oligocene until Early Miocene. From the well correlation and seismic interpretation, the sediment distribution pattern of Talang Akar Formation become thicker and deeper in the west side and the highland is located relatively in the east of the study area. At the area of study Talang Akar formation is very influenced by structure. From the lithofacies and electrofacies analysis, there are six kinds of stratigraphy sequencesthat develop in the study area. System tracts LST-1 (braided channel) just developed at sequence-1. The other sequences developed TST 1 – 4 (floodplain meandering channel), TST 5 – 6 (marsh delta plain), HST 1 – 4 (crevasse splay meandering channel) and HST 5 – 6 (floodplain delta plain). . Daerah penelitian berada di Sub – Cekungan Jambi, Cekungan Sumatera Selatan. Studi ini difokuskan untuk membahas sikuen stratigrafi Formasi Talang Akar. Dalam penelitian ini, data yang digunakan adalah core, mudlog, seismik 3 dimensi, well log, dan fosil palinomorf. Hasil dari analisis dan korelasi data tersebut adalah litofasies, elektrofasies, sikuen stratigrafi, dan lingkungan pengendapan dari Formasi Talang Akar. Dari analisis data tersebut didapatkan bahwa fasies yang berkembang pada Formasi Talang Akar adalah fasies A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, dan M. Fasies tersebut diendapkan di lingkungan fluvial – deltaic pada umur Oligosen Akhir sampai Miosen Awal. Berdasarkan korelasi antar sumur dan interpretasi seismik, distribusi sedimen Formasi Talang Akar lebih menebal dan mendalam pada sisi barat dengan tinggian yang berada relatif pada bagian timur daerah penelitian. Pada daerah penelitian Formasi Talang Akar sangat dipengaruhi oleh struktur serta berdasarkan analisis litofasies dan elektrofasies terdapat 6 sikuen yang berkembang pada daerah penelitian. System tracts LST-1 (braided channel) hanya berkembang pada sikuen-1. Pada sikuen lainnya berkembang TST 1 – 4 (floodplain meandering channel), TST 5 – 6 (marsh delta plain), HST 1 – 4 (crevasse splay meandering channel) dan HST 5 – 6 (floodplain delta plain). Kegiatan sewa aktiva tetap dalam perusahaan umum harus memiliki ketentuan-ketentuan dalam setiap proses transaksi sewanya. Perlakuan akuntansi untuk transaksi sewa perlu diterapkan secara konsisten sesuai dengan PSAK No.30 dalam rangka penyusunan laporan keuangan. Dalam PSAK No.30 tentang sewa diatur pengakuan, pengukuran dan pengungkapan sewa yang dalam hal ini terdiri atas lessee dan lessor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi apakah sewa pada Perusahaan Umum Bulog Divre Sulut dan Gorontalo telah diterapkan sesuai dengan PSAK No.30. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan akuntansi sewa aktiva tetap menggunakan metode sewa operasi dimana pada akhir masa sewa aktiva tetap yang disewakan tetap menjadi milik pihak pemberi sewa dalam hal ini Perum Bulog Divre Sulut dan Gorontalo. Hasil sewa aktiva tetap yang berada di daerah luar Manado agar supaya dilaporkan dulu di Bulog Divre Sulut dan Gorontalo sebelum dikirimkan ke Bulog pusat. Kata kunci: sewa, lessee, lessor

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan berdasarkan data dan fakta yang sahih, benar dan dapat dipercaya apakah terdapat hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan Giant Supermarket cabang Pondok Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama empat bulan terhitung sejak Maret 2014 sampai dengan Juni 2014. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Giant Supermarket, sedangkan populasi terjangkaunya adalah karyawan Giant Supermarket cabang Pondok Timur yang berjumlah 40 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 36 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Persamaan regresi linier sederhana yang diperoleh adalah Ŷ= 46,01+0,53X. Uji persyaratan analisis untuk menguji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X menunjukkan bahwa galat taksiran regresi Y atas X berdistribusi normal, dan pada uji linieritas regresi dengan menggunakan tabel Analisis Varians (ANAVA) menyatakan bahwa persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah linier. Dalam uji hipotesis, uji keberartian menggunakan tabel ANAVA menyatakan bahwa regresi berarti. Koefisien korelasi yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus product moment dari Pearson menghasilkan rxy sebesar 0,511 sedangkan hasil dari uji signifikansi diperoleh t hitung sebesar 12,01 dan t tabel sebesar 4,13. Dikarenakan t hitung > t tabel, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan Giant Supermarket cabang Pondok Timur. Perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 26,10% variasi dari variabel Y ditentukan oleh variabel X. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah terdapat hubungan yang positif antara budaya organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan Giant Supermarket cabang Pondok Timur. *********** Purpose of this research is to find valid and reliability, data and facts about the possibility a positive correlation between organizational culture with organizational citizenship behavior at employees of Giant Supermarket branch Pondok Timur. The period of the research was four months, since March until June 2014. The research used survey methods by correlation approach. The population of this research are all of employees at Giant Supermarket. The reached population are all of clerk at Giant Supermarket branch Pondok Timur. The sampling of the research are 36 employees. The sampling technique is the simple random sampling technique. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Ŷ= 46,01+0,53X. The analysis conditional test proved the validation on variable Y to variable X is normal distributed, and at the linear regression test are using analysis of variance table (ANAVA) is linear. At the hypothesis test, the significant regression test are using ANOVA is significant. The coefficient of correlation counted by product moment formula by Pearson indicates rxy = 0,511 while the result of correlation coefficient significant test indicates tcount = 12,01 and ttable = 4,13. Because the result shows tcount>ttable, the research indicates there is a significant correlation between organizational culture with organizational citizenship behavior at employee of Giant Supermarket branch Pondok Timur. The counted of determination coefficient test is 26,10%, this is indicates the variance of variable Y is determined by variable X. The conclusion of research shown that a positive correlation between organizational culture with organizational citizenship behavior at employees of Giant Supermarket branch Pondok Timur.

Conversion of methane to more reactive compounds such as methanol has drawn attention for many years. Hierarchical ZSM-5 zeolite has been used as support of metal oxide catalyst to facilitate the partial oxidation of methane to methanol. The NaZSM-5 zeolite was synthesized hydrothermally using double-template techniques, in which tetrapropylammonium hydroxide (TPAOH) and polydiallyldiammonium chloride (PDDA) were used as primary and secondary templates, respectively. HZSM-5 was prepared through multiple NH4+ exchange of NaZSM-5 followed by calcination. Co oxide-modified ZSM-5 (Co/NaZSM-5 and Co/HZSM-5) were prepared through impregnation method. Then, the zeolites were extensively characterized using scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), AAS, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), 27Al solid-state NMR, microbalance, and surface area analysis. The catalytic test was performed in batch reactor, and the product was analyzed with GC-FID. Reaction condition and acidity of ZSM-5 as support catalyst were studied. As a result, when using Co/HZSM-5 as catalyst, percentage (%) yield of methanol was increased with longer reaction time. On the other hand, the percentage (%) yield decreased when Co/NaZSM-5 was employed. Introduction of trace amount of oxygen to the gas mixture showed different results. Furthermore, the prospect of synthesis of ZSM-5 using natural resources and using biogas are also explored.
