A series of novel analogs of dual-targeted antimitotic agent 5-hydroxymethyl-2-methoxyphenyl adamantane-1-acetate was synthesized. These compounds maintained the cytostatic ability of the lead molecule and induced no depolymerization of microtubules in human lung carcinoma cells A549. The importance of substituent positions in the aromatic ring for interactions with the microtubules was explained using computer molecular modeling.

Pharmaceutical heritage is a set of scientific and practical achievements of pharmaceutical activity of mankind. Historical and cultural pharmaceutical heritage is a collection of tangible and intangible evidence of the historical development of pharmaceutical science and practice, embodying a significant socio-cultural experience of humanity and preserved for transmission to future generations. Pharmaceutical and medical heritage is difficult to differentiate due to the long joint history of development and intertwining modern practices, but the separation of the professions of a doctor and a pharmacist allows us to distinguish the historical and cultural pharmaceutical heritage from the end of the XVII century. Historical and cultural pharmaceutical heritage is classified into tangible and intangible, according to functional characteristics, material historical and cultural heritage is divided into movable and immovable heritage.

The paper presents the properties of nanostructured glucosamine sulfate and its application for the production of functional food products that extend life on the example of fermented milk products (yoghurts, kefir, fermented baked milk, sour cream, cottage cheese), marmalade, ice cream and bakery products. Data on the self-organization and size of nanostructured glucosamine sulfate using the NTA method are presented.

Data on the study of nanostructured silver nitrate by the NTA and self-organization method are presented. It is shown that silver nitrate nanocapsules are formed due to non-covalent interactions, which is characteristic of self-assembly. The average size of nanocapsules ranges from 117 to 149 nm, and the geometry of nanocapsules depends on the nature of the shell. Thus, in sodium alginate, it approaches a spherical shape, and in guar gum — an ellipsoid.

In the present work we have studied a novel conjugate of the DNA alkylating agent chlorambucil with podophyllotoxin, a ligand of the colchicine binding site in tubulin. The target compound was obtained by Steglich esterification of podophyllotoxin with the percentage yield of 41%. Results of biotesting carried out on the carcinoma A549 cell line revealed that at a concentration of 2 μM the conjugate caused full depolymerization of microtubules without any other effect on free tubulin. The conjugate inhibited proliferation (IC50=135±30 nM) and growth (EC50=240±30 nM) of A549 cells. The data of computer molecular docking of the novel compound into the 3D model of the colchicine binding site in α,β-tubulin and molecular dynamics modelling allowed to explain the observed difference in effects of chlorambucil-podophyllotoxin and chlorambucil-colchicine conjugates on microtubules.Izuchen kon"iugat DNK-alkiliruiushchego agenta khlorambutsila s podofillotoksinom — ligandom kolkhitsinovogo saĭta tubulina. The paper presents the properties of a nanostructured Schisandra chinensis extract, determines selforganization and particle sizes using the NTA method. The use of nanostructured extract of Schisandra chinensis in the production of kefir showed that it can be used to obtain functional foods.

An analysis of the surface of a plasma three-dimensional capillary-porous (TCP) Ti coating with an additional bioactive hydroxyapatite coating formed by microplasma oxidation (MPO) has been performed. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analyzed the open porosity of these composite coatings. The surface of the TCP Ti coating consists of ridges and depressions. The porosity of the TCP Ti coating of the depressions reaches 43 %. The presence of macro- and micropores with a size of 0.08 – 600 µm makes the TCP Ti coatings promising for use in a number of areas, including on the surface of intraosseous implants.

With modern architectural and urban development and globalization, cities are increasingly facing the problem of losing their original identity. In the context of the concept of the identity of the urban environment considered in this study, the role of urban planning objects, architecture and culture in the formation and maintenance of the unique identity of the city of Astrakhan and the need for considerable attention to the resource of identity for the development of the city and the region is stressed.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is currently one of the most socially significant diseases that leads to a significant decrease in the daily activity and productivity of patients, as well as their rapid invalidization. In this regard, its treatment remains the most important problem of medicine. Currently, the main goals of treatment of patients with COPD are: relief of symptoms, improvement of exercise tolerance, improvement of General health, prevention and effective treatment of complications, prevention and effective treatment of exacerbations, prevention of disease progression, and reduction of mortality. The article presents a clinical case from the practice of a patient with COPD who received olodaterol + Tiotropium bromide. In view of the patient’s low adherence to therapy, further progression of the disease was observed, which led to a significant violation of airway patency during spirometry, and a decrease in exercise tolerance. The patient was assigned a new representative of combined drugs with 24-hour action - Vilanterol + Umeclidinium 22/55 mcg, with a new method of drug delivery. After 6 months of therapy with Vilanterol + Umeclidinium, the patient’s exercise tolerance increased, lung function improved, and quality of life improved.

The paper presents the properties of a nanostructured Jerusalem artichoke, determines selforganization and particle sizes using the NTA method. It was shown that the smallest nanocapsule size in xanthan gum (179 nm), and the largest size in apple highly esterifi ed pectin with a core: shell ratio of 5:1 (334 nm). The obtained nanostructured Jerusalem artichoke was used in the production of ice cream with functional properties.

The subject of this study represents of the processes of functioning of information flows in a network information system through the use of fuzzy sets. The purpose of this article is consider to the possibilities of fuzzy sets in information flows distribution problems of the Network Information System by the development of mathematical tools. In the theoretical part of the study the main issue was the description of fuzzy approach. In the empirical part of the study the main concern was finding out the reasons of the advantages of fuzzy approach. Methods of this research include: analysis of information sources, formalization, synthesis, and modeling. The main results of the present study: proof of the identity between the functioning of the analytical data; held the solution of the optimization problem based on the formulated analytical models; comparison of the usage of fuzzy logic with a different statistical method; demonstrated the advantage of fuzzy approach in modeling processes network information system. The results can be applied to be used by further authors in the field of information systems and technologies. The article is aimed at improving the functioning of the network information system by improving the mathematical tools.

The article analyzes the historical background of social service in the Russian Orthodox Church at the present stage. As a result of the analysis of the materials, it was revealed that the comparison of moral and ethical standards with the real problems of our time makes it possible to form knowledge on the basis of which proven decisions can be made to achieve social stability in society. A comprehensive study of the evolution of the social teaching of Russian Orthodoxy was carried out, in the course of which the main stages of its formation were determined; the factors and reasons that contributed to its appearance have been identified; the prospects for its further development are formulated.

Host susceptibility and environmental factors are important for the development of gingivitis and periodontitis, but bacterial biofilms attached to the teeth and gingival tissues play a crucial role. We have analyzed and compared the subgingival microbial communities between subjects with dental plaque biofilm-induced generalized chronic gingivitis (CG), localized initial (Stage I) periodontitis (IP) and healthy controls (HC) of young people aged 18-19 years permanently residing in the city of Kazan (Tatarstan, Russia). The results showed that the α-diversity in groups with CG and IP was higher than in the healthy group. In a course of periodontal disease, a decrease in the relative abundance of dominates genera Rothia and Streptococcus was observed along with increase of class TM7-3 (Candidatus Saccharibacteria phylum) representatives. Also, the increase of red complex representatives Porphyromonadeceae, Treponema and Tannerella was detected together with statistically significant increase of Filifactor, Parvimonas, Peptostreptococcaceae, Veillonellaceae, Tissierelaceae and Mogibacteriaceae. Analysis of our data suggests that transition from HC to IP may be accompanied by a decrease in microbial diversity and a reduction in the abundance of family Rs-045 (Candidatus Saccharibacteria phylum), Desulfovibrionaceae Corynebacterium, Campylobacter and Selenomonas in young adults Kazan Tatars.

This article examines bone grafting of the alveolar process with simultaneous autologous tooth transplantation in patients congenital cleft of the lip, alveolar process and palate. Materials and methods. At the Department of maxillofacial surgery and hospital surgical Dentistry from October 2016 to present, 26 patients between the ages of 9 to 12 years with congenital cleft of the upper lip, alveolar process and palate were clinically examined and treated. Patients underwent bone grafting of the alveolar process of the upper jaw with simultaneous autologous tooth transplantation and the use of miniplates. During the year monitoring with x-ray control was performed to assess the degree of resorption of bone regenerate and the apical part of the roots of autotransplanted teeth. Results. The proposed method of bone grafting of the alveolar process with simultaneous autotransplantation allowed to stabilize the fragments of the upper jaw, restore the volume of the alveolar process in the cleft area, and to restore the dentition. Conclusion. The resulting clinical results and postoperative assessment of the bone structure after bone grafting of the alveolar process with simultaneous autologous tooth transplantation and fixation of fragments of the upper jaw using mini-plates provide a predictable result of restoring the volume of the alveolar process and restoring the dentition.

In this article, the author, from modern legal positions, considers the main stages in the development of the institution of immunity (immunity) of a lawyer in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. In particular, the types, meaning and essence of the lawyer's immunity, the mechanism of its provision in the procedural sense are considered. In the course of preparing the scientific work, some problematic issues of the operation of immunity were comprehensively studied, including the difficulties in practice of defending by lawyers their rights to witness immunity, inviolability of documents, office, etc. The author noted that there is a whole category of officials enjoying immunity, including judges and prosecutors, meanwhile, a lawyer, despite the legislative grounds for classifying this category of persons, is not included in the Code of Criminal Procedure. Also, problems of maintaining immunity associated with the conduct of operational-search and other measures against lawyers were noted. Based on the results of the analysis, the author presents theoretical conclusions and conclusions.

В статье рассматриваются способы мотивации, применяемые менеджерами для увеличения производительности труда. Понятие мотивации ее функции, а также основные составляющие мотивационного процесса. Мотивационная деятельность персонала связана с ценностями поколения, к которому они принадлежат, что непосредственно влияет на эффективность работников предприятия. Развитие гибкой системы мотивации необходимо рассматривать как стратегический ресурс не только для конкретных предприятий, но и стабильной работы отраслей и экономической стабильности страны в целом.

In this article, the author comprehensively studied the main aspects of the development of the institution of attorney-client privilege in the conditions of modern Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. In particular, it is noted that this norm is provided for in international acts, including the UN Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners, etc. Also, the author, in organizational and functional terms, covers in sufficient detail the problems of ensuring the safety of attorney-client privilege as the basis of their legal status and independence. In the course of preparing the scientific work, some examples of foreign legislation, including the United States and the Russian Federation, were studied. Based on the results of the analysis of the institute of attorney-client privilege, theoretical conclusions and conclusions are presented. Genetic contribution of pre-Slavic populations to gene pools of modern Russia is increasingly relevant, along with genetic footprints of the Golden Horde invasion. The novel genome-wide approaches enable advanced solutions in this field. The study aimed at searching for the footprints of genetic interaction among Finnicspeaking, Slavic and Turkic-speaking populations of Central Russia and Volga Region and their reflection in pharmacogenetic landscape. Modeling ancestral components by ADMIXTURE software and their mapping involved genome-wide genotyping data for 248 individual genomes representing 47 populations of 9 ethnic groups. Of specific ancestral components identified in each of the Finnic-speaking peoples, only Mordovian ancestral components are common for all populations within the studied geographic area, regardless of their linguistic affiliation. Gene pools of Russian populations include 80% of intrinsic component, 19% contribution from Finnic-speaking peoples, and 1% of Central Asian influence. The Tatar gene pool combines all identified ancestral components, including 81% contribution from Finnic-speaking peoples and only 12% of Central Asian influence, which prevents using it as a reference for the assessment of Golden Horde footprints in Russian gene pools. A map of genetic distances from Ryazan Russians based on a panel of 42 pharmacogenetic markers reveals a landscape strikingly independent from the selectively neutral ancestral genomic patterns. For instance, populations of Mordovia, Kaluga, Smolensk, and Kostroma regions are the closest to Ryazan Russians in pharmacogenetic status, whereas populations of Ryazan and Nizhny Novgorod regions have strikingly divergent pharmacogenetic status despite the similarity of the selectively neutral ancestral genomic patterns. These findings confirm the relevance of targeted pharmacogenetic characterization for gene pools of Russia.
